Dude I need ppl to get real normal abt mental-illness born alterhumanity real fast
"Oh well alterhumanity is smth you're born w/ and there's all these rules !!!" No lmao
There are literally no rules, and I NEED ppl to stop spreading that false info online lmaoooo
Literally if you feel like an animal (nonhuman) in any way shape or form, then literally use the label.
Ppl irl will try their best to understand, and literally no one outside of the internet cares abt sum1's identity as much as you think they will.
Tbh just live true to yourself, and dude, shoutout to my alterhumans who are non-human in whatever way because of their neurodivergency/mental illness. I see y'all, and I love y'all.

Y'all being friends w/ plurals is so fucking funny /pos
Bc tell me why I can be talking to the host, and then out of fucking nowhere Vanny from FNAF pops out and goes "Lmao the children emerge from the holes" and then just fucking dips
I sit down w/ my friend and then they turn into a completely DIFFERENT person right before my eyes and we just continue talking like nothing happens
For fucks sake, I get a front row seat to hosts complaining abt the other people inhabiting their brain like they're annoying roommates in a cramped air BNB
Shout-out to my plural friends. I know if no one's got me, Junko Enoshima from Danganronpa's got me. /Ref /silly
(Positive/affectionate post made by a singlet who loves its plural friends very much /p)

Anways shoutout to my fellow folks who actually are incredibly GREATFUL to be a system/collective.
Shoutout to folks whose headmates have saved them from going through this alone.
Shoutout to folks whose headmates improve their life daily and keep them safe.
Shoutout to folks whose headmates help them with tasks around the house and take the load off your back.
Shoutout to folks with headmates who they're friends with, who they're partners with, who they genuinely love and find comfort in.
Shoutout to folks with headmates who took on your burdens and made them their own, simply to protect you.
Shoutout to folks who wouldn't be here without their headmates.
Final fusion isn't what all plurals want or need. Some of us need a little extra help in life, and sometimes that comes in the from of headmates.
Plurality is not all suffering all the time. It is not defined by whatever trauma or struggle you've gone through, and it shouldn't be treated as such.
Be kind to your fellow plurals and their headmates. Don't assume everyone detests their alters as much as you may.

Friendly reminder that sometimes mental illnesses are genuinely disabling.
If your mental illness makes it difficult, impossible or harder than it should be to do certain things that would take a non-mentally ill person no effort to do, that's disabling.
If showering is a chore for you, and your ability to function and get it done fluctuates ? That's disabling.
If doing dishes is something your brain won't let you do unless under very specific circumstances ? That's disabling.
If you can't clean your room or throw anything out and so your room or house is messy and/or possibly dangerous at any given time ? That's disabling.
If you have an infinite number of these things that no matter what you try to do you can't get rid of the extreme toll it takes on you, or the time it takes you, or whatever ? You are experiencing things disabled folks experience.
Don't be ashamed to ask for help, or to talk about how your mental illness affects your ability to fuction, or even to call yourself disabled.
I have lived with a severe anxiety disorder for my entire life, and I can say that I have been very hesitant to call myself disabled for the longest time because of internalized abelism. But you know what ? I am disabled. My mental illnesses disable me, and having that term at my disposal helps ME to explain what I have to go through every single day.
I'm sending love and support to my fellow mentally ill folks, especially those who are afraid to call themselves disabled even if their disorder disables them. I hope that one day you can reach a point where you're able to use that term for yourself and not fear what anyone else tries to tell you about your own lived experiences.

Not everyone is as miserable as you are.
Some of us wouldn't be able to function without our system.
Some of us have headmates who are our partners, family, friends, etc.
Some of us haven't had anyone else to care for us in our life.
Some of us are eternally grateful for our headmates for stepping up to take the trauma for us so that way we didn't have to.
Some of us are simply glad to not be alone.
Not everyone is as miserable as you are.
It is okay to have a hard time with having DID. It's ok to be unhappy with being a system.
What's NOT OKAY is fakeclaiming/getting mad at/attacking systems who are happy online.
Not everyone wants to focus on things that make them miserable.
Quit making happy systems get fakeclaimed because you're miserable.

"But what if a cis man starts identifying as a lesbian ??? 🥺🥺"
Then good for him for finding out a label for his complex attraction. Idk what you thought I was gonna say in response to that.
Lesboys are boys who are lesbians. Straight up that's just the definition. That includes cis men.

Obligatory "I do not experience delusions but holy shit I keep seeing abelism in my communities and it pisses me the fuck off"
Hey if you harass ANYONE over delusions: fuck you.
I do not care how problematic the delusion may be, it is never fucking okay. Full stop, no argument.
The individual experiencing the delusion will not be helped by you realitychecking them or sending them hate or bullying them.
And yes, this includes people you don't like.
This includes people suffering from delusions that make them say "silly" and factually incorrect things (the earth being flat and conspiracies in general. That type of stuff).
This includes those who are alterhumans due to their delusions.
It's fucking disgusting the amount of abelism I see towards those with delusions within the mental illness community AND the alterhuman community.
Do better.

Your body forms hair there for a reason !!! Your body hair is good and natural, and not just in the 'more socially acceptable' places to have it.
Thank your body hair for what it does to keep you healthy today.

I'm queer and a fag and no one is gonna take that shit away from me.
"Oh but queer is a slur !!!!" Go fuck yourself srsly
What is or isn't a slur can be highly contextual, y'all.
"Jonny Sims bummed a fag off my ma" doesn't contain a slur, but "What are you, some kind of fag?" does.
"Queer studies", "the queer community" and "I'm queer"? Not a slur. Some bigot calling you a "dirty queer"? Slur.
"Be gay, do crimes" and "He's gay" ≠ slur, but "Ew, that's so gay" = slur.
In conclusion, stop buying into this fucking "q slur" bullshit. Queer people talking about the queer community aren't using it as a slur any more than a gay man calling himself gay is using that term as a slur.

"Why is everyone disabled nowadays ??? Even KIDS are saying they have disabilities !!!!"
Hey have you BEEN to Earth like at all.
For one, THE CLIMATE AND WORLD AT LARGE HAS GONE TO SHIT IN RECENT YEARS. Gen z is a generation that was raised in a time where microplastics are at an all time high, air conditions are shit, and in an era where you can't afford to buy nutritionally dense meals if you have an average income.
Secondly, MAYBE "MORE" PEOPLE ARE DISABLED BECAUSE YOU CAN ACTUALLY SEE AND HEAR THEM NOW. The internet has given us the ability to see the lived experiences of folks completely different from ourselves, especially marginalized folks, and that includes disabled people. Disabled people are able to come online and share their stories, and share their symptoms, and share the things that qualified them for diagnosis. You see more people being out about being disabled because MORE PEOPLE HAVE THE WORDS TO TELL THEIR DOCTORS NOW. People now know that being in pain all the times isn't normal, or that being able to hyperentend your joints isn't normal, or that feeling like you're abt to have a fucking heart attack and pass out when going up a staircase ISN'T NORMAL FOR MOST FOLKS.
Not to mention, disabled people have been silenced for years, and the internet has allowed us to say: no, we're here, we will not be ignored, and our voices are going to be heard no matter what, even if we're housebound.
So yeah, maybe "more" people are disabled, or maybe more folks are just getting the information and help they need now so that way they don't continue to suffer in silence.

"Shipping canonically aroace characters who have expressed disgust at the thought of sex and romance is erasure and it hurts our community" can also exist alongside "some aroace people like being in "traditional" relationships even if they do not feel attraction towards their partner romantically or sexually, and that should be normalized and accepted as a valid aroace experience"
Sincerely an aromantic person who actually likes dating people romantically bc I think it's nice even if I'm not rlly ever romantically attracted to my partner
