I look at him and see the anger I wish I was brave enough to have and the sorrow I've breathed since I was born I think that if I can save him I can save the ugliest angriest parts of myself. He's so girl coded, he's so deeply hurt, he's so pathetic, he's me without anxiety, he's my pookie.

He feels so much and I feel so much it burns me up too. We both live in sad shades of blue.

— i think we touched on this briefly once regarding duplicates BUT!! i said it another of these duplicate anxiety is valid, but that doesn't mean i understand it imo. i can get feeling "intimidated" or anxious or something regarding someone else's portrayal of a character you write, but from my viewpoint, the characters i write are not only characters i want to write, but want to interact with too with other characters of mine at my disposal. i think there's something so nice about talking to other writers about characters you both write and in some cases orchestrating scenarios at which they can co-exist, because like in a multi-verse sense, the character differences that exist because two different people are interpreting them just further like, the joy of it for me. every writer will focus on different aspects of the same character and highlight some more than others and it's always so interesting and refreshing to see other takes. i will say that sometimes people butcher characters i love (none of my lovely mutuals) and so i can get not liking duplicates in that sense, but then that's less duplicate anxiety and more just ... not liking the direction someone has taken. tldr: i love duplicates!!!

I often see Natsume not wearing any protection when doing his experiments. Reine has to nag him to wear safety goggles and gloves, chemicals can be very harmful when in contact with the skin

it was so unexpected that natsune can't cast a spell quick enough to hide his blushing cheeks from them!!
