Dear Alan Turing / Christopher Morcom fans and enjoyers.
I'm wondering if "Alan Turing: The Enigma" is worth it as someone who is looking for information more about Christopher Morcom. I'm told it's one of the best, if only, biographies that go into a bit more detail about Alan's friendship and love for Christopher, but I'm not sure if it's worth it!
Should I buy the book?
Additionally, if anyone has any other recommendations for legitimate places I can get a bit more information about Christopher Morcom, I would love to know!
I know it's limited due to his early passing, but even things like the letters Alan wrote to Mrs Morcom, I'd be interested in seeing, just anything that's got a bit more information about Christopher as a person.
Thanks!
(I've read the Sherborn Boarding School Archive on him and his Boarding house and what it says about him and Turing, and Turing's page and Boarding house. And I've seen a various few things hear and there on the internet. But yeh, any books, or articles anything is greatly appreciated!)

Banner request for Alan Turing and Christopher Morcom with themes of stargazing, cryptography, cartography, nature, Cambridge, and secret love, for @nubsoftherat.
A lot of different concepts in there, but I tried to work a good handful of them into one cohesive-ish thing? My first time trying to edit in this style, truly, so I hope you'll like it.

One morning in 1949, Ms. Doris Morcom’s kindergarten class at Sedgwick Elementary in Connecticut sat down to draw portraits of their dads—from memory—for Father’s Day.
The results were everything you’d hope for: sweet, funny, wildly creative, and totally sincere. What makes it even better is that the dads posed next to the drawings their kids made, giving us a rare, side-by-side look at how a five-year-old sees their hero.
And in the final photo, the tables turned—the fathers sketched a portrait of Ms. Morcom as a little surprise for the kids. A perfect blend of humor, heart, and a snapshot of a time when life felt just a little bit simpler.

Fun fact number 3!
What about some queer history, hm? Alan Turing, a computer scientist, mathematician, and cryptanalyst was actually a gay man— his significant other was Christopher Morcom and described as Turing’s first love.

Channelers - Morcom Tapes
Following in the vein of 2016's "Arden Tapes," this collection gathers a smattering of live-to-tape recordings of hammered dulcimer and acoustic guitar. Ranging from lightly rehearsed compositions to melodic fragments and push record and go style improvisations, these tracks hang together as loose and meditative explorations of the moment.

The FUTURE of Good Omens...
I don't mean Season 3... I mean, post Series. Unlike American series which go on year after year after year before fading into inglorious shark jumping, British series tend to have very finite endings. The Young Ones had Clifff!!!!!!! Black Adder ended each season/series pretty definitively (and the end of Season 4 is like one of THOSE perfect moments of television). Even Doctor Who 'ends' every season - you can't tell me Jodi's Doctor was the same as say Hartnell's Doctor... The thing is, we have all of human history to play with. Sure we get Minisodes, and have the Lockdown special, and of course 'Staged' which is kind of a Kitty-Cornered Alternate-Universe thing for our 'boys', so obviously it can be done. Also, both David and especially Micheal adore the characters (and each other - Morcome and Wise, the Two Ronnies. Sheen and Tennant...) Nothing 'huge' or high pressure. Just once in a while, 10, 20 minute 'bits'... Though I'd give a bottle of Talisker and some Eccles cakes for a 'Good Omens Christmas Carol'...
