excuse me can i ask you a minato arisato x kotone shiomi? Probably Investigation Team Minato and SEES Kotone???
The roll continues with this goofy little ditty lol. The shipping is a little light here, but I tried to at least imply it with some fun extra content tossed on top. I mostly just thought it’d be fun to view the ship from the outside. Also, Yosuke’s just kinda fun to write as a doofus, ngl lmao. I hope you enjoy it regardless tho, this is a very fun lil idea, and very funny if you imagine Kotone’s more or less treating this like a puppy crush right now.
Also, while it’s not outright stated, I tried to at least imply that Kotone worked for Mitsuru after the dark hour shit. How? Not sure, but it’s fun to imagine.
“20 bucks says he has the hots for her.” Yosuke Hanamura said with a gesture towards the investigation team’s latest member, a dark-blue-haired senior transfer student who was only a week out from his dungeon’s defeat, and was currently a distance away from the group’s table to chat with a woman with wavy auburn hair that cascaded down to the small of her back with pins to adorn it.
Even at a glance, Chie could see why Minato might like the woman. She unmistakably wasn’t much older than nineteen, wore her professional button-up and black slacks well, and her hair shone like smooth garnet, or maybe ruby in the cloudless sun of the summer afternoon. She had a friendly face, one that you never saw without some form of smile. And, with the morbid and dark revelations that she had been shown in the blue-haired senior’s dungeon, she could see how someone as bright and friendly as the woman would draw him in.
That being said, she still huffed to her stablemate, “Why would I care enough to make that bet?” through a mouthful of food before she washed it down with her milkshake and added in a lighter tone, “Though, if he does, he’s making eyes at the wrong person. According to Yukiko, she’s here on a business trip, she’ll likely be gone within a week max.” “Damnnn, that’s gonna suck for him then.” Yosuke chuckled, a fry popped into his mouth as he continued to watch the beautiful woman giggle at something Minato had said. Which, in turn, made Chie giggle slightly. Though the brunette’s laughter was less about whatever the emo had said and more at the slightly salty expression that Yosuke got the longer he watched the pair talk. “How old even is she?” he huffed without a glance towards Chie. “How the hell should I know?” She huffed back, “Yukiko has to check IDs for the inn, right? Did she spot her age when she did?” Yosuke pressed his hazel eyes finally torn away from Minato’s distant conversation to look at the fellow brunette expectantly, which made her roll her eyes. “Yosuke, that’s creepy as hell. Even if I did know her age, I’m not telling you.”
That, naturally, earned the athlete a dark look, but all he did was turn his gaze back to watch Minato continue to chat up the dark-haired woman. And, for a few heartbeats, Chie joined him. At least, until Yosuke spoke once more, “Surely she’s more than 18, right? Since she has a job?” “She’s sure as hell not a high school student, that’s for sure.” “So, she’s too old for him as well. So, is she just humoring him?” Yosuke asked, a little more than to himself than Chie. Though, that didn’t stop her from retorting, “Yosuke, Minato’s eighteen, and she’s no older than a max of twenty. How is that too old for him?-” “Sh! He’s coming back!”
In a flash, Yosuke swapped from observation to pretending he hadn’t been a speculating gossip only a heartbeat before the emo ended his chat with a wave from the woman and a small smile on his pale face. Which, made Chie shake her head before she simply took another bite of food and greeted Minato upon his return to his seat at their table. Yosuke’s only comment a light hum of, “Heya dude, you know that girl?” Which only got a bit of a shrug from the newest member of their crew. “Not really, just trying to make new friends.” He said casually, his dark hair tossed lightly out of his face so he could sip at his soda and pick at his loaded fries. And, that was where the conversation logically should have ended. With the context that his dungeon gave them, Chie could completely accept his answer as a whole explanation for how eager he’d been to talk to the auburn-haired woman. Enough said in her book. But, Yosuke obviously didn’t want to drop the topic yet. “Just friends? Really? Because, you sure were excited to go chat with her, and if I recall right, you were a stutter-y mess when you first met her too.” He pressed. His attempt at a casual tone was a poor cover for the teasing edge of his words. Which, in turn, made the dark-haired man turn the slightest shade of pink while he stared down at his fries for a long moment. Then, he simply asked, “So what if I do want to date her? She’s only a year older than me, single, and cute.” And, clearly, Yosuke hadn’t been expecting that as a response.
So, while Chie tried not to giggle into her chocolate milkshake, Yosuke could only manage a sputter and waved the conversation off with a dismissive trio of fries shoved into his mouth. So, at long last, the topic was dropped and Minato was free to simply enjoy his lunch in the shade of their table’s umbrella in relative peace.

Here's a Commission I paid @murumokirby360 to draw. He drew me for a Halloween pic, the Powerpuff girls enter the Dark Hour from Persona 3. The Powerpuff girls have lost their Chemical X Powers and now they have to use their Evokers and the Weapons the Persona players use, And Koromaru got to tag along with Blossom and Buttercup. Bubbles was the one who lost her powers due to her using an Evoker to get back at Townsville. Let's say this is an alternative version of Bubble Vicious which I do feel bad for Bubbles like people are treating her badly. So for that, Bubbles wanted things to be better, so she picked up an Evoker and a Persona called Palladian. So Bubbles used her powers a little differently and even got back at Blossom and Buttercup for not treating her well. So Blossom and Buttercup felt Guilty in shame. And worst, Townsville has now entered the Dark Hour where everyone in Townsville has turned into Coffins. This might be the work of Nyx. Nyx even tried putting the Villains in Coffins as well, Koromaru came in and gave Blossom and Buttercup an Evoker, but then Blossom and Buttercup have the same Persona called Orpheus, except in a different design. Like how the Male and Female Protagonists use. So now in order to save Townsville, looks like the girls will have to use their Persona Powers in order to save Townsville as well as for Cartoon Network City. And I'm sure the other Cartoon Network characters will help the girls out too. Like Johnny Bravo, Little Suzy, Cow, Numbuh 5, Numbuh 2, Double D and Ed. Maybe they might've got Evokers too and got the Persona that the characters in Persona 3 use. It looks like the Cartoon Network characters now have the powers and work for the Specialized Extracurricular Execution Squad. I hope the Professor, Miss. Keen, the Mayor and Miss Bellum will count on them to save Cartoon Network City and Townsville and Stop Nyx from causing the Dark Hour.
And I'm also looking into getting Persona 3 Reloaded when it comes out in 4 Months. Wanted to check it out compared to the original and Portable. Like the Voice acting, the Music and the Graphics. Even if I can get it for either Xbox One or PlayStation 5.
People I tagged @bryan360 and @rafacaz4lisam2k4

i can't actually reply to the ask for some reason, so i'm answering it like this! as always:
answers for the ask game under the cut!
3 male characters I love:
my favorite male characters have recently shifted, with a new guy claiming the top spot. that one is no other than shinjiro aragaki! since i played persona 3 portable and romanced him (+got that eleventh social link with him 👀) he became my favorite guy! i really love him and he's such a tragic little guy. he'll break my heart a second time once p3 reload drops :')
my second favorite (and former first place) is yosuke hanamura! i liked yosuke from the start in persona 4 and he just grew on me so much over the game. he never left my party and he's been my favorite since my first day of playing the game. he's just great!
third place would have to go to goro akechi! i can't even remember why i was so interested in him when i started persona 5, but he just caught my attention from the start. his voice actor is absolutely amazing and akechi gets even better in the royal section of the game. he's just such a tragic character and so interesting!
3 female characters I love:
i'm not as passionate about the persona women as i am about the persona men. i like pretty much all of the girls equally, but a few stand out a bit. one of them being kotone shiomi aka. femc! i just love how silly she is and she's such a nice contrast to the male protagonist of persona 3. but she still keeps that tragedy that both of the protagonists have. honestly, she's by far my favorite girl!
my second favorite would have to be rise kujikawa! i knew i'd like her from the start and when i actually did her social link, i got so sad that i was already dating someone else, because turning down rise was so heartbreaking. rise is such a great and interesting character, as well as also being weirdly relatable!
my third pick would have to be makoto niijima (i'm seeing a trend here with my fav characters lmao). i just find her relatable and she's a very sweet character. she really grows a lot and i love that for her!
3 romantic ships I love:
my absolute favorite ship is foolmoon aka. shinjiro aragaki x kotone shiomi! everything about them is just perfect! they offer the right amount of angst/fluff ratio, their ship name is absolutely brilliant and they are both great characters, that get even better when put together! plus, there's something tragically beautiful about (major persona 3 spoiler coming now!) how when you pair them up in p3p, shinjiro actually survives the game, while kotone dies. the one that wanted to die lives, while the one that wanted to live dies. it's just... man, those two are breaking my heart in the best way possible!
no other ship can compete with them, but following my unintentional pattern, my second favorite ship is kanji tatsumi x naoto shirogane. i already love kanji a ton (he'd be my fourth fav guy, but he just barely didn't make the list) and he really gets to shine when he's with naoto. those two really are a straight ship made for gay people.
and my third pick is going to be aigis and kotone shiomi / makoto yuki. honestly, both of the protags with aigis are great! there's something so tragic about this ship, plus i love android characters like aigis that need to learn friendship, love, emotions and all that fun stuff. that pairing is really great as friends as well though! i just think they are neat together, no matter how!
3 platonic dynamics I love:
i have way more platonic dynamics i love, so this is kinda hard for me. i really love rise with both yosuke and kanji as friends! i can't really pick a favorite guy here, they are both great with rise!
another character that i just cannot pick for either is shinjiro aragaki, who i love with akihiko, fuuka and ken! each of those three for different reasons, but they are all great and really enhance his character!
that's more than three already, so i'll just... move on!
3 favorite moments in canon:
shinjiro's "secret eleventh social link" with the femc in persona 3 portable! first off, it's just a really sweet scene, plus it's great that you can still date him despite all of it. but then that social link itself is so funny, because... it highkey implies you two are fucking??? like with the right dialogue choices, you end up in his room and he tells you the whole "i'm not holding back if you stay". that caught me so offguard because i was just messing around with the dialogue choices and suddenly something's actually happening??? it's both sweet and funny, which is something you can't say about most scenes shinjiro is in, so i really appreciate it!
another canon moment i really love is the ending of persona 4, when everyone is running along the train and you get to see a picture of the investigation team :') it's just a very sweet scene and perfect to end the game with!
my third favorite canon moment would have to be the "bad" ending of persona 5 royal. because, it really isn't bad at all. it's happier than the "good" ending, which is a very interesting thing to do. that scene is just so incredibly bittersweet, knowing this is the "bad" ending, while also seeing everyone so happy. can it really be that bad if it makes them happy? :')
3 favorite headcanons:
i headcanon quite a lot of people as bi, but especially yosuke, kanji and naoto! kanji and naoto just give me "bi people in a straight relationship" vibe, while yosuke literally had a cut gay confession scene that i cannot ignore. also, he's such a disaster bi!
i don't really have that many big headcanons, so another one would have to be... haru likes otome games! and she gets ann & makoto to play a few of them as well (and both of them are lowkey into it).
my third headcanon is going to be that rise would've tried to become a streamer instead of an idol if that had been an option. sort of like iris from ai:tsf, who's half streamer and half idol. i think rise would've thrived like that and instead of taking a break from being an idol, she would've just taken a break and focused more on streaming!
3 least favorite things about it:
immediately spoiler for the ending of persona 3, but i hate that final boss! it has way too many phases! plus, i encountered a glitch during the last phase of that fight in my playthrough and it had took me almost two hours already to even get to that point. this one is just a personal grudge!
another thing i hate with a burning passion, even more than the p3 endboss, is the fact that you can date kawakami in persona 5! i really loved the first arc of persona 5, with kamoshida as the villain, since it's... relatable? saying it like that sounds bad, but hear me out: we all went to school and had teachers, some worse than others, so we all know a few teachers each. but how many politicians do you know? or how many famous artists? kamoshida was relatable because even if you never went through something that horrible, it's much more likely that you were wronged by a teacher before than a politician, famous artist or some mafia guy. i really loved how serious they took the kamoshida situation, only to be absolutely disgusted when seeing you could date kawakami. like, did we not just establish that teacher & student relationships are bad? did the people making persona 5 forget what the first ten hours of that game were about? or is it suddenly okay to have an age and power gap like that, because kawakami is a woman and "that's hot"? seriously, this is one thing i'm massively dissappointed about. also, in the same vein: why can you romance ken, a literal child, in persona 3? 🤨 that one is just as bad, but i just never did ken's social link so i never had the chance to build a hatred for this as strong as my hatred for the kawakami romance.
i think another thing i hate, which also fits my first point: the boss fight against haru's dad. it already sucks, but adding a timer to it? unforgiveable! timers are the worst thing to exist. i don't want to be rushed, i want to take my time with games. it's already a bad boss fight, but anything with a timer already gets ten times worse.

I posted these to show how genuinely crazy it is that there is such a massive difference. Yes, there is of course going to be a bit of a preference to ships with the protagonist, but in comparison I did look up what some of the other Protag ship numbers look like:
still pretty far off from the Main Gay Ships™ and 2/3 of them are beyond the biggest F/F pairing of the game.
And further expanding this lets look at the difference between Aigis x the two different Protags! Some of these are under alternate names so lets compare.
Male P3 Protag:
Female P3 Protag:
While Aigis x Male Protag is not M/M it does still have double the amount of it's F/F counterpart despite the romantic measures regarding Aigis still being present with the female protagonist.
And you might think "oh this is because the FeMC is less known or acknowledged."
These are both higher than YukaMitsu's numbers which are at a whopping 229. That is not even touching upon the numbers of other F/F Persona 3 pairings.
RRAUAGAAHAUAGAHURAH IM GOING TO DESTROY THINGS!!!!

So I decided to make this out of curiosity for which generation each Persona character is in. I included mostly mainline game Persona characters and even the Trinity Soul anime. This is only for playable characters, except for Tamaki, but she's the protag in SMT if... in a technical sense she's playable.
Here's a list for each generation:
Generation X (1965 - 1980)
- Baofu (Kaoru Saga)
- Katsuya Suou
- Ulala Serizawa
- Maya Amano
- Zenkichi Hasegawa*
- Boy with Earring (Also known as Naoya Toudou/Yuuya Narumi/Jihei 'Jay' Suzakuin)
- Maki Sonomura
- Yukino Mayuzumi
- Eriko Kirishima
- Masao Inaba
- Reiji Kido
- Tamaki Uchida
- Kei Nanjo
- Yuka Ayase
- Hidehiko Uesugi
Millennial (1981 - 1996):
- Tatsuya Suou
- Jun Kurosu (IS)/Kashihara (EP)
- Lisa Silverman
- Eikichi Mishina
- Mitsuru Kirijo
- Akihiko Sanada
- Shinjiro Aragaki
- Ryo Kanzato
- Male Protagonist (Also known as Minato Arisato/Makoto Yuki/Sakuya Shiomi)
- Female Protagonist (Also known as Hamuko/Kotone Shiomi)
- Yukari Takeba
- Junpei Iori
- Fuuka Yamagishi
- Persona 4 Protagonist (Also known as Yu Narukami/Souji Seta/Hayato Asakawa)
- Yosuke Hanamura
- Yukiko Amagi
- Chie Satanoka
- Kanji Tatsumi
- Rise Kujikawa
- Naoto Shirogane
Generation Z (1997 - 2012)
- Ken Amada
- Goro Akechi
- Makoto Nijima
- Haru Okumura
- Persona 5 Protagonist (Also known as Akira Kurusu/Ren Amamiya)
- Ryuji Sakamoto
- Ann Takamaki
- Yusuke Kitagawa
- Aigis*
- Futaba Sakura
- Sumire Yoshizawa
- Shin Kanzato
- Takuro Sakakiba
- Megumi Kayano
- Kanaru Morimoto
- Jun Kanzato
Additional Notes*:
1* Zenkichi's exact age is not clear, it's only stated that he is in his 40s. So I did the math and found that he would be, at the very least, born in 1977.
2* I haven't played Persona 3 yet, so Aigis' backstory is kinda confusing to me. Apparently, she's manufactured in February 2000, and activated in September 10th 2000. But in Aegis: The First Mission, she activated in 1999. But the years are near enough that it doesn't cause a generation confusion so she's gen z.
So that's the generation divide between Persona characters. I spent wayy too much time on this. Also, forgive me for not being able to add more characters/miss any of them! And here's the source to where I got all the generation names and years from.
#persona#persona series#persona 1#megami ibunroku persona#persona 2#persona 2 innocent sin#persona 2 eternal punishment#persona 3#persona 4#persona 5#generation x#millennials#gen z#that's a lotta millennials#also surprised that baofu is not a baby boomer#and surprised that the cast of innocent sin are millennials#even tatsuya#okay that's all#wait i forgot one#persona trinity soul

Sources & Characters
Long list, so it's going under the readmore!! If a source or character is not listed on here, I will NOT write for them! Only because I live under a rock and take forever to get into new stuff and get comfortable with a character enough to write them.
I'm not limited to solely character x reader! I do character headcanons, too!! As long as it's not just canon x canon, I'll try writing any SFW topic. I will NEVER write NSFW, regardless of if the character is an adult or minor. And characters 14 or younger and pet / animal characters will only be written in platonic or familial scenarios.
《 || - - - - - - - - - - || 》
Special Notes:
- Personal character headcanons are allowed to be included in requests. Eg. trans-masc. Yu Narukami from Persona 4, agender + ADHD Happy Chaos from Guilty Gear, autistic Denji from Chainsaw Man, etc.
- For characters with questionable gender representation and/or fanon interpretations, they will be written as gender neutral or genderfluid characters unless requested otherwise. Eg. Naoto Shirogane from Persona 4 will be written as genderfluid with any pronouns.
《 || - - - - - - - - - - || 》
Key:
Bold = Lots of writing experience / favorite to write

if you've played persona 3 portable, maybe the female protaganist x chubby s/o ?
Minako Arisato x chubby! Reader Part 1
Thank you for this request! I'm always excited to write about P3P cause i feel like this game doesn't get enough love <3 I’m replacing Keisuki with the reader for the fortune arcana, and this will be a two part series! If i don't finish part 2 tonight i will finish it tomorrow.
Edit! I apologize for the confusion when I wrote it for some reason I read it as male protagonist. I edit it to fit the Famale but I promise part 2 will be correct. Once again I'm sorry anon I didn't read it correctly.
Also don't mind my party line up i just picked at random (except Yukari! The healer ALWAYS stays on the team)
Part 2 here!
The day was like any other for Minako, until not long after class Theo gave him a call letting him know she sensed someone in tartarus.
Letting the group know he headed to Paulownia mall to stock up on a few things before nightfall.
With Konomaru, Yukari, and Ken in tow Minako headed for the Harabah block ready to help whoever it was.
The searching was quiet with only a few little huffs from Ken. “Are you sure there is someone on this floor?” As much as she wanted to reassure the young team member he couldn't help but doubt Theo as well.
Until Konomaru let out a loud sharp bark before heading ahead of the group. They followed him for a bit till a painful whine was heard. The group quickened their pace to see you lying on your side being slowly surrounded by shadows.
Minako didn't get a good look at you till after the fight. When she turned to check for injuries she was awestruck. You looked so plush and comfy ,and the school uniform you wore only made her believe it more.
It took a groan from you to snap her out of his tance. She was quick to your side “hey, are you okay?!”she asked panic clear in her voice, and laying her hand on your shoulder as you sat up.
You made eye contact with your savior and immediately your face turned red. She was the most beautiful woman you have ever seen (you nearly cried). He red hair complimented her bright personality so well, that you nearly had to squint when she smiled at you. Unable to keep eye contact with the beautiful stranger you looked down and nodded.
She smiled in relief before slowly helping you up “come on! let's get you to safety.” with her arm around you to properly support you she carefully helped you to the entrance.
She smiled as he came to the realization...she was right you are very comfy to cuddle up to. This time the walk back wasn't as quiet as the two of you conversed.
You exchanged names, schools, and hobbies. She found the two of you were quite similar, she also found out that you were one of her social links Fortune to be in fact (how ironic)
(seeing her so open with you wasn't a surprise to the group, but that puppy love look did).
She was a little upset when she had to hand you over to Theodore. She knew when morning came you wouldn't remember who she was. So before you forget she promised she would see you again.
It took her two days to finally meet you again, and though there was more awkward tension than before she still found it enjoyable, and was excited for the next meeting with you.

Persona Main Cast Arcana Swap (Spoilers!)
I wasn’t really paying attention to ships and stuff like that while making this, more-so what was interesting to switch. It occurred to me in the planning of the P2 cast that some crushes are canon. But, here we go anyway!
Persona 1
The Emporer - Reiji Kido (Protagonist): A silent boy who lost his older half-brother during his younger years. He carved an X on his forehead using a knife to make sure his parents don’t treat him like he was his brother. The Chariot - Naoya Toudou: The partially-spoiled son of a manga company. An occasional troublemaker, but also a nice person. His crush is in the hospital. The Hierophant - Masao Inaba: A rich young boy who will soon inherit control over a large group of companies called the Inaba Group. He’s spoiled, intelligent and has no tolerance for stupidity of any kind. The Strength - Kei Nanjo: A father-like figure that almost everyone St. Hermelin looks up to. He is an ex-yanki who was reformed by one of his teachers, to whom he has great respect for. The Justice - Yukino Mayuzumi: A girl who likes to make jokes and prank people for attention. Her parents were never really around for her and she was laughed a lot during her childhood. The Hermit - Hidehiko Uesugi: A young boy who has been hospitalized for a little over a year. His childhood friend, Reiji Kido, occasionally visits him and he gets more frequent visits from Naoya Toudou. His father is too busy to visit him. The Judgement - Maki Sonomura: A beautiful and intelligent girl who has come back to Japan from studying abroad. She aspires to travel the world, but wants to stay in her hometown for the rest of her studies. The Magician - Eriko Kirishima: An airheaded girl who hates hearing anything that displeases her. She likes to live in the moment and doesn’t think about her future too much. The Devil - Yuka Ayase: A delinquent who doesn’t have much care for anything or anyone other than her parents, who are poor. She usually plays hard to get but is a really nice person inside.
Persona 2 Duology
The Sun - Katsuya Suou: A delinquent type adult. His younger brother gives him lectures on how he should try and be a better person but he doesn’t care. Hates his brother and his father. The Justice - Tatsuya Suou: Katsuya’s younger brother, a high school student who wants to join the police force to clear his father’s name. Also has an obvious crush.
The Death - Kaoru Saga: A narcissistic young man in his early 20s who runs a band, in which he is called Baofu. He rejected his parents constant complaining on how he should be a ‘Traditional Japanese Man’, but he still has a very low self esteem. The Hanged Man - Eikichi Mishina: A high school boy who is able to wiretap and hack into any known database. He hangs around Tatsuya’s friend group, despite remaining a mystery to even them. He goes by the name Michel. The Wheel of Fortune - Maya Amano: A young woman who was the childhood friend of Katsuya. Her parents are both deceased and she works for COOLEST Magazine. All that aside, she’s calm, collected and likes flowers.
The Moon - Jun Kurosu: A high school boy whose motto is ‘think positive’, even in tight situations. He makes friends easily and happens to forget a lot of things, but is a good person. Also doesn’t believe many people like him. The Lovers - Ulala Serizawa: A hyper young woman who knows martial arts and is a fan of Bruce Lee. Her parents wanted her to be a ‘Traditional Japanese Woman’, but just like Kaoru, she rejected their wishes.
The Star - Lisa Silverman: A high school girl who has bad luck with men and can never seem to find someone right for her. She’s a professional boxer and also sneaks out to drink, despite being underage.

He has a gun holster on his belt and has a sister. Reserved and introverted. The Empress - Yukari Takeba: A wealthy individual and next in line to inherit control of the Takeba Group. She’s a very intelligent person and many people look up to her, as she is also the student council president. The Emporer - Junpei Iori: A second year that runs the boxing club at Gekkoukan High. He takes boxing very seriously and also finds it a good stress reliever. He’s determined and courageous, and also a good mentor. Has a soft spot for Fuuka, and is good friends with Junpei. The Justice - Fuuka Yamagishi: A little girl who seems to know Akihiko from her past. She’s well behaned and a good role-model for others her age. Despite being 11, she lives in the Gekkoukan High Dorms. The Chariot - Shinjiro Aragaki: A robot made to destroy shadows. He’s a fun person to have around, but he already has a crush.

Persona 5
The Fool - Morgana: A young boy who was arrested on false charges and sent to Tokyo for a whole year as ‘probation’. Despite all the rumors surrounding him, he’s a good person and probably the most lenient friend you’ll ever find. The Chariot - Haru Okumura: An ex-track and field runner, she hates how adults think they can just lie their way through life and not have any consequences. A good hearted person with a somewhat goofy attitude. The Magician - Futaba Sakura: A young girl who was found trapped in Kamoshida’s Palace. She eventually decided to come over to the human world and take the guise of Futaba Sakura. Kind of annoying but overall understanding and polite. He eventually came out as a male publicly, despite being a bit nervous about it. A strong-hearted individual. The Emporer - Ryuji Sakamoto: A young painter who seems to think Akira is still a girl, despite him publicly stating he was male. He’s polite but also poor, so he starves himself a lot which explains his slim yet tall figure. The High Priestess - Ann Takamaki (P5)/Kasumi Yoshizawa (P5R): The student council president of Shuujin Academy. She keeps up her polite and obeying act in public, but when she’s with the group she’s an absolute unit that no one dares cross. The Hermit - Goro Akechi: His father runs the coffee shop which Morgana is in, and he also has an obsession with video games. He serves as the navigator for the group. He is reserved and hates going out in public. The Justice - Yusuke Kitagawa: A young and upcoming detective. He may be polite in public, but he’s really a sociopath who will murder anybody and anything that upsets him. The Faith - Ann Takamaki (P5R): An elegant and intelligent young girl, who gets the top score at Shuujin, which is why she was offered a scholarship there. She’s actually very stressed out and often becomes depressed for no reason.

I don’t mean to single out a community but I’ve seen some a/kechi x joker fans that really don’t like Makoto because the game/spin offs “push” her towards the player. So it gets in the way of their ship. Same things happening with the new royal girl
I would argue that they try to entice the player with all of the female party members or even all of the female love interests in general. I didn’t really notice Makoto being pushed that much more than the others. They are all “pushed.” The persona series since 3 has very much been partly a waifu series, so that shouldn’t be surprising. It has never really gotten in the way for stories or characters for me. If someone is completely turned off by the idea of the male protagonist courting or being courted by girls, I can see them getting annoyed, but in that case, most of the persona series since 3 is arguably not for them. I’m all for including a gay option in Persona 6, and it may actually happen given what happened in Catherine: Full Body (also made by Atlus), but it shouldn’t be *expected*. This is besides the point, but as far as gay options I’d want in Persona 5, Goro would be at the bottom of the list.

Today's the day
So, I know little of January 30th in-game. I’m simply not that far in it yet, lol. So, I hope this has the right energy, and I hope it’s a fun read! I tried to make it a bit angsty, but I might be a bit rusty/unexperienced with that :/
Tick, tick, tick. The clock in Minato’s class continued on in it’s eternal march. And, most days, that constant would be a sliver of comfort to the persona user, as it promised the certainty of release from lessons. However, not that day. Not that particular January 30th.
In all of the years before 2009, January 30th would’ve been a normal day. Just another school day to get through in his bland, meaningless life. Yet, in the months that led up to that day, things had brightened up for the emo. Minato had made friends, he’d found a purpose, and even managed to find a girlfriend. In comparison to the ten years he’d spent nearly mute, alone, disillusioned, and hopeless, the blue-haired persona user’s life was on track to be a rather happy one. Even if that mentioned purpose required the Dark Hour.
But, everything that came up, had to come down, right? And just as fast as his life had turned upwards, it had crashed right back down. All started by the introduction of an odd boy by the name of Ryoji Mochizuki.
Though, Ryoji himself hadn’t been a foreboding dark spot at the start. He’d simply been an odd transfer student who didn’t bother to hide his crush on Minato Arisato and Kotone Shiomi simultaneously. Though, he was also supportive and happy for the pair when Minato had told him they’d started to date. Because, he was their friend.
And, as they’d found out seemingly last week, he’d been the harbinger of the fall.
After all of the SEES’ work to get rid of the dark hour, they’d instead sealed their own fate. And, as the final bell of the school day cried out in Gekkoukan’s halls, time continued to march them closer to that fate. But, Minato had no other choice. So, he followed the flow of students out into the crisp, winter air, Kotone at his side as she always was. Though, today, neither made a move to hold hands, or talk or flirt. Both seemed to realize the weight on their minds.
So, they walked in silence to a park near their school. Their classmates blissfully ignorant to the apocalypse that loomed while they yammered on about weekend plans or crushes. Though, despite the ambient noise of conversation around the pair of persona users, their own silence continued for long, heavy moments. Even after they found a bench to sit and watch the children race home to do homework, or blue-collared workers going about their own ‘homework’. Only broken when Kotone finally sighed, “What do we do, Mina?” And, the midnight-haired teen could only give his own heavy sigh. “There’s nothing we really cando, hon. We just have to wait and confront the Nyx avatar.” He muttered, well aware that his girlfriend had some sort of hope for a brighter answer. Yet, he had none to offer.
So, the two simply returned to their silence to watch the peace of life go on around them. Kotone laying her head on Minato’s shoulder, and the dark haired man watching the clouds in the ironically pleasant blue sky. Both, left to wait for nightfall and the unnatural, green-tinted hour.

my top 5 kdramas
1) cheese in the trap
synopsis: follows a hard-working girl in college who is struggling financially and lives in a patriarchal household. on top of that, she keeps having these weird interactions with the school’s “mr. perfect” who is handsome, rich, and smart, but has a bit of a scary side that the protagonist learns more about as their relationship grows.
there’s something about the depth and complexity of the characters, the amazing cast, and the realistic yet impactful dialogue that makes me always go back to watch it again. the style of the drama is incredibly addicting and unique and the humor is very tongue-in-cheek, just the way i like it.
2) pinocchio
synopsis: about a couple who grew up together and are trying to become reporters. the female protag has “pinocchio syndrome” which means that she can’t lie without hiccuping, and the male protag has a dark past that unravels itself more and more the closer he becomes to being a reporter.
the one thing i love about this drama is that the plot always has me at the edge of my seat. this drama constantly oscillates between tragedy and romance, but somehow manages to keep a perfect balance and pace between the two.
3) heartstrings
synopsis: takes place in a performing arts university. the male protag is an applied music major (plays the guitar) and has a cold persona, and the female protag is a traditional music major (plays the gayageum) and comes from a very traditional household. they’re basically polar opposites at face value, which makes the plot so interesting.
this was my first ever drama. it’s cheesy, cliché, and everything you’d expect from a teenage drama, yet it stays forever fond in my memories due to the undeniable chemistry between the main couple. the soundtrack for this drama is probably my favorite, and the dynamic between all the characters is so much fun to watch.
4) fight for my way
synopsis: follows a group of friends that all have big dreams, and are caught between whether they should chase their dreams or if they should relinquish their lives to reality and do what society expects of them.
the best thing this drama has going for it is its amazingly likable main cast; i rooted for every major character in this drama harder than i ever have before. this drama has moments that will make you completely melt as well as moments that will have you dying of laughter. the main couple does the childhood-best-friends trope right, and is honestly just super cute to watch.
5) school 2017
synopsis: a high school drama with an element of mystery. when the protagonist gets framed as “X”, a student who has been anonymously pranking the school, she has to catch “X” in order to prove herself innocent and escape expulsion.
like pinocchio, one of the main reasons that i enjoy this drama so much is the superlative balance between romance and plot. the writer’s attack on the corrupt education system is admirable and interesting to learn about. the lovable and youthful characters make this drama truly enjoyable, and the acting is incredible (especially considering that many of the main cast are rookie actors).

OFFICIAL ENGLISH TRAILER:
youtube
REVIEW BY GENRES:
1) Various Crimes: There are Serial Killer, Kidnapping/Abduction, Child Abuse, Gangster, Illegal Immigrant, Stalker, Human Organ Trafficking, Corrupted Company, Corrupted Police--so complete. The series touches from individual crime to organizational crime, from marginal society to upper-class community. And the gruesome of crime scene places us in reality how horror the real crime is, why they are deserved to be censored in blur like News do on TV Channel (although it’s bothersome to me who use to see gore scenes in The Walking Dead and violence in any US Crime TV Series). I like how Golden Team looks so smart along with Kang Center herself as the profiler and with a hacking skilled officer to get any information. Though, there’s one staff whose multi-language ability is seriously wasted because what she did most times are similar to the hacker, as she also seeks information through internet. However, because our protagonists come from Emergency Call Center, we see how Serious Crime Unit are always outsmarted, making us wonder if they’re a bit competent in investigating while this one should be their expertise. For example, there’s no forensic or CCTV investigation ever shown here but somehow it makes sense because all of the victims who died here are under the main antagonist’s control who could ask to be covered while Golden Team successfully rescues all victims who made the emergency call.
2) Horror Elements: A part of the success of any popular scary movie is the perfect killer. There’s no other character more interesting in the show rather than the killer himself and I can guarantee Mo Taegu would steal your attention in every of his appearance. Let me explain it: A man wearing a black raincoat with face covered behind hoodie but his devilish grin is walking closer in calm steps, a sinister voice with a gravel-like quality of his jaw cracks then strikes the fear of a tormented fresh-faced woman before brutally murdering her--that’s your first impression of him. But, it wasn’t just a typical random unfortunate person whom a serial killer encounter in the dark street with certain modus operandi, nope!! More the killer is introduced, you realize he’s a type who could appear right in front of your door or behind the window creepily, making a hiss like a dinosaur to enter your room whether he decides to kill or just intentionally scare you--we’d find he did it at least 4-5 times in the series!!! (and my fave is when Kwonjoo met his eyes behind the lookout lens of her door) And behind the mask, there’s a rich, smart, and classy-typed businessman wearing an elegant suit with charming face who enchants everyone--so charismatic. Well, there is one episode that doesn’t really makes sense when he’s brutally murdering Madam Fantasia off-screen. The body is nowhere to be found in the building while he clearly didn’t have enough time to hid it in his car unnoticeable, laundry his suit (I mean, look at how much the blood he spread on floor and wall while he killed her not under his raincoat), peeking on Kang Center who has arrived 10 minutes after the phone call only to see her reaction finding his crime scene, then come back to meeting room he left before. But fuck off the logic, once again, this is horror show; let’s enjoy every killing scene of every bone he’s crushing using his kettlebell, or grotesque art of blood he painted on the wall citing Bible quote, or when he keeps the body wrapped in his house then doing bloodbath like Elizabeth Bathory, it’s all horrifyingly entertaining. Don’t forget that his victims also made a bad move tropes to meet him and give us a death flag. As if it wasn’t enough, Taegu also has some hallucination things, how creepy it is when he stared at the policeman in the car like a supernatural horror and when he’s being murdered on his mind like a zombie scene. Although those all aren’t enough to scare me, I’m sure there are some audiences who maintain to keep watching this show with eyes peeking behind their fingers but you can’t leave it yet to see who he’d murder next and who’d be survived. You’d be surprised when it reveals he commits more crimes through his company and more number of murders he had done for years with many different sizes of his weapon that will freak you out!! And with high status to work with gangster and a certain police to cover it all whom he could just eliminate as his next murdering target if he wanted, I’ll say “Welcome to Sungwun City, Mo Taegu’s World.” He is too complete to be a psychopath, an extremely powerful evil case with intellect brain to know what he does. He could be starring his own horror movie if Voice ever made a prequel. Maybe the only thing he hadn’t done yet (or ever shown) is cooking and eating the victims' meat LOL. But seriously, as the citing bible, doing bloodbath, and keeping body or organs, comes from nowhere (that is kinda different persona from the mysterious killer in eps 1-3); the writer even can add if he was ever cannibal too.
3) The high suspense in every episode: While the main villain is horror enough, the co-villains in some emergency cases also could raise the suspension that makes you hold your chair and grit your teeth. This was the most exciting thing because you could see desperate emotions of the victims transported through the call and how The Golden Team is rescuing them, battle in countdown timer minutes by minutes, second by second. Even after the first two cases that you become to feel every rescue is predictably success, you won’t lose the suspense. Voice is directed in plot-driven like a formula one’s car and once you’re seated there, you can’t stop ‘til finish line. My fave case is the child abuse, we feel so pity and hopeless because the one who makes a call is a little boy hiding in washing machine and bleeding. The least suspense is the rescue of bus passengers as the last rescue case in eps 15, probably I’ve been pretty surfeited of the repetitive rescue (but the case is important to show how crazy Mr. Mo runs his business).
4) Full Packed Action: Well, a premise of a lead male seeks revenge for the murder of the person he loves is cliche and standard in action movies; this how Mad Dog vs Mr. Mo’s confrontation has been lead since the series prolog, we know their final battle should happen. Jinhyuk himself wouldn’t be called “Mad Dog” without reason if this genre were absent. Look how his action is performed throughout the series, especially when he beat up all the gangsters in the meat house—so intense and brutal!! Don’t ever ask his nonstop energy, this is how action genre treats the main hero. Then, I expect a same intense hand in hand combat scene as to how action movie’s climax battle should be handled, main hero and main villain are equal although it’s predictable who’d be the winner in the end. Both Mad Dog and Mr. Mo are canonly brutal, you can see the same of them staring terrifyingly and intimidating when they talked to Nam Sang Tae in different scenes; you see how strong they are. Instead, we just get a short gunfighting?! I don’t complaint the gunfighting, but I mean, can they also make a duel with Jet Kun Do vs Tae Kwon Do as the two actors have the martial art skill for real? The director could make they ran out of bullet, then fight brutally, then the cops stop them to arrest him. It’s a wasted potential because the director even had given Mad Dog’s fight against a South East Asian assassin for two episodes! However, Taegu’s ending in the rooftop scene is still satisfying. Maybe the concept of Mad Dog vs Mr. Mo kinda like Batman and Joker. Despite being evil, of course Joker is powerless compared to Batman’s strength if he ever challenged him in combat. The purpose isn’t about which one is stronger. Same as Joker provokes Batman, Taegu also enjoys provoking Jinhyuk to kill himself even by telling him how he killed his wife, to prove he’s just another monster like him. And although we see how Jinhyuk doesn't hesitate to shoot Taegu four times in the rooftop brutally, he didn’t kill him at the end as he pities his enemy. But audiences would know later how it punishes Taegu in a very cruel way unexpectedly compared to what if he just died in Jinhyuk’s hand as he wishes. And of course, he deserves it.
5) The Drama is about The Victims: As well as how the credit title is presented, it tells us that this show is about the victim’s voice in asking help that used to be abandoned by slow police procedural--including our hero and heroine’s beloved one. But not only that, the profiler’s approach to seeking the Criminal’s motive then trying to calm them, making them tremble, and feeling sympathy really reminds me of Criminal Minds; criminals can be born because they were a victim too in the past--trust me, even you’d pity Taegu in the end!
6) Almost Zero Romance:
Tbh, I don’t like the cliche that the lead male and lead female eventually hook up in the end (although I’m okay with the possible idea) so I’m glad it doesn’t happen with Voice. Even though they start to work together as a team professionally, they didn’t have to fall into an affair like duo Mulder and Scully of The X-Files. Their relationship is amazingly platonic ‘til the end as you watch them developing trust, teamwork, bond, and care to each other.
If there’s any romance ever sparking, two Kwonjoo’s staffs in Emergency Call may be hinted. The woman is cool at first while the guy is cheerful and kind of a flirt. An obsessive fan of him is even jealous of her. But as I said, it was just hinted. Their occasional heartwarming interaction may be made for taking a break in all suspense and violent cases. It wasn’t out of place since it’s just a little and eps 9 could give you space to breathe.
Well, this one depends on interpretation, but Taegu seems to have special attraction/interest of Kwonjoo sexually (of course, in a sick mind only psychopath could describe), for example when he stalked her, caressed her bed, stared at her picture, gave her a gift, happy when she found him, claimed that both of them are different from common herd, and show a disappointment that she doesn’t like it. On her profiling, Kwonjoo said why he’s “soft” at her probably because she reminds him of his mother, the only person he genuinely loves. Their chemistry is something the audiences not expecting before, especially in the rooftop scene as their climax. But I'm sure no one complaints [laughs].
Nah, the only true romance no one can’t debate is Jinhyuk’s love for his deceased wife; how he’s broken, how’s he seeks revenge, and then how he finally let it go.
OTHER POSSIBLE FLAWS:
Voice is an easy story and predictable with those action, suspense, and horror elements (although there’s still a twist); the ending is also clear, not open. The main mystery isn’t something that makes you heavily think to guess who is the culprit or suspect someone. Well, it’s enough to thrill for half series because once Taegu’s character is introduced at eps 8, the focus itself actually isn’t about a conspiracy behind the police/prosecutor institution like TvN Signal or TvN Stranger since the mastermind is the person outside it. Some audience may be fooled or even disappointed about it but I’m not (once again, I said Taegu’s character as psychopath fits more in horror tropes). The procedural pace, the variety of crimes, and the plot-driven won’t make you bored that you probably forget to ask for character development and question the logic; though, sometimes the running clock is too long to make us question if the run really happened just in 5 minutes.
The lead female’s super hearing ability is the reason why all the emergency rescues success where the title “Voice” comes from, it’s full an entertaining fiction, we know real life isn’t like that. Still, it isn’t without flaw; for example, she could amazingly hear the boy’s slow tap behind the wall through communication but she failed to hear the hitting sound Taegu made when he’s smashing Daeshik’s head in the basement right when she’s entering his house. And her ability might be useless if the criminals were smart enough to make sure there's no cellphone being kept in their victim's pocket to be able to make contacts.
OVERALL THOUGHTS:
Voice is definitely my fave Korean TV Series so far. It isn’t perfect but somehow I don’t feel this is a Kdrama at all. Look at those three main characters:
The nuance I feel around the lead female’s department and how she handles the cases is almost like when I watch US TV Series of Police Procedural Dramas (many felt like Criminal Minds mixed with 9-1-1),
the lead male’s fighting scene is like The Raid, Bourne, or John Wick (also the Surim-dong case reminds me of NCIS: New Orleans’s case “Clearwater”),
the main killer’s approach is like Wes Craven’s SCREAM and his personality is like American Psycho’s Patrick Bateman.
With these references, I don’t recommend this series to those who can’t stand to watch gruesome violence. The age rating in Korea's Standard is 19+ and if it was measured to my country's rating standard (Indonesia), it'd be 21+.
I haven’t mentioned yet that the actors and the actresses, both leads and supporting, are amazing. I don’t watch much Korean entertainment (movie and show) so this is the first time I’m introduced to them all, and suddenly both Jinhyuk’s actor (Jang Hyuk) and Taegu’s actor (Kim Jae Wook) are added to my fave list for me interested to watch their other projects. I also like the veteran actress who plays a granny in Surim-dong incident; she could act as three different characters!
I’m looking forward to Season 2 aired on 11th August 2018. Now, without Jinhyuk and Taegu’s characters anymore as their confrontation story is over; I wonder if this time The Golden Team somehow ever fails to save a life like TvN Signal and have kind of a sociopath as main villain like OCN Tunnel. Who knows? I still can’t imagine someone more psycho and charismatic than Taegu yet haha. And with a different director, it’s probably not horror as season 1 anymore, but more thriller. But most importantly, I want to see and know more about the heroine, Kang Center, she’s at least need character development since she was the core of “voice”.

How this works:
You email or message me and we discuss what your story is to be about. And an estimation on price. Once that is hashed out, I get started on working on it. Try to be a bit more detailed in what you want.
Example: If you want sex toys involved, what do you want them to do? Are they vibrators? Are they shoved up someone’s ass? Are they being sucked on? It’s not really needed, but it is very helpful and makes things a little easier for me to write out.

3/10 of my favorite game/anime. It's soo..hard to pick only 3 for each category. Kind of makes me wanna do 10 for each but ahhh...! Here’s the full res of the image here - -> https://i.imgur.com/VTd58qw.png I present Persona 3 FES & Persona 3 Portable graphic. The first persona game series I've played before picking up the other persona series ( 4, 5, Persona 4 Golden, and Persona Q : Shadow of the Labyrinth). Deleting the background image from the female protagonist was a pain. The line from the headphone took a bit because I didn't want to mess it up. I didn't anticipate it when I chose the main image (mistakes were made) but I got through it. D:< The music for the series is awesome. My favorite song for the P3 FES is the opening with Yumi Kawamura and Lotus Juice. And for the P3P version would have to be Wiping All Out. The funniest thing that has occurred was when you knew that Death was coming. When I'd hear the chains after a long while of leveling up my characters, I would try to either gate out of the dungeon or try to go to the other floor. I think it happened when I was playing the P3P version. I panicked and was like, "NOPE!!! SHIP!! Gotta go to the next floor. AHHH...!" With a few screams here and there. But Death caught me and I only lasted for a few seconds and died. ;_____; My party managed to get a few punches in but to no avail. *sigh* And then I was like, "Welp....I'm never going through that again." I'm currently replaying Persona 3 Golden. The one scene that makes me laugh all the time is when Yukiko and Chie made food for the male protagonist and Yosuke. Even though they had good intentions, they created the infamous mystery food x.
