With this copycat burger recipe, you can enjoy the great tastes of Red Robin's signature seasoning without leaving your house. The perfectly seasoned beef patty, the melted cheddar cheese, and the classic burger toppings all work together to make your mouth water.
Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef. 1 tablespoon Red Robin Seasoning see instructions to make your own. 4 hamburger buns. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. Lettuce leaves. Tomato slices. Red onion slices. Pickles. Ketchup. Mustard. Mayonnaise.
Instructions: Set your grill or griddle on the stove to medium-high heat to get it ready. Form the ground beef into 4 burger patties while the grill heats up. The Red Robin Seasoning should be spread on both sides of each patty. Put the patties on the grill and cook them for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them. Cover the grill and add a slice of cheddar cheese to top of each patty in the last minute of cooking. This will melt the cheese. On the grill, toast the hamburger buns until they get a little brown. To put together the burgers, put lettuce leaves on the bottom bun, then the cooked patty with melted cheese. Place tomato, red onion, and pickle slices on top of the patty. Spread mustard, ketchup, and mayonnaise on the top bun, and then put it on top of the other ingredients to finish the burger. Your Red Robin Seasoning Copycat Burger is ready to eat when it's hot.

This Fully Loaded Baguette Burger is a tasty take on a regular burger. The crunchy and chewy baguette adds a crunchy and chewy texture, and the savory beef, melted cheddar, and fresh toppings make your mouth water.
Ingredients: 1 baguette. 1/2 pound ground beef. 4 slices cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons ketchup. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard. 1/2 cup shredded lettuce. 1 tomato, sliced. 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced. 4 pickle slices. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat. Slice the baguette into 4 equal pieces and then split them horizontally. In a bowl, season the ground beef with salt and pepper and form it into 4 burger patties. Grill or pan-fry the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes per side or until they reach your desired level of doneness. During the last minute of cooking, add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty to melt. While the burgers are cooking, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, and Dijon mustard to make a sauce. Once the burgers are done, remove them from the heat. Spread the sauce on both sides of each baguette piece. Layer the bottom half of each baguette with shredded lettuce, a burger patty with melted cheese, tomato slices, red onion slices, and pickle slices.
