Building Your Custom Mini Jet Boat
Tumblr media
Have you been dreaming about owning a mini jet boat that is a reflection of everything you wanted it to be and is truly your own? You can only really get that through customization when you have your vessel built or you built it yourself.
With that said, how do you know that you are actually getting the full custom-building experience? How many options do you really need for you to know that you can get the mini jet boat that you want?
At the end of the day, building a custom mini jet boat has more to do with meeting your needs than it does making it unique. You have to remember that it’s still a vessel that you’ll be riding on. If you’re going to build it or have it built from scratch, it might as well be to your specifications. Otherwise, what would be the point?
What Building Custom Mini Jet Boats Means
When you think of building custom mini jet boats, you might conjure up some truly outlandish images. However, just to bring the point closer to home, you need to know that customizing your mini jet boat is more about truly meeting your needs.
For example, if you are getting your mini jet boat to join or even win races, that would entirely be up to you. With that said, you might want to focus on keeping your mini jet boat smaller, more streamlined, and lighter.
If you want a mini jet boat that gives you more options in terms of activities, you can certainly get this, as well. However, space and a bigger size will play a pivotal role in making this happen.
This will be noted in more detail in the following sections.
Get The Right Hull
Tumblr media
The hull is the body of the mini jet boat that you are thinking of building. That is to say, it’s the framework to base the whole building process. After all, you can’t get to everything else unless you’ve made your choice of hull and this hull, in turn, will affect what the end result will be.
Smaller, more agile vessels that are easier to control when going at high speeds will necessarily mean choosing a smaller hull. This would then make it perfect for things like mini jet boat races and competitions. However, don’t expect it to be the best for leisurely cruises.
For that, you’re going to want a hull that is either a good mix between speed and space or one that focuses on space completely. In the case of the former, there are hulls that can still go quite fast but do have more room either for passengers or baggage.
Then again, if you really want to go for a relaxing ride with family and friends, as well as expand the kinds of activities available to you, bigger hulls might suit you best. These will not be anything too big, since this will still be for a mini jet boat.
However, you can count on having more room for people and equipment. If you want to do watersports or fishing, they will be made easier when you have the space to stash your gear. The inherent speed of the mini jet boat will also allow you to get anywhere much faster than other boats would.
Building Your Way
Tumblr media
Generally speaking, you can have your mini jet boat built based on the details that you have provided. This is one of the options available to you and is likely what most other people will choose. After all, what would be the point of making things more complicated when you can get your mini jet boat exactly as you want anyway?
However, there are those who want to have more involvement in building their mini jet boat. To that end, the plans and the pieces that need to be assembled to build the mini jet boat can be sent to clients. In order to really pul this off, you should at least have some experience in building things.
Last but not least, we have the option of clients simply receiving the plans for the mini jet boat and they can take care of everything else. This will definitely come with the most challenge, but if you can pull it off, it also comes with the most pride.

Casino Business History - Reality And Legends - Part Four
According to the data provided by the specialists, Las Vegas consumes more electric energy than the whole France. Casino-hotels are side by side with each other and each strives to attract the potential client with something different that could not be found at the competitor's place: from the constructed "mini-Manhattan" with small copies of the most famous New York sky scrapers and statute of liberty to "Egypt Pyramid" with a very bright projector on the top seen from the jet planes. Casinos are competing with each other in the design of their building, shows - national finals of rodeo and prestigious contests of popular songs - are held there. But still the roulette wheel remains "engine for progress". As local people say, a few years ago there was an effort to introduce "dress code" for entering the casino. But soon the idea was abandoned - what is the difference who comes - a gentleman in the tuxedo or a guy wearing shorts, a lady in the cocktail dress or a housewife in the slippers - the main thing they are staking and playing! Rino is a little less popular than Las Vegas - "the largest of the smallest cities in the world", another gambling capital, "a small copy of Las Vegas", where luxurious hotels and casinos offer all the client wants: from "suites for just-married" (it is a whole industry in Nevada) to roulette and cards.
Where the mafia starts.
probably no story about gambling would be complete without mentioning about such its aspect as relations with the criminal world - or mafia - if you prefer it. America still remembers as on a summer evening of 1947 a US citizen Benjamin Siegel was murdered by an unknown gunman who fired a shotgun blast as Siegel sat in his apartment of the Beverly Hills. He was also knows as "Bugsy" - one of the Las Vegas mobsters, owner of a luxurious hotel Flamingo who invested in it a fantastic for these times sum of money amounting to 6 million dollars.
"Behind the underground".
Still, the experts point out that gambling may hardly be completely banned even in theory. Tom Clancy in his "Op Center" describes Japanese game pachinko: "The game is played much like a vertical version of pinball with the player shooting the ball into the game in much the same fashion as in pinball. The balls fall down between slots on the game layout and most disappear at the bottom, but some fall into special holes. This sets into motion a type of slot machine. As with slots, the player wins if three matching pictures or symbols appear. The winner gets new balls. The balls can be exchanged for prizes. Even though gambling is illegal in Japan the parlors find ways around it. The balls can be turned in for prizes at the pachinko parlor's gift shop, but also can be exchanged for merchandise that can then be exchanged for cash at a window outside the pachinko parlor. Small teddy bears cost 20 thousand yens for a bear, big toy rabbits were as twice as expensive and you could get about sixty thousand yen for a toy tiger".
The most surprising event took place in USSR in late 70s. On one of the enterprises of the former Soviet Baltic states a production of quite an interesting toy under an innocent name "swing-bingo" (loto) was launched. In fact it was a prototype of a roulette, but much smaller. All the rest was just like in real casino: playing field, ball, numbers, "red and black"... It was available in the shops. The passion for risk and hazard was so strong that even Communist ideology could do nothing about it: even in the worst times of the soviet totalitarianism there were totalizator racings. In Israel where gambling is prohibited another solution was found - in the evening a boat sails away from Eilat and casting anchor in neutral waters - opens the doors of the casino...
It is not an accident that, on leaving Rino you can see a box with one arm bandit on the first rate high way which splits the desert. The sign on the box says: "One more chance. Take it! "

Sam’s Favorite Mug
Pairing: Sam Wilson x reader, side of Sarahbucky Summary: Sam has a favorite mug. Warnings: none, maybe getting a slight craving for a wintery beverage Word count: 834 A/N: I had a thought about being more or less domestic with Sam, then I remembered this mini comic about the favorite mug no one else is allowed to drink from and I put some Sarahbucky in this fic because I love this ship and will go down with it
It was an early morning and Bucky was the only one awake in the Wilson-Barnes-Y/L/N household after his morning run. He started to lay the table; plates, cereal bowls, cutlery, glasses and mugs. Two identically patterned mugs in different colors for AJ and Cass, that cheesy “Best Wife in the World” mug he had picked up on a whim for Sarah. The cup that always reminded him of when his Ma used to make him and his sisters’ cocoa although he couldn’t say why it did. It didn’t look remotely like the mugs from back then. He put the mug that said “It ain’t gonna suck itself” with a crawfish on it next to your plate; Sam had probably given that to you as a joke gift when you had visited the first time. Next to Sam’s plate, Bucky put the mug with the cheesiest saying of them all, “Some angels don’t need wings.” with stylized wings around the words.
Bucky quickly showered and when he came down again, there still was no one but him there. He sat down to wait and read. Sarah was first to come down with a big yawn and Bucky greeted her with coffee at the foot of the stairs. They shared a kiss and promptly heard a “Not here!” from Cass who dragged his brother behind him. Sarah and Bucky chuckled and sat down.
You and Sam trudged down the stairs next and at the table, you both blinked. And blinked again. Then you recognized what your sleep addled brain had already registered. You smiled in Bucky’s direction, more precisely his back because he was busy getting things from the fridge, and you switched your and Sam’s mug around. Breakfast went as usual, the boys went to school, Sarah was on the boat and you, Bucky and Sam looked over intel for a mission.
Looking over all the intel took quite some time. The mission was very people heavy, while the building was new in where it stood, it wasn’t new in its layout.
“I’ll feel so damn relieved when this mission is over” Bucky said.
“What do you think they’re playing at by using this layout?” Sam asked.
“If I had to guess, I’d say they wanna play on Bucky’s trauma when he sees the cryo tubes” You answered.
“And the dead Winter Soldiers. Probably. Wait. Did anyone bury them? At least anonymously?” Sam looked from you to Bucky.
“I at least didn’t. I’ll bet my arm Stark didn’t either. Steve had other things to do.”
“No shit, Sherlock” Sam dead panned.
“Should we find them there, they’re probably not decayed.”
Sam and Bucky looked at you like they had seen a ghost.
“And apart from that, maybe they’ll think we’re gonna let our guard down, because we already know that building” You continued.
The three of you had a working lunch and Sam brought over coffee. In front of Bucky, he put a simple mug, you got the mug with the stylized wings and for himself Sam took the crawfish mug.
Several days later, the three of you took of to one of the fly-over states. With the small jet you touched down in a corn field and drove several miles to the once abandoned and now repurposed and relocated building.
When the building came into view, Sam put on his wings and grabbed the shield, Bucky stared so intensely you both did and didn’t want to know what went through his head. You strapped your several weapons close to your body. Some people felt naked without their precious armband. Some felt naked without their gun on a mission. You felt naked without feeling the flat side of your ornate dagger along your underarm. You only threw it if you could be sure to get it back from where it lodged.
Quickly extracting the data you needed, dispatching two or three goons and, led by Sam, indeed anonymously burying the bodies of the remaining Winter Soldiers, you were now on the way back.
“We should get a mug as souvenir” Sam murmured.
“Sure, let’s get a mug after each successful mission” Bucky deadpanned.
“You know, Sarah would probably look at you like-“ You smiled.
“I’m old; not behind the times.”
“And the whole kitchen would be full of mugs” Sam grinned.
“Cocky, are we?”
“Just sometimes. And you know, I already have a favorite mug.”
Back at home, you made your hot chocolate. Outside temperatures didn’t exist for you, even down in Delacroix, when you made your traditional after-mission hot chocolate. One after the other, the mugs were full and hot, marshmallows and extra syrup in several flavors on a tray. Sam’s crawfish mug was last and he was also the last to take his mug off the tray.
“You really seem to like this mug” Bucky remarked and shoveled marshmallows onto the surface of the beverage.
“This is my mug. My favorite mug. Never drink something warm from another mug at home” Sam said.

Should You Attend Mini Jet Boating Events?
Tumblr media
When boating enthusiasts gather, there is a decent to excellent chance that it’s going to be a lot of fun. This is doubly so for mini jet boating events, which can involve high-speed performances and lots of expert insights for owners to take full advantage of. For those alone, attending boating events would be completely worth it.
Then again, not all such events are the same. There will inevitably be some that will suit your preferences more than others.
After all, gatherings that involve boating enthusiasts can cover a wide range of subjects. They can be purely about the actual driving of watercraft or everything else surrounding the activity.
All the Fun You Could Stomach
If you already own a mini jet boat, chances are good that you are already having lots of fun with it. However, you might find that variety can add some spice to the ownership of such a fast vessel, which is exactly what boating events can deliver. You don’t even necessarily need to ride it during such occasions since there are plenty of ways to enjoy yourself.
Depending on what type of boating event you are attending, you could be screaming in delight while racing with other attendees. You could also be having a blast simply browsing through the latest innovations in mini jet boat equipment, as well.
For those who prefer to learn new things about marine activities, popular boating spots, or hidden treasures that can only be accessed by mini jet boats, they can do this too. Boating events can also stretch out for several days, so attendees can take their time simply enjoying everything they have to offer.
Make the Most of Owning a Mini Jet Boat
Tumblr media
There is nothing to say that it would be a mistake to simply get a mini jet boat, have fun with it, and call it a day. Attending any kind of event with your agile watercraft is not strictly necessary for the experience to be enjoyable. Then again, the same can be said for just about anything.
Boating events simply make being a mini jet boat owner much more fulfilling by essentially making your world bigger. By expanding your horizons, you can find even more ways to make your riding experience more thrilling.
Spending the weekend out on the lake with friends and family is much easier to appreciate when you already have a good idea of what else you can do with your mini jet boat. The various activities made possible by owning one aside from simply riding it add another layer to an already scrumptious cake.
New places to visit, new sights to see, and new waterways to test your mini jet boat on make attending boating events from time to time more than worth it.
Lots of Boating Event Types to Choose From
Tumblr media
There is more than enough fun to be had at mini jet boating events where you can hang out with like-minded enthusiasts with a penchant for speedy water transportation. Of course, your definition of fun might not be the same as others. Fortunately, you’ll have plenty to choose from.
Mini jet boating events or just boating events, in general, can be divided into several types. There’s your typical gathering of people who own or are interested in owning boats with no specific focus.
Then there are the events that are aimed at providing new information or more educational activities. These typically have speakers or experts who can deliver the details that attendees would need.
From there, we have conferences aimed at selling products, building networks, arranging future gatherings, and so many more. All you really have to do is pick and choose which ones you want to attend.
Of course, no one can tell you not to attend all of them, if that’s what you want.
How to Attend Mini Jet Boating Events
Are you interested in finding out more about mini jet boating events and how you can attend them? There are regular gatherings that occur every year on a fairly consistent basis, so you shouldn’t have any issues finding the bigger ones. They will likely cost money for the entry fee, but it would be worth it. For the smaller events, you’ll just have to keep an eye out for them.

The story of Clementine Quinn
Tumblr media
I literally spent all morning just writing this. I usually can’t just sit down an write like this and it turned out more like a mini fic(?) than a biopage but I hope it’s ok!
@fangirl-ramblings I know you were interested in seeing it too so I’ll tag you here ^^;;;
Zhang Xiaomeng was nineteen when he came to America from Harbin in China looking for a better life. He had heard of the promise of the Golden Mountain and hoped to work enough to get his family out of the debt that his own father had put them in through his drink and gambling addictions.
Xiaomeng arrived at Angel Island after a long and treacherous  boat ride with many other Chinese, Japanese and Filipinos only to find that America wasn’t a land of freedom, nor was it paved with gold… At least not for him and other non whites.
Americans wanted cheap Chinese labour to do the jobs they would never dream of doing, so he began working just outside of Annesburg building a railway with other Asian immigrants.
The labour was backbreaking and many of his friends collapsed due to exhaustion and malnutrition. Some ran away but if caught, they would be beaten and not be permitted food or water as a punishment. Xiaomeng saw many of his friends die. It hardened him. He realised that the life he had chosen here had been a lie.
Determined to live, he took his opportunity to escape one night when the guards were drunk and ran away to Saint Denis. There had to be more to life here than building railroads.
Xiaomeng hoped that Saint Denis would be different and in many ways it was. He was able to find lodgings with other Chinese people and made friends. But the fear, segregation and racism hadn’t gone away. With American swept away in an ocean of yellow peril, Xiaomeng would often find himself being chased or attacked in the street with no one batting an eyelid. Chinese people who owned businesses had them burnt down and it was common for someone to not return home and never be seen again.
Xiaomeng had made friends with a young Chinese man who worked washing pots in a restaurant but one day, he stopped showing up for work. Xiomeng found that there was little use going to the police for help. They didn’t care about the likes of Xioming and other immigrants; they made fun of his broken English and thick Chinese accent and told him to get out before they threw him in a cell.
Saint Denis is where Xiomeng met Clementine’s mother.
He was able to find work in a general store whose owner took pity on the poor immigrant boy. Xiaomeng promised he would work harder than any white person the owner had ever employed and he made good on his promise. Xiaomeng did everything from cleaning the store and the storefront, riding out to get supplies, making sure the shelves were always full and appealing  and delivering goods in and around Saint Denis to customers.
Elizabeth Quinn, the daughter of a wealthy Irish-American family who owned properties in Saint Denis and Blackwater.
Elizabeth was sheltered and inexperienced, never having left Saint Denis. She grew up with a governess and was distant with her parents whom she didn’t see too often. By the time she was eighteen, her family had made an agreement with another family in Blackwater who had an unmarried son of thirty-three named Lewis Clark. The Clark family had made their money in the cotton trade but now owned a mining company in Annesburg.
Elizabeth had never met Lewis. She hated the idea that she wasn’t marrying for love and was marrying a man who was almost double her age. It was a transaction and she wasn’t an item to be sold.
The arrangement was purely monetary; Elizabeth’s father would allow Lewis to marry his only daughter in exchange for partnership in the mining business and other business ventures in Blackwater.
Elizabeth met Xiaomeng when he began delivering goods from the general store to her home a few times a week.
She was struck by how handsome he was, he was lean from the manual labour. His jet black hair was worn long but tied back so that Elizabeth could see his face, his skin a golden brown and his eyes a shimmering amber.
She had never really met anyone from outside the house before other than the people who were invited around for her parents parties but none of them looked like Xiaomeng .
Xiaomeng was also struck by Elizabeth’s beauty. Elizabeth had long red hair and bright blue eyes, she was slender and graceful - beauty without contrivity.
Xiomeng was so enraptured by her that he dropped everything he was carrying when he first saw her in the gardens as he made his way to the back door where the kitchens were. Glass shattered and the contents spilled all over the floor causing a commotion. Elizabeth stepped in and took the blame, knowing that Xiaomeng would be punished harshly if she told the truth.
Xiaomeng had a kind smile and while he didn’t speak English well and Elizabeth didn’t know a word of Chinese, there was most definitely something between them that neither of them could explain, like the world was pushing them together.
Elizabeth made sure she was always in the garden for when Xiaomeng came with his delivery.
The pair started a secret relationship, Xiaomeng would slip Elizabeth little notes that the wife of the general store owner would help him compose and Elizabeth would write letters in return that she spritzed with her perfume. Xiaomeng kept all of the letters, the only thing that had any value to him in this world.
On Xiaomeng notes, he would tell Elizabeth when he days off were and Elizabeth would meet him in town. Many places wouldn’t let Xiaomeng in, so they would walk to the edge of Saint Denis by the water and talk. Sometimes, they would go back to Xiomeng’s house which was usually empty during the day but sometimes, the other people he shared with were there and Elizabeth soon became friends with them. Neither Xiomeng or Elizabeth understood the other too well to begin with but with but love has its own language.
Soon, Elizabeth fell pregnant. The pair knew they didn’t have long to figure out what to do - the engagement to Lewis was to be announced soon. Xiaomeng wanted to run away with Elizabeth; he promised her he would always take care of her and their baby, no matter what: they’d get married and live happily. But both knew that with the exclusion act, they would never be allowed to marry or live any sort of normal life.
Maybe it had all just been a silly dream which was rapidly turning into a nightmare…
Elizabeth began to show, despite trying to cover her bump with baggier clothes but it was fruitless; one of the men who worked for Elizabeth’s father had seen Elizabeth with Xiaomeng in town one day.
The word got to her father who flew into a rage. Still worried about his business plans, he tried to arrange for a doctor to “take care of things” but by this time, word had reached Lewis Clark and his family in Blackwater and the engagement was promptly called off.
Elizabeth pleaded with her father but he went to the store where Xiaomeng worked with some of his men, dragging him into the street by his hair and proceeded to beat him in front of everyone saying that this filthy chinaman, this filthy dog had defiled his daughter and ruined his business. Xiaomeng couldn’t fight back, he was outnumbered and no one would step in to help - he knew that.
They kept beating and beating until the dusty road turned crimson and Xiaomeng’s handsome face was no longer recognisable. He crumpled lifelessly to the floor where he lay motionless, Elizabeth’s father didn’t stop, he stamped on Xiaomeng’s head until there was a sickening crack and then silence.
The crowd quietened and soon dispersed, leaving only Elizabeth at the foul scene, howling and weeping for her one true love.
Elizabeth knew she had to leave. She was terrified that when the baby came, her family would take it away from her - her last part of Xiaomeng.
Tumblr media
Clementine was born in 1873  somewhere in Tall Trees where she had a fairly happy childhood. She liked nature and animals, Elizabeth doted on her and they spent many happy days in their small homestead not too far from a dam where they would fish. Elizabeth would sell the fish in Strawberry, it didn’t pay a lot but it kept them clothed and fed.
When Clementine was thirteen, Elizabeth became ill. Dysentery. She told Clementine to go to a woman she had met in Strawberry who would take care of her - when Elizabeth was better, Clementine could come back. Only Elizabeth didn’t get better and she knew she never would.
Clementine never saw her mother again.
Clementine went to Strawberry to find the woman whose name was Miss Burgess. Miss Burgess was in her sixties or so and was a mean woman. Clementine worked for her for a while cleaning houses owned by rich, fancy folk. It was hard work and Clementine barely saw a penny once Miss Burgess had taken her share.  Clementine shared a room with several other girls and boys around the same age who all worked for Miss Burgess. Clementine didn’t make any friends in that time and remembered crying herself to sleep many nights on the itchy bedroll she slept on on the cold floor of that room.
By the time she turned fourteen, Miss Burgess decided to sell Clementine to a wealthy man who was looking for a girl to live with him, take care of the house and such...
Elizabeth had raised Clementine to be vigilant and never to really trust anyone. Clementine knew what the man’s intentions were and when she arrived at his impressive house outside of Blackwater. He wasn’t all that old, perhaps thirty or so but his parents had died and left him the property and a lot of money.
Clementine was to cook and clean for him. She felt uncomfortable in his presence, his eyes lingered too long on her and he would make excuses to touch her on the shoulder or small of the back.
It didn’t take long for him to call her to his study. He asked her to sit in his lap and although she didn’t want to, although she knew she shouldn’t, before she knew it, he was pulling her towards him and sitting her down on him.
He made advances on her, telling her that she was pretty and mature for her age and he could make her a woman, hands roaming her body while a prickly wave of sickness crashed over her.
She felt his horrible, hot lips on her neck. As he did this, Clementine seemed to go into autopilot. She saw a glint of sliver on his desk, a letter opener. Before she could think, she had grabbed it and stabbed him in the neck, driving the blade to the hilt. She watched him clutch uselessly at his throat as he gasped for air. When he stopped breathing, Clementine looted the house of everything she could sell and left for Saint Denis, the place her mother hated so much.
She thought she would feel something by killing him: fear, excitement or disgust? She felt nothing.
****
Clementine hoped to find herself in Saint Denis but all she found was crowded streets and people who didn’t care, especially for someone who looked like her; her curly red hair was enough at first glance for people to mistake her for white but her small mono-lidded eyes, tanned skin and flat nose gave her away as impure.
Too white for other Chinese people but too Chinese for white people - Clementine has never been  accepted anywhere.
She eventually fell in with a group of street kids who initially tried to pickpocket her but she had fought them off with relative ease, leaving one with a broken nose and a bruised ego. For some reason, they took a shine to her and taught her how to pickpocket, where to run and hide from the law and most importantly, how to make friends.
She became close with an Irish boy named Oliver who joined the gang not too long before her. Clementine didn’t know love but knew that when she was with him, the world made sense and the anger that seethed inside of her settled. She was… happy, just like she’d been with her mother.
Oliver was a year older than her and a good hear or two taller. Lanky with a gap between his two front teeth and freckles across his nose. He probably cared more for Clementine than Clementine cared for him and he would be the first to admit that but that was ok. It was the innocent kind of love that only young teens were capable of having.
Oliver flushed redder than the paint of a pillar box when Clementine allowed him to hold her hand as they walked the streets together.
Oliver stole clothes and jewellery for her but Clementine has never cared about her appearance or expensive gifts. She liked having someone to talk before she went to sleep at night and she liked knowing that he would be there again in the morning. She found that sharing things was nice. She wanted to share everything with Oliver.
The small amount of money she had went towards her horse, a gorgeous chestnut red Turkoman who she had spent months and months saving for and when she produced the right amount of notes at the stable, the stablemaster had all but fallen over in surprise. The horse was her most loyal friend. Clementine loved animals and often fed the stray cats and dogs of Saint Denis, much to the disdain of others. Clementine felt calm amongst the animals, almost as if they understood her better than any human ever could. Maybe one day, her and Oliver would own a farm or stables together.
Clementine stayed with the gang until she was seventeen.
Oliver hadn’t been seen for a few days, which wasn’t unusual if he had found work somewhere so Clementine didn’t worry too much. Oliver knew how to take care of himself; he was able to think on his feet and he was able to talk himself out of almost any situation. One afternoon when Clementine was wandering aimlessly through the overcrowded streets, she noticed a gathering at the park. As she edged closer to see what was happening, she saw that there was another public hanging.
Although Clementine had killed before, public hangings made her sick - to think that people came out to watch someone die was horrific.
Her blood ran cold, however, as she recognised one of the men standing on the gallows, that befreckled skinny boy. Oliver. He’d been caught rustling cattle. She did her best to fight through the crowd towards him, pushing people out of her way and despite her strength, she was still small of stature and couldn’t reach the front.
She heard the door open, heard the rope unravel and heard Oliver choke out his last few breaths. When she reached the front, she saw that while his body was limp, his eyes were still open. She wondered if he had seen her.
****
In 1898, Clementine Quinn is now 25.  She left Saint Denis soon after Oliver was hung and now she travels from place to place, trying to make sense of the world.  She met a beautiful woman named Madam Nazar who buys trinkets and interesting objects that Clementine acquires on her journeys. She recently started helping an older woman named Maggie Fike with a moonshine business - it’s dangerous work with revenue agents at every corner but Clementine doesn’t mind.
She hates this country; the country that looks on while others suffer or condemns people for the colour of their skin. Maybe one day she’ll leave and start  again somewhere new.
Since leaving Saint Denis, she’s been a loner and a wanderer. She’s found that other people can’t be trusted and will almost always use you in the end. And getting close to people only complicates things... She always leaves before it gets to that point. Maybe that makes her selfish but she doesn’t care. The world has never shown her any mercy so why should she show mercy to the world?

LEGO won't make modern war machines, but others are picking up the pieces This is a story about a multibillion-dollar international conglomerate, arms manufacturers, a German peace group and renegades who make miniaturized weapons systems out of small shops. Not that those tiny weapons could actually hurt anyone. Well, not unless you stepped on one.The conglomerate is LEGO, with worldwide revenues of $6.2 billion in 2019 from its toys, retail stores, theme parks and even movie rights. Its toy sets -- which are intended to "inspire the builders of tomorrow," according to the company's mission statement -- run the gamut, from skyscrapers to boats, police stations to castles. There's even a kit to make Rome's famous Colosseum. Nothing from the real world, it seems, is off limits. That is, except for anything modeled on today's military. "We have a long-standing policy of not creating sets which feature real military vehicles that are currently in use," Ryan Greenwood, a spokesman for the company, said in an email to CNN.But during the summer, the Danish company released a set for the V-22 Osprey, a tiltrotor aircraft manufactured by Boeing and Bell Helicopter Textron that is only used by the American and Japanese militaries.LEGO pulled its V-22 Osprey amid protests from a German anti-war group. Credit: LEGOThe kit, set to launch under LEGO's vehicle-focused Technic brand, depicted a search and rescue version of the Osprey. But it drew a quick, harsh protest from the German Peace Society -- United War Resisters (DFG-VK in German), an almost 130-year-old anti-war group. The V-22 Osprey, the group said, has been involved in conflicts in Afghanistan, Iraq, Mali, Yemen and Syria. In a press release criticizing LEGO over the model, the DFG-VK then threw the toymaker's own words from a decade earlier right back at it:"The basic aim is to avoid realistic weapons and military equipment that children may recognize from hot spots around the world and to refrain from showing violent or frightening situations when communicating about LEGO products. At the same time, the purpose is for the LEGO brand not to be associated with issues that glorify conflicts and unethical or harmful behavior," the peace group quoted from a 2010 LEGO report.LEGO quickly pulled the motorized aircraft model from its inventory in late July. The few sets that had already hit store shelves made their way into the hands LEGO enthusiasts and onto internet trading sites at prices as high as $1,000 for a set that would've retailed at around $120.US Air Force V-22 Ospreys take off from a base in New Mexico. Credit: LEGOGreenwood, the company spokesperson, refused to comment further on why LEGO changed its mind on the Osprey model or why it was produced in the first place. But LEGO canceling its Osprey set hasn't stopped fans from creating their own versions. In a video interview from Minneapolis, Minnesota, Dan Siskind pulled up a large model of the aircraft to the camera. Although built from LEGO pieces, this one is bigger and, arguably, even more elaborate and life-like. He spun its tiltrotor propellers in a hand-held simulated flight.Siskind is a former "master builder," the top LEGO designers who assemble the models you find displayed in stores. He is now part of a subculture that unites adult fans of LEGO (or AFOLs as they are known) and military buffs. Through his company, Brickmania Toyworks, the 51-year-old takes the iconic bricks and turns them into custom military building kits spanning eras and multiple wars. An arms bazaar for AFOLs, his inventory includes a US F-16 fighter ($425), a Russian T-80BVM main battle tank ($340) and even a Phalanx close-in weapon system, the rapid-fire Gatling gun the US Navy puts on its warships to knock out incoming threats like missiles or speedboats ($175).There are also historical options, such as a Vietnam War-era Soviet MiG-21 fighter, a World War II Japanese A6M2 Zero or British Spitfire Mk I fighter plane, a US M4A3 Sherman or German Panzer IV Ausf G tank, or a World War I British biplane, all priced around $200.For those with lower budgets, micro military vehicle sets are sold for around $20.The parts are almost all genuine, made with new-condition LEGO bricks. But while the Danish company does not endorse its products being used for these purposes, it tolerates the practice, Siskind said."They've given us some guidelines -- here's how to stay out of trouble."He's nonetheless blunt in describing his job. "It's just stuff we've taken that weren't supposed to be made into military things, (that) we've made into military things," Siskind explained. "Ordinary LEGO bricks just used in a way they were never intended to be used." Because he isn't allowed to purchase bricks directly from LEGO for his military sets, sourcing is "one big, continuous scavenger hunt" that requires his staff to comb through Walmarts, Targets and toy stores for discounts on original sets. The company also uses the website Bricklink, a kind of eBay for LEGO parts, where specific bricks can be bought and sold. The AC-130 Spooky II gunship model, made using LEGO bricks and other aftermarket parts, from Brickmania Toyworks in Minneapolis. Credit: Courtesy Brickmania ToyworksAll the parts are brought to Brickmania's Minneapolis headquarters, where they are broken down and reallocated to the new kits, including its most expensive design: a Lockheed Martin AC-130 "Spooky II" gunship that contains more than 5,200 pieces and sells for $3,755.In real life, an AC-130 gunship is one of the most terrifying aircraft imaginable. Armed with 40mm and 105mm cannons and a 25mm Gatling gun, it can devastate an area in seconds, earning it the nickname the "Angel of Death" in military circles. When the company made the first 25 models available, they sold out in five hours. A second batch then went in the same amount of time, Siskind said. "We have more demand than we can keep up with."While Siskind will sell you a military kit, his company also encourages AFOLs to produce their own creations, sponsoring regular contests at Brickmania's flagship store in Minneapolis. Among the rules: They must be military or war-themed, bear no Nazi symbols, display no excessive gore and are not of the sci-fi or fantasy genres. Global communityPeople entering the competitions should probably be thankful that Ralph Savelsberg lives thousands of miles away in the Netherlands -- because the 45-year-old Dutch builder's portfolio of LEGO-based military creations would likely be easy winners. There's a Vietnam-era US Navy patrol boat, a Cold War-era intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM), an Iranian F-14 fighter, an M-21 reconnaissance jet and a massive and stunning recreation of a B-52 bomber, the mainstay of the US Air Force's bomber fleet for more than six decades.Dutch LEGO builder Ralph Savelsberg shows off a model he made of a US Air Force B-52 bomber with a 5-foot wingspan. Credit: Courtesy Ralph SavelsbergSavelsberg, a physicist and assistant professor, said he builds LEGO for love, not money."This is just a hobby. I do get a lot of requests, but I always disappoint them; I have no interest whatsoever in having to deal with customers."Furthermore, making plans or instructions is no fun, so I don't actually have any plans for most of my models," he said in an email. What he does enjoy is getting together with LEGO military builders from around the world at various conventions, where they share creations and even make custom ones to commemorate anniversaries. For this year's Brickfair Virginia, Savelsberg and a few dozen military builders planned a display themed on the Cold War, including his ICBM. The event was canceled due to the Covid-19 pandemic, but Savelsberg plans to return next year.LEGO-style military models on display at Brickfest Japan 2019 in Kobe. Credit: Courtesy The Brothers Brick / Edwinder SinghIn 2019, he attended Japan Brickfest, Asia's largest AFOL gathering, which featured a section for military items by some of the 270 builders displaying their work. Those builders, who came from places like Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan as well as Japan, likely represent just a fraction of those pursuing the hobby, Savelsberg said."I suspect that the people who come to events represent the tip of the iceberg. For every builder who is willing and able to travel to events, there might be two dozen teenagers who rarely get out of their bedrooms and share their builds with a group of friends via social media," he said. Justin Chua, who runs LEGO aftermarket store Lioncity Mocs in Singapore, says this 1:100-scale model of a Singaporean littoral mission ship took him more than two months to plan, source parts and assemble. It has more than 2,000 pieces. Credit: Courtesy Justin ChuaA company for kidsIn a way, Savelsberg, Siskind and the other builders of LEGO-based military models are doing what LEGO has always encouraged -- "only the imagination sets the limit to what you can build," the company's profile says."There's nothing that stops me from using dark green elements I get from, say, a LEGO Mini Cooper for a US Navy patrol boat," like this one from the Vietnam era, Dutch builder Ralph Savelsberg said. Credit: Courtesy Ralph SavelsbergLEGO traces its roots back to Denmark in the 1930s, when carpenter Ole Kirk Kristiansen abbreviated the Danish words "Leg Godt," meaning "play well" in English, to brand the wooden toys he was producing. It turned to plastic bricks in 1949.In 1955, Kristiansen's son Godtfred launched LEGO bricks as a system, embracing the idea that the more you have, the more things you can make. "Our idea has been to create a toy that prepares the child for life -- appealing to its imagination and developing the creative urge and joy of creation that are the driving forces in every human being," he said.Over the years, wheels and human figures were introduced in 1962 and 1978 respectively. And in 1989, miniature human figures sporting more facial expressions than the usual slight smile also emerged.LEGO has also been determined to put smiles on the faces of children."As a family-owned company with a long-term mission, the LEGO Group is uniquely placed to deliver a positive impact on children, society and the planet," the company profile says. The 25-page company document mentions the words "child" or "children" nearly 100 times. Still, as LEGO grew over the years, so did the presence of weapons.A 2016 report analyzing the company's products, published on the peer-reviewed scientific investigation journal PLOS One, argues that LEGO sets "are not as innocent as they used to be" and have become increasingly violent over time. Since 1978, when the first weapon bricks -- a sword, a halberd and a lance -- were added to castle-themed LEGO sets, there the amount of weaponry has increased each year, according to the study. It found that by 2014, nearly 30% of sets contained at least one weapon brick.A LEGO James Bond Aston Martin set on the shelf of a Hong Kong store. Credit: Brad Lendon/CNNSome of this increase can be attributed to movie-themed sets. For example, the company's summer 2020 catalog features a model of the Aston Martin, the famous car driven by British spy James Bond. It comes complete with "a wealth of sophisticated details and 007 gadgetry, including rotating license plates, ejector seat, tire scythes and front-wing machine guns."There's also "Star Wars" X-wing fighters and Imperial star destroyers, and sets depicting "Minecraft" battles, with axes, bludgeons and cases of TNT.When it comes to the LEGO's ethical red lines, Siskind sees a disconnect in the company's logic. Is there really a difference between the Death Star or the violence of a galaxy far, far away and the machines that kill people here on Earth?"There's very direct historical connections between the 'Star Wars' world and World War II," he added. Following LEGO's rulesFrom his office in Atlanta, Andrew Roberts, co-owner of Battle Brick Customs, another aftermarket retailer, expresses what he sees as the LEGO dilemma."LEGO has always kind of struggled with filling boys' desires for action and adventure (while) staying true to themselves (by) not doing realistic military things," he said. For a long time, the company even went so far as to avoid gray-colored bricks (the obvious color choice for building military weapons and vehicles), Roberts claimed, saying early castle sets were made from yellow ones. (Siskind, too, recalled some rather colorful medieval builds, saying: "When I was a kid all my castles were red because I had the most of that color.") LEGO's avoidance of modern military themes provided an opening, Roberts added. He turned his college pastime -- messing with his old LEGO sets -- into a full-time job, churning out best-sellers like World War II M4 Sherman tanks and modern Gulf War M1 Abrahms tanks."I don't think they like what I do but at the same time ... They tolerate me because I obey the rules." A US Special Forces team in LEGO-style figures from Battle Brick Customs. Credit: Courtesy Battle Brick CustomsFor instance, Roberts buys minifigures from LEGO, strips them of their paint and markings, and turns them into soldiers, sailors and airmen to stand watch in the military-themed sets he sells. He likens it to how a custom car shop takes a showroom model and turns it into a street racer."If you're a shop selling custom Ford Mustangs, you can do that -- people have to know that this is a Ford Mustang, but it's not an official Ford product," Roberts said. "I took a Ford and I did a bunch of stuff to it."In the case of LEGO parts, he added, "It's a genuine LEGO minifigure that has had a bunch of aftermarket stuff done to it. I bought it, and it's mine. And I'm customizing it, and I'm not pretending they did it."A figure stylized as a US soldier from Battle Brick Customs. Credit: Courtesy Battle Brick CustomsFor much of the fanatic LEGO-building community, the "it's mine" mentality -- a personal stake in what they make -- is what's fun and what fills them with pride. And they're not going to let the company's ethos get in the way of their creations. After the company pulled the Osprey in the summer, The Brothers Brick, an independent, reader-funded website for LEGO enthusiasts, carried several posts about the set's demise. One showed a futuristic olive green vision of an Osprey with orange highlights, created by builder Simon Liu, using LEGO bricks.Brothers Brick contributor, Lino -- a Washington state-based artist and humorist, according to his biography -- drew inspiration from Liu's creation."The point of showing you this is, while LEGO occasionally makes doofus decisions, they provide the pieces so that you can build anything you want. Who needs directions and an official set?" Lino wrote."With LEGO bricks and a bit of imagination, the world is your oyster. Or Osprey."Top image caption: A figurine from Battle Brick Customs of a US soldier emerging from an armored personnel carrier. #lifestyle Read full article: https://expatimes.com/?p=15448&feed_id=22672

Can your AI do this?
Post Are we ever going to talk about this? and Where was the wooing? (AO3)
Highly recommended to read the series first to get emotionally invested in their story arc. This short piece will feel a lot more satisfying once you know their backstory. But you can still read this as a stand alone.
Q-Branch gets a pet (for science! purposes). Bond tests a new vehicle, and Q gets thoroughly... well you know 😉.
Tags: *Ahem* Fun-times content (be responsible), newly established relationship, humour, fluff with feeling, banter.
-------------------------------
SIS Building - Q-Branch
The little bug eyed bright yellow creature stares up at him from inside its glass terrarium. From that angle, it looks like its smiling up at them.
Q closes the cover after replacing the water dish, “We’re studying its movements and ability to adhere to surfaces. With all the sensitives around drone use and anti-drone capabilities these days, we’re thinking a robot that is a little more discrete would be more effective. Something small, quiet, that won’t trigger existing alarm systems and a much longer battery life. Potentially it might not even need to enter the premises, it could make its way up the side walls and observe from outside.“
“You’re just using that as an excuse to keep something cute.“ The creature raises itself on all fours, head head high, staring at Bond curiously.
“Well I’m not denying it’s good for morale as well.” Q waves his fingers at the creature and it responds by licking an eye with a pink tongue.
“Not mine. I’ve seen your little machine learning side project. You’re working on replacing me with an AI, and a robot gecko. So much for job security.”
“Oh don’t worry. Not until we can fit a miniaturised poison dart gun to the robot, we’ll still need you around.”
“Thanks,” Bond huffs, mildly put out. “So is there anything I can do for you at the moment? Or have you called me here just to insult me?”
Q isn’t fooled, he knew Bond was looking for any excuse to cut short his meeting with M and 009. Agent 007 has a low tolerance threshold for bureaucratic meetings; once past the hour mark, his attention span wanes significantly and he becomes disruptive.
Q smiles at him, “Believe it or not, I’ve actually called you here for legitimate reasons. This way please 007.”
——
London River Thames
They’re standing on the dock under the SIS building. Bobbing in the water attached to a boat is what can only be described as a watercraft bearing an uncanny resemblance to a dolphin.
“Its a modified Seabreacher; we’ve enhanced its submersible capabilities up to 15 ft and of course added a light weapons system. We’ve also given it an electric motor for low speed stealth mode.”
Bond turns him, expression hopeful. Q has to quickly clarify, “Before you get excited, it’s not assigned to you. But I do need a test pilot today.”
Bond exhales; a put upon sigh. As if he wasn’t internally itching to get into the machine. Q waits for him to change into something more comfortable. When Bond returns, he is in a black turtleneck that showcases the muscles of his upper body to great effect. His holster worn over it and he has driving gloves on. He looks every bit the rouge he’s accused of being.
Q nearly looses his tablet stylus to the Thames when it drops out of his distracted hand and rolls perilously close to a gap between the planks of the dock. He saves it by stepping on it quickly.
They tow the Seabreacher a short distance upriver, somewhere between Battersea Bridge and Chelsea Bridge where river traffic is a little less busy. Bond has an excellent time testing out the craft, quickly getting the hang of barrel rolls, executing spin stops and 90 degree surface breaches and finally, porpoising through the water mimicking the movements of real dolphins. The stealth submersible mode works excellent too, but the Thames has disappointingly poor visibility so there’s not much to see. However it gives them a chance to try the newly installed underwater sonar navigation system. Pity they didn’t get to test the weapons system - the London City Council and the London Port Authority wasn’t too keen on allowing that.
All this acrobatic splashing about draws a crowd among the park visitors on both sides of the river and from the few boathouses docked on the northside of the bank. When the test ends, Bond pulls the craft up along side the waiting boat. He exits the cockpit to a smattering of appreciative applause from a passing tour boat - Americans on holiday likely. Native Londoners are unlikely to be this emotive. Bond smirks and gives them a curt wave.
He’s in such a good mood that once he’s jumped on board the tow boat, he stalks over to Q who had just finished tethering the craft, cups one side of his face with a gloved hand and pecks him quickly on the corner of the mouth in front of everyone.
“Can your AI do that?”
“You’re impossible,” Q lightly shoves him away. Mindful that they are still on the clock.
“And you love challenges.”
“Not impossible ones.”
“Says the man who is trying to replace me with a gecko.”
“You know what, I probably could program an autonomous mode into the thing. For starters, it’ll be far less infuriating.”
“I wasn’t talking about the craft...,” Bond reaches for Q again, this time swiping a thumb over the corner of his mouth where the agent just kissed.
“Get a room!… Sirs.” Nish yells at them from the helm of the tow boat. He’s still peeved that he lost money on the bet about them getting together.
——
Quartermaster’s Residence - Sexy times
Bond’s good mood extends all the way to the evening when they get home. Dinner was abysmally quick because a randy agent wouldn’t let Q sit down to eat; pressed up against him from behind, groping and palming him between the legs as he rushed through his food standing at the kitchen counter.
A quick shower later and they‘ve exiled the cats and seconded themselves in the bedroom.
“Talk to me about the Seabreacher again,” Bond instructs as he lowers a well prepared Q into his lap. The entry is tight but smooth. The heat of Q’s waiting body intoxicating.
Q savours the breach, the feeling of invading fullness as Bond pushes in. “Hmm... turns you on does it?“ Q wraps his arms around Bond’s neck and kisses him playfully before sucking on his bottom lip and nipping up the line of Bond’s jaw to give the agent’s earlobe a playful bite.
“How many horsepowers?” Bond rumbles, squeezing a fleshy cheek in retaliation and to prompt him along.
“300 from the twin supercharged intercooled ICE alone…,” Q breathes into his ear, “…another 50 from the electric motor... Ah!” Q grinds down to meet his upward thrust.
-Fuck YESSss-. He didn’t think it possible, but Bond feels himself stiffen further. He snakes a hand from behind, into Q’s hair and tugs his head back. “Weapons?” He mouths against the delicate column of Q’s pale exposed neck, latching on and sucking with every intention to bruise.
“Ngghhh!… Dorsal mounted assault rifle. Ah!... Two rounds of compact mini underwater torpedos.. Ooh... with blast force that could sink a yacht—“ the next thrust sends Q wailing “—Jaaaames!” Feeding right into his ego.
Bond kisses Q deeply. -God how he loves this man-, “Manoeuvrerbility?”
“Jet nozzle trust vectoring— *gasp*…full tail articulation… *gasp* …giving the pilot complete control to execute high speed 360 degree barrel rolls—“ Bond changes angle suddenly, “Fuck! James!” Q’s grip around the agent’s shoulders tightens to brace himself against it. The things this man does to him! The sudden intensity of sensation as Bond hits the right spot brings tears to his eyes.
“Mmm… What else can it do?” Bond demands, pulling Q downwards even as his hips snap up - growling with the force it.
It takes a few seconds for Q to recollect his thoughts, gritting his teeth, eyes squeezing shut. “High speed, 90 degree underwater to surface breaches… Oh God!… Submarine mode up to 15ft dept …*gasp* …electric powered stealth mode up to five…*gasp* …five nautical miles—,” Q buries his face in the crook of Bond’s neck moaning, “… Bullet proof cabin pod.”
Q is panting hard now, fingernails biting into the muscles of Bond’s back, riding through the staccato rhythm the best he can. “James, please. I can’t think anymore…” he begs.
Bond tips them over onto the bed so he’s on top and continues their practiced rhythm. Alternating between deep and shallow thrusts. With most of Q’s weight now supported by the bed, Bond can put all of his strength into his hip movements.
The intensity has Q gasping his name at every inward shove, which just fuels Bond’s possessive fire. It turns into a blaze - spurring him on; harder, deeper. Q’s previously restrained cries turn into outright wails and Bond has to muffle them with deep consuming kisses lest they scare the cats or the neighbours call the police on them.
Soon, the friction between their bodies along with the sweet repetitive drag of Bond’s unyielding girth and length inside him, angled just right, has Q whimpering for release; for mercy. His entire body is shaking -Too much!- “Please James!… Please… I need…. I need…,” Bond swallows every word of his plea with greedy possessive kisses, all the while not missing a stroke.
When Bond finally responds, his voice is low, gravelly and teasing, “Yes love, what do you need?” The gentleness of his tone a direct contrast to the unrelenting strength of his thrusts. The bastard knows exactly what he needs!
Frustrated, Q bites down on a thickly muscled shoulder, but that serves only to stoke Bond’s cruelty. His pumping slows, turning into deep powerful grinds. The pleasure is agonisingly drawn out, the sustained feeling of fullness, arguably more torturous.
“Oh God! Jaa—mees please!… I can’t… Ah!…” Q sobs in desperation, his body strung so tight, clawing for release, wanting, needing.
“Sshhh…” Bond soothes, strong hands caressing the length of Q’s body but his hips do not relent. Then comes more deep claiming kisses - stealing the very breath from him before Bond finally reaches down between them, grabs a firm but gentle hold of him and starts stroking, from root to tip, milking him exactly as he likes it.
Q moans brokenly. Body shuddering. One more deep angled thrust and a slow swipe of a calloused thumb over his leaking tip and Q arches his back in absolute unconditional surrender.
Pleasure rips trough his body, muscles tightening and spasming with his release - clamping down hard around the fullness still inside him for long seconds before slowly going lax. His brain shuts down into safe mode.
When he first comes to, he’s vaguely aware that James is still thrusting into him, face buried in his neck. With a final stuttering push he too tips over the edge, rooting deeply and coming in long spurts. The loud rapturous moan that escapes him is one of unreserved release. Never has Q heard him this vocal on missions, the sounds of pleasure usually only coming from his marks - 007 is himself usually silent, a few grunts and he’s done.
James collapses on top of him, their chest rising and falling in synchronised rhythm. Once they’ve finally caught their breaths, they’re kissing again, slow languid kisses of pure affection. James is still on top, propped up on his elbows, Q’s head cradled in his hands, his heavy warm weight a secure blanket. Q has never felt this completely possessed yet this utterly worshipped at the same time than when he is with James.
With a final noisy kiss, Bond reaches for the towel he’d set aside the bed earlier. Q’s brain finishes rebooting while Bond gently disengages and cleans up the mess between them.
The first coherent thought that comes to Q’s mind is, “You know, I think there might still be space to fit an auxiliary air supply unit to extend the submersible range.”
Bond pauses his clean up ministrations to kiss him again, “Careful love, keep saying those things and you just might instigate a second round.”
Q grins cheekily up at him, “Oh you like that do you? Wait till I tell you about the car we’re planning for you... Ah! James!!”
The next day Q has to wear a hideous brown and grey stripped turtleneck to work and explain to Ops why MI6 received a notification that a police patrol unit was dispatched to his residence at 12:30am that morning.

Best Reasons to Get Mini Jet Boats
Tumblr media
Anyone thinking of getting a mini jet boat has a few things they need to keep in mind, with the reasons for doing so being right at the top. After all, a mini jet boat is an investment and can be quite the heft one, at that depending on its features.
Now, to be clear, you could get a mini jet boat based on any reason you want. It’s your money. However, if you are trying to find other points for consideration that will justify getting something as impressive as a mini jet boat, then you’re in luck.
Here, we will look into some of the most sensible reasons for getting a mini jet boat that make it such an attractive purchase.
Why Most People Buy Mini Jet Boats
There is a point in many people’s lives where they have a nagging, intense, almost chronic need to go as fast as possible in whatever way possible. Now, this can be achieved via a car or a motorcycle, but there are so many rules and regulations to deal with. A mini jet boat, however, comes with far less red tape to be bothered by.
Aside from the obvious limitations that you impose on yourself for the sake of safety, there isn’t really a whole lot stopping you from trying to break the sound barrier with your mini jet boat. If you go somewhere remote with a long stretch of shallow water, the restrictions you need to deal with are your own.
For many, this is reason enough to get a mini jet boat and it certainly isn’t the worst one to have.
With that said, there are those who simply enjoy the idea of being able to say that they own a boat. After all, not everyone owns a boat, which immediately makes it something of an exclusive membership symbol.
Why You Should Buy a Mini Jet Boat
Buying a mini jet boat is not a simple idea that you can go with on a whim. The factors brought up above are typically enough for a lot of customers. However, if you want more, you can throw in family bonding time on the list.
This is something that boat owners should already know about if they spent any amount of time on the water with family members. There’s just something about riding boats that make events more memorable and a mini jet boat will make it the most memorable of all.

Then there’s nature appreciation to think about. Cities are just not that good for basically giving the mind a good reboot. Nature is where you can do that most effectively and doing it on a mini jet boat will have quite the spectacular effects.
Last but not least, though, mini jet boats are now more accessible than ever before. They are not exactly cheap, but they are not at the price range that is only available to the super-wealthy anymore, either.

If there is something to be said about owning a boat that can cut through the surface of the water like a knife, it’s being able to say that you do so.
How to Buy a Mini Jet Boat
Now that you have been given some reasons to buy a mini jet boat, you might be wondering how you can go about getting one. The answer can be surprisingly varied since there are a few ways to acquire your mini jet boat.
First, there are brands that offer stock mini jet boats that might not really be mini jet boats. The distinctions and branching varieties can often be dizzying if you don’t know what you should be looking for.
With that said, it would really be better if you find a company that can build custom mini jet boats for you from scratch. They can provide you with more options in terms of how big the boat will be, what the features are, and how fast they can go.
This is not always the case with stock mini jets, especially if the brand selling them is more along the lines of general recreational vessels. That is to say, they are selling more than just mini jet boats. If you have specific ideas about what yours should look like, this is not the way to go.
