But he’ll also overthink that as well, and will probably even make little clarifications to try not to make it seem like it’s directed at someone (even though it most definitely was).

My Gosh, this man worries so much when he flirts because he hopes the girl can pick up on it and if he’s not being super cringy or he’s not making her turned off.

If he can see that the girl is enjoying his flirting, he won’t worry as much, but she has to be super direct about it, otherwise he will literally die of overthinking 😭😭

He flirts the most via social media posts, but he also texts and does FaceTime calls a lot with the person he’s into. He’ll wanna text/call them late at night just so they can both catch up on each other’s days and just vent.

He will literally stay up for hours, laying on his stomach, feet dangling in the air like a giddy schoolgirl, staring down at his phone just to see if his girl will ever call him or text him. I’m exaggerating… but also I’m not.

He’s a great listener, so he doesn’t mind a rant or a trauma dump or two 😭

He will buy his girl things that remind him of her. Little trinkets like charms and stuffed animals. He’ll buy clothes and jewelry if he sees something he knows the girl will like.

He will pay for everything.

He definitely puts on a certain voice that he doesn’t even realize. (I can hear it in my head and it’s sexy as fuck. A bit raspy and low, a bit of a whisper). He even has a look on his face and will stare at you with that look 😭 He has no clue he does it though.

That can be a bit intimidating for some guys because they have this expectation of him being someone who will change themselves just to get their attention. But in reality, Nick is very confident in who he is and would never change himself for a man’s attention (unless it’s literally just him working out or drinking more water, etc.)

He’s asking his brothers about what guys do in certain situations (because usually it’s a bi or more masc guy he’s into). He’ll literally go to Chris or Matt with his phone, show a text and be like “oh my gosh what does this mean??”

He’ll definitely be touchy-feely with you, and that’s a big deal because he hates touching people and people touching him. So if he’s got his arm around you, then you’re the one for him!

People keep saying he’ll be dry which is very untrue. That man will always find a way to keep the person he’s flirting with entertained.

He wants them to laugh and actually find him funny, otherwise it won’t work and he knows it.

Humor is a way for him to figure out whether you’re actually listening to him and understand him and the way he thinks. So if you can’t pick up on his humor or don’t laugh at certain jokes he makes, you’re out.

He likes flowers and chocolates, but doesn’t mind jewelry and expensive things to bring his girl as well. And if she’s like “Oh, Matt, you shouldn’t have”, he’ll be like “Um, yes, I definitely should have, and I did!”

He’ll send risky texts or say risky things just to see the girl’s reaction to them. Nothing too crazy or frisky. Just something that can spark a reaction that can be a telltale sign of whether she’s into it or not.

He had you pinned to the desk, your front pressed into the secondhand wood, as he pounded into you from behind. His back and arms caged you in, heavy breaths panting into your ear, as he leaned over you. It was hard to breathe with how relentless he was.

Quick, brutal thrusts inside you. Over and over and over again until you were left gasping and seeing stars. His cock brushing deep on every push inside of you. You swore you could feel him hit the back of your throat.

Matt grunted, "Shit, sweetheart. Doing so well for me."

His other hand clamped down over your lips. You could feel his breath fan over your ear and neck where he leaned over you.

Literally thinking about any of the foxes meeting their past selves makes me want to cry. Matt meeting himself and being proud of how far he’s come, how long he’s been clean, telling himself it gets better and you’ll be loved someday. Allison looking at herself and feeling proud of how comfortable she’s become in her body, how much muscle she’s grown, how she came through the other side of all the drama. Renee showing herself who she will be, how she came out the other side a better person for it. Dan becoming the woman she dreamt of becoming. Nicky seeing what a difference he’s made. Oh it makes me want to throw up just thinking about them all, with all their growth, all their healing.

Day one of testing was a rousing success. Apart from a gremlin or two, the upgraded engine and sensors had worked like a dream. All the hard work and stress might actually pay off, if they could just make it through the next few weeks.

Captain Jefferies was thrilled and insisted on taking everyone out to celebrate. They’d taken over a nearby restaurant for the evening. The sensor operators and other testers, including Archer, were included in the invitation, but Trip had managed to avoid him during dinner.

Trip had gone to the bar for a drink, and as he looked around the room, he was struck by just how - well, how integrated the Integration Team had become. It wasn’t just Trip and T’Pol who were close (if not as close as they let people believe). They all made a hell of a team. He smiled at T’Pol when her eyes found his briefly. She was in the midst of a relatively lively conversation with Matt and Stenn. Malik and Rostov were walking toward the dart board with beers in hand, and he was pretty sure he’d heard Kelly and T’Shel mention karaoke. Vulcans singing karaoke? That was a new bucket list item for sure.

Jonathan Archer approached him then, and Trip managed not to sigh. Archer had clearly been mortified by his little “robot” faux pas and had been nothing but professional since that unfortunate introduction, but that didn’t mean he wanted to hang out with the guy.

“Good evening, Commander.”

“Evening, sir.”

“I want to apologise for what I said before. That was completely unprofessional,” Archer said.

Trip just nodded.

“I really am sorry,” he went on. “This project is the talk of Starfleet, and I was thrilled to get the call. You’re all doing such amazing work, and I was just so nervous! I fell back on a stupid stereotype for a cheap laugh. I should have known better - I do know better. I hope you can forgive me, but I understand if you can’t.”

He sounded sincere and he had always seemed like a decent guy during their training missions…

“Well,” Trip said slowly, “I supposed it’s not real logical to hold a grudge.”

Archer eyed him warily before breaking into a grin that Trip couldn’t help but return.

“I’m just glad no one else heard me make a complete ass of myself,” Archer said as his shoulders sagged in relief.

“Well, don’t be too sure of that now,” Trip said as his eyes flicked to T’Pol. “T’Pol tends to hear everything. Those pretty little ears aren’t just decorative. Hell, sometimes I think she can hear what I’m thinking before I do,” he chuckled.

Archer considered him for a moment. “You really love her, don’t you?”

Glancing across the room with a tiny shrug, Trip answered honestly, “She’s amazing.”

Here’s some ideas if you need any lol:

Like how does she help Neil feel more “normal” after everything that happened? I feel like Matt, Dan, and Renee would probably walk on eggshells around him for a while, even after Nathan dies and the championship game and everything, cause now the adrenalines over and now they have to deal with the aftermath. I feel like Allison would just treat him normally. Not unkindly, but give him a sense of normalcy, yk?

I feel like Allison wouldn't tiptoe around the things Neil's been through or done. She's been straight up with him before about all of his lies and how she doesn't/didn't trust him, so I think if there's something on people's minds, she's not going to step around it or avoid the elephant in the room. If she's pissed, she'll tell him. If she doesn't understand something, she'll say it. But I think Neil would appreciate that more than knowing people are talking about him but won't just come up and ask him something themselves. It'd feel more normal if she addressed it, rather than just leaving a tension in the air/nobody feeling like they can joke about it or anything with him.

Some sort of sorbet. She used to say something like lemon, but truth be told her favourite is raspberry.

God, grief works weird. I think she cried. A lot. I think she spoke to Bee about him a lot, and I think every time she heard his name or saw his picture it was like she was finding out he was dead all over again. I think it was really, really hard for her. As much as they fought, as much as they broke up and got back together again, he was her rock. He was all she had, he knew her. She doesn't really have family to rely on, she can't call her mom or dad up to be like "My boyfriend died and it's destroying me". I think it was a very lonely time for her no matter how much the team insisted they were there for her. (I would worry about her recovery in the immediate aftermath of his death - I like to think that Abby was really looking after her for those first few weeks to keep her on track and make sure she was being safe and kind to herself)

Youre SO right with the juicy couture. That's just such a given when it comes to this series. Maybe she wore Abercrombie and Fitch too but i don't really know any other brands from 2006 oops

She's a bubblegum pop girly i think. Probably fucked with Avril Lavigne and Rihanna at the time. In my head she's a girls girl so Kylie, Britney, Fergie, P!nk and Beyonce. All the ladies like that.

I've mentioned my thoughts on her and Kevin before and how their relationship as friends develops post-TKM but as for the others. I think Dan, Matt and Nicky are the ones she's closest with, but the first one she'll call for advice is Renee. I feel like Nicky is literally like her gay best friend and they're ALWAYS arm-in-arm. If she needs someone to go shopping with it's always him. They're always bitching and gossiping. Her and Aaron aren't very close, especially considering the choking incident, but I feel like they still appreciate each other on the court and still with hug and congratulate each other when they do well. I don't know about her and Andrew either. That's a tricky one, also considering the choking thing, but I know she's also not afraid of him, either. She sees what he did for her after Seth's death, and so that have a sort of mutual respect, but I don't think they're exactly friends. I feel like her and Neil would be pretty good friends, but aren't exactly going out of their way to hang out with each other.

I LOVE how much she cares about Neil. I think he's cute to her. I think she literally wants to pinch his cheeks and cuddle him even though she knows everything about his past and what he is capable of. He has that Wesninski smile and she's like AWWWW

Like. Listen. I do feel like Allison can be NUTS. I feel like if she didn't restrain herself she's the kind of girl to key someones car for cheating on her or pop someones tyres because they catcalled her. She'd fight anyone on a night out to stick up for her friends, even if she's just about blackout drunk, she's ready to fight.
