Our scries for our random fathoms (we got SO lucky with the girl, the boy was a bit harder to scry but I like his tropical colors)

And our anniversary hatch, who we just knew would make a great fathom. We wanted to do glowtail since it made her tail look like a big piece of kelp, but... we're already spending gems on the yellow one so we need to stop somewhere.

And also with this new breed, I'm changing my plans for my Flight Rising version of me. I guess this counts as a fandragon since I'm a fictive?

a small win for me. i have an Issue where i scry fandragons and i Have to have the Perfect Colors when i make the actual dragon

yesterday i decided i wanted to make a jrwi fandragon and instead of scrying, i looked at other peoples fandragons of the same character (shoutout to the five lairs who have william wisp fandragons) for inspiration, and i narrowed it down to a color range and went to the auction house

behold, i found a wonderful dragon that fit perfectly, scried some genes, and bam. my loserboy dragon is here without having to nest lend, find parent dragons, or wait months for the right egg

a small loss: i will never make a dragon with constellation ever again. my boy. he cost me like 2.5kg

My Otto Octavius/Doc Ock fandragon! I was again inspired by some of the Doc Ock fandragons I've seen over the years but after watching No Way Home I knew I had to get the spirit of Alfred Molina into my dragon lair somehow. Obelisks are just. a++ perfect for Molina!Doc Ock, because they look so huggable and soft, just like Alfred Molina. and also who else was going to call my Peter Parker fandragon 'My dear boy'???

Note that he wears a sage tassel, which I've been using to symbolize brilliance and genius amongst my Spider-people fandragons, because he is also a genius who deserves a tassel (and also it brought the outfit together so nicely)

I expect Octavius here was a brilliant but arrogant scientist who sought to harness the power of the sun and had it backfire horribly on him. Are the arms some type of weird magic?? Influence of the Shade??? i have no idea, but until FR decides to make Doc Ock robot arm apparel, the Grasps are here to stay

Oooo she’s cool! I love your art in her bio! It’s very pretty! As for the dragon herself, the Victor’s skull is definitely what makes this dragon. It shows so much personality. However I do feel like some of her apparel is a bit too busy, especially with all those halos layered over each other. Unless you were going for a chaotic energy with the layering? I also love the new space scene for her!

A space child! If I could steal this dragon I 100% would. Starcon on veils goes hard and plum is a GREAT color. I had no idea plum gave a blue gradient effect for constellation on veils. I’m in love with the look. And the accent doesn’t distract from the natural beauty of the dragon, but enhances it.

Omg a Jeff the Killer fandragon. I did not expect to see a creepypasta inspired dragon. You did a great job at making him look like the character! I even thought of Jeff the Killer before looking at his name or bio.

I appreciate a nice basic/basic dragon now and then! Cobalt smirch looks good with steel! I can also relate to tough breeding projects when you’re trying to get a nonexistent combo. I was working on my own rare color combo project with special eyes when the eye update happened too. Congrats on completing your boy!

Oh this is a fun looking dragon! I like how you’ve layered all the feathered apparel. This dragon is Extra Birb and I love them. I’ve never heard of the Seedeater creepypasta before but I do appreciate a neat creepy bird creature.

Alpijskija

A nice frosty dragon! They look nice and cozy for the winter in their arctic apparel. The steampunk wings and goggles were also a nice addition! I was honesyly surprised that their primary was oilslick because with the combo of their apparel and the white from piebald you can hardly see any of the oilslick on them! It’s a neat affect that makes them look more wintery!

Rubin

This lad has a fun ID! That’s a lot of 4s! I like how the bloodstone cascades match his berry opal. The purple birdskull goes surprisingly well with the helpful healer’s apparel.

Wysper

A spooky look! I LOVE the layering of the sanddune rags, bone crown and antlers! It gives this guy such a unique look. It’s extremely well done! The fuchsia ghost on top of black crystal is also such a good look I love contrasting bright colors on top of dark and ghost is one of the best genes to do that! Everything about how you’ve dressed him is very good, but the smokeswirl really ties everything together.

Ohen

This dragon is on fire! Ironic considering they’re an ice dragon. I love the effect of sunshine smoke over oilslick. I also like how well the apparel blends into the dragon. It’s subtle yet helps the dragon pop. The haunting apparel really help give this dragon that ‘on fire’ look. the accent is also simple but effective. The antlers from the accent gives them such a unique look!

Is that a WEED dragon? Highly illegal. I am reporting you to the mods. I’m joking, I’m joking. I enjoy the funny weed dragon.This is a perfect dragon for the Marva eyes and I’m loving the addition of all the plants and the mushrooms.

Exhibit A: Eyeless Jack fandragon. Bro's literally some dude with a mask and sad goopy shadow primal eyes. Pearlcatcher is simple. Pearlcatcher has the edgy 2000s emo boy hair. Pearlcatchers are the perfect fandragon breed because they have the most human vibes/proportions, and since I do nothing but fandragons, they are a key part of my scrying toolbox. Pearlcatcher my beloved.

Exhibit B: deep sea dragon. Pearlcatcher has a perfect body to wing ratio, which displays all genes beautifully and in perfect harmony. LOOK AT HIM. Pearlcatcher, my beloved.

Exhibits C and D: vulture culture gang. Pearlcatcher is the perfect size and pose for outfits of All Kinds and All levels of complexity. Eyeless Jack fandragon is simple. Brown bone dragon is medium. And icy fortress of solitude is complex, boasting a Maxed Apparel Slot Outfit. Yet all display their outfits perfectly in an easy-to-see way. Pearlcatcher. My beloved.

Exhibits E, F, and G: Smirch. Did you know? Smirch was made for Pearlcatcher!! They have a gene All To Themselves. And my my my, do they look Snazzy. Pearlcatcher. My. Beloved.

Exhibits H, I, and J: moar!!!!! Pearlcatcher looks beautiful in all genes! Look how pretty they all are!! Pearlcatcher has unique colors too!! You won't find J's swath of light blue on Any Other Slime Pose.

I’m so weak for a perma baby. I love perma babies and I love copper and robin together. Emrey is such a sweet lil baby boy. I hope nothing bad happens to him :))) The only way he could be more perfect is if he had lightning facet to match his ghost.

okay okay okay I’m only gonna do two perma babies or this would just be a lair review of your perma babies but I LOVE. Wysp my beloved.The sparkles that go with the Ice primal. The boulder’s dark color matching the wing tips of the blend? Chef’s kiss. Best babies are coatl babies and that is a hill I will die on literally forever. And I love their cute lil matching but not matching familiar :3

I’m a sucker for a good fucked up shouldn’t be alive type dragons. Tho this is a fake ass Plague dragon *squints at you*. But sacrifices must be made for color so I get it. Love the aesthetic and seeing old apparel used. The gossamer silks look like loose bandages and I’m so here for it.

I always Inked mantle and the Light version but always have trouble doing so so I love seeing dragons who can pull them off. He’s a very pretty and EXPENSIVE dragon WHOOO! XYY abyss g1. You either got mad lucky or coughed up a small fortune. I don’t love the veil but I don’t like that apparel in general. I think it’d be nicer to see his face and just give him the fillet.

what’d I say about a lair full of eldritch horrors? Yeah. We got one in Azariel. A not-dragon horror. Its a shame the apparel covers the rest of the accent but you got the impotant bits, the skull, runic halo, and sword hilt. Another fake ass wannabe Plague dragon you’re hiding behind daredevil covers. Not that I blame you lol. Lore is nice and spooky, he’s nice and spooky, dress up is appropriately horrific. Good not-dragon.

Last we’re doing Deerking jUST because his broadcast got me by the throat. KING OF WHAT, CROW!?!?!? But honestly he looks cool. Very interesting mix of colors, one of which you can only see very little on his tail and wing bone. His apparel is... an interesting choice I don’t hate? A mish mash of weird shit that all works together fairly well.

Honorable mention being all your TMA fandragons and how Martin’s the only one with an actual name lololol (Michael doesn’t count bc its name isn’t really Michael)
