Instantly a warm shout of greeting from several mactavishes

A couple small nieces and nephews running up to hug their uncle and stare wide-eyed up at the blonde man who stood next to him nervously.

cut to simon sitting on the floor trying to have a polite conversation with Johnnys grandma while he is dogpiled by the five young nieces and nephews

And also listening to Johnnys brother talk about his new ex-wife

Simon didn’t have to talk much because the others didn’t give him much chance

He hardly had to talk to anyone besides the kids and johnny’s grandma

which was probably best because he had to stammer through a bit of Scottish

idk im tapped for these boys but i think simon would be so happy to just be surrounded by a normal family with normal family issues and just have tea with the grandma and the kids.

there was a few arguments when Kyle joined the military and tensions have been strained.

He made up a lie about working and his family didn’t question it.

So he spent christmas with Gary’s family.

It was a fub christmas

As it turns out, Gary’s parents and sister are not even close to as quiet as Gary is

He talked and talked with Gary’s family the whole time

Gary just watched and played with his nephew

they ended up watching ‘charlie brown christmas’

Kyle was a family favorite

Do not be mean or rude to anyone, including me. This includes attacking/interrogating my or other people's headcanons, or insulting others, including other ships. If you hate a ship, I encourage you to censor the name before you trash it, but I don't really want to see that myself. Also, if I see you participating in harassment campaigns or dogpiling someone, I'm blocking you. Yes some people have terrible takes, but unless they're threatening/loudly inciting harm against others, there's no need to put someone (usually a minor/kid) on blast and essentially bully them. Let people be wrong sometimes without doing the internet equivalent of mauling them to death like a dog. That disgusts me even more than the original opinion most of the time, so cut that shit out right tf now. Dogpilers really tick me off unless the person has a nuclear level bad take (like promoting rape, which most people AREN'T doing), so please talk to people like an adult or scroll past if it's just a harmless difference in opinion.

No NSFW, no proship, no hate/weird stuff. I won't be posting any of this stuff and I don't want to see it. You can crop it for roleplay reasons (I've done that before) and I guess you can edit it, but please don't do anything weird with it like changing it for an agenda or being mean to people with it. I don't assume people will use my art or anything, but I'm just putting that out there 'cuz I'm personally fine with it. Icons and the like, idk. You don't have to ask for my permission-- my art will be free for non-commercial use like Miku. 😇 If you do something super elaborate with it though, I'm kind of curious and would probably like to know. xD (Not forcing you though as long as you don't claim my art is yours/belongs to you/was made by you.) This is lowkey an echo chamber/fandom archive where I yap to my heart's content, but interacting with me is fine as long as you're not weird/entitled about it! ^^ I love reading nice tags! Nobody's perfect, so if I ever do anything wrong, I would greatly appreciate that being pointed out to me privately and I'll amend my ways. I genuinely do not want to be a hypocrite or hurt anyone, so I appreciate people NOT coming at me combatively/assuming the worst of me and making my own space unpleasant for me. Rude messages will be deleted and I don't block easily, but if you tick me off enough, I will genuinely block you. I may take a while to reply but that's because I'm busy. However, this is not an invitation to invalidate what I like/claim it's problematic or immoral when it literally isn't (I'm open to discussions about it as long as it's in good faith/isn't forcing me to explain myself for existing or liking things). You can just dislike certain things without moralizing everything; it's okay to dislike things, but not everyone (especially the ones who like it) wants to hear about it. You can dislike something for literally any reason and it's your right-- what's wrong is imposing your dislike on other people when other people aren't doing anything wrong, so please don't do that or you will get blocked. It's fine to call certain things out but many people need to be reminded that they're talking to another human, and not everyone has the same upbringing or understanding of the world. Don't bully/harass each other.

I may add more if I need to, but I think I don't.

💖 Ship that needs more love:

This one was also asked on the previous ask and I say the same as I said to that: look above - Bela/Farin! No but... I’m sometimes even ashamed by my obsession. Like... I’m 29 why do I obsess with a ship so much? And I’ve been like this for the last 11 years.

I often feel like I’m almost alone with this ship because no one else takes it as “serious” as I do - I can get a bit fanatic but I still don’t see myself as that fanatic. At least I’m not shoving the ship into their faces, I’d never do to anyone, not even when the “ship sails itself” like it really does in their case. But it’s just that I have been hyperfixating on this ship for 11 years now and I don’t think there will be an end ever and it’s hard to find people to talk about this because I could talk about it for hours, and I love watching videos and analyzing their body language, but I just feel like I bore everyone to death when I start doing that. That is actually the main reason for why I even make my B/F videos - so that I can observe the body language and show other people what I have found, but I still make these videos mainly for myself so that I don’t need to look for clips from millions of different folders but I can just click a video and here I have everything important rolling in front of my eyes in a row. And in the meantime that has also taught me more about video editing and now I also love editing and I have started to use more humour with them and I feel like I’m not making those video only for myself, but I’m also talking to whoever might be watching, but still my main reason is not to gain views but just to have fun with the video editing tool and to have some way to channel my shitty sense of humour.

But yeah, I wouldn’t say the ship is underappreciated in the fandom, everyone knows about it and probably all more or less like it, or maybe don’t care, but I’ve never seen it happen in this fandom that people would attack others just because they ship it. But I also haven’t been around that long, and I don’t know what’s going on in the “inner circles”. I still don’t feel like I’m a part of a fandom, I’m just... here observing and having fun alone so I have no clue, maybe there is drama? I don’t know and I don’t really care to know either.

Maybe this is not that much about a ship that needs more love but a shipper who needs more shipper friends to talk about the ship with ::DDd
