Effective Mole Removal Treatment in Hyderabad
Moles, while sometimes adding character, can also be bothersome when they appear in unwanted places or grow too large. Understanding how to effectively remove them is crucial for enhancing both appearance and comfort.
Understanding Moles
Medically known as 'nevi,' moles are pigmented spots that can appear anywhere on the body. They vary in color and size, and while most are harmless, they can become inconvenient or aesthetically displeasing.
Causes of Moles
Moles develop when melanocytes, the cells that produce skin pigment (melanin), grow in clusters instead of spreading evenly throughout the skin. The exact cause of this clustering is not fully understood, but factors like genetics, sun exposure, and hormonal changes may play a role.
Benefits of Mole Removal
Removing moles can improve appearance and alleviate discomfort caused by their location or size. Whether on the face or body, removing troublesome moles can restore confidence and prevent irritation from clothing or accessories.
Effective Removal Options
While home remedies are often ineffective, professional treatments at a specialized skin clinic offer safe and efficient solutions. In Hyderabad, Dr. Venus Aesthetic Clinics provide various effective mole removal treatments such as Electrocautery, Radiofrequency (RF), Q-switched Nd laser, and Punch Excision. ʚɞ﹒﹒﹒ 𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠. jeonghan 𝖝 fem. reader. ⿻﹒﹒﹒ 𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐫𝐞. fluff, slife of life, est. relationship. ꗃ ﹒﹒﹒ 𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠. petname, a slightly suggestive sentence? barely proofread :)
ᯓ note. i'm back before i disappear again. i don't really feel proud of this one but here we go. i miss him :(
ᯓ star diviser by @/cafekitsune.
“baby, can i ask you something?” asks jeonghan; his eyes are closed, letting you take the reins in this situation.
you two are currently in the bathroom, him seated on your vanity chair, – which you decided to move so he could have something comfortable to sit on – hair up and eyes closed as you are helping him remove his makeup.
“sure, go ahead,” you respond, focused on the task at hand.
“why do you always start with my right cheek every time you cleanse off my makeup?”
there is a moment of silence in the room. he feels your finger freeze as you apply the cream cleanser as if you've just been caught red-handed doing something illegal.
your brain has just stopped thinking, almost as if short-circuited. you let a few seconds pass in silence, and when your mind finally comes back into working order, you suck a deep breath in before saying, “because,”
once again, there’s a pause in the air; jeonghan no longer feels the presence of your hand near his face but hears rummaging. the tampering sound stops and a delicate brush of your fingers let him know you're back working on his face. you gently gather his front locks and secure them back with a barrette.
“i want to see your cheek mole first.” your fingers finish massaging his face. jeonghan scoffs, holding back his laughter as if he knew the answer to his question all along. the corners of his lips tremble, fighting back a smirk. “my cheek mole? why?” you pinch his cheek and he hisses, his hand flying to his cheek to massage the not-so-bruised spot.
“i just find it cute. now rinse your face,” you order in a dull voice; even the confession about finding his mole cute sounds plain if jeonghan didn't know you well enough.
he does as you tell him, he gets up from the chair and turns on the faucet. leaning over the sink, he begins to rinse his face while you gather your things and go get him a towel. once he's done, you hand him the towel. he murmurs a small thank you as he takes the cloth from your hands and wipes his face and hands.
he takes a few seconds to look at his reflection in the mirror after drying. “why do you find it cute though?”
you pause in your tracks when you hear that question escape his lips. he sees your reflection in the mirror giving him that gun-atomizer look and he wants to laugh at how cute you look to him. you act like he just said something that's going to start a world war.
he turns around to face you, smiling but trying his best not to burst out laughing. you look at him with wide eyes, still dumbfounded.
“don't you find it cute?” you hands reach to cup his face, gently brushing his cheeks with your fingers. you look at him in the eyes, a pout adorning your lips.
“hmm... not really,” he responds simply, never breaking eye contact with you.
“well,” you start. you bring his face closer to yours. maybe jeonghan thought you were going to kiss him on the lips and instinctively closed his eyes. you smirk, your thumb lightly brushing his lower lip.
but instead of his lips, you aim at his right cheek, where his mole is. you leave a quick peck on that exact spot and back up to look at his reaction. his eyes widen from shock as he stares down at you, astonished.
continuing your sentence, you declare, “i find it cute.” you just act oblivious, flashing him your most bright, innocent smile.
he mirrors your smile. “whatever you say, baby.” he leans down to capture your lips in a sweet, loving kiss.
he giggles in the kiss, ‘cute’ you think to yourself.
ᯓ final note. i didn't know how to end this on, so i just ended it there. thank you for reading <3

YES BABY? ﹙ in a lovesick smile.﹚

( NOTES. ) lee heeseung as your comfort love. fluff. comfort hurt. fem!centered. lowercase intended. 810wc. frm my old acct. 𓈃 ๋ 𝐍𝐄𝐖 峠
reqs are open!
you watch as heeseung laughs with jay, giggling and snorting over something you assume jay told him. for minutes you have been contemplating whether you should tell him or not, more like ask him. afterall it’s something he bought, you can’t just have it like that, even if its as minuscule as it is.
for as long as you can remember you had been scolded and talked bad about when you took anything without asking, even something like a thin cucumber slice as a child. eventually you stopped, not bothering to have or ask for things that you liked or needed; being told you waste money when you only wanted to enjoy suppressed your will to voice out or act on your cravings.
walking up to the corner of the couch where both the boys are seated, you stand in front of heeseung. looking at the tiny mole near his jaw in a fiddling nervousness while he's focused on jay. but all that focus shifts on you before you even tap on his shoulder to get his attention, your index finger mid-way in the air, hovering over his arm as he subtly gestures to jay and then turns to look at you. removing his cap so that he can see your face better, he asks,“yes baby?” a fond and lovestruck smile spread on his lips, his eyes twinkling with hearts and stars.
for as long as you can remember you had always been looked past, disregarded or brushed aside during conversations. people, even your own family members wouldn’t consider whatever you were saying as important enough to acknowledge. simply your words, your opinions weren’t ever important, at least that’s you were made to feel.
“the ice cream..i..-”, you mumble out in a small voice afraid of him getting upset and mad at you or so but instead he pouts in an apologetic ‘oh no’ look, almost making you believe it’s wrong. “i only got myself rainbow sherbet since you had a cold last week and they didn’t have you favorite,"
“should i go get you some now? you want it, right?” he asks softly, reaching out to hold your hand in his, gently squeezing your fingers and rubbing his thumb across them while lightly swinging your arm with his as he looks up at you.
“can i go with you?” his smile widens at that and he nods.
but it falls immediately when he sees your eyes starting to water, the white turning into subtle red, as the tears begin to shine against the light of the room.
and for as long as you can remember your presence was ignored whenever you cried, it didn’t matter even when it was something as serious as the worst mental breakdown you had ever had in your life. like you were invisible, people walked past you, talked and laughed while you were there crying just beside them. people who were supposed to comfort you. you could say you never had someone comfort you during hard times or something even as small as hitting your head against the car door, when you would mumble out a small ouch and no one around would bother to look at you. no one would even ask if you’re okay when you would fall over and scrape your knee or walk over a piece of glass.
but heeseung, he is the kind of person you should have had or perhaps needed your entire childhood and up until you actually met him. being with him made you realize that you could be treated like a princess, you could be given importance, you could be given respect and a kind of love which doesn’t put you down. you could be cared for like a baby yet still not be spoiled, you could make mistakes and not be made fun of for that, you could be taken seriously and most of all, you could be you and still be loved with all of a heart, mind and soul.
he made you realize, right people make you feel right and wrong people come disguised as people closest to you. they may not intend to hurt you but they did and you’re not obliged to forgive them.
in an instant your boyfriend stands up, bending to your height and cupping your face. bambi eyes big and concerned as he wipes the tears now rolling down and constantly muttering 'why’, this is what you had missed, never experienced.
when you step back a little and tumble on a cord on the floor, almost falling over he grabs you in swift motion before crouching down to let him give you a piggy back ride to the store just across the building because he doesn’t want even a scratch on you.
love might not heal but sometimes it shows what should have been.

I've been working on this Timkon friends to lovers prom fic for like four months and the second after I post it, Ao3 goes down 😭
I've gotta share it somewhere, sooo here is a snippet!
Edit: here’s the link to Step Five: Follow Him To Canada!
FLASH.
Another pretty picture. They were in the foyer, framed by the grand staircase and twirling chandelier.
Tim’s hands were stuffed in his pockets.
He wore a tux— chosen at random like five minutes before everyone showed up.
His friends clearly put a lot more thought into getting ready. Cissie’s hair was pinned up, with a few curled tendrils framing her face. She had a cream dress that clung to her body with a long slit down the side. Cassie looked just as hot in a lavender suit with a matching cream pocket square. Her short hair was slicked back, in the rockstar fashion, and her eyeliner was sharp. Bart wore a grey suit with a matching skirt. Greta wore a puffy, tulle dress that was as pink as her cheeks. She looked particularly alive tonight.
And then there was Kon.
Kon was in a league of his own.
The suit itself was gorgeous— navy blue, silky, with a shirt loosely unbuttoned— and had a vaguely 70s vibe. But it wasn’t just his clothes. His smile was bright. His eyes sparkled. Getting to see this exact shade of happiness on his face was the whole reason Tim bought tickets in the first place— but wow. His imagination paled in comparison to the real thing. A part of him couldn’t believe his best friend had been this attractive the whole time. Tim should’ve realized his feelings sooner. It wasn’t fair. It also really, really wasn’t fair that Kon got to go through life looking like that. Of course he had a boyfriend. Was Kaldur his boyfriend?
Like it mattered.
If any part of Kon ever momentarily entertained the thought of liking Tim like that, he would’ve said something. Like with Cassie, like with Kaldur, like with girls Kon hit on with the subtly of wack-a-mole throughout the years. Every flirty line or stupid wink got under Tim’s skin. Now he finally understood exactly why, but knowing why didn’t help. Nothing could help. Everything was awful. Tonight was supposed to be fun, but he’d never escape the ungrateful little voice whispering, but imagine how much better this would be if he liked you back. Tonight would be torture. He wished there was a surgery to remove these feelings from his body. He’d rather feel nothing at all.
FLASH.
“Okay, now do a silly one,” Dick said, lowering the camera.
“Dick,” Tim said.
“Let’s do it,” said Bart. He jumped into Cissie’s arms with a grin, Cassie and Greta did Charlie’s Angels, Kon floated into the air and did a cool kick upside down. Tim did a peace sign with an expression that gave nothing.
FLASH.
“Okay, we’re good,” Tim said.
“Wait,” Cassie said, nudging Greta toward Tim. “We need to take some in pairs. Cissie and I did ours already, but you guys should, too.”
“Yeah!” said Bart. “Let’s take some.”
He grabbed Kon by the hand and pulled him in front of the camera.
“Let’s do a serious one,” Bart said, posing with his arms crossed. “OH wait,” he sprinted away and returned with sunglasses.
“Okay, now I’m ready.”
Dick snapped a few pics of them, while Tim and Greta kinda stood to the side.
“It would be nice to take a few pictures together,” she said. She tucked her hair behind her ear and added, “But if you’d rather not, I totally understand—”
“No, no, it’s okay,” Tim said. “I don’t mind. I’m just… not very photogenic.”
“Really? I don’t know about that. I think you look great.”
“Thanks. So do you— I mean, you look beautiful.”
She glanced down, smiling sweetly at the floor.
“Thanks.”
“Okay, boys. Take five. Tim and Greta’s turn,” Cassie said.
Bart appeared at Cissie’s side and they whispered about something. Kon walked over slower.
As reluctant as Tim was, he was determined not to show it. Greta seemed excited by the classic prom experience. So many classic experiences had been cruelly denied to her. He wanted to make her happy and if that meant posing with his arms around her waist like a traditional prom photo-op, he would do it with a smile.
FLASH, FLASH, FLASH.
Greta turned to face him.
“Maybe we should do another pose?”
“Sure,” Tim said. “Unless, I mean, do you want some with Bart or something?”
“Oh. Yeah, of course.”
Bart and Cissie stopped whispering. Tim walked toward the group, but Kon cut him off before he got too far.
“Can I talk to you alone for a second?” Kon asked.
Tim nodded. He looked unbothered, but inside, he was bothered quite a bit.
The only thing Kon would need to talk to him about privately was if he wanted to invite someone else tonight, since this was technically Tim’s event. Maybe he decided he wanted to invite his boyfriend. Tim lead Kon to the parlor, trying not to drag his feet.
The parlor had a high, domed ceiling, with dark, heavy furniture. The couch was pale blue, like the old wallpaper, and as hard as the floor. Tim shut the door behind them.
“What’s up?” he asked.
“Hi,” Kon said.
He was nervous.
Well, he should be. If Tim wanted his boyfriend there, he would’ve invited him.
Of course Tim was going to let Kaldur could come. He wasn’t a jealous asshole. At least— he didn’t want to act like one.
“Hi,” Tim said, with an edge.
Kon bit back a smile. In this suit, the move was lethally attractive. Somehow, Tim persevered.
“I— well. I brought you something.”
Tim’s eyebrows shot up. Kon just kept rambling.
“But if you don’t like it— or think it’s— whatever. You can just throw it away before we go back out there. So. Here.”
He reached into his jacket pocket and pulled out a boutonnière.
A burgundy rose with ivory accents.
It was a moment of shock like someone pulled the rug out from under him— but instead of belly flopping onto the unforgiving ground, he discovered he could fly. That was how his stomach felt at least, swooping like he was doing figure eights through the clouds.
Tim took the flowers.
“Technically, you invited all of us,” Kon continued, finally back to his usual confidence. “But I know you’re only going because of me.”
Something about Kon’s stupid little smirk was actually grounding. Tim found his footing with sarcasm.
“I’m also dying to know who’s gonna be prom king.”
“I already know. I’m looking at him.”
That surprised a laugh out of him.
“You’d have a better chance than me,” said Tim.
“Really?” Kon asked.
Tim pinned his boutonnière on his lapel.
“Really. Especially if I was your campaign manager. Smile at the right people. Shake a few hands. And if all else fails, I’d stuff the ballot box.”
“I don’t know,” Kon said, feigning modesty. He reached up and adjusted the flower. His hand wound up on Tim’s chest. The teasing was done when he looked Tim in the eye and said, “I’d vote for you.”
Something was weird.
Tim broke away, feeling flush, and told himself it was all in his head.
“…Thanks,” Tim said, eventually. “For the flower. I feel like I’m really getting the full prom experience.”

Hey, plus size girlie anon here👋🏼 I totally get where you come from with not wanting to be too specific about yn description-wise, and how it can get messy. Whatever and how much you're comfortable doing I'm 100% sure I'll enjoy writing! Like i said, it was a self indulgent ask, being a curvier girlie myself, so I'm glad you're considering doing it in any form you decide to😊
Note: it's self indulgent for me too, so I think I'll endulge on it now too 😏 thank you for the vote of confidence, too ✨️
"Are you sure you don't want to go anywhere else? I could take you shopping or something, I'll find the energy", Lando tried as you shook your head.
"Lando, baby", you called, "when have I ever said no to spending time at the beach with you? I'm totally fine with that, I'm very happy to feel the sun on my skin and have you next to me, no shirt and looking handsome as ever", you kissed his cheek, grabbing the beach bag and storing your towell in it.
"I just thought you'd like to do more things. I know I'm tired from the season, but I don't want you to feel like you have to be with me at all times if what I do make should bored a-", you interrupted him, "Lando, me in a bikini you in shorts, sun, a book, sand and salty water. The plan sounds great to me", you shut him up with a long kiss on his lips.
The hotel you were staying in had a private beach for their clients, and since it was winter break, not many people were around as you arrived, seeing another couple on the front row of sunloungers and no one else.
"We could have one of these for a change today", Lando suggested, patting the cushioned mattress of the double sunlounger that resembled an outdoor bed. The curtains around it were open, even though the thin material wouldn't do much to hide if they had been shut, and the pillows looked perfect for you to lay against them and read your book.
Setting the beach bag down, you grabbed your sandals and stored them in the wooden step, taking what your toiletries bag and book out so you had all you needed.
"Here, let me do it", Lando said as he grabbed the sunscreen bottle while you removed your beach dress, leaving him to admire your body in all of its glory. He began applying it to your legs, his fingers squeezing your thighs lovingly as he kissed them every now and then, coming up to rub the white cream on your back and shoulders, kissing your moles and fiddling with your straps, "don't worry, I'm not going to let anyone else see what's for my eyes only", he smirked, rubbing his nose on the nape of your neck. Moving to your front, he rubbed your arms and chest since you had already done your face, moving to rub it on your tummy, "all done now, love. No lobster impersonation", he joked, handing you the bottle so you could rub the product on his skin.
Sitting down afterwards, you grabbed your kindle as Lando laid his head on your thighs, facing your tummy, one of your hands holding the device where you found the book you had been reading and the other finding your boyfriend's curls, playing with them and slightly scratching his scalp.
"This is my favourite place to be", Lando whispered, afraid he'd disturb you but ultimately wanting you to hear what he had to say, "it's a shame we don't have these beaches back home then", you chuckled placing your kindle next to you as you took a good look at him. The curtains were enough to shield his eyes from the sun rays, so the beautiful orbs looking back at you showed honesty and appreciation, "I don't care if were in snow or rain, and you know what I mean. I love laying on your thighs, they're so comfy. I can look up at you, I can kiss your skin any time I want, I can trace these", he motioned, tracing the stretch marks on your hips, "it let's me love all of you, even though I'm far from these", he groped your boobs quickly before you swatted his hands, "what?! You can't blame me that my girlfriend is the most gorgeous, sexiest woman ever", he said, kissing just above your bellybutton, "I love you, Y/N, and I'll tell it to everyone who wants to hear it".
(Thank you for submitting an ask 🤍)

Muppet of Stede Bonnet from Our Flag Means Death
Behind the scenes
My materials:
1/2 inch thick reticulated foam
thin foam sheets
contact adhesive (Gorilla Glue)
??-gauge wire (not an easily bendible gauge, but I can’t remember what size/density it is)
beige fleece fabric
blondish/gold long fur fabric
white resin
miscellaneous felts for mouth/features
miscellaneous cream/blue fabric for clothing
gold trim
white lace
threads etc for sewing
arm-poles (can be bought or made)
I made a template for my Stede design based on Puppetnerd’s videos and the samples on their websites. Stage one is tracing the template onto the reticulated foam and then gluing both halves of the head together.
You’re probably not meant to use pegs, but I was impatient and it looks very punk. The fabric for the head covering needs a different pattern since the fabric has to stretch around the head. The test-nose was made of leftover fabric pulled snug around a piece of foam that I’d cut to shape.
I made a booboo with the head pattern for the fabric and it’s why Stede’s mouth shows so much of the inside at the edges. I forgot to include the seam allowance.
I cast the eyes out of white resin, then sanded them down to give them a matt finish and also sanded the back so they could be glue in place
Then came adding on all the features, including Rhys’s mole, the ears and hair and such
Do not speak to me of that sdfgjksghdf wig made from fur fabric. I looked like a thousand cats had shed all over me. However, once it was groomed in place with some water and PVA, it looks better :)
Add some eyes and features and we have a muppety man :)
I learned the hard way that it’s easier to attach the body before adding the head, and yet still made the same mistake with my second muppet. Still, body - much like head - is a simple case of follow the template, cut the foam, stick the two halves together, then put the ‘skin’ over it. No pictures of that, but behold muppety arms :D
I made little wire bones for the hands to make them poseable, then padded them out with foam and filler and attached them to the body.
Once the arms were on, the clothing began :D I eyeballed it and made patterns around the shape/size of the muppet. Won’t go into details of the experimentation that happened, but in the end, I was victorious :) One shirt, one waistcoat and one overcoat, all removable.
And then I made him a friend.

4 - Many dermatologists in Germany only look at a patient's problematic skin for a
few seconds patient's problematic skin for only a few seconds (if at all).
- Without inquiring, dermatologists assume that there is some kind of disease and
even insist on this possibly wrong assumption,
- the dermatologists also ignore existing skin diseases such as skin fungi
- then prescribe one or two ointments and then send the patient home.
patient home.
These are usually cortisone ointments, because cortisone is THE panacea of all
dermatologists in Germany, and high-dose medications that cause the patient and
his skin the patient and their skin.
- No dermatologist is interested in whether these ointments work. The main thing
something was prescribed.
Some want to treat skin fungi with cortisone or creams with which they
are not allowed to treat skin fungi at all. It is clear that a patient's skin then
of a patient deteriorates.
5 Very often dermatologists try their hand at the patient's skin because they do not recognize skin diseases, do not know what to do or are not interested.
They also prescribe high doses of medication and often sell expensive skin care products from skin care companies that do more damage to the patient's skin.
6 Presumed diagnoses with the prescribed ointments and cortisone are usually wrong and further aggravate the patient's skin.
7 The vast majority of dermatologists in Germany are indifferent to the cause of the skin condition.
Dermatologists do not treat the causes. Symptom treatments are more important because they are of the opinion that all skin diseases cannot be cured and because they earn more money with symptom treatments.
8 Many skin diseases in the early stages need to be treated as quickly as possible so that they do not become chronic. Many dermatologists know this, which is why they avoid giving a patient a quick appointment or do not want to treat them in time. As a result, a patient's skin problem becomes chronic.
9 Skin screening is paid for by the German statutory health insurance companies every two years.
A proper skin screening takes at least 30 minutes. The patient must be examined very thoroughly from head to toe in order to avoid secondary diseases.
Most dermatologists only spend 3-4 minutes on a skin screening and some are so brazen that they even want to cut out all moles, purely for profit.
Health insurance companies pay about 150 euros for the removal of a mole.
10 Every dermatology practice also performs minor surgical procedures. Many doctors are not thorough and unprepared so that patients are left with unfavorable scarring and some skin conditions are worse after surgery than before.

I put this in an ask for @five-and-dimes but Tumblr ate it so I’m typing what I remember it saying: Instead of faking his death especially in the current years, Hob could’ve used makeup, or hair dye (or bleach and also a razor/scissors) to look like he’s aging or to look different (beards too). It kinda looks like he has grey at his temples at the new inn (hopefully he isn’t just aging slowly) he (as most disaster bi beings could also switch gender?) he could adapt different accents or use semi permanent plastic surgery (Botox injections don’t last I believe) or use diy temporary hacks like face lift tape 😂 also moles/beauty marks, scars, birthmarks, freckles, age spots…
Either dream doesn’t recognize him or does.
Options of what dream walks into the new inn seeing:
Drag queen hob
Street performer mime

SCP(L): Super Crappy Pickup Lines
Ignoring the very anomalous charges under our care, the Foundation is a lot like any other office. There's the office brown-noses, the snitches, the useless, the know-too-much types, the overachievers... and the flirts. Some of us have game, some of us couldn't find games in a toy shop. Here's some of the worst. Triggers: adult content, bad puns.
"That an anomalous sword in you hand 076-2 or are you just happy to see me?" Only Agent Dimitriov can try this and live. Anyone else is just going to become a red smudge on that sword.
"Good thing I'm certified in handling incendiary weapons, as you're smoking babe."
"Hey, sexy mama. Wanna see a naked Mole Rat?"
"Are you a memetic cognitohazard? Cause you keep running through my mind all night."
"Hey, are you a pneumohazard anomaly? I ask, because you take my breath away in that dress."
"You had me at 'cheesecake'."
"I don't know just what it is about you, 173... but I just can't take my eyes off you in that blue dress." That... was weird. Usually CLEF flirts with the Staring Statue, hearing a D-Class say that stuff was scary.
"Better get the MTF up here, that ass so fine shorty bends reality."
"I would bring you the skulls of every enemy of yours if it makes you smile, my (untranslatable)." Huh. Kinda romantic for Big Brother.
"The stars in the night are insignificant compared to those residing in your eyes, my dove." Okay... not going to lie... that was smooth as silk. No doubt about it Iris... Viktor is a keeper.
"The only thing blacker than your coffee preference is your soul. We should have dinner soon."
"I'd breach containment for you. I'd face the Hard to Destroy Reptile for you. I'd even remove a water bottle from your junk, again. I'd do anything for your love... except face the Ethics Committee again. I'm sorry, but you need to buy your own booze tonight, Ben. Bad enough they threatened me with the Red Right Hand after the last incident."
"Dyo, you may be a 'bad guy', but it doesn't make you a bad person. Thanks for telling Lenny the Letch to eat a bag of zombie dicks. Wanna grab coffee?"
"I've got the worst headache in history, 049... and I think a hug from you might be the best cure."
"Hey, can my eel slither in your pond?" That earned a slap from the Water Nymph. I'd have slapped him too.
"My anomalous ability? I made you come with just two fingers."
"I gave up a kidney for you. If that's not love, Charles, tell me what is."
An ANTI-pickup line: "Are you with the Church of the Broken God? Because you're really starting to grind my gears."
"Why yes, 999... that IS a mammoth ice cream sundae with your name on it, and everyone is ALWAYS happy to see you. Wanna play Among Us and chill?"
"Are you a Bixby? Because you're so fine it challenges my notion of reality."
"Of course she's Thaumiel, she's so fine even the Shy Guy stares as she passes by. So what? I'd still suit up to tap that heavenly fineness."
"You look cold, Dr. Iceberg. Maybe a hug would warm you up."
"Doctor, if I said you Light up my life would you be mad at me?"
"I'd gladly be your dinner if I get dessert first, Kuhmiho." Okay, D-2984 must not have been around pretty girls much.
"That a new dress, Dr. Myriad? It looks great on you, but it'd look better on my chair."
"I've got a couple bottles of your favorite wine, a few antimemetics... what say you and I get out of here and not make memories?"
"Oh, sweetie... 343 did his finest work when he made you."
"106... that a Marshall, Carter, & Dark thug? Aw, thank you, sweetheart! I got you one too. Happy Valentine's Day, Larry!"
"Hello, 049. Wanna play Doctor?"
"You're like an annoying TikTok music video, I close my eyes and I hear your voice. You, uh... doing anything tonight?"

This Bliss Skin Tag Remover review goes over the basic details of this serum, from how it works to its benefits and ingredients. By the end of this advanced Skincell review, you'll know how much to invest and whether you should buy one.
What are moles?
A birthmark or mole is a normal skin growth that develops when pigment-producing cells ( melanocytes ) grow in groups. They appear on the skin as small, dark marks and sometimes small flesh-colored bumps.
Moles can come in a variety of colors, shapes and sizes. For example, one type of mole is a blue birthmark. Blue moles look blue because the group of pigment-producing cells is smaller in the skin than brown freckles and moles. They may look unusual, but are generally benign.
Most people have moles . Only about one in a hundred people have a mole or mole present at birth. These so-called congenital melanocytic nevi are often larger than acquired nevi (moles) that develop after birth. Moles usually appear in childhood and early teenage years, so that by the age of 15, Australian children have an average of over 50 moles.
What is the difference between a mole and freckles?
Moles tend to lift off the surface of the skin while freckles are flat. Like moles, the color associated with freckles is due to the presence of melanin, which is formed in melanocytes that have appeared or darken with exposure to the sun. Moles appear when skin cells form a cluster. Freckles have a normal number of pigment-producing cells and cannot turn into moles.

Just like last time as Sebastian had the biopsy done, he had at least a little bit of routine as he lay down on the chair again, took his shirt off. Once the numbing cream was on and they had to wait a little bit, William was a supportive sweetheart much as always, took his hand and reminded him why it was a great thing to have this taken out already. Sebastian smiled a little at him and squeezed his hand.
This biopsy didn’t feel pleasant, much like the first one but still kind of worse. The armpit was definitely different to the back, skin was thinner and just for some reason it was more painful for Sebastian there. Removing the mole felt alright then, the numbing cream did its thing but still. The doctor put away quite a chunk of skin and the aftermath of it was way more painful than the procedure itself. But at least the nasty thing was gone, indeed. Now they needed to discuss the results…
Sebastian, fully bandaged on armpit and back now, carefully put back on his shirt then all was done. It felt slightly painful due to the numbing cream but he also got some painkillers for later.
What followed now were the news - newest one, the results. Sebastian got nervous again as Dr Chalman asked them to sit down. He reached for William‘s hand.
„Okay, so…I won’t be talking much around this. As we did both MRI and CT to get a better idea of the stage of the melanoma…the results show, that some cells did spread and moved to the nearby lymph nodes. When melanoma spreads to lymph nodes, it indicates that the cancer may be in a more advanced stage. This spread makes it important for us to look into treatments that can target melanoma throughout the body, not just in one area. Most importantly, we didn’t find anything in other areas of the body, just the lymph nodes“,
Advanced stage. Spread. Sebastian was pale as a sheet already and squeezing William‘s hand to the death, subconsciously. His heart was beating hard in his chest and honestly, he didn’t know if he could take all of this. He was getting nauseous again. Of course Dr Chalman noticed that too. „Mr Michaelis, important to note is, that we didn’t find any spreads in other organs or areas of the body, so we can target the lymph nodes very effectively. I highly recommend we do surgery to remove the affected lymph nodes and I would also like to discuss with you the treatments to target this effectively. It sounds bad but it’s very treatable if we act fast now“.
For I have sinned...
The principal cleared his throat, eyes scanning the notes that he had wrote down before this meeting. It already lasted an hour, and the teachers gathered in the faculty room were becoming restless and bored. But indeed there were some things to discuss, with the concert that the senior class was supposed to perform at the end of the semester, and with recent staff changes.
William glanced down at his watch, sighing softly. His class was starting in 15 minutes, so at least, whether the meeting will be done soon or not, he will get to excuse himself. He looked out of the window, his mind wandering. Principal’s voice turned into white noise in the background. It was a pleasant day, late summer. But William was looking forward to a slightly cooler weather. Wearing all black could really be bothersome at times.
“And lastly, I am pleased to announce that we have finally found replacement for the violin teacher. Dear Mr Tanaka, may he rest in peace, was with us for so many years that I’ve been concerned we won’t be able to find someone as good as to fill this position.” the principal spoke. “But Mr… Michaelis, was highly recommended to me, and he indeed has impressive references. He will be starting this week, so please welcome him warmly once he will arrive. Ah yes… about that. He will arrive today at noon, I need someone to pick him up from the train station and bring over for the tour around the school. Any volunteers?”
William was barely listening, and definitely not paying much attention. He glanced at his watch again, and saw that it was time to leave, as his class was about to start. He raised his hand to excuse himself, and little did he know, he just volunteered.
“Father William! Excellent!” the principal exclaimed. “Just don’t be late, the train arrives at noon.”
“Train…?” William questioned, raising his brow. He had a feeling he was missing something…
***
Right after the meeting, William had to run for the class, so he had little time to clarify what exactly he had volunteered for. He was a piano teacher in this Music Academy, but also he served as a priest in local church. Well respected, and rather liked. So when he later found out it was about the new violin teacher, he didn’t refuse. Who, other than himself, would be a better choice to introduce a newcome to their community?
So even though he raised his hand by accident, he accepted this fate.
After classes, at noon, William took a taxi and drove to the train station, to pick up their new teacher. Wearing black trousers, and a black shirt with a thin tie, was absolutely dreadful in this weather, so William quickly found shelter under the roof of the station platform, that provided some shade.
The train had just arrived. William had no idea how Mr Michaelis looked like, but he figured he will just look for someone carrying a violin case with them.
He was in for a bit surprise.

What Should You Know About Skin Cancer? Insights from a Dermatologist
Skin cancer is the most common type of cancer, affecting millions of people worldwide each year. While it can be a frightening diagnosis, early detection and prevention can significantly increase the chances of successful treatment. In this comprehensive guide, we’ll delve into the key aspects of skin cancer, including types, causes, prevention, and what to do if you suspect you may have skin cancer. These insights from dermatologists will help you understand and protect your skin from this potentially life-threatening disease.
Understanding Skin Cancer
Skin cancer occurs when the skin cells grow abnormally, often due to damage from ultraviolet (UV) radiation. It typically develops on areas of the skin that have been exposed to the sun, but it can also appear on areas not ordinarily exposed to sunlight. For individuals seeking a comprehensive approach to skincare, including skin lightening treatment in Bangalore or pigmentation treatment in Bangalore, understanding these risks is crucial.
Types of Skin Cancer
There are three main types of skin cancer:
Basal Cell Carcinoma (BCC)
Squamous Cell Carcinoma (SCC)
Melanoma
Let’s explore each type in detail.
1. Basal Cell Carcinoma (BCC)
Characteristics:
BCC is the most common type of skin cancer.
It usually appears as a small, shiny bump or nodule on sun-exposed areas such as the face, neck, or arms.
BCC grows slowly and rarely spreads to other parts of the body but can cause significant local damage if not treated.
Risk Factors:
Fair skin that burns easily
Long-term sun exposure
History of frequent sunburns
Use of tanning beds
Treatment Options:
Surgical Excision: The cancerous lesion is surgically removed, often with a margin of healthy tissue.
Mohs Surgery: A precise surgical technique where thin layers of cancerous tissue are removed and examined until only cancer-free tissue remains.
Topical Medications: In some cases, creams or gels containing cancer-fighting agents may be used.
2. Squamous Cell Carcinoma (SCC)
Characteristics:
SCC is the second most common type of skin cancer.
It typically appears as a red, scaly patch, sore, or lump that may crust or bleed.
SCC can occur on sun-exposed areas like the face, ears, and hands but can also develop on scars or chronic skin sores.
Risk Factors:
Chronic sun exposure
Fair skin, light-colored eyes, and hair
Previous skin injuries or burns
Weakened immune system
Treatment Options:
Surgical Removal: Excision of the cancerous tissue with a margin of healthy skin.
Cryotherapy: Freezing the cancerous cells with liquid nitrogen.
Radiation Therapy: Used in cases where surgery is not an option or for large tumors.
Electrosurgery: Using electric currents to remove the cancer.
3. Melanoma
Characteristics:
Melanoma is the most dangerous type of skin cancer but is less common than BCC and SCC.
It develops in the melanocytes, the cells that produce melanin, the pigment that gives skin its color.
Melanoma often appears as a new mole or a change in an existing mole, characterized by asymmetry, irregular borders, multiple colors, or a diameter larger than 6mm.
Risk Factors:
History of intense, intermittent sun exposure (e.g., sunburns)
Fair skin with a tendency to freckle or burn
Family history of melanoma
Having many moles or unusual moles
Treatment Options:
Surgical Excision: Removing the melanoma along with some surrounding healthy tissue.
Immunotherapy: Using the body’s immune system to fight the cancer cells.
Targeted Therapy: Drugs that target specific genetic changes in melanoma cells.
Chemotherapy: Although less commonly used for melanoma, it may be employed in advanced cases.
Radiation Therapy: Sometimes used after surgery to kill any remaining cancer cells.
Causes and Risk Factors of Skin Cancer
Understanding the causes and risk factors of skin cancer can help you take preventive measures to protect your skin.
1. Ultraviolet (UV) Radiation
Sun Exposure: Prolonged exposure to the sun’s UV rays is the primary cause of skin cancer. This includes spending time outdoors without sun protection and getting sunburned.
Tanning Beds: Artificial sources of UV radiation, such as tanning beds, also significantly increase the risk of developing skin cancer.
2. Skin Type
People with fair skin, light hair, and light-colored eyes are at a higher risk because they have less melanin, the pigment that provides some protection against UV radiation.
3. Family History
A family history of skin cancer, especially melanoma, increases your risk of developing the disease.
4. Age
The risk of skin cancer increases with age due to cumulative sun exposure over time.
5. Immune System Suppression
Individuals with weakened immune systems, such as organ transplant recipients or those with certain medical conditions, are at a higher risk of developing skin cancer.
Prevention Tips for Skin Cancer
Preventing skin cancer involves protecting your skin from harmful UV radiation and staying vigilant about changes in your skin.
1. Use Sunscreen Daily
Apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher every day, even on cloudy days and during winter. Reapply every two hours when outdoors.
2. Wear Protective Clothing
Wear long-sleeved shirts, wide-brimmed hats, and sunglasses with UV protection when spending time outdoors.
3. Seek Shade
Whenever possible, stay in the shade, especially during the peak hours of 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. when the sun’s rays are the strongest.
4. Avoid Tanning Beds
Refrain from using tanning beds and sunlamps, as they emit UV radiation that increases the risk of skin cancer.
5. Regular Skin Checks
Perform self-examinations of your skin monthly to check for any new or changing moles, spots, or growths. Look for the ABCDEs of melanoma: Asymmetry, Border irregularity, Color variation, Diameter larger than 6mm, and Evolving shape or size.
6. Annual Dermatologist Visits
Schedule an annual skin exam with a dermatologist, who can identify suspicious lesions and provide early treatment if necessary. If you're also interested in improving skin appearance, ask about skin whitening treatment in Bangalore or tan removal treatment in Bangalore during your visit.
What to Do If You Suspect Skin Cancer
If you notice any suspicious changes in your skin, it’s essential to consult a dermatologist as soon as possible.
1. Don’t Panic
Not all skin changes are cancerous, but it’s crucial to get them checked out to rule out any serious conditions.
2. Seek Professional Evaluation
A dermatologist can perform a thorough skin examination and, if necessary, a biopsy to determine whether the lesion is cancerous. This is also a good opportunity to discuss other skin concerns, such as pigmentation treatment in Bangalore.
3. Follow-Up
If diagnosed with skin cancer, follow your dermatologist’s treatment plan closely. Early detection and treatment are key to successful outcomes.

Finding the Right Skin Doctor in Patna: Your Comprehensive Guide to Healthy Skin
When it comes to maintaining and achieving healthy skin, finding the right skin doctor in Patna is a crucial first step. With increasing environmental factors, stress, and lifestyle changes, skin issues are becoming more prevalent. Whether you are dealing with acne, eczema, pigmentation, or more severe skin conditions, a qualified dermatologist can provide the expertise and treatment you need to regain your confidence. In this detailed guide, we will explore the importance of consulting a skin doctor, the various skin conditions they treat, and how to choose the best one for your needs.
Understanding the Role of a Skin Doctor
A skin doctor in Patna, commonly known as a dermatologist, specializes in diagnosing and treating skin disorders. Dermatologists undergo extensive training to understand the complexities of the skin, which is the body’s largest organ. Their expertise allows them to handle a wide range of skin issues, from cosmetic concerns to serious medical conditions. Understanding when to consult a dermatologist is essential for effective skincare.
Common Skin Conditions Treated by Skin Doctors
Acne Acne is one of the most common skin conditions affecting people of all ages. It can lead to significant emotional distress, particularly in teenagers and young adults. A skin doctor in Patna can provide tailored treatment plans, including topical creams, oral medications, and lifestyle advice, to help manage and reduce acne effectively. They can also recommend advanced treatments like chemical peels or laser therapy to minimize scarring.
Eczema Eczema is a chronic inflammatory skin condition that causes red, itchy patches on the skin. This condition can be triggered by various factors, including allergens, stress, and weather changes. A dermatologist can help identify triggers and prescribe treatments to alleviate symptoms and prevent flare-ups, improving the quality of life for those affected.
Psoriasis Psoriasis is an autoimmune condition that results in the rapid growth of skin cells, leading to thick, scaly patches. This condition can be physically uncomfortable and emotionally distressing. A skin doctor in Patna can offer treatments such as topical therapies, phototherapy, and systemic medications to manage psoriasis effectively. Early intervention is crucial to prevent further complications.
Skin Cancer Skin cancer is a serious concern that requires immediate attention. Regular check-ups with a skin doctor can lead to early detection and treatment, significantly improving outcomes for patients. Dermatologists perform skin examinations to identify suspicious moles or lesions and provide biopsies when necessary. If diagnosed early, skin cancer can often be treated successfully.
Hyperpigmentation Conditions like melasma or sunspots can cause dark patches on the skin, affecting your appearance and self-esteem. A skin doctor in Patna can recommend treatments such as chemical peels, laser therapy, or topical agents to lighten these areas. Preventive measures, including sunscreen and protective clothing, are also essential components of managing hyperpigmentation.
Rosacea Rosacea is a chronic condition characterized by redness and visible blood vessels on the face. It often resembles acne but requires a different treatment approach. A skin doctor in Patna can prescribe medications and suggest skincare routines tailored to manage rosacea effectively, helping patients regain their confidence.
Warts and Skin Tags While often harmless, warts and skin tags can be bothersome and may cause self-consciousness. A dermatologist can safely remove these growths using various techniques, including cryotherapy or laser treatment.
Hair and Scalp Issues Many skin doctors also specialize in hair and scalp conditions, such as dandruff, hair loss, or scalp psoriasis. Consulting a skin doctor in Patna can help you understand the underlying causes and effective treatment options available.
Why You Should Consult a Skin Doctor
Consulting a skin doctor in Patna is essential for several reasons:
Expertise: Dermatologists have specialized training that allows them to accurately diagnose and treat skin conditions, ensuring you receive the best care possible.
Personalized Treatment Plans: Every individual’s skin is different. A skin doctor can provide tailored treatment plans that cater to your specific needs and concerns, ensuring optimal results.
Access to Advanced Treatments: Dermatologists have access to the latest treatments and technologies that may not be available through general practitioners. This access can lead to quicker and more effective solutions for your skin issues.
Preventive Care: Regular visits to a skin doctor can help catch potential skin issues early, preventing more severe problems down the line. Early detection can lead to simpler and more effective treatments.
How to Choose the Right Skin Doctor in Patna
Choosing the right skin doctor in Patna can seem daunting, but it’s essential for receiving the best care. Here are some tips to help you make an informed decision:
Check Qualifications and Experience Look for a dermatologist who is board-certified and has extensive experience in treating your specific skin condition. Online reviews and recommendations can provide insight into their expertise.
Consider Specializations Some dermatologists specialize in specific areas, such as cosmetic dermatology, pediatric dermatology, or surgical dermatology. Choose a skin doctor whose specialization aligns with your needs.
Read Reviews and Testimonials Online reviews can provide valuable information about the experiences of other patients. Look for feedback regarding the doctor’s approach, effectiveness of treatments, and overall patient satisfaction.
Evaluate Communication Style A good skin doctor should be able to communicate clearly and empathetically. During your initial consultation, pay attention to how they address your concerns and whether they take the time to explain treatment options.
Assess Clinic Environment The clinic’s environment can impact your overall experience. A clean, well-organized clinic with friendly staff can make visits more pleasant. Consider scheduling a preliminary visit to gauge the atmosphere.
Inquire About Treatment Options A reputable skin doctor in Patna will offer a range of treatment options tailored to your condition. Don’t hesitate to ask about the latest treatments and whether they are suitable for your specific needs.
What to Expect During Your Visit
During your appointment with a skin doctor in Patna, you can expect the following:
