Mini-review:

I had been looking forward to this drama for a while, since I'm a fan of cross-cultural romances and the leading pair was very appealing. Having finally watched it, I have to say it didn't fully meet my expectations, even if there were a lot things I liked about it. With just six episodes, there was barely any time to explore the initial romance, and I felt like that diminished the emotional impact of everything that happens afterwards. The leads' chemistry and performances make up for it, mostly, but I still think the drama should have invested more time into fleshing out the characters. As it stands, What Comes After Love is not much more than a well-shot and acted romantic drama.

It seems Venus has finally gotten around, and arrived at the Gala. Though it appears she is not alone. Accompanying her is an odly dressed... Human... Venus looks around at all the others at the event, and let's out a little squeal of joy. But remains at a whisper.

"Oh, look at this Miriam! Isn't this wonderful? Look at all these people"

"Yeah, sure.. But if your going to make me, come with you to some fancy smancy event- Can you at least give me something decent to wear? I kind of feel underdressed, for once in my life, compared to some of these peopele"

"Sorry, I never really become human.. So these were the only outfits I basically had to wear, hehe.."

"Of course... If you need me, I'll be walking around the refreshment table for some high quality champagne, while trying not to make eye contact or small talk with anyone... Chow~"

"Uhg.. She can't even at least try to talk to one person..."
