Ein Frosch sah am Ufer eines Teiches eine Schlange liegen. »Warum liegst du hier so faul herum?« fragte er sie, »und gehst nicht auf Beute aus?« »Ach, mein Freund«, antwortete die Schlange, »dazu fehlt mir die Zeit, denn ich bin verdammt, Frösche zu tragen!« »Uns zu tragen? Du?« »Wie du es sagst, es ist leider so!« »Und wer hat dich dazu verdammt?« »Den Sohn von Kaundinya, dem Priester von Brahma, habe ich vergiftet. Deshalb fluchte er mir und verdammte mich zeitlebens Frösche zu tragen, die hier am Teich harren, um sich von mir tragen zu lassen.« Als der Frosch das vernommen hatte, hĂŒpfte er flugs zum König des Froschteiches und berichtete diesem, was ihm die Schlange gerade erzĂ€hlt hatte. ZunĂ€chst zwar noch unglĂ€ubig, aber dann voller Neugier suchte der Froschkönig die Schlange auf, um sich vom wahren Inhalt der erhaltenen Nachricht zu ĂŒberzeugen und ggf. auch einen Spazierritt auf dem RĂŒcken der Schlange zu machen. Dieser gefiel ihm dann auch so ausnehmend gut, dass er ihn tags darauf wiederholen wollte. Dieses Mal aber bewegte sich die Schlange nicht mehr so behĂ€nde wie tags zuvor, sondern bewegte sich nur langsam und leicht schwankend vorwĂ€rts, weshalb der Froschkönig sie fragte: »Warum gehst du heute so schlĂ€frig deines Weges?« »Weil ich matt und schwach bin«, erwiderte die Schlange, »vor so vielem Hunger.« »Dem ist doch leicht abzuhelfen«, sagte der Froschkönig, »verspeise doch einige Frösche!« Das lies sich die Schlange nicht zweimal sagen und befolgte ungesĂ€umt den Rat des Froschkönigs. Und es dauerte nicht lange, bis dass der Teich von allen Fröschen leer war. Der Froschkönig verschwand zuletzt im Magen der Schlange. Komm mit nach Isella!
Finja ist zuerst nicht begeistert, als sie mit ihrer Mutter aufs Land zieht. Mit ihrer vertrĂ€umten Art macht sie sich keine Freunde. Bis sie Fairy trifft - ein goldenes Pferd ohne Besitzer, das sich genauso einsam fĂŒhlt wie sie. Fairy bringt Finja nach Isella, ins Reich der Fantasie, wo Pferde sprechen können und alles möglich scheint. Doch in Isella stimmt etwas nicht. Der Zauber des Vergessens raubt allen Bewohnern die Erinnerung. Und nur Finja kann den Fluch brechen - mit ihrer Fantasie!
Cover
Das Cover ist wunderschön und ansprechend, meine Tochter war sofort begeistert. Es glitzert und zeigt Finja auf dem goldenen Pferd.
Schreibstil
Der Schreibstil ist leicht und gut zu verstehen, man sinkt ,auch als Erwachsener, in die Geschichte und möchte nicht mehr aufhören zu lesen.
Inhalt/Rezension
Meine Tochter ist fĂŒr Pferde immer zu begeistern, aber auch mein vierjĂ€hriger Sohn hat sich fĂŒr die Geschichte sofort interessiert und konnte auch problemlos folgen.
Die Idee mit einer besonderen Fantasiewelt und natĂŒrlich einem goldenen Pferd hat sehr groĂen Gefallen gefunden.
Besonders haben wir den kunterbunten Wulli ins Herz geschlossen und er wurde schon sehr oft nachgezeichnet.
Die Illustrationen sind wunderschön, wir sind total begeistert und wĂŒrden so gerne mehr von Finja und Fairy lesen.

Ein schönes Buch zum Vorlesen.
