Ok so I just got around to watching the rest of There's Something About, and I needed to type out my theory
This guy is apparently the "real" Sonic. Who do we know who keeps claiming that they're the real Sonic?
HIM!!!!! Hes even got the skirt!
And he keeps a bunch of Metal Sonics too, which might be some type of way to reference the Brotherhood of Metallix, since the series does love referencing STC
