Enjoy Keto Herb Rubbed Pork Loin Roast, which is very tasty. This is a delicious paleo and low-carb meal because the herbs make the pork loin smell great and go well with it. #KetoRoast #LowCarbDinner #PaleoRecipe
Ingredients: 1 3-4 lbs pork loin roast. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 teaspoons dried rosemary. 2 teaspoons dried thyme. 1 teaspoon dried sage. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 375F 190C. Sage, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a small bowl to make the herb rub. Use paper towels to dry the pork loin roast. Cover the pork loin with a lot of olive oil by rubbing it on. Spread the herb rub generously over the whole pork loin, pressing the herbs into the meat to help them stick. Put the pork loin in a roasting pan or on a baking sheet with a wire rack inside it. For medium-doneness, roast in an oven that has already been heated for about an hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 145F 63C. Take it out of the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes before cutting it. Cut up this tasty Keto Herb Rubbed Pork Loin Roast into slices and serve for a delicious meal. A keto-friendly twist on the classic carbonara recipe, substituting pasta with spiralized zucchini for a low-carb alternative. Creamy, savory, and satisfying!
Ingredients: 2 large zucchinis, spiralized. 4 slices of bacon, diced. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 large eggs. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Salt and black pepper to taste. Chopped parsley for garnish optional.
Instructions: Fry bacon bits in a big pan over medium-low heat until they are crispy. Take the bacon out of the pan and set it aside. Leave the bacon fat in the pan. In a skillet with bacon fat, add minced garlic and cook for about one minute, until the garlic smells good. Add the spiralized zucchini to the pan and cook for two to three minutes, until the zucchini is soft but still has some bite to it. Grate Parmesan cheese and add eggs to a small bowl. Mix them together using a whisk. Take the pan off the heat and quickly mix the zucchini with the egg mixture. The eggs will cook and the sauce will get creamy from the leftover heat. Watch out not to break the eggs. Toss the cooked bacon back into the pan after you add it back in. To taste, add salt and black pepper. If you want, you can add chopped parsley as a garnish. Serve right away and enjoy!

This keto-friendly recipe is perfect for a satisfying meal that's easy to make and sure to please.
Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1/2 cup sugar-free barbecue sauce. 4 slices cooked bacon. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese. 2 tablespoons chopped green onions optional.
Instructions: Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C. Add salt and pepper to both sides of the chicken breasts. A skillet that can go in the oven should have olive oil in it. It will take about 34 minutes on each side to brown the chicken breasts after adding them to the pan. BBQ sauce should be spread on each chicken breast. Put a slice of bacon on top of every chicken breast. Add cheddar cheese shreds on top of the bacon. Shred some Monterey Jack cheese and put it on top of the cheddar. Place the skillet in an oven that has already been heated up. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the cheese is melted and bubbling. If you want, you can add chopped green onions as a garnish before serving.

Ingredients: 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef. 2 bell peppers, thinly sliced. 1 onion, thinly sliced. 8 oz cream cheese, softened. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/2 cup beef broth. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper. 1 tbsp olive oil.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Put olive oil in a pan and heat it over medium-low heat. Put in the garlic, onion, and bell pepper. For about 5 minutes, or until softened, saut. Place sliced roast beef in the pan and cook until hot all the way through. Put cream cheese, mayonnaise, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix them together. Spread half of the cream cheese mix across the bottom of a baking dish. Put the cooked beef and vegetable mix on top of the cream cheese. Cover the beef and vegetables with the rest of the cream cheese mixture. Add shredded mozzarella cheese on top. After the oven is hot, bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown. Allow it to cool a bit before serving.

Keto Zucchini Noodles with Pesto and Grilled Chicken

Ingredients:
For the Pesto:
2 cups fresh packed basil leaves
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup pine nuts toasted (or walnuts for a twist)
1 large clove garlic, quartered
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Chicken:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (or dried basil, oregano, and thyme)
For the Zucchini Noodles:
4 medium-sized zucchinis, spiralized into noodles
2 tablespoons olive oil Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Step 1: Make the Pesto:
In a food processor, combine the basil, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, pine nuts (or walnuts), and garlic.
Pulse until coarsely chopped.
With the food processor running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until the pesto reaches your desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
Step 2: Grill the Chicken:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Then, slice it into thin strips.
Step 3: Prepare the Zucchini Noodles:
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.
Add the zucchini noodles and sauté for 2-3 minutes, or until they're just tender but not mushy.
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4: Assemble the Dish:
Toss the zucchini noodles with half of the pesto sauce until well coated.
Plate the zucchini noodles and top with the grilled chicken strips.
Drizzle the remaining pesto sauce over the chicken.
Optionally, garnish with extra Parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves.
