Some of the latest experiments with resin - first attempt at making a big resin and wood ring (with a stone circle of course), a block with driftwood and lichen, and lotus pods with moss and red resin. I'll carve some of them, use some for painting and will do more rings of course.

Champ Dolent Menhir
The Champ Dolent menhir has been standing in its place since the beginning of the Neolithic period. Weighing about 120 tons, it was dug from a granite quarry 4 km away. It is 9.30 m high (just over 30 feet) and has a maximum circumference of 8.70 m (c. 26 feet). The menhir was erected to commemorate a special event of some sort, not to play a part in a religious rite.

An original photograph of the colossal 65-ton stele that was discovered in the remote jungles of Quiriguá, Guatemala in the early 1900’s.
It contains mysterious symbols and writings that chronicled the rein of Kʼakʼ Tiliw Chan Yopaat, an ancient dynasty king of early Mesoamerica that ruled over the region.
