GREES TO CEASEFIRE TERMS
🎯 Earlier today, the IDF conducted a precise, intelligence-based strike near Beirut, eliminating Mohammed Afif, the Chief Propagandist and Spokesperson of Hezbollah.
Afif, a senior Hezbollah operative since the 1980s, wielded significant influence over the group's military operations. He maintained contact with senior officials and played a critical role in planning and executing attacks against Israel.
Afif directed operatives to gather field footage for propaganda and psychological terror purposes. He also oversaw Hezbollah's responsibility for the UAV attack on the Israeli Prime Minister's residence in Caesarea on October 19, 2024.
Known for inciting violence and glorifying terrorism through Lebanese media, Afif was deeply involved in psychological warfare targeting the Israeli public, solidifying his pivotal role in Hezbollah's anti-Israel agenda.
🔸 Lebanon has informed the US administration of its agreement to the proposed ceasefire terms. US mediator Amos Hochstein is expected in Beirut on Tuesday to review the proposal's details.
⚠️ Iranian MP Ebrahim Azizi, head of the parliament's national security and foreign policy committee, warned that all Israeli facilities are "legitimate targets" for the Islamic Republic. He threatened retaliation "far more severe" than previous operations against Israel.
🔷 Hamas leaders have reportedly left Qatar for Turkey, as reported by Israel's Channel 11.
🎗️ Defense Minister Israel Katz convened a meeting with defense officials to discuss the hostages. A separate meeting included Shin Bet head Ronen Bar, IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Herzi Halevi, Mossad Director David Barnea, and Maj. Gen. (res.) Nitzan Alon to coordinate efforts to secure the hostages' return.
⭕ The Israeli Air Force intercepted a hostile UAV approaching from the east. Sirens were sounded in Eilat per protocol, and the UAV was neutralized before entering Israeli airspace.

LEBANON (PrR)(RNN) — Mohammed Afif, (https://t.me/PalestineResist/68783) the Media Relations Official for Hezbollah, ascended to martyrdom on the path to Al-Quds in a cowardly airstrike targeting the Baath headquarters in Beirut earlier today, joining the convoy of hundreds of journalist martyrs before him.
Since 2014, he has held his position, after joining Hezbollah in its foundation in 1983, creating the media arm of the resistance that we see today. Over 40 years, Afif was a fighter on the media front, notably in the 2006 war and in the Battle of the Mighty Ones, where his defiance shined in light of zionist threats.
Mourning him, Al-Manar wrote:
"A life spent on the path to Al-Quds, a voice boldly proclaiming resistance, a bright mind, a distinguished journalist, and now a blessed martyr. Many titles and roles embodied in one figure: an advisor, a director, a leader, and a media pioneer—he was, above all, Al-Hajj Mohammad Afif. One of the voices of resistance that will not be silenced by martyrdom but will grow stronger alongside the news from the battlefield. How could it not, when he echoed the bullets of the fighters, their rockets, drones, and achievements? He delivered these triumphs to the world from the steadfast podium, standing firm against the enemy's threats, promises of vengeance, and crimes."
"Yes, we know the cost is high, and the price is great, but victory is only an hour's patience," he said in a recent speech.
A few weeks ago, he was giving a press conference in the Ghobeiri area of the southern suburbs of Beirut when the IOF sent a threat to bomb the area. He ended his speech, "We will be victorious," and then was asked, "Hajj Mohammed, what is your opinion about the 'israeli' threats that came during this press conference?" he replied:
"Bombing does not scare us. So how will threats scare us? Indeed, our will is unshakeable, our determination is strong, and our resistance is steadfast."
Glory to the martyrs.

[ad_1] An Israeli strike in the Lebanese capital, Beirut, killed Hezbollah’s media relations chief, Mohammed Afif, on Sunday, Times of Israel reported. According to the Times of Israel, Hezbollah has confirmed the death of Mohammad Afif. Afif was killed in an IDF strike on the headquarters of the Syrian Ba’ath Party in central Beirut, Times of Israel reported. Israel is yet to confirm the killing of the Hezbollah spokesman, as per the Times of Israel. According to Al Jazeera, Afif hosted several press conferences for Hezbollah, providing information regarding the Israeli bombardment. Afif managed Hezbollah’s Al-Manar television station for several years before taking over as the top media relations officer for the armed group. Afif, in his recent statements to reporters, had said that Hezbollah had enough weapons to fight a “long war” against Israel, Al Jazeera reported. Afif assassination is another step towards Israel’s aim to eliminate Hezbollah leadership. Earlier, Israel killed Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah after the Lebanon-based group named Hashem Safieddine as its head. On Sunday, three suspects were arrested for throwing flares at Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s home. Two flares were thrown at Netanyahu’s private home in Caesarea on Saturday night, which landed in the house’s courtyard. The Prime Minister and his family were not home at the time. Netanyahu’s private residence was attacked by a Hezbollah drone earlier in October this year. Images published in Israeli media showed cracks in a bedroom window where the drone struck but failed to penetrate. The window was presumably made of reinforced glass and is believed to have other protections. Netanyahu and his family were not there at the time. [ad_2] Source link

🚨 The IOF carried out an airstrike on Hezbollah's media relations office in Moawad in the southern suburbs of Beirut earlier today. Hezbollah's media relations director Mohammed Afif survived the attack and is well. This comes after Afif made a public appearance yesterday, after Hezbollah's media relations office invited journalists on a tour of Dahiye to inspect the extensive damage caused by the IOF's aggression. The attack on the office also follows a series of security incidents on the northern border, where the "elite" of the IOF were killed and wounded, with the desperate entity believing that Hezbollah's military media (i.e the documentation of the operations) is operated through the office.
