Count Blaine

"Greetings, mortal. I am called Count Blaine. May I say that your neck looks fine and strong?"

Traits: gregarious, macabre, romantic, materialistic, art lover, and party animal.

Count Blaine, recreated as part of my project to bring Sims from MySims to The Sims 4, update their lore, and fit them in with the lore of The Sims 4. He's a little out of touch sometimes when it comes to making Regular Human Conversation, but some Sims like that just fine. He sure can make a good pun!

Parts of his dialogue in MySims are ambiguous, but I get the impression he means to do right by human Sims, and I've gone with this. He finds the ever changing human world and the many individuals in it quite delightful and intends to be a Good Vampire. He's very glad that this doesn't mean he can't enjoy human plasma! He calls himself a "neck romancer" and has found that some Sims are just as enthusiastic for him to drink from them as he is.

When he isn't giving fantastic love bites, he's researching Selvadoradan history, collecting art, taking care of his beautiful hair, and taking care of his beautiful cowplant.

Bonus fun fact: Crystal Holiday asked him to turn her into a vampire too! He's been a pretty good trainer to her, and has high hopes that she will one day develop her ability to daywalk like him. They continue to be good friends. I've yet to figure out how Blaine became a vampire though — we shall see.

Also, @thebramblewood put out a casting call for vampires a while ago, and Blaine would love to meet some like-minded vampires! I wish him well in Helena Zhao is Dead.

Lily played with Monty for a bit before watching the ScareMax channel by herself. She got pretty spooked, and quickly headed upstairs and brushed her teeth before jumping into bed, pulling the covers over her head. Lily's dad came to check in on her half an hour later (he and Mara were woohooing in their room), and tucked her into bed before heading to bed himself. Later that night, Mara took Monty out so he could use the bathroom, and here's another cute photo of him eating from his food bowl, which is way too big for him, like he could sit in it and still leave space. 😄
