Ingredients: 2 Roma tomatoes, 2 hard boiled eggs. Instructions: Slice tomato and empty. Cut egg longways. Place egg inside tomato. Season! ⠀ ⠀ 2️⃣ 🥬🧀🍅 180 CALORIES Who DOESN’T love this combination! Ingredients: Mozarella, spinach, tomatoes with a drizzle of vinegar and oil. I always get asked, “what are some good snack options?” My advice, something that will fill you until your next meal. Simple marinated grilled chicken 🍗 made in a grill pan with seasoned steamed veggies 🥕 half a microwaved sweet potato 🍠 and half an avocado 🥑. . I marinated the chicken in a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice 🍋, salt, black pepper and garlic powder for 20 minutes flipping half way through than sear each side for 4-6 minutes on a heated grill Pan. . . For the sweet potato 🍠 poke holes on each side with a fork, loosely wrap in a paper towel and microwave on high for 4 mins and 30 secs. . The veggies 🥕🥦 were simply seasoned with olive oil, lemon juice, sea salt and ground black pepper. It was a delicious and nourishing dinner.
