I just remembered this Doom novel cover art with the space Mancubus.

In my "ultimate Doom game" post about enemies, i redesigned the Baron to have their face reference the cancelled 90's Doom movie.

Maybe i could say that the Manc's face should be based off the head of this space Manc.

additionally, mancubus that made my internet shit itself the moment i finished drawing it (ok well maybe it wasn't the cause but the timing was funny)

More D64 art i haven't seen before (besides the female HR Giger enemy, that was posted before).

Still, i remember saying something about an "art of classic Doom" book like how 2016 and DE have art books.

Think of how a classic Doom art book could be:

Sprite rips

Whatever you can find on the Cutting Room Floor

Unused sprites, some from Romero's dump that probably weren't even in the D+D2 id vault

Concept art and illustrations by Adrian Carmack, Don Ivan Punchatz, maybe even Kevin Cloud etc

Images related to the clay models

The alpha/beta versions of Doom

Leaked stuff like those leaked D64 assets

Even cut levels or the info from the manuals

Maybe that SNES Doom port manual's illustration

And more

Because Doom is a seemingly small series with lots of material and stuff somehow.

And even today, we keep seeing new stuff.
