Teen!skk again with their silly nonsense: this time Chuuya using Dazai as a way for him to lift weights
Whenever it's leg day, Chuuya will set a mat out on the floor and lie down with his legs in the air and Dazai will balance on top of his feet and Chuuya just. does leg reps with Dazai as Dazai's struggling not to laugh every time he looks down at Chuuya's face
it's taken them several times to get the position down because it actually requires a lot of balance and sometimes arm strength on Dazai's behalf if he's also steadying himself with Chuuya's hands, and Chuuya has to keep his legs up perfectly straight and feet flat to keep Dazai from falling off. but sometimes when Dazai's being a lil shit and snickering at Chuuya's face while he's intensely concentrating, Chuuya will just kick Dazai off of him and move on to doing push-ups (until Dazai comes over again and sits on Chuuya's back)

i am only a little emotional about the fact that ashton’s new art is so much more vibrant and visibly more muscular and bigger than his level three art. i’m. i promise i’m only a little emotional. it’s just. they were never scrawny by any means, they were always very strong, but this art looks so much more solid, and everything about them is brighter, and the marbling on their face is so much more apparent, and we know their natural eye color now, and it matches their skin… i’m FINE it’s FINE

i just remembered seeing a drawing of plus-sized Adora // She-Ra a couple of years ago or so, and i don't know who drew it, but it was awesome and i'm pretty sure it started the neuron in my brain that goes off every now and then of imagining Adora gaining weight after joining the Rebellion and eating healthier.

Can you release the workout routine PLSSSS especially the arms /nf
yeah :3 if you have no access to machines then ill just assume dumbells but these do have machine alternatives
10 reps bicel curls
10 reps hammer curls
10 reps tricep extensions
10 reps lateral raises
do about 2-3 sets, or 4 if youre using a lower weight
thats genuinely about it. if youre planning on working out in general id recommend you do shoulders too which is relatively easy (e.g shoulder taps and another exercise). be safe lil bro and make sure you got your posture correct!
uhh uhm legs legs legs
x20 squats (i do them weighted, its okay if you dont)
×10 lunges (i also do those weighted)
×10 leg raise
×10 glute bridge
till failure leg press
×20 calf raise
yet again, 2-3 reps. if you have no acsess to a machine, then dont do that exercise it's okay :3
back/abs
×20 crunches
×20 bicycle crunches
×10 dumbell fly
×10 dumbell deadlift or just a regular deadlift
×10 bent over rows
sets 2-3 times ^w^ lmk iyw any more advice
