Things that could've improved UTY:
Keeping the deja vu effect that Undertale had and have it influence how the main characters interact with Clover/Clover's flavor text in certain areas
Make Flowey operate as the Hint System, where almost all of his "helpful advice" are just thinly veiled insults directed at the other characters/are further attempts to isolate Clover from everyone else

Swapping Ceroba and Martlet holy shit
I'm honestly curious what Ceroba's guard outfit would be like (since I feel like a Kimono would get torn up in guard duties and the tits out martlet look doesn't really seem like her style)
Tumblr media
she does have a kimono it’s just under armor (… for the torso, anyway. she doesn’t have to fight or anything that often so i don’t think she’s too concerned with it getting torn and all)

When Martlet came to again, everything was dark, in a way that even the most remote corners of the Underground never could have been. The first thing she did was look down at herself, but to her dismay everything was still as it had been just before. Same black feathers, same stupid armor, same yellow SOUL on her breastplate. Same accursed form.
* (… It’s powerful. Sounds like a good deal.)
Tumblr media
Chapter 2 of Zenith of Justice, the story for my Captain Martlet AU, is now out! It features Alphys not having a good time, Martlet having an arguably even worse time, and Clover having a... time? I also got this banger art for chapter 1 commissioned from my bestie @jakearison and y'all should check out their art bc it's banger.

I finished the fan game 'Undertale Yellow' a little while ago and I couldn't help but fall in love with Martlet and Clover. Ceroba, Mo and Starlo too, but something about that slightly scatterbrained blue bird made me fall in love with her more than the others. Probably because I'm kind of like her. And like anything I loved, I ended up creating two AU's with the same concept: What if Martlet and Clover's SOULS ended up merging? I had two theories, so I did both. (Game spoilers)
Wings of Justice: Set in the pacifist timeline. Clover loses in the fight against Ceroba and Martlet would wake up almost at the same time. In a mix of anger and sadness for seeing her little friend killed by someone she trusted, Martlet decides to use the serum on her to fight Ceroba, because she knew she had no chance alone. She would definitely beat Ceroba, but I'm not sure if she would kill Ceroba or not, probably not, since she's not angry enough. Martlet would take Clover's SOUL and body, hoping that if their body are still intact, maybe there's a way to bring them back. It wouldn't be possible, since Clover's body is something physical that can be affected by magic, not something magical with a physical form. Not that she has time to research, since her body starts to melt. Clover would not allow a friend of theirs to die and so they forced Martlet's SOUL to absorb them, stabilizing her condition. Knowing that there would likely be serious repercussions from what happened, they both decide to abandon Snowdin and live in the Ruins. Martlet holds a small burial, and decides to wear Clover's hat, so they will be more comfortable.
Martlet can no longer revert to her original form, but she can lower her power to the point where she looks like a 'regular' Boss Monster. She can make her armor appear whenever she wants, and usually leaves it in the form I drew because she thinks it looks 'really cool and intimidating'. She can enter her Zenith form at will, but avoids doing so to avoid hurting anyone. If she is forced to fight seriously, she can evolve her power even further, thanks to Clover's power in her.
The Remedy of Vengeance: Set in an aborted genocidal timeline. Clover, after they get a lot of dust on their hands and are confronted by Martlet back in the Dunes, they begin to feel remorse for their actions and decide to stop killing. Meeting Starlo and his team made them realize that the monsters weren't so bad and this only makes their remorse stronger. They decide to meet with Martlet to talk and apologize for their actions, being willing to do what is necessary to redeem themselves.
When they meet, Martlet is willing to give Clover a second chance, and Clover is ready to prove that they are better now. In the conversation, Clover realized that something was wrong and tried to save Martlet, but both end up being hit by Flowey. Martlet, in her last seconds, realized that she could not be saved, so she forced her SOUL to merge with Clover's, so that they could survive and escape the barrier, without the need to hurt anyone else. Clover shoots Flowey to free themself and escapes back to the Dunes, with Flowey deciding to leave things at that because he had never seen this ending before and was curious about it. Clover feels guilty for not being able to save the one who had so much confidence in them that they could be someone better, so they decide to dedicate their lives to protecting those who still live. They consider giving their SOUL to Asgore, but they do not trust the king with their SOUL, nor themselves not to do something drastic. So, they live in the Dunes, venturing out from time to time to help the monsters in other places.
Technically, since Clover's body is physical, they shouldn't have any real changes to their appearance. But they forced their new magic to grow some feathers on them, so they can pretend to be some kind of weird bird-monster. The only time they don't need this is in the Dunes, where everyone knows them, but the forced transformation has side effects, where some feathers will always sprout on their arms and hair, even if only a few. That's why they gave up wearing long sleeves. Theoretically, if they wanted to and forced their new magic into their body even more, their entire body would metamorphose and they would become something similar to Zenith, only smaller and brown/yellow. They probably died from the overload of magic once the fight was over, however, the human body can only take so much.
The blue feather they carry in their hat is from Martlet, which they found lying on the ground while searching for her. It is the only physical part of her that still exists, since her entire body has turned to dust. Because of this, they are very protective and careful with the feather.
One day I'll do more of this AU, but for now, I'll leave the base recorded here, since my PC is at risk of breaking.

Deltarune Lowlye
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Check out WGY_Games' channel as they were the inspiration to make this: https://www.youtube.com/@WGY_Games
~~~ Fun fact: I have been gaslighting my friend into thinking Blembino was a character we made up, He's gonna be shocked when he finally finishes Yellow! ~~~ This Au takes place in Lowlye College... Asriel's college. This story takes place at the same time Deltarune does the days leading up to Asriel coming home. Everybody assumed Kanako had died last Summer, but Clover soon learns she got trapped in a world of Darkness and vowes to save her! Asrile gets dropped in as he is the President of the Student Government and was following Clover to make sure they didn't break any rules. Ceroba is the one opening Darkfountans. She tried to save Kanako herself, but her SOUL became weak from re-sealing fountains after every failed attempt... only a Human SOUL can safely seal a fountain... Clover's SOUL. They hope to find out how Kanako got trapped between worlds, and how to get her out! Chapter 1's Darkworld is the Music Room. Mr. Bash is the leader of this world, and begs the lighteners to save his Theater after is was destroyed in the flood (the above restrooms leaked into the Music Room, getting it closed.) He attacks in the end as he does not want the Lightners to leave him. TheraDeci is the secret boss. They have amnesia after the flood. Once you help get their memories back, they recall how nobody ever wanted them, and how it was not the flood that wiped their memories, but a strange man who did it as a mercy... for they had seen into a Shadow Crystal. They become Deci-EX and attack. FIGHT ITEM: Sonic Bat. SPARE ITEM: Iron Keychain. Chapter 2 has Principal Blembino getting suspicious and falling into the Darkworld. Its leader the high and mighty lord High-Form Eaker just want's his experiments to go off without a hitch. Clover is resentful of this world, as their mother Martlet was the art teacher before being let go for tax reasons and her room being replaced with the Science Lab. Blembino becomes the final boss of this world, as he does not want to lose his new body. (Once out, he's convinced it was a dream.) The secret boss is Cherppy, a goodbye card for Martlet that was left behind. She's an NPC that shows up from time to time and talks about "The old world". If you talk to her every time she shows up and you find her destroyed home from the old world, she will fight you so she can get a SOUL and bring JUSTICE to her fallen friends.
FIGHT ITEM: Feather Bullets. SPARE ITEM: Nest Armor. Chapter 3 has our team use Asriel's dorm for this Darkworld to avoid Blembino. The leader of this world is AXULATOR, and he sees anybody not assigned to this dorm as a threat... Clover and Kanko are separated from Asriel in this chapter as AXULATOR want's to "keep them safe". Halfway through Ceroba jumps in as she can sense something's wrong. She and Kanako cry at seeing one another. As the chapter goes on, the darkness in Ceroba's heart that formed from trying to seal Darkfoutnans herself grows more and more... but she runs off before we can see what happens to her for now... In AXULATOR's prison, you can find a room marked "BAD MEMORIES" where any Darkners that might upset Asriel are locked up. Once you find the key, Clover and Kanako can fight Dark King Azgar... a sad fight... Azgar was the leader of this Darkworld before Asriel could no longer take the feelings of guilt they had over their parents' divorce. AXULATOR took over as Asriel began to bury themselves in more schoolwork. It was not all bad, at least that strange man would come by for a nice chat and some tea from time to time.
FIGHT ITEM: Dark Trident. SPARE ITEM: Father's Tead Cup.
From here the other chapters are but sketches. Martlet and her new boss the head of Security Starlo appear in chapter 4, (The Lunchroom.) Dalv the janitor gets to shine in chapter 5 (The Auditorium.) Chapter 5 would be the end, as we go to Ceroba's home (Where we would see what happens if she stays in a Darkworld too long.) If we beat each Secret Boss, we can use the power of the Shadow Crystals to free Kanako. (The best ending.) If we fail to fight each secret boss but to a pacifist route, Ceroba and Kanako realize they have to move on, and Ceroba gets to say goodbye. (Okay ending.) If you were more violent, Ceroba becomes mad at Clover and Asriel, blaming them for failing to save Kanako and she will get lost in the Darkworld forever. (Bad end.) ... Weaird rout; Asriel gets stronger. (Fire end.)
Thoughts about Undertale Yellow
Greetings, I just returned from binging through Undertale Yellow, True Pacifist Route specifically, and am seeking a place to let out some thoughts (and steam). It's the first time I'm doing this type of "review" on my blog, but since my thoughts on it are quite strong, I thought, "hey, why the heck not"? Spoilers for the game and its ending ahead, fellas. Buckle up.
First off, let me begin by stating that, for the most part, I had a blast playing through it. The music is amazing, the boss themes real bangers, the environmental ones great as well. My favorite track was the OST that played in the Dunes: a really catchy western vibe with Flowey's theme in it as well, an earworm that filled me with Determination while running through the sandy fields. Then we have a beautiful pixel art style, gorgeous sceneries, great gameplay with challenging and fun boss fights (side note: although I couldn't fully appreciate Ceroba's fight since it had a couple pretty much unavoidable attacks. Or is it just skill issue on my part? Anyway, that part annoyed me more than it should have. Moving on, lmao.)
Furthermore, the game also has charming characters! They are the ones that kept me going and really ignited my interest. Not gonna lie, it took me until the town in the Dunes to become really invested in the game. Martlet is charming and cute, sure, but North Star and his gang, no, that guy specifically sold it for me. Charismatic, funny, very expressive sprites (well, all facial sprites are quite colorful, but it took me until North Star to appreciate/notice just how many there are for each character) and an interesting internal conflict with wanting to entertain others so they forget about the pain of being stuck underground, but at the same time being so absorbed in his persona that he temporarily acts like a douche towards his pals and forgets who he truly is. He also features my favorite joke in the game when he proudly proposes to the salesman that "he wants to buy a gun for the child". Freaking hilarious, love him, huehehue.
Story-wise, I was pleasantly surprised and taken aback by the dark twists of Ceroba and her husband Chujin. And I appreciated how the flashbacks got intigrated within her final boss fight. I don't know about you, but my biggest motivation to play RPGs are not just the gameplay, it's mainly the characters and the story. If the gameplay is amazing but the characters/plot boring, then I lose interest quickly. To me, the real rewards of a tough battle are story progression and seeing just what the characters will do next. Therefore, I greatly enjoyed the breaks between Ceroba's phases in which we saw parts of her backstory. They even made me cry!
...Although, to be honest, I don't exactly understand why we had that insight into her mind in the first place. Why did we survive so many hits to the point of 0.00001 HP? Where's that coming from all of a sudden? Why did time stop at some point like Za Warudo? Maybe that random plot armor (that happened the first time and never again) is explained in another route, but anyway, moving on-
This review-style blog entry only exists because of the True Pacifist ending. I'll be blunt, I hate it. Why?
So it ends with Clover sacrificing their soul for the monsters so they can eventually break free. Which is fine on its own. Clover is for the most part a blank slate of a character, only driven by their desire to seek the lost humans, that's basically it. Maybe it would have made a bit more sense for Clover to see an actual physical proof of their demise before they give up on them completely, but eh. I'm also wondering whether they are really okay with potentially another, possibly innocent human falling down sometime in the future only to get killed by the monsters. But oh well.
(You know, now that I think about it, I actually am a bit salty about Clover's decision to sacrifice themselves, lmao. Would've been kinda cool if it was up to the player, have another ending split.)
Anyways, the issue I'm having is how our cast of supporting characters, Martlet, North Star aka Starlo and Ceroba react to Clover's decision. They are shocked first, but... agree surprisingly quickly?? What?? Excuse me, the entire hassle we went through to get to this point was to stop Ceroba from taking Clover's soul. Now with Clover volunteering to sacrifice themselves, the gang is cool with it??
Of course they don't agree immediately, but are easily swayed within a few arguments back and forth. Man, what friends you are, guys. The reason I'm having this pet peeve in the first place is because we as the human, who has known these guys for just a day, did a lot for them, alright? They all tried to kill us at one point, but we took the beating, the hard battles, forgave them and were there for them during their internal conflicts. We were a pretty decent friend, if I may say so.
Especially with Ceroba! We did a lot to change her mind and path of self-destruction! Yet our so-called friends don't put in the same amount of effort when it comes to convincing us otherwise- or heck, use force if you must- get Clover away from there, lmao. Wouldn't it have been an interesting act of redemption on Ceroba's part, by the way, if she tried to stop us? Being touched by our mercy and refusal to give up on her, she does the same for us?
I suppose the reason I am so baffled by all this is because of Clover being a blank slate, the player character really felt like me, like I was going through the journey and not like I was controlling another character. It felt like my decision to spare them all, to talk to them and wanting to get to know them better. So the group of characters I have really grown to like giving up on me within about a minute of back-and-forth just felt... wow. Thanks, guys.
If I compare it to Undertale's True Pacifist in which every important supporting character gathers up after the confrontation with Asgore, all agreeing with the decision of me, the player, staying in the Underground with them, then oh boy, it really stings. Just would've been a cool, wholesome sign of friendship if Martlet, Starlo and Ceroba decided that "nah, even for the surface, we won't give up on Clover". By the way, in this game, we don't even really get to see why the monsters want to return to the surface so badly. They keep saying they want to, but what are the reasons exactly? More freedom, I suppose. Yet by expanding the Underground with the Dunes, the Mines, the Factory, and some of Snowdin, the Ruins and New Home, their habitat seemed so much larger than in the OG game- What I wanna say is, their desperation should've been shown way more instead of told, so the player can understand the monsters' aspiration better.
The thing is, it's a shockingly easy issue to fix if you really want "the canon ending" with Clover ending up dead and their soul taken: have Clover still have their moment of doubt and realization, remembering what the monsters told them throughout their journey. Then they go to Asgore with their gang, hoping to convince him. It doesn't work out, so Asgore starts a fight. During the battle, Clover realizes it's useless to fight back, it's better to have their soul taken for the monsters, so they allow Asgore to kill them. Their friends are not powerful enough to stop him. There ya have it.
Siiiiigh. Is it just me, being annoyed by that ending? As a whole, the finale felt a little... rushed? Was New Home always meant to be so empty? Is it to build up atmosphere? Yet there were two silly NPCs in the first screen of New Home, making me assume that maybe, there was another plan originally? (If it has been stated in a devlog or any other comment by the creators, then I apologize, I haven't read those fully.)
Anyways, if I didn't care about the game, this rant wouldn't even exist in the first place. I was really invested in the game until the ending just left me... kinda sad, not gonna lie. It will take me a while to process it all.
If you got this far, then thanks for reading. Am I the only one feeling this miffed about the ending? I might go back and edit this post if I find out there are things to be corrected. Buuuut as of now, happy holidays!
Undertale Yellow was such a cool game, and all the au's I've seen for it look amazing, so I thought I would try my hand at making one. (Yes, I know there's already a dozen posts about Deltarune Yellow, but hear me out about this version.)
Deltarune Yellow
Clover
This version of Clover lives with Ceroba and considers Starlo "the cool Uncle."
While they still like the idea of Cowboys, they don't run around dressed like one outside of the Dark World.
There's not much else to say about Clover since this version is pretty similar to every other version of Deltarune Yellow.
They, and a couple other monsters, run a film club before school.
Martlet
Martlet is the one who goes to the Dark World with Clover instead of Kanako, like in every other version I've seen.
They are a new teacher at the local school. They ask Clover to show them around before school starts, which leads them to falling into the Dark World with them. (They replace Alphys, you'll see what happens to her below.)
When in the Dark World, they have the same kind of armor as the Zenith form
Instead of getting a normal weapon in the Dark World, they get a tool belt with magic carpentry tools that can be used to build defenses, mostly shields, in battle.
Ceroba, Chujin, and Kanako
As I said before, every version of this au that I've seen has Kanako go with Clover to the Dark World.
In this version, the Ketsukane family suffered from a car crash, leaving Chujin dead and Kanako in a coma. Ceroba blames herself since she was in the driver's seat, so when she finds an abandoned human child in the woods by the cemetery, she feels the need to redeem herself by saving them.
Still has some resentment for Alphys, since they were the other driver in the crash. (The guilt from the crash led to Alphys resigning as a teacher, which is why Martlet is hired as their replacement.)
Dalv/Vlad
Dalv in the Light World, Vlad in the Dark World
Dalv is one of Starlo's friends, as a fellow corn farmer, but lives pretty far away. They wouldn't show up much in the Light World.
Vlad is a prince, who has been living in isolation since they were exiled.
They are very hesitant about trusting Clover and Martlet.
They were exiled after getting over excited about two mysterious figures who almost seemed to fit the roles in the prophecy, which led them to immediately trusting them and letting them in the castle. The two figures ended up being usurpers who attacked Vlad when he was vulnerable and took over, agreeing to let Vlad live in exile.
I still need to actually flesh out a lot of the details in this, but I thought it the idea was worth sharing. Especially since I probably won't do anything with it, I am a terrible writer outside English class. So, feel free to do anything with this if you find it interesting.
Asking ab storyshift here, I think it’s such a cool idea and you seem to have visualized the settings very well!!! Do you have any specific ideas for the designs of the characters, or even just things that you would/wouldn’t keep from their original designs?
Thanks for the ask! I do indeed have character visual changes in mind! (Also, don't wanna be that guy, but the AU is called SequenceShift).
Ceroba
When it comes to the Empress herself, she wears a black mourning Kimono, which she's had on since Kanako's passing. She did wear a lot more colorful outfits before that, however, and she did wear her signature red and white yukata in more casual settings.
Tumblr media
During her boss fight (she's fought on all three routes), she trades it out for a set of Samurai-style armor (Undyne and the rest of the Honor Guard wear similar outfits, albeit not as fancy as the Empress's)
Tumblr media
Along with that, she weilds a naginata, which I thought would be a good balance between her canonical staff and Asgore's trident.
Tumblr media
Chujin
Chujin is roughly the same when out in the Remnants, wearing his trademark green kimono. At home, he's got the whole divorce fit. Bathrobe, PJ pants, slippers, ect. He's taking care of himself, of course, he's just not super active these days. During his fight, he wears a gauntlet-based device (yes, based off of the Ben 10 Omnitrix) that amplifies his lightning attacks.
Starlo (and the Feisty Five in general)
When it comes to the Royal Rangers, I was thinking of having them wear something along the lines of the NCR Veteran Ranger armor from New Vegas, the coat over armor kinda thing.
Tumblr media
While they are a bit more uniform in Sequence Shift, they all wear custom elements with their armor sets. For example, Starlo still wears his poncho, Ed ripped off the sleeves of his outfit, Ace and Mooch still have their scarves, all of 'em keep their canon hats, ect.
They also all have different outfits which they wear off-duty (and during their reunion), but we only got Moray so far: they wear a zipperless hoodie (with the hood up) and jeans. My BF really wanted to see Moray in a hoodie so there, hehe. Also, Mooch dual wields a dagger and sawed-off shotgun in this AU (you'll only see the later on a Vengeance run tho).
Martlet
I don't have any photos of it, but since Martlet's more of a hand-on engineering scientist, she wears more of a mechanic outfit than. Something sturdy and protect, since we all know this girl failure is very much prone to hurting herself and that isn't any different in SS. And goggles, those are important, too. Also, since I am very much a fan of the amputee Martlet headcanon, she's one here, too. She's got a set of fancy metal prosthetic legs that she built with the help of Chujin.
Axis
Axis's base form is pretty identical to how he is in canon. His EX form is where it gets a bit different. My boyfriend being the robot nerd he is, took a bit of Gundam inspiration, as well as somewhat basing it off of Mic Sounders from “king of the braves gao gai gar” (transforming from a cutesy robot into a more proper humanoid robot).
Tumblr media
His NEO form (which may or may not be a proper boss fight) is gonna be based off a high-end Gundam or Armored Core, but we don't have any specific inspiration just yet.
Kanako
Kanako doesn't have any changes at first. While she does have some major differences as Iris (her Flowey Form) we're still working on that. However, we do have ideas for her Pacifist route encounter, where she emerges as the Liberator of Monsterkind (her version of Asriel's God of Hyperdeath). She pulls up in a Tokusatsu-style superhero form, with a purposefully overdesigned and cluttered look that only a child absolutely would think is awesome.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
And that's it for the main cast. I don't think Clover needs an outfit change, but I might add a few knick-knacks and accessories that they pick up along their journey. I don't think Dalv needs any major changes either. If there's any other characters you wanna know about, do lemme know! Also, I'm not an artist, but if anyone wants to take a crack at some SS designs, feel free to hit me up!
Here's how I feel Martlet actually saving Clover but falling off the ledge (like your post) would go:
They would end up in the Swampouts from the True Genocide fangame, the inhabitants of which either don't respect or aren't aware of the royal guard so they'd still try to attack Clover, similar to the Steamworks robots when Ceroba is with you
Flowey would give you the friendliness pellets inbetween Clover waking up and Martlet waking up (so Martlet doesn't see Flowey), to give you a chance at beating Undyne, who would inevitably fight Clover after Clover and Martlet find their way to and through Waterfall (temmie armor would be unavailable due to the tem shopkeeper not having intrest in cool leg yet)
Upon waking up, Flowey would also probably say something like "Geez, don't you have brain damage or something? That's the fourth fall you've had at this point!"
Killing any monsters would result in Martlet immediately leaving you, making the Undyne fight unwinnable without killing her
That's all I have for ideas towards your hypothetical
I literally just made that Martlet post thing because I found the idea of Martlet holding Clover, not realizing she needs her wings to fly, was funny. I wasn't thinking of an entire AU around the concept.
Mostly my thought process would either be the game over screen or Martlet realizes that she needs to use her wings and spreads them out, hoping that Clover had now grabbed on.
Though you do you with your AUs though.
(Context below keep reading.)
the Martlet just…calling a time-out in a middle of a fight with Hunter.
"Whoa, hey, okay - that's it, I'm calling a time out." *dodges a staff blast* "I SAID TIME-OUT."
"A what? You can't just - "
"Says who?" *dodges another staff blast* "At the very least I'm not going back to fighting until you've had a sip of water."
"Good! That'll just make it easier to defeat - oomph!"
"I'm serious, kid, you need to drink something."
"I DON'T NEED - "
"It rained less than an hour ago, it's hot and humid, and you are wearing like 5 layers of armor and padding. You are going to get dehydrated, trust me on this." *dodges angry staff swipe* "Wait do you even have a canteen? Oh my titan of course you don't - " *neatly sidesteps tired staff swipe* "Look, you're getting sloppy, you're obviously flagging. This isn't as much fun if you aren't performing at optimal levels!"
"STOP MOCKING ME!"
"I'm not - oh for the love of - okay!" *sweeps Hunter's legs out from under him, leans over his groaning form* "You can have some of my water if you need to. It's got electrolytes in it!"
"You're such an ASSHOLE I HATE you!"
"Also when's the last time you ate? Are you skipping meals? You need to think about your blood sugar levels. I've got some ration bars if you want one."
"Why are you like this?"
Fjiernmelskf
Eventually!Jasper has gotten SO much practice with leg sweeps lmfao.
Hunter later on looking back on all these moments like ouuughhhh god I'm so fucking stupid
Let me give you my ph-phone number! Th-then... M-maybe... If you need help, I could...
Sure, here.
*Clover hands Alphys the phone as she puts in her phone number.
What is "Lucky Clover Industries"...?
Oh, that's my company, I make stuff like special watches, and cool kinds of tech! I even helped Undyne make a better armor design! I told her it would be done in a few days, but I lied.
*Clover pulls out a set of armor.
I made it on the way here!
W-wow! Th-that's impressive!
Thanks! So, you'll call me if needed right?
Y-yes, I will.
Ok! See you Alphys!
*Clover and Rose go upstairs and see the "Human History" stuff.
ALPHYS! THIS IS ALL JUST ANIME! NONE OF THIS CRAP IS ACCURATE!
Wh-what?
THIS IS JUST ANIME AND MANGAS! HERE!
*Clover throws Alphys a usb stick and she catches it.
That should be 2 Terabytes of real human history!
O-ok...
*Clover and Rose leave.
Alright, I am working on finally beating Undertale Yellow. I really liked it, I haven't played the neutral route yet. Going through the pacifist route was awful, it was just every boss killing me in like 3 hits, 4 if I was lucky. I really liked the dialogue, that was funny, but the balance is so shot. If Ceroba was doing Starlo's damage, it would have been rough, but unless you use the hope option every turn available, you will die in 3 hits from maximum health, even with the best armor available (Silver scarf) without beating giga froggit. The Ruthless route is so much better because clover isn't about to be killed by a small gust of wind at all times, sure, Ceroba, Axis and Martlet (I believe, haven't fought her yet), are rough, difficult fights, it seems way more fun and fair.
Behold, just in time for Artfight! Finally got a ref done for my take on Zenith Martlet for my fic, Zenith of Justice. This is both while wearing armor and being all official as well as a casual outfit. Behold also my notes in my shitty handwriting :p And all the lineart was done with the Martlet brush too, of course. If you zoom in you can see her silly little hair tufts!
Note
*they eat the butterscotch cinnamon pie. Their hp was maxed out. They give the pie tin back to clover.
*they start panicking "have you seen a fire skeleton roaming around here? He carries around a bone, he has orange eyes and he wears old armor" (they're talking about Pyre")
@martlet-the-snowdin-builder
*a beat up looking human, covered in scratches and frostbite that look like they were attacked, that fits the description Pyre gave you approaches the honeydew cabin
*"Hello? Anyone home? I need some help."
*they collapse in the snow soon after calling out for help.
[If Martlet is rushing to help them its the last thing they see before passing out.]
@cristian-and-pyre
*Martlet is now frozen in place and is green.
Huh? What's outside? CLOVER? CAN YOU CHECK OUTSIDE?
*You chose a bad time.
France will deploy Rafale jets in Lithuania as the war in Ukraine intensifies
Fernando Valduga By Fernando Valduga 10/13//2022 - 17:00 in Military, War Zones
France will send additional forces to Estonia and for the first time will deploy its Rafale fighters in Lithuania.
The Rafale fighters will arrive in late October or early November in Lithuania.
After Russia launched a war in Ukraine, the smaller countries in the region were on the edge about a possible expansion of the Russian offensive and are seeking help from their Western allies.
French Defense Minister Sebastien Lecornu said on Tuesday that France will send tanks and armored vehicles with military units to countries on the eastern flank of Europe to strengthen its military presence in NATO.
Tumblr media
Speaking to the legislators, Lecornu said that French President Emmanuel Macron made the decision to send armored vehicles and Leclerc-type tanks to Romania, taking into account the situation on the eastern flank of NATO and the severity of the conflict in Ukraine.
“Given the situation on the eastern flank of NATO, in the face of the violence of the fighting in Ukraine, in this war led by the Russian Federation, the President of the Republic decided to raise our defensive stance on the eastern flank of Europe,” French Defense Minister Sebastien Lecornu said at a hearing of the Senate Defense Committee.
Lecornu added that France will also send for the first time its Rafale warplanes to Lithuania and infantry units with 100 more soldiers to Estonia.
According to the ministry's estimates, the French budget effort to strengthen NATO's defensive stance in Eastern Europe is expected to cost between 600 and 700 million euros this year.
At the same time, Paris is more open about its efforts to help Kiev defend itself, even if its room for manoeuvre remains limited, while some accuse it of not doing enough for Ukraine.
Emmanuel Macron announced on Friday the creation of a "special fund" of 100 million euros so that Ukraine can "buy directly from our manufacturers the equipment it needs most to support its war effort".
France also participates in NATO's Baltic Air Police Missions based in Estonia and Lithuania. During its deployments in Siauliai, the air base in northern Lithuania from where the fighters of the NATO Baltic air policing mission are operating, the French Air and Space Force usually sends the oldest Dassault Mirage 2000 fighters.
Although this is the first time that Rafales will defend the Lithuanian skies, they had already been sent to Malbork in Poland as part of the same mission in May 2014, shortly after the annexation of Crimea.
Tumblr media
Two Rafales were also sent to Poland on February 24, 2022, hours after the invasion of Ukraine by Russia, as part of NATO's Enhanced Vigilance Activities (EVA) mission. French fighters have continued to regularly patrol Polish airspace since then.
According to the Kiel Institute for the World Economy, France is in 11th position in military support for Ukraine with €233 million in aid since the beginning of 2022, against €25 billion from the United States, €4 billion from the United Kingdom, €1.8 billion from Poland and € 1.13 billion from Germany.
