I actually wonder if the idea of the Mancubus being a former human ever came accross id's minds, specially with the new lore.

On one hand, you have the Carcass who is somewhere in that "fat cybernetic monster" category but he looks more human.

On another, there's also like the designs where Mancs looked less human like 2016, D64 or D3.

And maybe how most demons look and whether or not they always require certain features like horns or chitin or spikes.

Because TDA Mancs are like the classic and DE type in that they look like angry ogre creatures and a bit human-like compared to Imps and Hellknights.

But they got weird biotech as if they're still Hell native.

Unless there's something to do with Immora.

Or even how D3 had the Cherubs.

I'm always of the idea that most demons should both be diverse looking and still be Hell native because of Hell's variety, even if there's an idea of "Hell imitates what is created elsewhere" which is a bit different from simply taking something from another world and corrupting it.
