Alright so for some reason i have been thinking of kingdom hearts right? (obvs not procrastinating on my book right?) and i accidentally came up with a crazy theory that may or may not make all of the kingdom hearts lore no longer be so chaotic and senseless... although its been a while since i played a game so i may not be correct?

The theory itself began as a question, What exactly IS kingdom hearts? A location? An Entity? I don't know! So i began to think about it... Kingdom hearts- SPECIFICALLY THE OPENING OF IT- Has taken on many shapes! No solid form... right? So maybe not a location specifically... Then I thought about it more, And remembered that the only time kingdom hearts is presented as a place is in the first game. (work with me on this ok, be patient) I thought about it more and began compose an idea Kingdom Hearts itself, and some cools ideas... So lets take a look at the first game for a sec... Maleficent Tries to open it by gathering the Purest heart from each planet right? but somehow wasn't fully successful until the final moments, these being the times that sora is present, And Kingdom hearts needed to be closed from the inside and out right? (this makes ZERO sense without the rest of my theory so please be patient!!) So I kept thinking, and eventually came to a point...

"What if you couldn't just OPEN kingdom hearts... What if there needed to be steps taken beforehand"

Think about it, IN BOTH OF THE OTHER TWO GAMES, KINGDOM HEARTS IS A GIANT HEART IN THE SKY... But this isn't all of the theory... This gets crazier somehow! Thought about it some more and discovered that Where Maleficent went wrong was that she tried to open the door without the needed steps taken beforehand. She needed to "unlock" more "doors" first... And this is where the events of 2 and 3 come into play Xehanort (thats his name right?) and co. have realized Maleficent's mistakes and are trying to open Kingdom hearts the correct way... I have a feeling that in kh2 they succeeded in opening the first door, same goes for kh3... but there are also more doors as well so we're safe for now. But of course... I kept thinking about this story right? and I came up with a little story idea that i think is cool!

So you know how Each of the doors had to be opened with a different key? What if the final doors "key" was Sora. Thats why, despite all of his training and efforts, he's still not a master. Because he can't, he's meant for a different purpose. Heres my idea, Remember all of those people who stayed in "Sora's heart Hotel" or whatever? yeah, they were in Kingdom Hearts. Kingdom hearts isn't a Location, It's a consciousness (or a form of subconscious). A place where your mind goes when seeking protection. Sora is the only one who can enter without permission or a key... Because he IS the key. All of the times Riku, Mickey, Aqua or someone else entered Kingdom Hearts for a mission, they were subconsciously given permission by Sora to DO SO! Sora can't learn to properly wield the Keyblade because the Keyblade is the Symbol of Kingdom hearts-Its chose weapon of protection- If the Key of Kingdom Hearts used a Keyblade, it be a walking beacon ("Hey look here, I'm the key to kingdom hearts, come kidnap me and use my power against me and my friends!")

Anyone who was in Sora's heart was in there for one reason, Protection, whether it be for themselves or a mission/cause. I dont know why but i love this idea!?

i'm currently pursuing a masters in education with a concentration in teaching elementary + a teacher's credential. so basically, two degrees in the span of one year? it's real tough. almost to the finish line tho, literally counting down the days i walk across that stage!!

Hi, do you have any general tips for getting into grad school lol?

I'm trying to get into a clinical psych phD program which I know is very different from what you're doing but hey, I'll take any advice youd like to share ! Also love your art :-)!

I'll just explain how i got to this point and hope theres something worth taking from that.

For me, I did my Masters 1st bc I hadn't done in the lab work until my last year of undergrad and I wasn't sure how I would handle working on a big project and I had a general idea of what I wanted to study but it was still kinda blurry. So, I thought ok 2 years on a project that seems ok, then 4+ on something I really wanna do based on what i learned from my masters. I found my Masters advisor through a string of talking to different people about my interests, reading her papers, and asking if she happened to be looking for students. I sort of stumbled into a good situation on a bit of luck

For my PhD I had a very narrow focus for what I was looking for in terms of research, so there were only like 5 ppl doing exactly what I wanted in english speaking countries. I found them all through reading a bunch of papers, stalking their lab websites and then emailing them like: Hey! I found u through reading X paper, ur research is so cool! Here is how it fits with my interests and here is what I've done that qualifies me to work with you (in as few words as I could manage). Are you accepting students into your lab? And then if they reply that they are: would u be willing to talk with me?

During meetings the questions I always ask (aside from questions abt their research) are: what's your lab space like? How hands on are you as an adviser? What do you like about what you do/what compelled you to take on X research? And then it's also good to ask about their other students (what research they're doing and if you could email them to ask if they like this adviser as a boss/whats it like at the school).

Honestly, I feel like the best advice I could give is treat an interview like it goes both ways. You don't want a boss that sucks so grill them a bit to try to figure out what they're like as a person. And it helps to let a little passion shine thru ✨️

The muse and the grind

I am writing this blog post after taking a break from working on a chapter of this book I am writing, my first novel. I’m fairly certain it will be terrible but maybe my third and forth ones will show some promise. Later I am also suppose to work on music for the next record, I have artists literally waiting on me to put down vocals but I just can’t make it right. Today seems particularly difficult to get in to the groove of things. Stephen King writes two thousand words a day and says some days he says the words flow easy and other days not so much. Maybe its the power of the habit, maybes its that the muse shows up when you work consistently. Im certainly no expert but it seems the key thing a creative person must do is create. Some days its a struggle to get to five hundred words down and other days two thousand flow out like its nothing. 

I took the advice of James Altucher and try to create idea lists. Just come up with 10 things a day you could write about, or ten things a day to start a business about or whatever you are trying to to. So on this list I have a title for a Bleeding Peanut Butter post called “The muse and the grind” and its beyond easy to procrastinate, in fact I have mastered that skill. That’s one of the reasons I started this blog. To improve my writing and interviewing skills and force myself to have something to write about. To kick out the cobwebs so to speak.

It does seem though that if you show up everyday and put in the work the muse will arrive as well. But boy today is one of those slogging through mud days. Especially since everyone is in quarantine for the Corona virus. It would be so much easier to finish the book I am reading (Duma Key), just play video games, or cook some good food. I don’t have the best advice in the world right now other than the advice I recently got, you write a book one word at a time. I suppose thats true of music as well, write music one note at a time. Man, talk is cheap. Everyone wants to be the next great famous artist or the write the great American novel but almost no one wants to put in the grind day in and day out to get there. I can promise you that everyone famous for their art at some point put in the work to get there, I would bet they still do but now that have a team in place to help them along. 

I’m not completely sure my writing is worth reading or music worth listening to because there are so many great artists out there, but art should in some way be about what you need to create. It needs to fulfill you first, if you can write the book you would want to read or the album you would want to listen to I think thats a huge step. Recently I heard someone say that artist have great taste and when an artist starts out and is dissatisfied with their work they know its bad because their tastes tell them so. Their skillset just has to catch up with what they know is good. Once again, practice makes perfect. So make the muse your bitch my showing up everyday, there is no way around it.

God what is wrong with me. All i wanted was to do a good action I saw an artist that was complaining about not getting a lot of attention and tried to make her feel better with some comments. But i keep telling myself i did it because shes a girl and I'm just thinking about getting my dick wet and shes asexual so its even more disgusting of me to think that. Spent the whole night in this goddamn cycle. I also figured out how to cum in the cage so thats definitely not helpful in making me stay fateful with chastity. And worse is that I got a reply on my post and my stupid little dream fantasy is telling me that its her in an alt account because she liked my comments and now wants to be with me. And because of all this bullshit I cant get any work done, its been like this the whole month, I cant work for shit for some reason, its even worse than before cause at least id get some work done. I have like 3 projects to do already and I keep fucking wasting time, goddamit.

I don't think I can get my masters at this rate.. With all the bullshit in joining and now I cant even get work done I might be seriously screwed. All these years of never failing a class but getting lower and lower grades might end up with me finally fucking up on my masters, fuck even writing this is just me procrastinating I gotta stop this shit
