Guys, I love you all to bits–and I'm obsessed with Patti just as the rest of you. But, my brothers in christ, I bEG of you to stop mischaracterizing her roles as patti clones. it's frankly a little insulting to patti's insane acting range! I really don't think Patti and Lilia Calderu, per se, act or talk or think alike at all, for example. And while she does bring a very particular, italian, patti-edge to everyone she plays, she still plays them entirely different to each other. Lilia may have Patti mannerisms, a Patti essence of sorts, but she's very different to our girl. Same applies to Joanne, to Avis Amberg, to Nellie Lovett, to Reno Sweeney, to Joan Ramsey, to Evita Perón, (fucking Evita Perón-) to Kitty Duval, to Libby Thatcher, to Fantine, Norma Desmond, Mama Rose, Helena Rubenstein, Maria Callas?? Joan Clayton, Dr Seward?? 😭🙏 Her acting isn't even the same in two performances of the same character, I think it's a little underwhelming to portray all her characters as entirely Patti just because of her icon status and the fact we all want to sleep with heR-

why is this unironically the best thing i've ever drawn

i feel like how hard i went on this gives it this really weird vibe but it's too late im not changing it, it slaps

i remembered wilnoel got some good shit in wilardo's ending and added that

once again clarifying i didn't include ships involving tiara because nobody knew about her before therefore shippers between her and other charas could not "win" when the game came out

I lost it at "My blood is medicine." They were both so scared, and she showed Sam her bite to prove to both of them that he could live, too. She really was hopeful that it would work. I've played the game, and I still wanted it to work! I wanted it to work so, so badly. I knew it couldn't, but it didn't stop me. They captured that desperation and that hope here. This scene was amazing, I'm so glad they put it in.

"For kids, it's easier, you don't have anyone depending on you," nahhh she's internalized this shit for life now. She couldn't save Riley. Smearing her blood on Sam's bite didn't work. We now know that rudimentary treatments like this can't save others from cordyceps. But if she'd had a medicine, maybe Riley and Sam would still be around. This scene was so good for demonstrating Ellie's thought process behind getting the operation. Because, for Ellie, what good is this immunity if all it does is mean she ends up alone?

I’m ready to have my heart broken all over again. They use Future Days so effectively in this trailer. They use dialogue so effectively in this trailer. It says so much without saying ANYTHING at all. I cannot wait to see this season .
