The #MarvelousMrsMaisel ending was such a perfect way to wrap up both Midge and Susie's story. That flash forward into Midge's fame was such a beautiful way to show us she made it, while we watch how she fought to get there.

Hey Marvelous Mrs. Maisel gang, I am BEGGINNGGGGGGG you guys to check out the real Lenny Bruce if you haven't already. I haven't watched this show yet, but I'm fucking insane about the irl Lenny and I really believe he needs to be shown more love. He was INSANELY influential on comedy & performance arts as we know it, and deserves to still have a fanbase. So, if you liked him in the show, check out some of his real stand up !! evermore songs as relating to midge maisel because every time i listen to that album i think of her

champagne problems: midge and benjamin. this song has a similar premise to midnight rain i feel like and it just applies to midge wanting more for herself than just a husband

happiness: midge and joel. this song perfectly describes their relationship. this and closure are like their quintessential songs (no, i did not like joel how could you tell?)
