Help what is MV Agusta?? I’ve seen that name dropped earlier this year, but I know fuck all about motorcycle brands. Will it be allowed?? I know Dorna wants a new manufacturer, so what’s the possibility they’ll accept??

MV Augusta is another bikes manufacturer, and it uses to be in the championship on their own (it's an historic one actually), and recently it was in Moto2 with their logo on the Forward bikes (they used to be called MV Augusta, but they didn't do anything on the team). They are also at the European Moto2/JuniorGP and WSSP.

MV Augusta has been partially brought by KTM/Pierer Mobility and apparently they want to revitalize them and a way to do it is bringing it back to the championship (more exposure means more people knowing about them and selling more bikes).

Would it be allowed? Yes but only in 2 ways:

New customer team from an existing manufacturer in Moto2 and Moto3. Basically buy a bike from Kalex, SpeedUp in Moto2 and/or KTM (Husqvarna, GasGasor CFMoto) in Moto3 and put teir own logo.

Or build their own bikes and put together a new team for any category. (Rumours indicate it's MotoGP with all the moviment and singing rider/test riders under the Pierer Mobility group.

What won't be allowed is create a new satellite team in MotoGP to slap the MV Augusta logo on it. they can brive other teams to switch manufacturers and do a GasGas/Tech3, but it didn't work with Gresini and LCR Honda is staying until finishing his contract with Honda (ends nex year I thin).

DORNA will actually be happy to have back an historic team, but the problem will be making sure they are not completely coping KTM if they are going to be developed in the same place. I know there's a few blurry lines as Husqvarna and GasGas and CFMotos are allowed to call themselves new manufactures when in reality their base is the same as KTM bike in Moto3.

This actually will make some teams *Ducati* mad, and protest, to make sure it's not a KTM in other colour (says the team with a fucking army), but as far as they can prove they have come up with those new stuff on their own and copying from looks something they already know it works (remember that this is how team are developing currently with the hole shot or aero), but has not been produced and tested by KTM they will be okay (I think).

I'm talking about MV Augusta because it's the one will be less criticized, and its the one being floating around, but it could be the same for GasGas, which actually was suggested already last year in the Tech3/GasGas or Husqvarna (but KTM said they prefer them to stay off road).

I hope this helps, and it's really happening, MotoGP and DORNA will be posting what it's allowed and what it is not for them to do

The Story/Secret of Us

So I believe I may have just solved a major piece of the puzzle and finally figured out WHY the tortured poets have been sending us these anonymous messages to help us solve it. I think this entire rabbit hole is a gift to us true fans which is why we got all of those cryptic present 🎁 anon messages. Alllll of these songs are dedicated to us (except for So High School and I will explain why I think this in more detail later). THIS is The Story or Secret of Us. The "secret" is this rabbit hole of connections and this secret language or code of symbols and metaphors we've all learned how to speak (sunshine/daylight/gold/yellow = Karlie/being out of the closet/queer love/happiness, 3 = Speak Now, orange = karma, etc). The "us" is the tortured poets and us true fans who share this secret language.

Another important part of understanding this puzzle is that some of these songs are time sensitive 🕰️ and like a prophecy (The Prophecy) waiting to be fulfilled. So after a certain point, some songs can no longer be applied bc that "scene" in the movie has already passed (If This Was A Movie). They want us to essentially play our part in the story they've written. Right now we are playing the part of Paul Revere or Cassandra warning swifties of what's coming (likely on Sept 28). And we're also acting as Taylor's wings/angels catching her when she falls off her pedestal (see this post). They want us to think of these moments when we listen to these songs bc they want them to be personally relatable bc that's part of our gift. I think this is what Taylor meant when she said

"Let me tell you my secret little dream for this evening. These are songs that I have written about my life or things I've felt at one point in time, whether I was a teenager, in my 20s, or a couple yrs ago. But after tonight when you hear these songs out and about in the world, my dream is that you're gonna think about tonight and the memories we made here together" (x)

and what present anon meant when they said

"Reach those lanterns a little bit higher. For you shall receive a metaphor so dire" (x).

"Then the actors (us true fans and the tortured poets) were hitting their marks and the slow dance was alight with the sparks and the tears fell in synchronicity with the score" // "It's a normal thing to fall in love with movie stars when the lights are low and red at all their favorite bars. And the story you want is the story you get. Are you special or was this all scripted in his head?...Don't worry, I know I'll see you again. Uh-huh, you'll make me cry when it comes to an end. You were all that we hoped (The Prophecy), but I can't recommend getting close, I should've known, but I'll see you again" (x). The tortured poets have invited us to "dance" with them by being a part of this movie. If we accept this invitation, then we essentially become the muse of these songs.

I think Gracie playing In Between as a surprise song on 9/19 was an easter egg for Lizzy’s song Pushing It Down and Praying that was released 9/20. I think the mv for this song is the visual representation of the 🫚 message about the audience member (us true fans) becoming a part of the magic show and also the teenage love triangle in folklore. In this story, we are playing the character Wendy/Betty while the tortured poets play the character Peter/James. Swifties or the fans who don’t see this metaphorical story are Augusta/Augustine, the girl that James cheats on Betty with in august. So even though the teenage love triangle is technically fictional, there are seeds of truth in it. This is what Taylor was trying to explain during the eras tour betty speeches when she said she created these fictional characters and she was acting as the narrator of their story (x). Role Model, who stars in the Pushing It Down and Praying mv, is also the opening act for Gracie's TSOU tour which is another connection.

And to add even more evidence to this theory, the teenage love triangle also makes an appearance in Gracie’s discography. Gracie has a song called Augusta on TIWIFL which just so happens to be the name of one of the characters in the love triangle. It is also the name of a town in Maine which is where Gracie’s family is from. There are 3 songs in total on TIWIFL that are named after towns in Maine—Camden, Augusta, and Rockland. If you put the first letters of these songs together, they spell out “CAR.” “Standing in your CARdigan, kissing in my CAR again,” “And when I felt like I was an old CARdigan under someone’s bed, you put me on and said I was your favorite," 2:46 in betty ("She said 'James, get in, let's drive'") corresponding with 2:46 in august ("Remember when I pulled up and said get in the CAR").

august, betty, cardigan (the 3 sides or perspectives of the love triangle) are “ABC” bc the alphabet or capital letters are one of the major keys to solving this puzzle. As I mentioned in this post, I think Audrey has been helping to plant easter eggs. She posted Capital Letters by Hailee Steinfeld on her insta 3 times which is quite interesting and she also included this song in her Summa playlist.

What makes this even more suspicious is that she specifically chose timestamps in the songs (1:11 and 1:23) that have these lyrics ⬇️ and she posted the 1:11 timestamp TWICE which indicates that she really wanted to emphasize it. "God I'm jumping in the deep end, it's more fun to swim in. Heard the risk is drowning but I'm gonna take it."

Another thing that I think ties in with all of this is the Stephen Colbert interview. In this post below, I explain why I think the pizza on the mood board represents PR/bearding/showmanship/magic. I also explain how the letters that spell out Stephen's name are a huge clue and are related to the Peter Pan metaphor that is a through line in both Gracie's and Taylor's music. This is another example of "capital letters" or the alphabet being the key to solving the puzzle.

Going back to what I said in the first paragraph, this entire rabbit hole of cross-referenceable songs is dedicated to us except for the "pizza" So High School which is the one song she dedicated to 🏈 This is why Taylor's mood board had one slice of pizza while every other picture was of Stephen.

So all of this put together, means that Pol will be part of the development team with Dani for the possible MV Agusta team, and that means not 3 but more wild cards. And he has a shot to get one of that seat

OMG! OMG! OMG! The damn thing sank! What do I do? Rose and Whitey said to relax. I was living 50 miles east of them in Upland and they said to just come in tomorrow, and we will discuss it. Don’t worry, we are insured. So, I went in and saw that we were insured for 110% which is slightly more profit than if it had arrived, or so I thought. I called Richard Horton, and he laughed at me. “Why are you worried? I was paralyzed and then in a panic. I called Rose and was almost crying. We were going to lose $450,000. I would be fired. When Lloyd’s discovered the offloading, they would never honor the policy. I went to see Rose in a panic the next day. She had a big smile on her face. How could she see this as humorous in any way? “Dear, she said, I can get us out of this. Luca Martin, direttore operativo e vice amministratore delegato di MV Agusta, in un incontro con la stampa ha chiarito i dettagli dell’acquisizione del pacchetto di maggioranza della storica casa motociclistica varesina da parte di Ktm. Un chiarimento necessario, alla luce dei trascorsi non proprio idilliaci tra l’industria motociclistica del territorio e il colosso austriaco, che nel 2013 decise di chiudere lo stabilimento di Husqvarna di Biandronno e di trasferire tutta l’attività in Austria.Anche se Martin sottolinea che si stia parlando di «due operazioni totalmente diverse», nell’immaginario collettivo di questa provincia il marchio Ktm viene associato a quella traumatica chiusura, talmente traumatica che alcuni parlamentari di allora in una interrogazione al Governo la definirono «un saccheggio industriale». Una narrazione che il vice amministratore delegato di MV Agusta smentisce, svelando il reale progetto che l’industriale austriaco aveva in serbo per Husqvarna. «Stefan Pierer mi ha raccontato che prevedeva di mantenere lo stabilimento in provincia di Varese – racconta Martin – Non aveva comprato quell’azienda per trasferirla in Austria ma per realizzare un obiettivo strategico: togliere dal mercato un competitor che produceva moto di una categoria superiore. E non certamente per chiudere lo stabilimento. Ben presto però si rese conto che dentro Husqvarna, oltre a bravi tecnici, c’erano persone che non potrei definire se non con una parola volgare. Allora decise che sarebbe stato più sano chiudere tutto e trasferire quella produzione in Austria». CINQUE ANNI FA I PRIMI CONTATTI CON SARDAROV  Martin, che ha un passato alla Ducati ed è in Ktm dal 2018, ha fatto chiarezza anche sulla tempistica dell’operazione che ha portato gli austriaci ad acquisire la maggioranza di Mv Agusta. I primi contatti formali tra la famiglia Sardarov e Stefan Pierer risalirebbero a ben cinque anni fa. Dopo una prima acquisizione del 25,1% nel 2022, ad accelerare la cessione del 50,1% al gruppo austriaco, secondo il direttore operativo, sarebbe stata la consapevolezza di Timur Sardarov di aver trovato il partner industriale giusto per crescere. «Pensare di portare avanti Mv Agusta da soli, è praticamente impossibile – spiega Martin – e tra noi c’è stato un confronto continuo su questo tema. È ovvio che la forza di Pierer sta nelle persone che hanno una grande esperienza nel fare fabbrica, non solo distribuzione». PRODURRE BELLE MOTO NON BASTA Nonostante Sardarov in questi anni abbia investito tanti soldi, l’azienda ha continuato a  manifestare due elementi di debolezza congenita: da una parte la distribuzione del prodotto e il servizio ricambi e assistenza; dall’altra una produzione troppo bassa e un sottoutilizzo degli impianti produttivi che potenzialmente potrebbero arrivare a produrre fino a quindicimila moto all’anno.Attualmente la produzione si è attestata tra le seimila e le settemila moto, mentre gli austriaci si sono posti l’obiettivo realistico di dodicimila pezzi.Con questi numeri quella di Mv Agusta nei piani di Ktm continuerà ad essere una produzione di nicchia e di lusso, ma sostenibile dal punto di vista economico. «Sei vuoi produrre moto, devi: generare profitto, avere qualità ed essere apprezzato dal mercato» sintetizza Martin.Il marchio, definito «una ciliegina sulla torta per Ktm», avrà una sua indipendenza – si parlerà infatti di Mv Agusta Italia – nel rispetto di una storia straordinaria. LA RETE DEI CONCESSIONARI L’obiettivo è dunque mantenere quel livello di artigianalità che rende uniche ed esclusive le moto prodotte a Varese e al tempo stesso sfruttare le sinergie industriali che un colosso come Ktm può garantiresia nella distribuzione che nella catena di fornitura. La distribuzione è già stata centralizzata in Austria dove le moto vengono spedite dalla Schiranna per poi essere redistribuite ai vari dealer. Il nuovo management ha fatto un grande lavoro di razionalizzazione sulla rete dei concessionari, passando dai 35 presenti sul territorio nazionale ai diciotto atttuali, a cui si aggiungono nove centri di assistenza.
La selezione, effettuata con criteri molto rigidi, inizia a far sentire i suoi effetti sulle vendite. Secondo il vice amministratore delegato, lo sviluppo della copertura geografica dei concessionari a livello globale porterà un ulteriore 40% di volumi produttivi. LA STORIA SIAMO NOI Molti dei manager arrivati nel quartier generale della Schirannalavoravano già in ktm e sono rientrati in Italia per far parte di questa sfida. Martin cita il presidente e ceo Hubert Trunkelpolz: «In questo tipo di matrimonio, bisogna accettare il cambiamento.
