Tbh I don’t like some of the changes that the remake is doing

It looks like they’re retconning or rewriting some of the characters unlikeable aspects in order to make them appeal to the player more and make them seem nicer.

But the whole reason why people like these characters in the first place is because of their flaws and their “unlikeable” traits, it makes them way more complex and interesting. You kind of take away from their depth if you just pretend that those bad aspects of the character don’t exist anymore. Now they’re kinda boring, because you cut away their most interesting parts.
