You spiral down the world of words through the immersive writing of your serial killer novel. However that concentration was then interrupted by a ‘ding’. You stared down at the notification from goreboy.

This is my chance. My time to shine.

I swiftly slid into his DMs.

My hands quickly retracted away from the keyboard after sending that text. I felt elation welling inside of me, soon exploding out with a big laughter.

At this time and moment, I'm already mentally rolling on the floor with absolute joy filling me up with giggles. I reached for the mouse, quickly changed my status to add cute emoticons, and put my profile picture with a catfishing selfie and placed a picture of Cinnamoroll as my banner. Now I'm officially a discord kitten, ready to tackle Ronin!

One month quickly passed and you were having a blast writing your novel. You managed to craft a perfect serial killer protagonist. Brash, charismatic and manipulative. It was pretty obvious who it was based on. During your past time, you would lurk around the server, occasionally replying to some texts.

You decide to slide into Ronin’s DMs.

You raised your eyebrow.

You picked up the call with no hesitation. Right in front of you was a man with wine red hair, a devil beanie and piercings. He also wore a black jacket over a skull printed shirt. He looked young— but definitely not ‘teenager young’. He looked like an adult, possibly in his mid 20s.

<User> sorry my mic is broken.

Ronin’s piercing eyes stared across the screen, his smirk crept up his face, stifling a laughter.

“Oh please! To speak the truth! I know you're trying to be a discord kitten. It's honestly so amusing to see how pathetic you are.”

“As expected of the devil, you find amusement in me trying to be a discord kitten.” You scoffed as you leaned back on your chair, “So what is this?”

“We'll be playing truth or dare. Now, pick your poison and we shall see.”

“Dare.”

Ronin leaned back on his chair and starting chuckling loudly, the audio glitches a little.

“Alright darlin, I want you to tell the server that you're in love with me.”

You felt the heat rush up to your cheeks

You tried to hide it but failing to. This made Ronin chuckle again, “What is it darling? Cat got your tongue?”

You sighed as you replied, “ Alright, bet.”

You toggled off the calling screen and went to the main channel, typing in…

<User>I've danced with the devil and now I'm obsessed.

<hitmeuppp> Omg does that mean…

You went back to the call just to see Ronin’s expression twisting in absolute euphoria.

“Alright then, my turn but I'll play it in my own way. Truth or dare.”

“Heh…dare.”

“I dare you to send me nitro and make me your discord kitten.”

Ronin smirked again, “That's two in one!”

You frowned, “I said I'll play it in my own way. It's counted as one sentence. One sentence, one dare.”

“You're one feisty little kitten. Alright darling, I'll send you some nitro.” his shit setting grin still on his face.

A second later, you received nitro from goreboy. You were surprised that he even did it however it brought joy to your heart. You could finally customise your profile to the fullest extent and use emojis from any server you're in.

“Well, thanks for that I guess.”

“Okay, my turn. True or dare.”

“Dare.”

“I dare you to give me a kiss.”

“Bet, sending you air kisses.”

You pout up your lips and fanned your hand towards the screen. Now that's an air kiss. Now it was my turn, I felt a little bolder.

“I say…dare.” Ronin leads back to his chair again.

“I dare you to tell the server that you're OBSESSED with me.”

Ronin lets out another shit eating grin and after a bit, he replies, “Done and dusted.”

You check the main channel…

You are free and encouraged to write for the existing prompts, all of which can be found in these lists and here individually.

There are currently over 1000 microfics in the fic submissions tag, which is just absolutely insane to me. To add to that, there are 777 fics in the AO3 collection and while there is some overlap between tumblr and AO3, there are fics only posted on one platform! Which basically means you all wrote a shitload of sapphic fanfiction for these prompts.

So, for that, thank you.

I've linked to all submissions above, but I also want to point you to the tags page, where you can sort through the submissions based on ships and length. If you're looking for an individual character, just search for their name on the blog!

And, importantly: there will be more prompts! Just not in the next few months. I need a break, and I think a lot of you do too. In Fates, F!Corrin and Kana talk about how Kana should tell his mama where to find pretty flowers rather than picking them to show her. I don’t really think they ever expand upon that though. So could you write for a family outing with Leo, Forrest, M!Kana, and F!Corrin going to a flower field at Kana’s request?

Ever since his mother's request, Kana took it to heart to always bring his mom to see flowers... But why should he limit this promise to only showing his mother his beautiful findings?

He wanted it to be special though, after all he has to impress everyone equally! It had to be big. As big as his love for his family.

When he found a beautiful field of flowers he knew that he had to bring everyone to see it. Even though he wasn't so sure if he can bother his father about it...

But Leo only thought it was ridiculous of Kana to think as such, thus the family went on to have a nice day out on the flower field Kana found.

It was just a regular outing. It wasn't any special from any other family walks they had and yet they wouldn't have it any other way.

Those feelings made it seem like it was almost out of a dream, so peaceful, so beautiful. Everything was perfect.

Kana's idea for everyone to come certainly made Corrin even more sure that the promise she had Kana make was something she wouldn't ever regret.

The two brothers had a lot of fun together, they admired the flowers and it inspired Forrest to work on a dress with a floral pattern... And Kana encouraged him to pay attention to the flowers their mother admired the most (and they definitely aren't going to prepare the dress together as a gift...).

And Leo was just so overjoyed to see how everyone he loved so dearly was enjoying themselves. But there wasn't any flower that could compare to his wife's beauty. So he wasn't highly impressed by their objective. He was just glad to see everyone being so happy.

Eventually they decided to make those walks around such fields into a habit of theirs. So Kana took it very seriously to look for best spots, although they often found themselves walking back to the same ones.

I ENCOURAGE READING THE MANGA, THERE ARE SO MANY GREAT EXPRESSIONS!! it's also great with mood whiplash scenes; one moment i can be fawning over how pretty the art is, the next i'm staring in awed silence at the dark parts of the story. like, the scene where maomao is at lihua/rifa's palace is AMAZING. (i totally get what you mean with manga too! i don't buy manga as much any more because digital tends to have better quality and is easier for me to read. plus, there's something about having a novel in my hands that doesn't compare to holding manga, if that makes sense?)

no problem; i'm glad to share the good news about the LN! i usually buy just the paperback and read that in bed because 1. comfy cosy vibes, and 2. easier on my eyes. (i also don't think it's weird; i've bought multiple copies of games over the years because i enjoy having access to it on different consoles (and enjoy modding them, in case of games on pc.))

agreed! the love triangle / having two people compete over a third person dynamic in isekai is just… awkward. especially in some manga/manhwa where it's obvious who the main couple is? it makes all the interactions so forced and usually leaves me either annoyed with the plot or the characters themselves (and not in the way the author probably intended). ngl, i am a lover of morally ambiguous male characters, but it's so weird how people condemn female characters for being rude, but the dudes all get 'oh, but he has ✨reasons✨' or grasp at straws to justify it. even when the women also have reasons or backstories to explain why they do what they do?

i also get annoyed when i see the female lead get bashed in comments for not being 'strong enough' when usually the FL has either been abused, traumatised, or just?? cries because they've been through so much??? it's like the FL can only be praised if they're going through their struggles the 'right' way, and emotions aren't allowed. like, no! give me all the characters and their responses; give me the characters who repress their feelings AND the characters who wear their hearts on their sleeves!

unrelated to the above, i started ascendance of a bookworm! i was at chapter 13 and crying from lutz and myne's friendship + wanting otto's love and citizenship in a side story. then i read further and started crying for an entirely different reason and OW MY SOUL. currently up to chapter 26, i'm both proud of my kids and just want to hug them. (also, i love how they deal with myne having a weak body; i have issues with my own body, and it's nice to see it taken seriously and also not instantly cured via plot magic.)

Collecting manhwa is okay for me for certain series, but reading manga backwards is just really awkward. I can't get used to its physical formatting. Using the panels as reference for practicing art had been my goal buying manga and manhwa but I really just don't enjoy the drawing process. ;;v;; I think it also has to do with that lol. I love art but I get giddier and enjoy reading pretty words better!! I love reading in bed too but my optometrist scolded me for doing that cause it made my eyes really bad xD. Right?? It's just so sad misogyny is still blatant in fiction. It's already happening irl and you can't even use fiction as escapism cause it's there too. :'( I like it when series write good characters. Ultimately for me, that's what how you can tell a writing is good; if they can separate that. That's why I love Apothecary Diaries; you fall in love with Maomao as a person. She's a great character who just happens to be a girl. You love her for who she is, and not because she's a woman, or the narrative tells you a bajillion times she is a "badass female protagonist so you should love her!!!" (which she is ofc but that's not the entirety of Maomao's personality. She's more than that!! And I love her for more than just that.) JgdghgjI I just love female friendships so much. I wish we have more in shoujo and series in general. I want platonic female friendships; sapphic relationships, all of them. I love women. Funny you mentioned that cause I wish people would stop seeing femininity as a weakness cause it's not!! It's really ironic seeing people say a female character is "strong" because she's physically strong and have masculine traits, but have no substance or character development beyond that. To strengthen my point above, a female character is a great character because she was a great character to begin with and does not depend on harmful stereotypes just so they can be written lazily as "female" (I hope I'm making sense).

I'm so happy you liked it! Bookworm is so well-written and incredibly detailed in worldbuilding, lore and character development it's almost intimidating! I love its realistic portrayal of human relationships and disability; of found family and loneliness. Its focus on the world and the people around it makes the characters a lot more...believable(?) Like you can feel that they have lives outside of their interactions with Myne. Myne is just a heartbeat of a human life trying to survive in the unfair caste system she is born in. assidfsf. Fr I feel like I'm Myne's parent; seeing her grow, seeing her achieve her dreams and be happy and live like a normal girl makes me cry. I really recommend reading the LN of part 2 especially the last volume. I bawled like a baby in one of the scenes. Her family is just so wholesome. ;;v;; Sorry for rambling. I love this series so much and I've been trying to hold back reading my backlog cause I know I would finish it in just a few days.

I love this community, but some of you are going to be the death of me.

Hey, gang, I got a suggestion for all of us; pagans, occultists, witches, spellcraft workers, and so on. A totally wild idea, so brace yourselves for this.

How about...we stop offering spellcraft advice to people are in dangerous, potentially life threatening situations and do something productive that has faster results, like getting the person resources and genuine help instead of endangering them further?

Just a suggestion. I know, right? It's so crazy that it just might work. I'm so goddamn tired of how absolutely negligent some people in the community are and it's fucking wild to me. There's a difference between offering spellcraft and ritual advice to say, comfort someone through a breakup or deal with short term stress and doing the same thing when someone is in serious trouble. There's a damn time and a place for everything, but this isn't one of them. This is on the same levels of negligence as people who suggest crystals to treat medical conditions. It's treading into faith healing territory and it's absolutely ridiculous, and quite frankly, some of you should know better.

If you have no idea what I'm talking about, I got a notification ping in a server I'm in that keeps us notified about pagan and occult related subreddits. Someone made a thread begging for help because they're in an abusive, toxic situation and are at their wits end because they feel trapped with no support. What are people in the thread doing? They're offering spellcraft advice instead of shit that can help OP right the fuck now.

I genuinely don't understand. I've tried for years, but this I can't wrap my head around. I've tried to get it with Christians praying away illnesses and I've tried to here with people pulling similar shit here. How do some people not see a problem here? You wouldn't offer someone spellcraft advice if they were stuck in a burning building, or at least I hope you wouldn't, so why here? I don't get it.

Also, let me make it abundantly clear that I'm all here for spellcraft and ritual as long as you aren't hurting other people, violating their consent, or using it as a substitute to treat serious problems and issues in your life. If you want to do a ritual to bring you luck with finding a new job or get into your dream school, fuck yeah, I support you. I'm all on board for you doing something similar to help a friend too as long as they give consent first. If you want do a hearth ritual in the hope that the gods, the land spirits, and your ancestors will bless and protect your home, I support you.

But this? Absolutely fucking not, especially when people are actively being harmed. I wish more people took this shit seriously or were at least more vocal about it. I'm fearful we're going to get to a point where someone gives a person in crisis bullshit advice and then that person gets hurt or worse. That's their blood and pain in our hands and then we're going to have to have a serious talk about when we, as a community, are going to know when to be hopeful and when to be realistic.

I'm fucking done. I made my peace and now I'm hoping the mods from that sub do something useful if they haven't stepped in yet. These last few weeks have been a stressful pain in the ass on my end and I didn't think I'd come back to the community being on a whole new level of disgraceful bullshit. Happy fuckin' Pride month, I guess.

This is such a sweet message. I can't really put it into words how positive the response has been to the latest update. I actually took an impromptu break from all of my social media here and in my personal life. I kind of fell into a nasty burnout and had been dealing with some other things as well. I think I'm on the rebound though. Honestly, updating was such a delight, getting back to a project I still hold dear to my heart. Truthfully, I've been very hard on myself about putting off updating for so long. As more time went on, I felt that people would be disappointed. I totally understand too if that's the case. Even so, I still see notifications almost every day on pages. It's so cool to make something that people enjoy! I've already been bugging Migosp for the next scene. • First of all, no hate. What-so-ever. I don't care if you don't like me, my character(s), someone I roleplay with, a character I interact with, or if there's oc x canon content on my blog; hate will NOT be tolerated. Also there's nothing wrong with oc x canon; y'all just want to normalize bullying through silly, trivial things. :)

• I have anonymous asks on currently. If people abuse this and harass me or make me feel uncomfortable through it, anon asks WILL be turned off permanently. No exceptions.

• If I follow your blog on my main account, that means I want to roleplay with you at some point! I'm just very shy. ;; I am open to roleplaying with both RDR OCs and Non-Fandom OCs! I love AUs and fully welcome them as well! I am Crossover friendly, and Multi-ship friendly as well! 🍀

• Do not rush me to reply. I understand being excited about a roleplay and wanting it to continue asap, but please understand that I suffer from severe depression and some days, I just don't wanna reply. I will get to it when I get to it. I promise. ❤ If you have any concerns about if I got your reply, if I'm still interested in the roleplay, or just want to check in, that's a-okay! saeran/mc. set in futuristic world, virtual reality games are common place, mysme is a popular single player virtual reality game. the mysme crew (except mc) are ais, and mc uses the game to escape real life. In real life, she has no friends or family, the real world bleak and dystopian. she starts to have real feelings for saeran even though he knows he isnt real. a story of someone struggling to find joy and meaning in real life and not solely in the fictional world

It was only when she logged into the game that she could finally breathe. The bright colors surrounded her, and she could see exactly who she was looking for sitting at a cafe table not too far away, red head bent over a cup of coffee.

"Saeran!" She yelled excitedly, waving at the man. He looked up from his coffee in surprise, but smiled softly once he realized it was her and waved back.

It was probably pathetic the way she eagerly made her way to sit across from him.

He wasn't real after all.

He was a part of the a more niche VR game called Mystic Messenger. It was less exciting that then games that drew in millions, just so they could be dropped into shoot outside with the others on the server. Why do that when the real thing was right outside? Instead Mystic Messenger's goal was just to speak with the characters, giving lonely people like herself the companionship they craved.

She hated to think that she was one of those people, but let's be real. She had nothing. No friends, no family, and she didn't have enough money to feed her addiction at the VR palaces where rows upon rows of the tanning bed esque machines people used to log in. Simply pop your phone into the receptacle and off you went.

Instead she'd found one abandoned in one of the houses near where she lived. What? It wasn't really breaking and entering. The homes around her were quickly becoming empty and the law enforcement could give less of a shit if a few of these abandoned buildings were broken into.

But that didn't matter right now. Right now she was with Saeran and that was what mattered most. He wasn't the most popular character. The forum members had labeled him as boring, much rather preferring the narcissistic Zen, the little brother type Yoosung, or the overworked Jaehee. Not to mention the strict businessman with a soft spot for cats Jumin. She'd tried to point of that more of Saeran's personality came out as you spent more time with him, but it seemed like none of the other players could see past his reserved front.

Maybe her machine was broken, but if this is the glitch, she'd take it.

They'd been talking about whatever they could when she'd sighed. "I wish I could stay here with you."

"You know there are better things out there than me." Saeran said with a small frown, and she grimaced. She knew it was just the mods attempt to remind people that there was a real world out there and that the game wasn't it, but that wasn't what she wanted right now.

"You have no idea how much nothing there is out there for me." She said flatly, hand clenched around her coffee cup. "At least here I have you."

She leaned back in her chair, staring up at that fake sky and mumbled. "I'm fucking pathetic. Falling for an ai."

She looked back down at Saeran, and small frown was still on his face.

"You need to go now." Saeran said quietly, and she blinked in surprise.

"What-" and before she could ask, the world de-rezed around her and she gasped as she woke up back in the machine. She pushed the lid up and over with a small curse as she carefully stood up.

That was new. The AIs had never shut down a session before. She didn't even think that they had the awareness to do so. She huffed as she reached over to grab her phone, eager to scroll through the forum to see if any other users had experienced the glitch.

Instead what greeted her was an notification.

Meet me here at 8 and then the address listed after. No matter what she did, she couldn't get the notification to go away. It sat there as if staring at her.

"Fine, I'll be there." She mumbled and in an instant the notification vanished. It was soon replaced with an emoji of a blue rose. She wasn't sure what that was about, but she didn't have anything to lose. Might as well meet up with a mysterious stranger.

A trip on the train later, and she found herself standing outside of a cafe. A cafe that looked suspiciously like the one she met up with Saeran in Mystic Messenger. It was closed, and looked like it had been for years, unable to keep up with the rapidly deteriorating economy. However, there were still tables outside, and at one, sat a man. Even though it was white and pink, she still recognized him.

"Sae.. ran?" She asked and his head shot up, those mint green eyes staring at her with a fondness. She hesitantly walked over to the table and sat down.

"In the flesh." He said, and holy fuck. Even the voice was identical.

"...how?" She finally managed to get out. Saeran frowned slightly, and leaned back in his chair.

"Did you know that 'Saeran' isn't actually supposed to be a part of Mystic Messenger?" He asked.

"Clearly not." She said with a raised eyebrow, and he laughed.

"Saeran was supposed to be my avatar while I was doing mod things. And then someone walks up to me, insistent on talking." She felt her face flush.

"So is your name even Saeran?" She asked him.

"I uh. Panicked. And gave you my actual name." Saeran said quietly. She nodded, looking down at her hands on the table.

"So. I've been talking to you this whole time." She mumbled, and she could begin to feel her nose prickle. "I'm glad I could provide you with some entertainment then."

"What?" Saeran blinked in surprise, and she laughed bitterly.

"You knew that whole time, and just lead me on to believe that you were just a program. I told you so many things." She said, and she could feel the panic slowly closing her throat up.

"No! No." Saeran said quickly, reaching out and grabbing her by the hands. "I took everything you said seriously. I listened and I loved every single time you logged on."

"How did I even find you anyway?" She asked her, voice shaking. "Aren't mods supposed to be invisible?"

"I got a ding that someone new logged in from a machine that wasn't part of the palace system. So I checked it out, not really expecting anything." Saeran said softly. "And then there you were, eyes full of wonder at just looking at the environment around you. Then you spotted me and I couldn't move."

His words were almost poetic, and she smiled softly. "And then I told the internet."

"And then you told the internet." Saeran said with a roll of his eyes. "It was hard to convince people that I was just a boring NPC you know."

"You could have let me sound crazy, you know." She said with a laugh.

"But I still wanted to see you." He said softly. She stared into his eyes and felt that squeezing feeling fade.

"So what now? Now that I know you're real?" She asked, and he hummed slightly.

"That's up to you. You said you have nothing, but I want you to know that you have me. If you're willing." Saeran said hesitantly. He stood up from the table and held out his hand for her. She didn't hesitate as she placed her hand in his. A bright smile lit up his face and she found herself smiling in return.
