Realizing today while reading EONM that In regards to my art, I also experience something like “the flash”. For me, It’s not really how Emily describes it, but as y’all know I’ve been drawing scenes from the book as we read. But I don’t really get to choose what scenes I draw. (Though Sometimes I do make myself draw something because I feel it’s important). I’ll be reading and then an image will vividly pop into my head, like it’s demanding to be drawn. It’s often not an important scene, just a vivid one.
