Hey, friends, I have some news and unfortunately, they aren't as good...

The homeowner contacted my mom yesterday and told her that we need to move out of the house in the matter of two to four months because he's going to sell the apartment and he really really needs the money (and the buyer wants his new apartment). I feel so overwhelmed and scared, we just moved in last year, and we barely had the feeling of stability during this year, he previously wanted us to leave 6 months into the contract (we had 6 more left back then and no safe destination) and then we renewed the contract just a month ago. Everything is going wrong and I don't feel safe, I just don't feel safe.

I'm starting college tomorrow, and I'm trying my best to keep it together and not cry but I'm so overwhelmed with feelings and I just want to feel a little stable. I don't think I'm okay, but I hope this just passes away with the least casualties.

Also, I personally, cannot burn nag champa. I get sick when I burn it, and a lot of incense brands use it as a base before the actual fragrance. so there's literally only one incense brand that I buy bc I know it's not in there. Incidentally, it's a brand that we happen to carry at the shop. I don't have any reactions when I burn it so I just stick with that one. I'm certain there are many others though.

But yeah, always think of the mundane before the magical/spiritual. When all mundane options have been considered, then we can pivot to something more divine.

the funniest meltdown ive ever had was in college when i got so overstimulated that i could Not speak, including over text. one of my friends was trying to talk me through it but i was solely using emojis because they were easier than trying to come up with words so he started using primarily emojis as well just to make things feel balanced. this was not the Most effective strategy... until. he tried to ask me "you okay?" but the way he chose to do that was by sending "👉🏼👌🏼❓" and i was so shocked by suddenly being asked if i was dtf that i was like WHAT???? WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY TO ME?????????? and thus was verbal again
