When They Feel Baby Kick For The First Time (Fluff)
Bayverse!Turtles x reader
A/N: The Great One has heard your prayers of baby kicks and sweet honey. Though the Great One does not hold powers over honey, they can give you kicks of baby feet. Enjoy in the name of the Great One!💚
Warnings: None💚
Leonardo:
During each and every one of your pregnancies, Leo always seemed somewhat shocked whenever he felt the babies’ first kicks from your belly, like he wasn’t prepared, as if he hadn’t experienced it with all of your other pregnancies.
Whether it be during a cuddle, while Leo put a hand on your stomach as he passed by you in the kitchen, or when he was resting his head beside your belly, talking to your growing child only to get a firm kick in his head, Leo seemed surprised each and every time, staring at you like it had never happened before.
Your husband would get emotional each time, hugging you tightly while stroking your pregnant belly, mumbling sweet words of how excited he was, while showering your face with kisses.
At a point during your pregnancy, Leo would grow familiar with your babies’ punch and kicks, predicting them as they came. Although nothing could have prepared either you or him for the strength of Valentina’s legs and what a punch they pulled. And you thought Marcello was the worst kicker for them all. You thought wrong.
Raphael:
Have you ever seen a man play soft boxing with a woman’s pregnant stomach? No? Well, I don’t blame you. It does sound very wrong and dangerous. But I can assure you, it’s not as bad as you may think.
Raph took up the habit of lightly punching his knuckles against your stomach when he felt your child kick, back when you were pregnant with Joan. It was like a soft knock, asking if anybody was in there.
Much to Raph’s joy, there was an answer, a small pair of feet kicking back against his hand, much harder than he had done it, letting him know that there in fact was someone on there. That made Raph happy and emotional, before continuing his little way of communication with your still unborn child.
He would continue to do it during your other pregnancies, softly and playfully knock his knuckles against your stomach, even before your belly had taken form. At this point he was just so excited for when the next pair of feet would kick out at him.
And when Minerva and then later on Ragnar would kick out against his hands, answering his small knocks, Raph was excited, fist pumping the air like he had won a marathon.
Donatello:
Donnie was very much a mindless belly stroker. Whenever you were around with your pregnant stomach, large or not, Donnei would stroke it absentmindedly, while continuing working with whatever he was working on at the time. It was soothing for the both of you, almost stress relieving at times. And well, also quite adorable.
It was during one of the absentminded soft strokes of your belly, that Galileo gave Donnie’s hand a hard firm kick, seeming to wake Donnie up from whatever work trance he had found himself in, staring directly at your stomach with wide eyes, his mouth open in shock and surprise. The expression on your face let him know that you had felt it too. Well, of course you had, it was from inside your stomach.
After this Donnie started taking much more joy in stroking your belly throughout the day, even speaking to your belly, no matter if Galileo decided to kick or not. But oftentimes he did, bringing a big smile fond to Donnie’s lips, his face lighting up in pure joy, at times even happy unstoppable laughter.
This act of rubbing and stroking your stomach would continue during your pregnancy with the twins, with Donnie even showing Gali how he could “talk” with his sisters. It was adorable to watch.
Michelangelo:
Having heard about the joy of feeling their child kick against their hands, from the inside of their partners, by his brothers, Mikey was more than excited to feel your baby kick. Especially after how hard the two of you had worked to get you pregnant.
Even before your belly had even taken form, Mikey would walk day in and day out, with his hands on your stomach, ready to feel your child’s first kicks. He wouldn’t miss it for the word, almost making it a personal mission of his, to be there when your child would do their first kick.
And Mikey’s determination proved it’s worth, as one evening as you and Mikey was about to calm down for the night, cuddling up in bed and waiting for sleep to take over the two of you, when suddenly you and Mikey felt the unmistakable kick from inside your pregnant belly. At that point you and Mikey threw all plans of sleeping out of the window, staying up to feel more kicks.
At that point Mikey also decided to destroy everyone's plans in the lair of sleeping, as he started to do happy runs around the living area, hands in the air, yelling and screaming in happiness.
And with your second pregnancy only three years later, the whole history repeated itself, with Mikey wanting to feel Luis’ first kicks like he had done with Sunny. And just like the night he had felt Sunny kick, Mikey was out running rounds in the lair, waking everybody up to the sound of his happy yells.

Jc everything about Kaia is annoying. For the love of God Austin just break up with her already.
I cannot take her seriously as an actress or at any events for this movie with her serious face on 🤣
Girl yes 😩
I think most of Austin's fandom is collectively begging him to dump this Gerber Baby. Even those who aren't fans of Austin like that are thinking that their relationship is weird and that he should break up with her after seeing those Marcello pics.
At this point, I think most people feel like there are a plethora of other women in Hollywood who would be a better match for him lol. 😅
I feel like even people in the general public don't understand why they're even still together if they look miserable with each other most of the time.
We need to start a prayer circle for Austin ladies lol.
Nobody deserves to look this miserable in a relationship. We want Austin to find his person. His REAL person. His relationship with KG does not seem healthy at all. 😔
I'm telling you, when Austin and Kaia break up, I guarantee you that many will be cheering just like when Halle and DDG split up. 😅
We just have to be patient ladies. When you're in a relationship, you sometimes don't realize just how bad it is yourself until it's over because your heart was involved.
But I have faith in Austin. 🥰 He won't be in this relationship forever.

BIOGRAPHY.
( tw: parental death, murder )
It's not often something bright is birthed within the confines of darkness as encompassing as the underworld of Verona, but from the moment he drew his first breath, Aras Demirci appeared to have different plans. Whereas the rest of his family bloodied their hands with ugly business behind closed doors, Aras drew people in with his natural magnetism. Given that he was the third child, he had fewer obligations within the mafia business and thus, had more time to mingle with people. It was no wonder Verona soon found itself enamored by the young prince — his boyish charm, his ability to smile just the right way to make you forget every naughty deed of his, his skill to make anyone feel included in his circle regardless of your background. In return, Aras reciprocated Veroneses' affection with the same kind of adoration. Life was perfect — until it wasn't.
Aras' carefree and beautiful life came to an abrupt end in 2011 when his father was discovered dead in the grim alley, a fate brought forward by his dearest friend. Everything was in sudden uproar; chaos and grief reigned over their family and the city; a need for blood and vengeance took root in the hearts of his relatives. But the young prince himself, he just felt hollow. It was hard to comprehend all of it, especially when his world previously had been as untouched by the ugly side of it as it could have. Furthermore, the pitying looks from people without anyone really asking how he felt about it all soon became unbearable.
To cope with the weight of it all, in addition to placing flowers on his father's grave, Aras buried a part of him that had exuded genuine joy. His mates at school saw little to no change in his demeanor; he was still the same charming boy, laughing and grinning, with a mischievous spark in his eyes. However, the air of genuine sincerity had vanished from his actions. Aras would seek people out and beguile them, only to drop them a moment later with no remorse as soon as his interest in them had waned. It was better this way, wasn't it? No one could crack a hardened heart, after all.
In the following years, he maintained a polite distance from Demirci family's activities and, purposefully, withdrew from his family members as well. And when the chance to brush off the dust of Verona's crimson streets came, Aras seized it without hesitation. London became his new home; and to describe those years as eye-opening and transformative would be an understatement of the century. No one knew him or his baggage here; he could just be and breathe. It was an exhilarating thing to realize, and Aras soon made the most of it. Indulged in lovers, made friends, explored the country and the world, proved to be a surprisingly gifted academic as well. His visits to Italy became less and less frequent, until they ceased entirely at the beginning of his master's degree studies in September '23. It was as if old self had slowly begun to return, for life was perfect. Until it wasn't.
In early autumn of 2024, Aras received unwelcome news from Verona — now would be the time to take the next step in their vendetta against the Moretti family. No doubt things would get messy and, given his experience in the field of communications and his natural charm, his assistance would be required to turn the tide of the war in Demircis' favor. For the briefest moments, he considered ignoring the command or fleeing. But as seeing that would've caused unnecessary meddling from the parts of his family, he decided against it and, reluctantly, returned to Verona's cobble streets. It's not his intention to stay any longer than absolutely necessary; he'll manipulate the masses to gain their support for his family and hopefully see someone pay for his father's murder. But once that's done? He'll drop this damned city like he's dropped anyone fooled by his amiable exterior and honeyed words.

Savona, "Iliade.
18th March >> (@VaticanNews) #PopeFrancis #Pope Francis on facing challenges of the coronavirus pandemic In an interview with the Italian daily newspaper, “La Repubblica”.
In an interview with the Italian daily newspaper, “La Repubblica”, Pope Francis says he is praying for an end to the coronavirus pandemic, and asks everyone to be close to those who have lost loved ones.
By Vatican News
"I asked the Lord to stop the epidemic: ‘Lord, stop it with your hand’. That is what I prayed for”. Pope Francis revealed the content of his prayer in an interview with Italian journalist, Paolo Rodari, published in Wednesday’s edition of “La Repubblica” newspaper. Pope Francis made this prayer when he visited the Roman churches of Saints Mary Major and Marcello on the Via del Corso last Sunday.
In the interview, Pope Francis offers advice about how to face the daily challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic: "We need to rediscover the concreteness of small things, the small acts of kindness shown to those who are close to us, family, friends. We need to realize that our treasure lies in small things. There are tiny gestures that sometimes get lost in the routine of everyday life, gestures of tenderness, affection, compassion, that are nevertheless decisive, important”, he says. The Pope gives the examples of sharing “a hot plate of food, a caress, a hug, a phone call... These are familiar, attentive gestures regarding everyday details that make life meaningful, and create communion and communication amongst us".
Pope Francis observes that many time communication is only “virtual”. “Instead we should discover a new closeness”, he says. “Real relationships made of attentiveness and patience”. The Pope describes how some families eat together at home in silence – not because they are listening to one another, but because “the parents are watching television while they eat, and their children are on their mobile phones”. Pope Francis describes this kind of family as “monks isolated from one another”. There is no communication here, he says. “Instead, listening to one another is important because we understand one another's needs, struggles, desires”. “There is a language made of concrete gestures that must be safeguarded”, continues the Pope. The suffering people are enduring at this time should make us open to this language.
In the interview, Pope Francis expresses his appreciation for healthcare personnel and volunteers. He thanks those who dedicate themselves to helping others in this way, and describes them as “an example” of the concreteness of small acts of kindness. The Pope invites “everyone to be close to those who have lost loved ones, to try to accompany them in every way possible”. We must all be dedicated to consoling others, he adds. Pope Francis mentions that he was particularly struck by an article he read recently. In it, the author indicates how "our behaviour always affects others’ lives". The example cited was that of how not paying our taxes, leads to lack of healthcare services.
Finally, Pope Francis invites everyone to hope — even those who do not believe. "We are all children of God, and He watches over us”, says the Pope. “Even those who have not yet met God, those who do not have the gift of faith, can find their way through the good things that they believe in. They can find strength in their love for their children, their family, their brothers and sisters. Someone might say: ‘I cannot pray because I do not believe’. But at the same time”, concludes Pope Francis, “we can believe in the love of the people we have around us, and there we can find hope".

Elizabeth I
Elizabeth was Queen from 17 November 1558 until her death on 24 March 1603. Sometimes called the Virgin Queen, Gloriana or Good Queen Bess, Elizabeth was the last of the five monarchs of the House of Tudor.
She was the daughter of Henry VIII & his second wife Anne Boleyn.
Elizabeth was two years & eight months old when her mother was beheaded on 19 May 1536.
Catherine Champernowne, better known by her later, married name of Catherine "Kat" Ashley, was appointed as Elizabeth's governess in 1537, & she remained Elizabeth's friend until her death in 1565. Champernowne taught Elizabeth four languages: French, Flemish, Italian & Spanish. By the time William Grindal became her tutor in 1544, Elizabeth could write English, Latin, & Italian. Under Grindal, a talented & skilful tutor, she also progressed in French & Greek. By age 12 she was able to translate her stepmother Catherine Parr's religious work Prayers or Meditations from English into Italian, Latin, & French, which she presented to her father as a New Year's gift. From her teenage years & throughout her life she translated works in Latin & Greek by numerous classical authors, including the Pro Marcello of Cicero, the De consolatione philosophiae of Boethius, a treatise by Plutarch, & the Annals of Tacitus.
By the time her formal education ended in 1550, Elizabeth was one of the best educated women of her generation. At the end of her life, Elizabeth was also believed to speak Welsh, Cornish, Scottish & Irish in addition to the languages mentioned above.
Elizabeth became queen at the age of 25 in 1558
One of her first actions as queen was the establishment of an English Protestant church, of which she became the supreme governor. This Elizabethan Religious Settlement was to evolve into the Church of England. It was expected that Elizabeth would marry & produce an heir; however, despite numerous courtships, she never did..
Elizabeth was lamented by many of her subjects. Expectations of King James started high but then declined, so by the 1620s there was a nostalgic revival of the cult of Elizabeth. Elizabeth was praised as a heroine of the Protestant cause & the ruler of a golden age.
Elizabeth established an English church that helped shape a national identity & remains in place today. Elizabeth believed that faith was personal & did not wish, as Francis Bacon put it, to "make windows into men's hearts & secret thoughts".
Under Elizabeth, the nation gained a new self-confidence & sense of sovereignty, as Christendom fragmented. Elizabeth was the first Tudor to recognise that a monarch ruled by popular consent. She therefore always worked with parliament & advisers she could trust to tell her the truth.

The History and evolution of Vitiligo and Vitiligo Treatment
Those who think vitiligo is a new age disease, they can’t be any wrong. The history of vitiligo dates back to the early Vedic ages. Most ancient civilizations and religions have mentioned this skin condition which involves a lack of pigmentation. The Rig Veda was one of the oldest Vedas and evidently composed in-between 1700-1100 BC in the northwestern region of the Indian Subcontinent. In Rig Veda, the term used for a depigmented skin condition was Switra. We all consider western medicines for vitiligo, but there was various ancient Vitiligo treatment available at the early Vedic period, which is reinvented by Prestigious Research & Pharmaceutical Institute like Dr. JRK.
The BC Era
The next mentioning of Vitiligo is in the Ebers Papyrus in 1550 BC. In this, two kinds of skin depigmentation have been mention, one is leprosy while the other quite prominently resemble vitiligo. During 1400 BC, in Atharva Veda, vitiligo is coined as Sveta Khustha. Which also means White Leprosy. You can also see the mentioning of Vitiligo in the Amarakosa in the Shinto prayers. The next description is spotted in 600BC, where the prognostic factor of Vitiligo is stated in Ashtanga Hridaya.
In 250 BC, in the Greek translation of the Bible, the mentioning of hypopigmentation disorders can be seen in the old testament of Leviticus XIII. The mentioning of Sveta Kushtha or white disease is mentioned in Manu Smriti during the 200 BC.
The Greek Historian Herodotus described vitiligo as the result of the sin which the foreigners have made against the sun. That time, anyone with vitiligo in the greek region was asked to leave the country. Thankfully, we don’t live in that era now. We have come across a long way from the myths and dark beliefs. Both Ancient and Modern Science has helped us understand the skin condition better and now vitiligo is efficiently treated by using an herbal cream for vitiligo.
The Middle Ages
After the statement of Andreas Vesalius (1533) that skin has two layers, it changes the course of time for more scientific findings. The wheel of myths overturns after Jean Riolan the younger divided the skin into upper black and lower white layers. The upper layer was termed as a horny layer and the lower white as snow.
Then comes Marcello Malpighi in 1665, who describes the nature of skin color. As per his proposition, skin color completely depends upon the granules of stratum mucosum but not the snow or dermis.
The 1800’s
Giosue Sangiovanni is the first one who melanocytes in 1819 and later Friedrich Henle in 1837, discovered pigment-producing cells in humans. Later in 1879, Moritz Kaposi observes the absence of pigment granules in the rete pegs. In 1917, Bruno Bloch later explains the phenomenon of Melanin Synthesizing enzyme like Tyrosinase.
To be precise, the History of Vitiligo is a 1000s of years of journey. Although different culture and religion treated Vitiligo differently, the ancient Siddha Medicines were always aware of the conditions and discovered the cure for it. May it have got overshadowed over time but now people are realizing the true potential of herbal medicines and the promising results are evident in the vitiligo treatment presented by Dr. JRK Research and Pharmaceutical Ltd.

Marcello smiled. “Good. They’re the cutest. I think I’ll come straight out and ask one of them someday,” he said. “Well, maybe not super directly. They’ll faint.”
Nico grinned. “Yeah,” he said, his mouth full. “S’good. Wait. Do we pray? Do you guys pray?”
Marcello released a soft laugh. “No,” he said. “No prayer necessary. When have I ever prayed?”
Nico shrugged. “I don’t know but it’s the 1700s so,” he said.
Marcello smiled as Levi kissed him. “Mm yeah. It does. Thank you,” he said quietly. He turned back to his food and cut into it with his fork. “So, Levi showed you the town huh?” He asked his brother before eating some of the food.
Nico nodded. “Kinda. We just walked. But it’s pretty great here. I bet there’s like no crime.”
marcelloandtyler:
Marcello beamed at his boyfriend. It was strange, but he felt like he truly missed him when he wasn’t there, even if only for a little while.
“Great,” he said. He cleared off a spot in the middle for the food. “He’s great at foresight. I wonder how their berry picking went.”
Marcello looked at the food, his stomach aching at the sight. He stabbed at some of the turkey meat and put it on his plate before scooping some vegetables.
Nico cocked his brows, watching his brother help himself before he did the same.
“I’m starving,” Nico said lazily. “Thanks, Levi. You’re the bomb dot com. I could inhale all of this but I’ll leave some for you.”
“I didnae wanna ask. I jist told Camden I hoped it went well an’ he turned red as a berry and then I left,” Levi said with a laugh. “I figured if he was goin’ that red, it must’a went well.”
He arched a brow at Nico’s comment. “Imma nat sure what that means but Imma assumin’ it is somethin’ good and therefore, yer welcome,” he said, smiling at him.
He sat down and helped himself to some food, filling up his plate.
“Looks good, aye?” He murmured, leaning over and kissing Marcello softly.
