I only started playing masters right at the end of october (fashionably late, yes) when I instantly zoomed when I heard about Unova chapter dropping, so I missed out on like every story event ever and am so confused on what’s supposed to be the timelines (but that goes for main series games since around ORAS & Gen VII too tbh especially bc I went hiatus-mode mid Gen VII but anyway) but I cry a lot about masters!Nate because he’s a treasure and I hope he gets an alt soon

Honestly haven't actually watched Miraculous Ladybug since like season 2-3, but ah, I still do really adore the design potential! And it's always so much fun to suit up characters

So here's Jason Todd from DC with some of the miraculous! I think both the cats suit him, though personally I imagine the tiger fits him a bit better, both in colors and powers! Not sure what personality the tiger looks for though

finally a time to create! today i put Charleston into another world, this time of cassette beasts because the game rocks and i had to.

I made a image of him in my best attempt of the style in the game as well! I will ramble of him below with an extra image.

I have been thinking on how his story would work in the context of the game. First thing is that he is no replacement of the main character, he is simply also there and had the misfortune of ending up in the marshes when he first appeared.

He likely appears somewhat after the player, not entirely sure what to do with himself as he's a scientist but lacks any and all equipment and generally struggles with his own use, let alone in another world. He's not very built for survival in the wilderness.

Generally I suppose he would somewhat be like a partner character though i go between him just being out there and such an idea. Either way he's support focused, as he doesn't believe in violence solving things, though between animals and such he understands, he prefers not to.

I doodled him as what would very likely be what he uses! or well one version, as it would start as a jumpkin.

Maybe it wouldn't just be a regular jumpkin, I do not know! A bootleg version would fit him as it isn't typical and coming from a different world he doesn't know what a pumpkin actually looks like. [he does not come from earth! earth is out there but he is not on it.]

Anyways, anyways, as many somewhat important characters have, his theoretical story line would end with an Archangel fight. Maybe I will try to recreate my idea but it would take some concepts and look from my own world, while playing by the rules of the game.

It would be the incarnation of something relating to isolation, perhaps just isolation itself. Charleston in his own story is very very isolated, and coming to a new world is even more so.

The Archangel would be ancient in lifespan, with humanity being a social species the idea would've existed for ages, but it's form is long since broken up and weakened. I see it only appearing pretty late, considering I have in mind it takes one of the Landkeepers as they are vessels already and in their existence are very isolated, especially if they were human once.

It does not fit inside the vessel though, so it has burst forth. Similar to some kind of parasite perhaps, as isolation can consume the mind if left long enough. I guess the look would be a mishmash of the pixel art and something else, to look more alien and seperate from the game world.

I realise at this point my words have stopped being about Charleston whoops- the ideas have just been in my brain! I hope to when I get a chance i can draw more from the game yes!

He is silly in my mind at least, likely taking time to study the rogue fusions after a while to do something, though at some point he would help with making jellyton fertiliser functional [basically not poison, which i assume would limit it especially as it makes the jumpkins , i think??] to aid the community.

I hope one day I may get him a green jellyton as that would fit him greatly, but the chances are slim since I have ended up with moth and allseer collection instead-

If you have read all this, i do not know why but have a good day despite it! I will make more content for cassette beasts when I get a chance! hopefully anyways, there is so little out there it is making me want to try my hand at writing again. I must assist in making more! it deserves some recognition for sure :]

Ok, so I don’t think you've said what the CCPolycule kid's Quirk Status was going to be? Like, do you have anything in mind, or is that going to stay "vague future" that isn’t going to get fleshed out? Either's fine, I'm just curious what kind of mishmash nonsense that comes from a kid with Izuku-Ochako-Kirishima-Todoroki-Bakugou genes. They either end up with an overpowered fusion, or something completely out of left field.

Oh they're overpowered as FUCK and we're blaming Izuku for it.

At first I was like 'lmao what if they get everything?' but I think a more tangible explaination would be because of the whole like. Remember I'm going for the 'Dad for One + Izuku actually inherited AfO's Quirk but doesn't realize it' thing.

So the kid, our beloved Little Menace, is going to get a slight mutation of the All for One Quirk. While she can't steal Quirks from anyone, they can kind of just. Pull Quirks out of their own DNA. Which seems at a glance that they just have all the Quirks, but it's more complicated and they start to notice that she has to activate the Quirks to be in place.

For example: From Shoto's side she got both Hellflame and Heaven's Frost, but LM is only fire/ice proof when she has the Quirk active.

However, the Quirks have to be direct or else she can't access them. An example here is how Kiri and Tetsutetsu are siblings in my AU. LM can access Kiri's Quirk, because that's her dad. But uncle Tetsutetsu, though blood related, is a Quirk she can't access because there's not a direct line.

I'm debating how far back in the genetics she can go. I'd think a baseline would have her just be at her direct parents' Quirks, but would be able to train to access more of the grandparents' Quirks.

That said I am nerfing them a little by saying 'because their Quirk is a mutation on AfO's, she can't pull that Quirk out of the genetics so she can't steal Quirks too.'

I'm still sketching out some concepts for a Dimentio!returns story in the same universe as les meilleur.. and I guess this happened. More than likely I'll end up cutting half this out if I get to a final product. 'Kill your darlings' is regrettably true when it comes to writing. *Cries in a 100 orphaned scenes sitting in a master document*. But it's so, so easy to get caught up in Luigi and Dimentio's dynamic. My gods, is it fun to write.

Anyway, imagine, if you will, Luigi and Dimentio stuck in the Undewhere after the events of SPM, bound together by the Chaos Heart's magic. And yeah, Luigi maaaaaaay have wandered off with the Dark Prognosticus at some point.

This is a weird one, guys, and likely a little ooc (at least for Luigi. Definitely not for Dimentio, who is just a right bastard 24/7 in death and in life).

“But the Pure Hearts.” Luigi pursed his lips, eyes darting to the coiled Underhand seemingly at sleep at the base of a black, rotted tree. He met Dimentio’s amused gaze. “They killed you.”

“Is that what your brother told you?”

Dimentio bent over, scooping up a handful of damp, rust-colored dirt between his hands, kneading the sticky material in a mangled, triangular figure. He plucked away at a skirted corner, rolling it into a little sphere between his fingers, pinching the upper face to create a thin outcropping, something akin to the brim of a hat. With concentrated care, he placed the ball - the head, Luigi thought - carefully back on the chewed-off angle.

“I did wonder if you were given the full story,” Dimentio said, considering the childish creation sitting in his palm with an odd tilt of his head. When he spoke next, it was more to the figure than Luigi himself. “If you remembered the beautiful creature we created together.”

Luigi frowned. “Creature?”

At this, Dimentio’s head snapped up, his mismatched, crescent eyes boring into Luigi’s own, a beat too long. Then, he grinned, turning over his palm to allow the rudimentary model to slip quietly to the ground. “I take it you weren't informed,” he stated.

Luigi stared at the ground where Dimentio’s now-forgotten art project lay, clenching his fists, fingernails carving ragged half-moon crevices into his palms. With a single, calculated motion, he raised his leg, planting his boot directly onto the fallen figure, flattening it with a satisfying squelch.

“What creature, Dimentio?” Luigi grit, chewing on every word as he loomed over the jester, who made no move of retreat or apology. To the side, another Underhand stirred, extending its thumb and forefinger wide in a silent, gaping yawn.

“Our grand finale, of course!” Dimentio exclaimed, giving an exaggerated bow as he doffed an invisible top hat in the direction of the gathering Underhands. “The great melding of you, I, and the Chaos Heart. A little something I called Super Dimentio. Not the most inspired moniker, I give you, but matters at hand had stifled my usual creative penchant.”

That...was something he hadn't remembered, the last hours of his time in Bleck’s castle a chaotic mishmash of jagged images, ill-fitting and swollen. They had merged, yes, were bound to each other's existences by the Chaos Heart. That much had been obvious from the moment he had stepped back in the Mushroom Kingdom, Dimentio’s cloying voice bouncing around his head at all hours of the day and night.

What he didn’t know, what he couldn’t glean from the Dark Prognosticus, was what form that ultimate fusion had taken in Bleck's high-ceilinged, geometric chamber of horrors. Unlike his time as Mr. L, his memories of this were sparse, pointillistic impressions of electric terror as Dimentio had called upon the Floro Sprout, his free will slipping from his grasp, disintegrating into a dark canvas of swirling violet.

“They saw us?” Luigi asked, voice wavering. "Like that?"

“They fought us,” Dimentio chuckled, "like that." He reached his arm forward, placing his palm against Luigi’s sternum. “And we were beautiful."

Luigi’s skin tightened at the jester's touch, his empty chest vibrating with pulseless static. He may have no memory of his melded image, but for too many mornings, he had woken with the taste of its infernal desire on his lips, a sweet burnt flesh and milky powder of cracked earth set atop loping, caustic ribbons of an unwound reality.

It was in him, was him now, these shadows of the Chaos Heart's design, this intoxicating, excruciating euphoria intertwined with Dimentio's twisted ambitions, wound tight around each thought and action he falsely believed to be his alone.

Luigi grabbed onto Dimentio’s forearm, ripping the jester's hand away from his chest. 

“I want it and I want you out of my body,” he hissed.

Dimentio considered Luigi with narrowed eyes, his voice growing cold. “That will take some doing,” he countered.

“Then you’d better get cracking." Luigi gave Dimentio a shove, turning on his heel to march over to where Dark Prognosticus laid open, pages impossibly creaseless and unstained. He kicked at a creeping Underhand, sending it scurrying away, snatching up the cursed book before another crawling appendage could test its advantage.

“You wound me, Luigi,” Dimentio complained. “Can you truly say you haven’t enjoyed - what was that phrase you were so fond of in your alternate incarnation?” The jester snapped his fingers, feigning an open-mouthed revelation. “Ah yes. Our spiritual bond?”

Luigi gave a hoarse growl, gripping at the Prognosticus. “I should kill you."

Dimentio chuckled, his ever-present grin turning to a bladed malevolence. "You can't."

With a hissed, violent oath, Luigi hurled the cursed book at Dimentio, who leaned out the way just in time for the tome to go flying past his head. Luigi cursed his terrible aim, pointing to the dusty spot where the Prognosticus had landed.

“Then make it so I can.”

Hang on I'm onto something else now. So Oreimo characters and Yugioh decks. Nothing too in-depth because I can not be bothered to learn anything past fusion summoning (synchro and xyz and, god forbid, link, just begone my brain is too small). We can call it an aged outlook, say they were playing during a time when all that didn't exist yet fdkjfdkjd

Kirino would just have a deck full of cute girls, I think the magician girls (Berry Magician Girl, Apple, Lemon, Chocolate, etc), and her strategy would be poor, she'd spend more time excitedly using effects to add girls to her hand than properly setting traps, so literally anybody who played more than occasionally would beat her. Also no Dark Magician actually in her deck, which would cut into Dark Magician Girl herself's usefulness

Kuroneko would prioritize the card's aesthetic while finding ways to keep it balanced and playable. Picture cards like "Magician of Faith" and "Witch of the Black Forest". She wouldn't have like a deck that's made to be a particular set, it would all be very personal and unique. I do also think she'd have Dark Magician... maybe I'm biased because he's my favorite. But she'd play Kirino and they'd squabble over how Kirino is playing the soulless inferiors of the Magician and how Kuroneko just likes creepy/evil-looking cards. She also genuinely plays with ritual spells

Saori's got a much broader sense for media and characters so I think hers would vary more, but she'd happily add cards to her deck that remind her of characters she loves while keeping a good grip on her strategy. It's not as intricate as Kuroneko's, but she's got a solid understanding of the game and how best to utilize her own beloved cards. She's also probably kept in several of her very first ones, or the first ones she ever traded for, things like that, out of nostalgia.

Kyousuke, of course, is just dragged into the fray, so his deck is a mishmash of boosters and whatever else he'd get out of random packs, some traps/spells gifted to him by Saori and Kuroneko, and also a few cute girls that Kirino had bestowed upon him out of the kindness of her heart. "This one doesn't work in my deck, I don't have room... but here, I'll let you have it. You'd better use it." kind of thing. He doesn't understand the rules at all, why is Duel Monsters so damn convoluted?

I made the mistake of dining at one of those high-concept fusion restaurants today. You know, the ones where the menu is a jumble of ingredients that seem to be thrown together to impress rather than satisfy. I ordered a deconstructed sushi roll and, naturally, it was a mishmash of flavors that didn t quite come together. The server, with their exaggerated enthusiasm, explained each component as though it were a groundbreaking culinary revelation. Instead, I found myself questioning the pretentiousness of it all. The food was underwhelming, and the whole experience felt like a grand display of style over substance. At least the disappointment was a welcome distraction from the ongoing chaos that defines my existence.

How is the fusion designed? (Reskinning, sticking random parts, a hybrid or looks-to-be-a-fusion-but-could-be-its-own-character?)

Is this form curated so its less monster-ish or a series of random mutations that it looks hideous?

What are its power sets and power combos?

How strong is it?

Does it retain Kieran's memories or is it a savage beast?

At full power, he could possibly be close with mewtwo in terms of sheer power. But in base, he’s possibly more close to say, the legendary birds or beasts.

at first he seems like a savage beast due to all four of them (ogerpon and pecharunt, especially) sharing the same body and thus are unable to gain full control. After a battle against Florian/juliana and carmine (and some well needed therapy), they all decide that Kieran should get (mostly) full control of the body.

also his battle theme would be a distorted amalgamation of all four of their respective themes but barely visible audio of the cries of pecha, oger, and tera barely visible in the background and a womanly wail representing Kieran.

worked on Comics for 10 hours today im making like two posts then collapsing into bed.

in my imaginary headcanon zone i think about what a compelling retake on monsters could have been like, and always come back to spirit fusions gone wrong. as the comic continues, this concept has gone from widely-enjoyed headcanon to factually incorrect fanon- which is a worthy rebuttal. however as a concept that still rules it is a rebuttal ive elected to presently ignore

iiiii think fucked up spirit fusions wouldve had sooooo much potential. we’ve seen spender fuse w lucifer a few times, but lucifer is a conscious and considerably stable spirit that us willing to collaborate. what if the spirit you’re trying to fuse with is a grudge? what if they didnt want to work with you? what if they hated being trapped with you? we’ve seen spirits temporarily possess their hosts to speak and move the body. what if that got taken to the extreme? like, hey, remember spirit ethics? because i do.

could you imagine being trapped in some guys body for ages. objectively it’s a really sweet deal- free food, safety, you get to go when times up. but what if youre reckless. impatient. you don’t want to sit around waststing time when you could be out there living your life, instead of wasting away in here. while some blithering parasite keeps you jailed and boasts your unique talents as weapons of their own. i’d get pretty annoyed. frustrated, even. dare i say mad. fed up. restless. humans can instigate spirit fusion, who says spirits cant? except, maybe they can’t. not really. not in the same way. you didn’t need to wait for your body back- you had a perfectly good one tied to your soul and all you needed was to commandeer it. too bad hosts aren’t made for that. separate mind and body is one thing, but both haphazardly melded under force? you attempted a hostile takeover that blew up for both of you when faced with resistance- well done, now neither of you are in control. you and your human are stuck as a mishmashed consciousness with a mishmashed body. you cant exist like that. youre barely conscious, acting on instinct. what else are you supposed to do? no wonder the cousinhood wants to hunt you down. youre not a spirit anymore and youre not a human anymore. youre a monster

Why I like them/why I don’t: it's wild, when i like initially watched GX i didnt like yubel very much??? im not the biggest fan of a lot of choices in GX s3 and for whatever reason they didnt rly click with me... ive grown to like them a lot over time though :^) the concept of 'the human person from thousands of years and a dimension away ago volunteered to get turned into a dragon demon because they cared so much about someone and then they were also made into a duel monsters card that got sent to space and went crazy up there. from the evil space light' is BANANAS. PEAK YUGIOH. and their design does kick so much ass. i wish we got to see more of them post fusing with jaden and Just Hanging Out :(

What I like about their appearance: again like. it's a kickass design. The one boob is fucking legendary. But i especially like their two-tone hair and freaky mishmash arms,the way everything in their design chaotically but cohesive reads as "fiendish being representative of fusion as a concept" is really cool.

Do I prefer their dub names or original names?: same in both! yoobyyyy yooble yoooouuuuu

OTP: ok it's like. technically my otp And notp are the same thing; ive talked about it in the past but im just not really the biggest fan of jaden/yubel in any romantic context (in general i dont really like 'fused together for eternity' as a romantic gesture (author's note: this user is aro) but also like. yubel knew the jaden we know and see since he was a little kid and it's just rly not my thing keeping that in consideration and Also shipping them 😭 sorry. it's weird. BUT i do really like jaden and yubel's dynamic, and from a sort of platonic soulmates stance i go a little crazy bonkers. i read a fic once that had this element of yubel like. having to reconcile with the fact the Present Day Jaden that exists isn't 1:1 the same person as the king they loved so long ago but still vowing to protect him and i love shit like that.

This version of Ennard never scooped Michael. Instead, Michael noticed them behind Circus Baby's shell, and he ended up helping them escape by other means.

Ennnard is a singular entity with a mishmash of traits from the Funtime animatronics, giving rise to a personality that reflects the combined quirks, desires, and behaviors of Funtime Freddy, Funtime Foxy, Ballora, and Circus Baby. He is cunning, unpredictable, and very much eccentric. From Freddy's exuberant showmanship to Foxy's cunning, and from Ballora's graceful elegance to Circus Baby's eerie charm, Ennard embodies the most dominant aspects of each animatronic.

Limbus tamer 3: Le retour de la vengeance

This time around will be for Canto 5 characters and some extras I felt inspired to do. I tried to make the lines more "coherent" than last time though still the constrait of having digimon that actually digivolve into another.

So grab your harpoons 'cause we're going under the sea !

Team Rocket Muffin and Sablé Effie and Saude get the honor of being the first Jogress evolution line of this series as they were always present as a pair ... until Outis mercy killed Effie that is. I chose this line out of the other 02 fusion as it was the first thing to come to mind while I was putting this lines together ... also because I don't feel Imperialdramon suits them and I don't vibe with Shakkoumon.

Wall Might Siegfried gets the Justimon line for his "heroic" persona. Not much to say aside that I did consider putting Starmon and SuperStarmon in there.

Smee is pretty straightforward as the pirate get pirate themed digimon, I preferred Mermaimon to CaptainHookmon because well she ain't captain Hook plus it links back to the mermaid trade that the Twinhook pirate dabble into when not ransoming people. Red Hookmon is best Hookmon.

The filter Big Brother got himself a BanchoLeomon . Let's be real, he'd probably go the Marcus/Masaru route and just punch digimon in the face and win, possibly de-digivolve them back to In-training/Baby level like he punched the ID out of Ishmael. Now I'm imagining that cutscene with Ricardo bitchslapping Ishmael's partner digimon and throwing it back at her forcing them both out of their power up.

I gave the indigo Elder the Vikemon line, minus Gomamon (The fault lies with you, Ishmael!), though admittedly he'd just ballista/harpoon digimon like he did to Ricardo if push come to shove.

The Pequod trio are a package deal, quite literally with Gaslight harpoon Ahab, so I focus their lines to have digimons that are part of Chimairamon :

Gasharpoon Ahab got Chimairamon since she absorbed her crew into her EGO, this matches with Chimairamon being a mishmash of several digimon plus you could infer she fed the data of her crew to her partner when manifesting her EGO.

Normal Ahab had to have whamon due to her obsession and to mirror Ishmael, who I also gave a Whamon, and the fact that she's compare to the great lake whales.

Queequeg has Monochromon since she's really tanky and the rest of her line reflect her harpooner role.

Starbuck got the Gabumon line mostly because he's loyal with CresGarurumon reflecting that he hit like a goddamned truck in the trio boss fight !!!!

And that's all folks ! Now to wait for Canto 6 to drop or when inspiration strikes again.

So that's what I want you to draw a fusion between Glenpool and Bill Cipher,if you don't mind of course

well, thank you. Ah.. I dunno if the fusion of them would work, they kind of have conflicting anatomy. Unless you just colour Bill pink, but that's gonna be boring. Or just slap Gwen's face on a triangle. I'm really sorry, but I actually don't know how to mishmash them together, especially in a way that wouldn't clutter it and resemble both Bill and Gwenpool at the same time.

upd1. Both of them also have district eyes, changing and mixing each of them would make them less ..them. Dunno. upd2. The only thing I see making sense is turning Gwen into a shape creature demon thing, like Bill and Hectorgon, but, again, it wouldn't be clear that it is a fusion and not some weird alternate universe Gwenpool. So I guess I could sketch some stuff, but I really don't expect it to work. (already did)
