🥂 Toasting Fixes

Toasting fix by dickhurt, toasting hack by Pescado, and toasting set mod by simler90 all have crucial fixes, but none of them covers it completely. So I put together a mod that:

Disables toast with/to with ungreeted visitors, walkbys, and service NPCs (from simler90)

Also disables them for ghosts (from dickhurt)

Stops toasting getting pushed for sleeping sims (from Pescado)

The mod also stops sims from autonomously disposing the toasting set during parties, and visitors from disposing it altogether.

For the complementary, the folder also includes a neat little mod by @lamare-sims. It makes the autonomous toast to newlyweds occur less often; it's only allowed after the sims get married, and even then it can only happen every other hour.

These two mods are meant to replace all of those earlier fixes and will conflict with them. They are perfectly compatible with the flute default I did with @pforestsims though.

Update (3.1.2024): Fixed a typo that prevented toasting to getting pushed on sims.

iJevin sleeps in a fish tank.

As a slime creature, iJevin’s body is malleable, and squishy. He doesn’t have bones (most of the time), and so naturally his body collapses into a puddle. He’s slime, of course.

Usually, when he’s awake, he can just will his body into not melting on the spot. (He used to do this to Hermits, to prank them, but eventually they got used to it)

But when iJevin’s asleep, he isn’t really able to do that. iJevin’s REM sleep is a little different, so his form doesn’t stay the same when night rolls around.

iJevin can’t sleep in beds, because he just liquifies during the night and spills off the bed and onto the floor. iJevin can’t sleep on the floor, he might slip through floorboards or get sucked into the ground. (iJevin became .75 blocks shorter the last time that happened)

So, as a temporary solution, iJevin started sleeping in one of xB’s spare fish tanks.

He never grew out of it.

One of Grian’s favorite pictures on his phone was when he found iJevin asleep in his fish tank, liquified to fit as a perfect jelly square in the glass tank. Grian took a selfie. He loves that selfie.

We all know Terrence Suave and his failed Toppat leadership for whatever reason your headcanon might be for him, but I have an interesting question that kinda involves that.

What if after whatever happened to Wilford happened, Terrence decided not to be leader, but made Reginald leader then and there, would Reginald have been as good of a leader as after he dethroned Terrence, or would either the inexperience or power go to his head and still doom the Toppats as if Terrence was leading, or an even worse fate of finding out that somehow whoever chose to lead after Wilford would be doomed to fail no matter what?

Remember that experiment Etho + Tango were doing? About Zed and what he can eat?

Turns out Zedaph can eat bugs.

Not just creepy-crawly bugs, literal glitches within the server.

Etho had found a bug whilst working on Frogger Ravager Rush, something piston related.

Zedaph happened to be there. He ate the piston. The whole thing.

Etho replaced the piston, and it worked.

To Tango and Etho’s surprise, any glitches that Zed happened to take a munch on autocorrected itself.
