Because of his marbling gene, Wyatt has been changing colour since I got him. Quick snaps of him in the tank make it look as though he is turning blue but that is not the case. Removing the background allowed me to focus on his colouring more, and realize just how much of him is green.

I never know from week to week or month to month what colour he will be, but that is part of his charm. He is beautiful no matter what colour he is, because he is Wyatt. I love my little chameleon betta.

I've had Yonderly for 1 month!! And in just one month he's turned COMPLETELY BLUE!!!!! I'm so proud of him! He's happy, healthy, and thriving! Good job fish son 🤍🩵💙

because yes, he is amazing, and i love him, and make a year since i got him, sincerely, i don't believe he survived, the fish mortality rate in my house is high, but my little friend is having a birthday and I thought I should celebrate by praising how crazy it is that he has completely changed his color since the day I bought him, look at this, he was white and now he is completely blue, I think I should have thought better before naming him Lux 🤔

He doesn't even look like the same fish now, but he's amazing just the same

I inspired her outfit around betta fish, specifically marbled betta fish and a tinge of anglerfish as well!! My brain also thought it’d be a great idea to make a new beast species in the TGS universe so.. Nebulant Snakes! One day I’ll make a post that focuses around my ideas for a bestiary in TGS.

Ms. Blackwood is a nocturnal marine-biologist, meaning that she studies creatures that come out during the night, more in the bioluminescent creatures and turtles that lay their eggs, or lanternfish, it’s all over the place. Her room consists of different plants she’s collected back home, her pet���s terrarium, avian taxidermy, and bunches of other things. Although the night gives her peace and comfort, she’s not prone to it at the Society, as along as Hyde is around. It never takes them long to meet, and two bastards who hate society do not make a right, but thank god Catrine has restraint and morals.
