WIP Progress! Had a pretty productive weekend this weekend.

It was equally softened. but store brand didn’t soften as quickly. and was almost grainy when creaming #idk what it is. but there IS a marked difference. not a big deal for most things #but we do NOT play abt our christmas cookies lol

Fancy Restaurant: We serve a 16 oz steak cooked in duck fat and served with a soubise sauce with crispy black truffle and Parmesan herb encrusted potato wedges and watercress. Also, we don’t allow two people to share one meal order here.

Us: Oh my gawd, Becky, look. At that steak. It is so big.

Me: Okay neither of us could finish that alone but we both want it so it would be stupid to pay that much twice and have neither of us finish. Soooo…what if you order the steak and I order this nice dinner-size Caesar salad with pecorino romano and yuzu-infused dressing, and we just…share anyway?

Bast: I like that idea hehehe.

Me: Yeah it’ll be like we’re getting away with something hehehe.

Us: Ehehehehehehe.

Dinner: *arrives, salad wedge style with four big chunks of romaine and steak already cut into strips*

Us: *immediately start redistributing food*

pissed tf off because 1) i have once again put on a new show thinking i could work on shit with it in the background without getting distracted (and failing miserably)(when will i learn). 2) i have a new character that i want to tear apart with my teeth which pisses me off even more because 3) it is EMBARRASSING how much i like this character i could fucking feel my pupils dilating and my prey drive activate literally immediately 4) it is even more embarrassing bc he is so embarrassingly my type that im pissed tf off that i never watched this before now or literally any time i wasnt busy. and this all leads to 5) now i have to think about killing him when i am TRYING TO GET SHIT DONE and it's making me mad it's pissing me off so bad i'm fucking enraged they should invent a way to physically harm fictional characters just for me i think
