I rebuke the ask saying shipping Kataang says you project onto Aang,i'm a Katara kinnie and i had a crush on Aang as a kid.I have a crush on Zuko now and i ship Ty Luko because i project onto both of them(not into Ty Lee but my girlfriend is like her so both sides count)

So it's been pointed out before that Azula was very OK with Mai dating Zuko and potentially becoming his wife, the next Firelady, and her sister in law, but would Azula be OK with it if Ty Lee was the one dating Zuko? I'm inclined to say no, not because Azula hates Ty Lee or anything like that, but because Azula thinks Ty Lee is highly irresponsible for ignoring her duty to her family to run off to some circus, for refusing to serve her nation when her princess asked her to, for her refusal to conform, for her willingness to hit on any boy who looks her way, etc.

It's not that Azula doesn't like or love Ty Lee or even that Azula doesn't think highly of her, it's just that Azula would think that Ty Lee is not very suitable to be Firelady.
