Built a little freebox with my SO as a little weekend project. She filled it full of homemade keychains to give away. Neat little project out of scrap wood, an old unusable drawer and a broken picture frame. Uploaded it to falling fruit, let's see how it does.

Recently a friends little library was ransacked of children books with poc mc and lgbtq+ themes and then filled with catholic books. You can hear her talk about it here

Everyone is free to choose their religious beliefs as much as everyone is free to choose which books they wanna read. Them replacing those specific books with theirs feels just wrong.

Anyway I wanted to post about it here, especially during banned books month, and to leave the link to her little library wishlist in case any of you is in the US and wants to help make these books more accessible for the kiddos.

Absolutely, everything by @charnelhouse . She’s my favorite author on Tumblr right now. Her Joel one shots are truly captivating and evoke you with genuine emotions the reader is feeling. Plus, she’s helllllla spicy. Her f!reader Dolly is kickass and her relationship with Joel is intense. If I had to pick, these few one shots are ones I love to reread and can’t get enough of.
