Speaking in Tongues
Preface
Synopsis: Timothée is enamored with a woman he has never met, now will he get the chance?
Warnings: Description of body and sexual fantasy. Not proofread.
Timothée's POV
November 2021
I couldn't believe someone was holding a premiere at Houdini's mansion.
Hollywood never ceases to amaze me, I know being a New Yorker everyone expects me to rag on L.A. but I gotta say, I absolutely love this glittery wilderness. Everyone is free here, weirdness doesn't exist, it's the regular, and there was a little European liberation here.
I was invited to the premiere of James Franco's remake on the 80s cult classic Spellbinder, his was called Spellbound, and it starred my good friend Tom Holland as the straight edge, white collar L.A. attorney, Matt Hayes, Austin Butler played the seemingly good but betraying warlock friend, Dan Clayton, and playing the evil seducing lead on the cover Miranda Every, was my current obsession, Minka Farrah.
I remember seeing her for the first time.It was two years ago at Lily's, we put on a movie before getting intimate, she was the one who raved about this young edgy actress who only does indies, with no connection into the entertainment business at all. The movie was Poison, Joel Schumacher's thriller rendition of Snow White. Set in the New York 90s supermodel scene, Minka plays Nieve Bianco, who's a rising star in the modeling world. Her unique beauty and large breasts bring controversy in the current trend of heroin chic, it shows Nieve struggling with body image and battling bulimia, Lily told me Minka had to lose 90 pounds for the film and she said it messed with her mental state badly since her usual body is curvy. I felt protective of her when hearing that, and wanted to have at it with the director even though his intention was to expose the dangers of the modeling world. Minka's character Nieve, had a rival two years older, Reina Reyes, played by Ana de Armas, who Nieve usurped as the supermodel of the world. Nieve even caught the eye and heart of Reina's ex girlfriend who left Reina because she was too obsessed with her vanity and career, a butch fashion photographer, Schuyler "Sky" van Axel played by Ruby Rose. So obsessed with her rivalry with Nieve, Reina throughout the movie tries to kill Nieve in different ways but makes it convincingly look like it's one of Nieves many stalkers, even going as far as to give them a name, Malcolm McQueen. Sending pictures of Nieve of circled parts of her body claiming she has gained weight asking why she's turning into a porker, Nieve takes diet pills from Japan, her bulimia gets worse, Reina swapped Nieve's diet pills out with party drugs and fentanyl, Nieve even overdoses and Sky is afraid Nieve has a drug problem as well as an eating disorder, Nieve feel convinced she has a drug problem too but is doing to well in her career to leave for rehab so Sky promises to help her, thinking it's brought on by her stalker. Nieve is followed him one night from a party by one of the photographers, he tries to rape and stab her but he stops and sobs saying she's always been the only model who has been nice to him, Confessing that he's been having money problems due to his drug abuse, and Reina offered him a half a million to kill Nieve and make it look like she was raped and murdered by the made up stalker, he tells Nieve everything. Nieve is so afraid but she doesn't think anyone will believe her, she no longer cares about her career, she checks herself into a mental hospital thinking she will be safe there and if she gives up Sky and her career she will be safe from Reina. But her fans send her letters and praise, the designers donate the proceeds to foundations for eating disorders in Nieves name, Reina was livid of the outcome.
At the hospital she becomes close to her psychologist, Dr. Paul Dormer, played by Jason Patric, tells him about Reina and he has six nurses guard Nieve moving her room to the glass room. Meanwhile, Sky tries to make sense of Nieves mental recession, follows Reina and finds out everything and starts to collect evidence for the police. She finds out Reinas next plan and heads to the hospital, Reina disguises herself as a nurse and crushes up a bottle of sleeping pills putting it into Nieves apple sauce and has it taken to her room.
Sky gets there too late and they're pumping Nieves' stomach but she doesn't make it. Sky dropped video and written evidence of Reina to the cops and goes to kill Reina but the cops arrest Reina. The movie ends with Dr. Dormer and the six nurses at the funeral, they're renaming the hospital after her. Reina is at another mental hospital in a straight jacket crying and laughing that she won, she's the most beautiful woman alive.
The performance of Minka left me with so many feelings, after that movie I watched all of hers. She's so beautiful, 5'3 with the kind of wide hips that shift side to side distractingly, an hourglass figure and bouncy, juicy breasts, 36DDD, a soft little stomach, I wanted to bite every part of her and do explicit things to her curves. I had the living need to lick every part of her light olive skin that was a beautiful resort of her Black, Arabian, and Eastern European heritage. I wanted to see the look of overstimulated pleasure on her round, heart shaped face, her juicy, thick raspberry lips fall open as she tries to scream my name and Rapture but can't as I stretch her with my cock and have my tip pound into her spot.
I rewind the sex scenes in her movies over and over, my source of ejaculation, I tug hard on my cock watching her big violet eyes hood seductively as the screen siren she is. But after my release, when I'm lying in my sheets naked covered in my own cum and sweat instead of hers, I feel livid, colored in green jealousy of her co stars who touched her. When I found out she was in a relationship with Ruby Rose I was inconsolable. When I saw them on the red carpet together, Ruby's nose was buried in Minka's soft, blunt black bob cut. I wanted so badly to smell her.
Her interviews are my favorite. I took great care in learning about her. She lost her mother 24 from cancer, they were close and even mentioning made my lovely girl tear up. I wanted to choke that interviewer for being so insensitive and asking her about that difficult time, I wanted to run her a bath, lock her away from the world and bundle her up in my blankets.
She's from Woodland Park, New Jersey, her mother was from Poland, her dad is a teacher. They moved to Carmel-by-the-sea when she was in her senior year, she went to an all girls Catholic school. She hated school and she's bisexual. Her brother Stone is trans and he's her assistant, her other brother Jerzy is a pilot. Her favorite color is red. She's older than me by ten months and born on Elizabeth Taylor's birthday, who is her idol. She speaks Polish and is an animal activist as well as a queer activist, 80s punk and dark wave is her favorite music and when I found out she and Ruby ended and she bought a home in Beverly Hills, I bought one in Santa Monica.
It wasn't hard for me to get an invitation to the premiere of Spellbound, I know that sounds gross and cocky but for once I'm so grateful for my status.
I made sure to dress my best, begged my stylist to conjure up something eye-catching and revealing, to make me look as desirable as I could. Erin didn't disappoint. She clothed me in a halter like, sleeveless, waistcoat in white with a black collar, matching trousers almost made like formal joggers, and Chanel combat boots. To top it off, red was splattered on the design to look like blood, it was fitting for the film being premiered. The trousers were a little tight around the crotch area.
The mansion looked incredible, the main event was out in the gardens, thankfully heating lamps were everywhere, it was still chilly in November, even in L.A.. I ran into many familiar faces, sometimes I couldn't believe I was famous and that these amazing legends were talking to me.
Suddenly, I heard a musical laugh, it was giggly and scratchy and I fell in love all over again. I politely excused myself to find the source that I knew it belonged to. Standing in the center of the garden , posing with James Franco in an inappropriately tight, Morticia dress with a neckline that plunged to her navel was…her. Her Mia Wallace hair melted beautifully with the ebony of her dress and framed her picturesque face, she looked like she could be a film siren from the 1910s, her eyes were done in vamp flapper style, lips painted the color of deep cherry red that matched her embroidered gloves with occult imagery. My eyes kept slipping to her cleavage that was falling from her dress, almost, with curious eyes, you could nearly see her nipples.
Stirring occurred in my too well tailored trousers. I licked my lips and decided to bite the bullet and meet the woman of my dreams.
I don't know when but before I knew it, I was close enough to tower over her, close enough to hear her whispering to James that his special friend was looking jealous by the fountain, and close enough to smell the hypnotic sweet and dark scent of her perfume. Before I lost my nerves I cleared my throat and spoke her name like a spell.
"Excuse me..."

Ambientazione e Atmosfera: Un Viaggio negli Anni '60
Buona visione! La vostra Easy Tears!

'...Ripley Netflix
Again , does it make sense to adapt a novel (by Patricia Highsmith) that has already become a cult film (or rather, various films) (the most wow with the marvelous trio of Matt Damon, Jude Law and Gwyneth Paltrow)? Yes, if behind the project there is an author like Steven Zaillian and a perfect cast, who introduce Ripley to a new generation with a character study wrapped in a noir that plays a lot on details. Andrew Scott (sensational) is about twenty years older than the protagonist played by Damon and is now an expert con man. Dickie has the face of Johnny Flynn and Marge has that of Dakota Fanning (also worthy of applause). The rest is done by the Caravaggio-esque photography of Oscar winner Robert Elswit. More cinema than cinema...'

hi bestie!!! (I don't know this person)
This is a hard question because there's so much out there - probably not much on AO3 (unless you like Alex Fasolo and then you're in luck) and then Wattpad is just an insane mix of literally everything, mostly footballer x fake sister fics (which I, myself, am guilty of, and I'm sorry)
oh, also I only really read Saving Lotte Sullivan on Wattpad which I reckon is really good but I could be bias.
Maybe I'll just make a list of AO3 fics for each club (and yes, for the dogs, it'll be anything written by AFL whores about bailey smith) and a lot of this is just tooting my horn, I am sorry.
Adelaide
Tyler Brown adjusting to adelaide life
Brisbane
Take me home country roads part 1 and part 2 (obviously)
Carlton
Okay so the best year Carlton had was in 2019 so anything from 2019
Collingwood
literally anything with Trent Bianco and Jack Ginnivan (Collingwood power couple) or Darcy Moore x Charlie James Dean
Essendon
idk if there's much Essendon fics out there so this one? i mean who likes essendon anyway? ew.
Fremantle
I can't remember what year but maybe it was 2021 when 2 guys 1 cup read out Cunfe (Cunnington x Fyfe) fanfiction on the podcast so yeah find those episodes. (The fics were all family friendly and G-rated, don't worry, you can listen to them with kids in the car)
Geelong
Has to be this one
GWS
hard to pick my favourite jesse hogan one
Gold coast
what about Matt Rowell getting mentally scarred before a game. I'm so sorry.

MobMovieCon and SopranosCon to Have a Sit-Down in Atlantic City
https://ift.tt/eA8V8J
It’s time for the punks to meet the godfathers. The creators of SopranosCon merged with MobMovieCon for a family celebration. From July 23 to July 25, Harrah’s Resort & Casino in Atlantic City will house the boardwalk’s biggest gangster gathering since Nucky Johnson hosted the mob’s Atlantic City Conference in 1929.
“Al Capone will not be coming though,” VirtualCons CEO Michael Mota tells Den of Geek. “Those were the mobsters. I would say this would be the biggest gathering of mobster wannabes.” The Sopranos fan convention has come a long way since it was dreamed up by three gangster movie aficionados from New York, Maryland, and Rhode Island. The 2019 SopranosCon drew thousands of fans from as far as The Netherlands and the United Kingdom to the Meadowlands Exposition Center in Secaucus. A planned expansion to MobMovieCon had to be pushed back because of the pandemic, but the organizers introduced VirtualCons’ free downloadable app to host fan “experiences,” like a trip to Tony Soprano’s house in Caldwell, N.J.
“It’s grown unbelievably well,” Mota tells us. “We started with SopranosCon of 2019 and got 15,000 people over two days. We decided to open it up to be both SopranosCon and MobMovieCon, but the global reach we have, because of the virtual apps we built during the pandemic, has been unbelievable. Not only will we have thousands of people in Atlantic City, we’ll also have hundreds of thousands of people that will stream it through our app. It’s a great way to connect people to this genre.”
The opening shot for the weekend is a one-night event showcasing the 1996 HBO film Gotti. “It kicks off the weekend, ‘The Gotti Reunion,’” Mota says. “We’ll have Armand Assante, William Forsythe, Dominic Chianese, who was Junior in The Sopranos, but played in The Godfather, and Gotti, and in a tremendous amount of movies.” William Forsythe, and Robert Miranda will also join in the live reunion, which will culminate in the event’s big, as-yet secret announcement.
In Atlantic City, crime pays off. This year will premiere the convention’s Mob Movie Awards, which takes place 8 p.m. Saturday. “It’ll be just like watching the Academy Awards and the Emmys,” Mota says. “There will be a dinner served, people will be dressed up, there’ll be a red-carpet event. We’ll have live music. It’s going to be a really nice night of just appreciating the art of mob movies.”
The Mob Movie Awards will be hosted by a bona fide O.G. One of the premiere gangsta rappers who also wailed in heavy metal, and a Newark native. “Ice T became a partner of ours on the app that we came up with during the epidemic,” Mota says. “He crosses over from the music genre to the movies. He’s been on Law & Order for over 20 years, so we just thought that he would be the greatest addition to it.”
According to advance press, awards will be given in categories like favorite depiction of real-life gangster in a film or TV series, and a James Gandolfini Humanitarian Award. “There will be 10 awards,” Mota says. “One is going to be given to someone that’s no longer with us and there’ll be a tribute. Some of the categories are greatest hits. We have the greatest mob wives. I don’t want to give too many away.”
This year’s guests include Paul Sorvino, who played Paulie Cicero in Goodfellas; Lorraine Bracco who played Dr. Melfi on The Sopranos and Karen Hill in Goodfellas; Aida Turturro (Janice Soprano); Vincent Curatola (Johnny Sack); Kathrine Narducci (Charmaine Bucco); Federico Castelluccio (Furio Giunta), Dan Grimaldi (Philly and Patsy Parisi), David Proval (Richie Aprile) and Jerry Adler (Hesh Rabkin). Also on deck are Michael Madsen, Kathrine Narducci, Tom Sizemore, Tony Darrow, Sofia Milos, Jerry Adler, Jeff Marchetti, Taral Hicks, Eric Roberts, Ray Abruzzo, Matt Servitto, Dan Grimaldi, Jason Cerbone, Oksana Lada, John Bianco, Johnny Martino, John Fiore, Frank Santorelli, Garry Pastore, and Artie Pasquale.
The first event hosted 54 actors from the series, but didn’t stop there. There was a “Pine Barrens” tribute maze, an escape room designed like Dr. Melfi’s office, Bada Bing dancers, costume contests and cannoli-eating tournaments.
“The convention is very different than most,” Mota explains. “We have the traditional, celebrity autographs, but we try to really think outside the box. We have Tony Soprano’s truck, the white Escalade. We have the vehicle that Silvio and Patsy Parisi got shot up in. We purchased that from HBO. We have a motorcycle with all the autographs, so we have a little bit for everybody. It’s very experiential. There is a feast-like atmosphere.” So far, the organizers haven’t told the caterers to use Martin Scorsese’s mother’s famed recipe for tomato sauce. “Not this time,” he says. “We will consider it for next time.
Mota hopes upcoming MobMovieCon gatherings will mix in some of the older classic mob movies as well as gangster with gangsta movies. One day we may see New Jack City playing along with Once Upon a Time in America. “Yes, exactly, Mota says. “We want to make sure that it’s very diverse and hits on everything. We actually are working right now on the west coast and December doing one in Las Vegas,” he says. “We would like to do one on the east coast and one on the west coast. And each time we do it, we’ll theme it out. This one is mostly focused on the Gotti movie and then obviously it brings in The Godfather, and Goodfellas. But we’ll pick one or two classics that everybody loves.”
There are a lot of reasons to appreciate the genre which go beyond crime and punishment. “I think people love the connection with family,” Mota says. “I think that people do like to root for the villain. It’s got that constant idea of the government against these folks that came over to this country. They had it tough. They had to come up with a new way of life. And then there’s a balance of glamorizing that type of life, but it is just so it’s just so exciting to see. The diversity of people who were able to come out and come up with their own way of living.”
As a fan of both the series and the genre, Mota doesn’t quite see the upcoming The Many Saints of Newark becoming a gangster classic on the level of its source material. “I was just having this conversation yesterday,” he grins. “I don’t think anything can touch The Sopranos. As much as I want to watch it. I’m afraid that nothing will be able to live up to that standard, for me personally, to be even close to what The Sopranos was able to achieve, but we’ll certainly see.”
cnx.cmd.push(function() { cnx({ playerId: "106e33c0-3911-473c-b599-b1426db57530", }).render("0270c398a82f44f49c23c16122516796"); });
MobMovieCon will happen in Atlantic City on July 23 through the 25th at Harrah’s Resort. Tickets start at $50 for general admission and $75 for a two-day pass. VIP tickets cost up to $1,000.

ARCTIC MONKEYS ❄️🐒
"No.1 Party Anthem": "ballata" - come l'ha definita Alex stesso - dal ritmo lento e accomodante, che ricorda molto Nobody Loves You (when You’re Down And Out) di John Lennon.
But i crumble completly when you cry"-.
THE HELLCAT SPANGLED SHALALALA - Suck It and See (2011)
DO I WANNA KNOW? - AM (2013)

House of the Dragon Episodio 3 serie TV streaming ita completo gratis

ECHOBATS--TONY HARNELL (TNT), JOEL HOEKSTRA (WHITESNAKE, TRANS SIBERIAN ORCHESTRA), JAMES LOMENZO (WHITE LION, MEGADETH), MATT STARR (MR. BIG) & ERIC LEVY (NIGHT RANGER)--Releases Official Music Video & Single for “Save Me from Loving You”
TONY HARNELL (the former voice of Norwegian/American band TNT) is racing ahead with one eye in the rear-view fronting ECHOBATS, a new allstar, quarantine inspired project alongside WHITESNAKE/TSO guitarist JOEL HOEKSTRA (guitar), NIGHT RANGER’S ERIC LEVY on keys and the tight, crackling rhythm of MATT (MR.BIG, ACE FREHLEY) STARR’s kit and JAMES LOMENZO’s (WHITE LION, MEGADETH) bass. Highway fidelity for self-isolating rockers! …Featuring cool classic melodies, hi octane rocking and unmistakable vocals to chill out to.
“Save Me From Loving You,” mixed by Chris Collier, is the surprise new summertime, 70’s Glam-infused single that brings a Penny Lane-style spark to the pop side of Harnell’s sound with the bite of this banging EchoBats band. Highway fidelity for self-isolating rockers!
“The lyrics for ‘Save Me from Loving You’ are ironic for such a happy song! They’re kinda dark; describing someone who’s pretending to be something that looks good to the world while hiding a dark and empty soul. I think, against the happy melodies, it gives it a kind of cinematic mood. “Isn’t there more to you than shine, or are you an empty room”. A friend of mine described the song as Bop-Noir:) I kinda like that!
The video for ‘Save Me from Loving You’ is just us using what we had around us in quarantine; I’m in England and had a phone booth nearby and the guys were at home across the US!
It was totally off the cuff and fun. The music and melodies are kinda 60’s/70’s, and I went with that for my shots, and Arielle edited the video with that energy and flair.” – TONY HARNELL
youtube
“Nothing could be more welcome in this paranoid pandemic than a paisley perfect throwback love song. Tony Harnell and his electrified Echobats have crafted a deliciously infectious, instant summer classic. I dare you to find someone to save you from loving this song.” – Lonn Friend, author, Life on Planet Rock
“While Echobats members like singer Tony Harnell and guitarist Joel Hoekstra are known for raucous ’80s-style hard rock, ‘Save Me From Loving You’ finds them riding an effervescent ’60s pop vibe. The style is classic, the sound a bit more modern, and it makes for a fun summertime tune.” – Bryan Reesman
Download / Stream “Save Me from Loving You”: iTunes | Spotify | Amazon | Deezer
“Tony has been innately gifted with a gorgeous tone, pure soulful emotion and a limitless range. Truly a rare and unique voice. No question he is easily one of my favorite vocalists.”- James LaBrie-Dream Theater
California born, NYC bred, Tony Harnell’s music journey took off at 21 when he signed his first record deal with Mercury Records. Since then he’s been a fan favorite whether on his own, leading the Norwegian/American hard rock group TNT, or as the front man for the Tony Harmell & The Wildflowers featuring Bumblefoot.
A critically-acclaimed vocalist, Grammy winner, and Hall of Fame Inductee in Norway, Tony has sold millions of albums and received numerous gold and platinum awards. With multiple top requested MTV videos, sold out concerts worldwide, and a lifelong passion for music, Tony is considered by fans, critics, and peers alike to be one of the greatest rock voices of all time.
“From his early days in TNT, to his various projects and collaborations along the way, he has proved time and time again that he isn’t afraid to take risks and reinvent himself.” — Myles Kennedy-Alterbridge/Slash
For Tony, it’s always been about the music. Growing, creating, becoming the next best version of himself as a singer, songwriter, and performer.
In 2019 Tony released two albums. Starbreaker “Dysphoria” and Lovekillers.

How The Mandalorian Solidifies Timothy Olyphant as TV’s Best Marshal
https://ift.tt/eA8V8J
This article contains spoilers for The Mandalorian season 2 premiere.
When people talk about great actors, they often mention versatility as a defining characteristic. However, not every actor needs to be a chameleon. Some of Hollywood’s most successful performers channel their inherent likability or tap into specific personality traits within themselves to find a character type that they can portray time and time again. Sometimes when an actor finds themselves portraying a similar role in every project they’re attached to, it can be seen as limiting, but in other cases this typecasting occurs because it constantly bears fruit. There’s something coolly confident about actors who know what they do well, know what people want to see from them, and deliver at every opportunity.
Lucky for us, Timothy Olyphant is this type of confident. In the last 16 months, Olyphant has crystalized his image as the tough, slightly cocky, strong-jawed lawman who’s not afraid to get his hands dirty with roles as Cobb Vanth in The Mandalorian, Dick “Deafy” Wickware in season 4 of FX’s Fargo, and his return to the part that started this typecasting, Sheriff Seth Bullock in Deadwood: The Movie. Audiences expect to see Olyphant in these likable roles of authority, but it wasn’t always this way.
If it wasn’t for Deadwood creator David Milch, Olyphant could have been known for playing the talky, livewire parts like he can be seen playing in Scream 2. “Prior to playing [the role of Seth Bullock] on Deadwood, he was being groomed for a different kind of typecasting slot — as a talkative, Jack Nicholson–styled, funny bad boy in roles like the drug dealer in Go,” TV critic Matt Zoller Seitz observed in Vulture. “Ten years ago, Olyphant told me on the set of Deadwood that he wondered what prompted creator David Milch to cast him as the furiously violent sheriff, because there was little in his previous roles to suggest that he could convince in a role like that.”
But boy, was he convincing. Despite not necessarily being a mainstream hit with viewers, Deadwood became a fiercely loved cult classic, with many heaping praise on Olyphant’s star-making performance. Matt Feeney of Slate described Bullock as “laconic, feral, hot-tempered and a little vain”, and said the character was “not so much played as embodied by Olyphant.” His work as the honorable, yet gritty and explosive lawman led to his casting as Deputy U.S. Marshal Raylan Givens on FX’s Justified. Playing the role created by iconic American novelist Elmore Leonard, Givens was a no-bullshit, cool-blooded U.S. Marshal that earned the actor comparisons to Clint Eastwood. Robert Bianco of USA Today praised Olyphant’s work on the long-running series, stating that his “masterfully complete immersion in the role seems to have masked the talent expended playing it.”
Though Olyphant has consistently taken supporting and guest roles in comedies to either send up or play against type, his recent work has found him back in his sweet spot. After perfectly slipping back into Western form in Quentin Tarantino’s Once Upon a Time … in Hollywood, Olyphant returned to the Bullock role in Deadwood: The Movie. Perhaps the experience of portraying a U.S. Marshal again led Olyphant to keep the momentum going and accept his role of U.S. Marshal Dick “Deafy” Wickware in Fargo, a character that has the cockiness and eloquent arrogance typical of an Olyphant role, but this time informed by strict Mormon faith. Deafy gets his nickname by not acknowledging speech that he doesn’t want to hear, and he’s spent the season rubbing his nose in a situation that doesn’t concern him.
The most high-profile example of Olyphant’s enjoyable pigeonholing is his recent role in the season 2 premiere of Disney+’s The Mandalorian. In an episode titled “The Marshal,” can you guess who Olyphant played? Yes, Olyphant portrays Cobb Vanth, the self-appointed Marshal of a remote part of Tatooine who sports scavenged Mandalorian armor (previously belonging to none other than Boba Fett). As Vanth, Olyphant brings a character to life that seemed more in line with what Star Wars fans may have been expecting when a Western-influenced Mandalorian series was announced. The part even sees Olyphant reunite with Deadwood co-star W. Earl Brown, who plays a Weequay bartender in the episode. The part seems like a direct homage to his iconic Deadwood and Justified roles, but it wasn’t the first cheeky nod.
Earlier in the year, Olyphant appeared in The Good Place as an imagined version of himself sporting Rylan’s look. Explaining to the A.V. Club on how he pitched Olyphant the part, Good Place creator Mike Schur said “When I was explaining the role to Tim on the phone, he said, ‘Am I myself, or am I Raylan?’ And I said, ‘No no no: You’re you, but I think you’re edging toward the Raylan side of things.’ And he went, ‘Full Stetson?’ And I was like, ‘Yeah, I think Full Stetson sounds right.’” Even in the afterlife, you can count on Olyphant doing his charming lawman schtick.
cnx.cmd.push(function() { cnx({ playerId: "106e33c0-3911-473c-b599-b1426db57530", }).render("0270c398a82f44f49c23c16122516796"); });
Timothy Olyphant is a talented actor who can do a lot of different things (try his work in The Office, The Mindy Project, The Grinder, and Santa Clarita Diet if you want to see how adept he is at comedy). That said, in 2020, we need Olyphant doing what he does best. If there’s any justice, we’ll see more of Cobb Vanth in the Star Wars Universe and more Timothy Olyphant in a Stetson hat soon.

Lizzie McGuire: 7 Characters We Hope Return (& 4 We Could Live Without)
Recently, the world got some big news: a new Lizzie McGuire series will be coming to Disney+! The original version of this Disney Channel television series starred Hilary Duff and aired from 2001 to 2004. The show featured Lizzie plus an animated version of the character, which gave viewers more insight into what Lizzie was thinking as she dealt with her parents, her little brother, junior high, her crush, changes, her frenemy, and other relatable issues.
RELATED: Hilary Duff's 9 Most Beloved Teen Movies, Ranked
Now that we know this show will be back, we can’t help but wonder what familiar faces will be seen. Here are seven characters we hope return and four that we could honestly live without seeing.
11 Hope To See: Lizzie McGuire (x 2)
Of course, Hilary Duff has already announced that she will be reprising her role, but will the animated version of her live on, too? This show targeted preteens, so there were some goofy moments, and Lizzie’s character was clumsy and sometimes awkward.
Now, this actress is all grown up, so we wonder how much this will affect the character and her inner self. Disney could keep it silly, and Lizzie could still be tripping when walking and blushing when talking to cute guys… or they could give us an entirely new and improved title character. Either way, we can’t wait to see her again!
10 Could Live Without: Matt
On the original show, Lizzie had a younger brother named Matt, and we're going to say it: we could live without him when it comes to this new series. Matt was also scheming and playing pranks in his free time. At school, he barely worked, since he was always trying to make everyone around him laugh.
RELATED: 10 Incredible Forgotten Disney Shows
In his scenes with his sister, he did all he could to annoy her. Deep down, these two did love each other, but since we are #TeamLizzie, it's okay if Matt is off living abroad or doing comedy shows when this story returns.
9 Hope To See: Miranda
Junior high is sometimes only bearable thanks to having good friends, and luckily, Lizzie had Miranda Isabella Sanchez, portrayed by Lalaine. This character was witty and funky and brought so much excitement to her scenes and to Lizzie’s life. Sadly, she was not in the movie version of this series, so fans really need an update on her life.
With high school then college then the real world, Miranda and Lizzie may not even be BFFs anymore, but she has to be there for at least part of the revival.
8 Hope To See: Gordo
Adam Lamberg played David "Gordo" Gordon, one of Lizzie’s best friends. He was smart and studious, kind and caring, and he loved a good sarcastic comment. Oh, and let’s not forget: in The Lizzie McGuire Movie, Lizzie and Gordo even kissed.
RELATED: Disney: 10 Official Concept Art Pictures Of Frozen You Have To See
A lot of time has passed, so many fans were probably wondering if these two ended up together. However, Hilary Duff recently stated that Lizzie will be engaged, just not to Gordo. Whoever she's with, we’re excited to see Gordo's familiar face again.
7 Hope To See: Ethan
Another face we hope to see is Ethan Craft’s. Played by Clayton Snyder, this character was the stud of the school. Everyone had a crush on him, but he was completely clueless. And while he was not the sharpest tool in the shed, he had a happy-go-lucky attitude and treated everyone in a nice way.
For years, Lizzie McGuire fans have wondered where Ethan ended up, what he is doing with his life these days and what his relationship status is. We need answers, and we better get them soon!
6 Hope To See: Kate
This show would not have been complete without Ashlie Brillault’s character, Kate Sanders. She was the most popular girl around, captain of the cheer squad, and although she used to be friends with Lizzie and Miranda, that changed after she started wearing a bra! At certain times throughout the series, as well as in the film, though, Kate was sort of nice.
Did she secretly still want to be friends with Lizzie? Did they become friends in high school? Did she have to act tough, in order to seem cool? Is she still pretty, perky and popular? Only time will tell (we hope).
5 Could Live Without: Larry
Another kid at school and on this television series, one that some people may have forgotten about, was Lawrence "Larry" Tudgeman III. He was presented as a huge nerd, he was class president, and he was portrayed by Kyle Downes. He was a little od at times.
He apparently had been wearing the same shirt since fourth grade. He thought quite highly of himself. And while there may have been some funny moments with Larry, we could live without him in this new Disney+ show.
4 Hope To See: Jo
We can’t forget about Lizzie’s parents! Her mom, played by Hallie Todd, was Josephine Lynn "Jo" McGuire. Just as Lizzie was figuring out how to navigate being a teen, Jo was trying to figure out how to raise a teenager.
Like all good TV shows, though, this one would end with Lizzie and her mom having a heart-to-heart talk, and we are anxious to see how Lizzie leans on her mother in adulthood. And who knows, Jo could even take Lizzie’s daughter shopping for her first bra, too!
3 Hope To See: Sam
There was also Samuel “Sam” Lewis McGuire, who was portrayed by Robert Carradine and who was Lizzie's dad. He was sort of silly, and he never really seemed to know what was going on at home. And while Jo was usually there in her daughter’s moments of need, Sam did have his redeeming scenes, as he helped Lizzie out in a loving way.
RELATED: High School Musical TV Series: 5 Ways It Nods To The The Original (& 5 Ways It’s Totally New)
Is he still there for her? Is he still with Jo? Does he still wear glasses? There are so many things that this new series could show us, and we are ready for them all!
2 Could Live Without: Melina
There was a character on Lizzie McGuire named Melina Bianco, and she was one of Matt’s friends. Portrayed by Carly Schroeder, she actually enjoyed getting Matt and his friend Lanny into trouble, but then they all became friends, and she and Matt even became boyfriend and girlfriend!
While some people may have enjoyed watching these younger kids scheme and plot in Matt’s bedroom, Melina is another supporting character that we do not feel like we have to see in this new story and on this new show.
1 Could Live Without: Lanny
Last but not least, Lanny Onasis was played by Christian Copelin. He's another one of Matt’s friends, and he sticks out for one main reason: He never spoke. Some stated that he was just shy, but that was his thing. He never said real words, yet Matt could understand him just fine.
Again, this was all part of side plots on this TV show, and it didn’t add to the main excitement; when this new story begins, we want to know about Lizzie and her friends and her love life… not this kid who never said a word.

ALL'INTERNO DEL FESTIVAL SUONI DI MARCA…
A TREVISO… UNICA DATA ITALIANA PER UN'ICONA DEGLI ANNI 80…
MATT BIANCO… REMEMBER? WHO’S SIDE ARE YOU ON?
