Co-op Battle: Leviathan
Schedule/Duration:
Monday to Wednesday of each week of February. The timeslots are still the same (19:00~19:29, 21:00~21:29, 23:00~23:29).
Information
Leviathan is weak against Wind.
Leviathan only uses magic attacks. Therefore, defense members should prioritize magic defense.
In normal state, Leviathan uses low power attacks that target a lot of players. When enraged, it will start using powerful attacks, but will target fewer players.
At co-op level 41+, Leviathan’s guard is harder to break and its enraged attacks are even more powerful.
At co-op level 46+, Leviathan’s charge attack time is shortened during its enraged status.
At co-op level 51+, Leviathan uses the charge attacks more frequently, and its guard is even harder to break, though its magic defence is greatly lowered.

“All that Rosie and Levi left behind for their friends were their shadows…”
These girls are my and theunlikelynerds mun’s FeMCs from the Harry Potter app game, Hogwart’s Mystery. We often plot with these girls, and I had a lot of fun planning Levi’s story.

Chapter 16
"Did you just say Majestic Octopus?" asked Talon. I nodded, Leviathan tells me, "Have you lost your mind? She's the most terrifying Zanpakutō amongst us." "She doesn't sound scary to me," I told her, "I'm going to look for her blade." "Here's the thing," said Talon, "You don't find her, she finds you when you least expect it." "I just need her to put Suho in his place and maybe help him through," I said to him, "That's all I need her to do, the rest is up to her." I was like that with Shadow Phoenix, Majestic Octopus will do that because Suho needs to have that feeling of having a loving and caring mother. I went to Raven and asked, "Where can I go to Majestic Octopus favorite places to show up?" "Near water," she said, "She'll show up if you need her to do something that might be important." "Oh it is," I said, "Suho broke." That's all she needed to hear apparently, I hear her say, "Broke you say?" "Yeah, he never had parents who cared for him and his well being," I told her, "He's now a lost soul, I found out he's been spiritually trapped by them and forced to come back to life." "I see," she said, "Well, I'll be by his side no matter what he says because he better not talk back to me." "Can I?" I asked. She nodded, "You are the one who summoned me over so I have no choice but to obey your every word." "Not every word, just go easy on him," I said to him. I went back and noticed that her blade is a regular katana but with tentacle markings from the hilt. I went to Suho, he looks at me, I tell him, "This is your new Zanpakutō, Suho." He took Majestic Octopus, then I hear her say to me, "By the way, call me River, better tell him that." "This is Majestic Octopus but she prefers River," I told him, "She's going to be with you until you are sure that you want to be away from here for forever." "Actually I want to go there but also keep using her in future battles," Suho said. River tells him, "You may, but I'm only limited to what I am told to do by Akari here." "Stay with him," I said, "I mean it this time, he has no idea on how to handle things on his own." "I see," she said, "Well, you might need to get the other elemental Zanpakutō spirits from the other guys." "Elemental?" I asked. She nodded, Talon told me, "I'm an Earth Elemental, Leviathan is a Water Elemental, Raven is a Healing Elemental, Blizzard is an Ice Elemental, Grim Panther is a Dark Elemental, Masked Halo is of course a Light Elemental, Jaguar is a Balance Elemental, Serene Jewel is a Psychic Elemental, Hurricane is an Air Elemental, Curious Heart is a Storm Elemental, Winter is a Cosmic Elemental, and Tiger is a Steel Elemental." "Long story short, we are all siblings of Shadow Phoenix," said Leviathan. Shadow Phoenix nodded, I looked at River and I asked, "Do you have any relation to them?" "Oh child, you sure are curious," said River, "I have no relation to them, just a friend to them." After that, I couldn't believe on what I just heard, then Talon said, "To tell you the truth, Kyungsoo, the one who was previously my wielder, River told me that she would look over the EXO guys, apparently she was waiting for all 12 of them to be reunited by someone like you." "So, wait, are you guys saying that all of you elementals were supposed to be wielded by me?" I asked. Leviathan said, "Yes, though I'm all forward to be Natsume's Zanpakutō." "Though it wouldn't be right," said Talon, "She would be totally unbalanced." "Um I have Shadow Phoenix," I said to them. She came to us and said, "That may be true but in future battles, you might have no choice but to use not only me, but the others." "Alright, how about this, I can only fight with 3 weapons at a time," I said, "So, the others would be familiars attached one of you." "Are you choosing which 3 to chose?" asked Talon. I nodded, "Shadow Phoenix of course, Leviathan, and you Talon." "That's a great choice," said Leviathan. I know I made a very wise and great choice because I was actually seeing a happy face on mother's face, she no longer has the angry face. Good, now I can go back to doing what I was doing and that is doing my school work before I get behind on assignments. I went to Ichigo, I asked, "Did I miss anything?" "Yeah, you missed a lot which is understandable," he said. I asked, "Can I at least copy your notes?" "Sure, make sure to stop," he said. I went to work immediately, but I have a very bad feeling about something. But I shook it off like it was nothing. When I finished, I told Ichigo that I was going to take a walk, after hearing nothing from him, probably asleep I decided to go out for a walk, not knowing any danger might be lurking around the corner. Thankfully, I had Leviathan attached to me, her weapon happens to be a Trident combined with an Anchor and Battleaxe. She is very unique I'll you that, then I heard someone chuckling very manically I looked in the direction on where it is coming from. Grimmjow appeared again, I stepped back, he said, "Well, well, look who it is, the Pyro lady. I was waiting for you to show up." "What do you want from me?" I asked. He said, "I'm here to make you pay for burning me last time, prepare to be killed by me." Then I heard her say, "Quick, shout Ice Shield! Hurry!" So I did, she tells me, "Yes this is the same thing as Fire Shield, it also back fires like Fire Shield." When Grimmjow punched through the barrier, he got a bad case of freezing cold water just hit him back, while he was hissing in pain she tells me, "Hurry! Run to the nearest building you come across!" I went running the way I came so I could get Shadow Phoenix, then Leviathan said, "You can just summon her to you, just think loudly and mentally yell for her to come to your aid!" So, I did, she appeared and Fire Shield replaced Ice Shield, saying, "Nice job telling her, Levy." "I mean, it's going to become useful one of these days," said Leviathan, "By the way, yes, I do prefer Levy because I get tired after hearing Leviathan over and over again." "I get it," I said to her. It wasn't long until Grimmjow attacked me again, this time his entire arm got burned by fire, then he managed to actually take down the barrier and sent me flying, hitting a tree trunk, him saying, "You are going to pay for that! Now, you little shit, prepare to meet your maker!" Then I got up sending him flying this time using a Fire Burst, "Stay away from me, you mad man!" "Oh I'm a mad man?" I hear him faintly say. Then he raised his voice, "I'll show you on who's mad!!" All I could do right now is dodge his every move, I'm not in my Soul form, when a mysterious stone wall appeared it made my cue to go out of my Gigai body. I saw Levy take my body to somewhere that it won't get hurt or anything, the stone wall came down, now Grimmjow is seeing me in full attack mode, he said, "I forgot that you were in that body of yours, now let's fight for real!"
We begun to fight, he's a tough opponent I give him that, though I'm not giving up that easily, I managed to slice him 5 times, each slice has a burning sensation to them so that's why he yells in pain when I do that. My blade heats up when I'm close to my opponent, but what really sucked on my part when he basically tired me out to be fully out of fire powers so he could finish me off. He got me on the ground, stomach in the concrete, bleeding from my arm and face, feeling pain throughout my body, and out of power, Grimmjow smirked, "Well, looks like this little bird is out of power to finish me off. Well, time to say goodbye!" He almost finished me when he got blasted by a getsuga tensho from none other than my big brother, Ichigo Kurosaki, though all I could remember was blacking out. I opened my eyes to only find myself in a strange room, I looked around, looks like I'm back in the living room of his house. Ichigo said, "I see that you are awake finally." "I swear I didn't do it on purpose," I said, "He started it first, then if you didn't save me back there, he would've finished me off." "Yeah," he said, "Be careful next time." "He made me go out of power," I said, "Which I use to having infinite power, but now, I need to find the other weapons to have that power again, so far I only have the Scythe and Leviathan's weapon." "I see," he said, "Well, again be careful next time." I have a bad feeling that Grimmjow was meeting me for a reason and I was saved from it, I wonder what he was going to do if he didn't want to fight me. Ah, it's probably nothing. I ignored the thought and went to sleep. 5 straight minutes go by, I'm having the most difficult time falling asleep, all I could think of is being in Ichigo's presence because he makes me feel totally safe, I went to his door and having second thoughts whether or not to knock on the door, I don't want to wake him up but this is very bad on my part. Though I did it anyway, softly though, while I heard a faint noise inside I decided to sit beside the door waiting for someone to open, knowing Rukia is in his closet. As I was waiting, I heard Levy ask, "What seems to be on your mind, Akari?" "I had a very bad feeling that he was meeting me for a reason," I said, softly. She was a very good listener, she tells me, "Whatever it is, it can't be good on you because he's basically the bad guy that made you go out of only fire powers." "Wait so I could've switched elements?" I softly asked. Levy told me, "You are an Elemental wielder after all, Akari." "But here's the problem though, I only used Ice Shield because you told me to do so," I said, "I only mastered on my fire powers." "This is the beginning of training with me and Talon, we'll go easy on you," she said, I could not help but say, "You guys are something else, you are sure different from the other Zanpakutōs out there." "That's because before we actually became elemental spirits," I heard Talon say, "We were very much alive at one point." "How is that possible?" I asked, "I thought the spirit of the zanpakuto has to come from the wielder." "We are unique, Akari," said Levy, "We each favored weapons that we forged ourselves, well, minus Talon, your mother, Shadow Phoenix, made sure that her weapon is extremely unique so she went with the scythe." After my crazy talk with Levy and Talon, the door that led to the inside of Ichigo's room, he opened and he doesn't look very happy that I either woke him up or I didn't check my voice level. Though he doesn't see me, yet anyway, all I did was touch his pant leg and he instantly looked at me, still has that same scowling face, he met up to my level which by the way, that helps because I'm not that tall, I only reach up to his chest, anyways, when he knelt down to my level, I couldn't help but look away, scared that he might not want me to stay with him for the night. Then he asked, "What is it, Akari?" "Well, um, you see, I can't sleep for at least 5 minutes," I said, trying not to sound too frightened by him. Then he put his hand on my right cheek and made me look at him, then a soft smile appeared, "You could've just said so, I asked on what is it that you need because no one knocks that softly other than you, Akari." "Oh well I didn't want to disturb your rest," I said, "I would've understand that you don't want to be bothered." "Hey, c'mon now," said Ichigo, "You had a rough day and might be recovering that impact you received, don't worry you'll be fine in no time just make sure that if you need anything from anywhere or anyone, let me know and I'll make sure that you get it or make sure that you will be calm and relaxed." He's right, he did take me as his sister and he is not taking that role as an advantage, Toshiro on the other hand, Ichigo is WAY better, sorry Captain Hitsugaya. I went into his room, him following behind, saying, "By the way, Rukia is staying in the Soul Society for a while." "Oh, well, that's not what I expected," I said. He yawned, "She told me that she is helping people out on what ever is going." "How come that I wasn't informed?" I asked. I felt a mental slap from Levy, with her saying, "You are a part of his team, Akari." "Oh, well, you know, that was a very dumb question," I said, turning red in embarrassment. Ichigo was chuckling, "You are totally fine, by the way, you had your Soul Page taken away." "Oh that's right," I said, "Thank you for reminding me." With that, I hope Rukia does not mind me sleeping in her spot in the closet because I wonder what it is like in there, Ichigo notices the curious look on my face when I was looking at his closet, then he says, "Oh no, you are not going there." "Why not?" I asked. He groaned, "I don't want you in there because I know that you do not like tight spaces." Oh, shit, he's right, man, though I told him, "I want to conquer this fear because I want to become fearless one day." "Everyone has to be afraid of something, they can't be fearless all the time," said Ichigo, "Even people who are saying that they are fearless, they have one fear on their minds and that's losing every one of their dearest loved ones." "Oh, well, you see, I'm still learning," I said to him, "So, thank you for telling me this." After another 5 minutes go by, he set up a spare futon for me to sleep on, he said, "You can bunk with me until you get that feeling away from you doing on what you do best." "Yeah you have a point," I said, laying down on the futon. Ichigo warns me, "Also, please ignore this annoying plushie named Kon." "Who's Kon?" I asked, immediately regretting myself from saying that. Kon, the Lion plushie, just landed in front of me, started creeping me out by saying, "You are a gorgeous lady, let me readjust your shirt for ya!" He kept going and my rage spoke for me, I grabbed him by his squishy neck, threatened him by saying, "Stay away from me or I'll scorch you until you learned your lesson!" "Like you can cast real Fire," said Kon. I literally casted one in my hand, both Ichigo and Kon freaked out, Ichigo goes, "Are you crazy? Put that fire ball out!" "Please don't burn me, I'll be a good plushie!" Kon says, panicking. Then I threw him against the wall, putting out the flame, brung out duct tape then decided to tape Kon somewhere that I can no longer see him, so I chosen the shelf of Ichigo's computer desk, I chosen the darkest part and taped him good, also taped his mouth shut. Throughout the night, it was nice releasing that rage, I slept very good that night because morning arrived and was in a better mood this time, I got myself ready for school, I gave Ichigo some privacy so he could change as well. Once we met up with each other, Ichigo said, "Let's eat breakfast before heading out." "Yeah, um is it alright if I call Asteria over?" I asked, "She doesn't live very far." "Actually she does," said Ichigo, "She and her mother both run a fashion store and it's far from here." "I can still get her," I said, pouting. He's forgetting about my flash stepping, I gave him a look telling that, he asked, "Why are you giving me that look?" "I can flash step, you berry!" I shouted. He just looked at me, did I literally call him a berry? Well, it's only understandable that his name has 2 meanings, so I was only thinking of strawberry, oops, I instantly said, "Sorry about that." "It's alright," he said, shaking that off. I told him, "Hey, it's not my fault that your name has two meanings!" "What are you saying?" he asked. I told him, "Your whole name 'Ichigo' means strawberry as well." "Not you too," he said, groaning, "Been called strawberry multiple times by Asteria Evarose." "Well, it was her first word in the language so it's only understandable," I said to him, "But, don't worry I won't call you that, much." "I heard that!" he shouted.

Nyx’s Complete List of Goth Names
Abaddon: From Greek, means "destruction" or "demon of the pit."
Acheron: The River of Woe in the Greek underworld.
Achlys: Greek primordial goddess of poison, misery, and sadness, personification of the death-mist.
Adonis: Means "lord" (as in Adonai). In Greek mythology, the most beautiful youth in the world, loved by both Persephone and Aphrodite. Died tragically.
Adrian/Adrienne: English, from Latin; means "from Hadria" (the Adriatic Sea). I've heard sources saying it means "dark one," but I haven't been able to confirm this. It's still a really cool, kind of gothy name. (Also the real name of Alucard from Castlevania.)
Ahriman: The Zoroastrian devil/evil god.
Akeldama: Means "field of blood," a place in Jerusalem associated with Judas.
Alastor: Greek, means "avenging spirit."
Alcmene: (Female) Means "might of the moon," Heracles' mother in mythology.
Alecto: One of the Erinyes (Furies), the goddesses of vengeance. Means "unceasing."
Altair: The brightest star in the constellation Aquila (the Eagle), from Arabic, meaning "the bird."

Arianrhod: Means "silver wheel," Welsh goddess of the moon, stars, and the flow of time.
Artemis/Diana: Greco-Roman goddess of the hunt, the moon, and virginity
Asmodeus: Means "wrath-demon," a Goetic demon appearing in a number of texts, representing luxury, sensuality, and lust. (Also Asmodai)
Asphodel: A white flower planted on graves, said to grow in the Greek underworld, and therefore heavily connected with death.
Astaroth: (Unisex) A demon in the Ars Goetia (from the Lesser Key of Solomon), described as a male demon and a Duke of Hell, but the name likely comes from the Phoenician goddess Astarte (or Ashtoreth), who is a version of Ishtar (Babylonian) and Inanna (Sumerian).
Astor: A French and German name from Occitan, meaning "goshawk." A goshawk is a bird of prey. I've read on naming sites that this name was originally a derogatory term for young men with hawk-like, predatory characteristics, but I haven't found anything to confirm this. This is the name of my alter-ego and one of the main protagonists of Shadowbook.
Astra/Astrid/Asteria: From Greek, "star." In Greek mythology, Asteria was a Titaness of astrology and prophecy, the mother of Hecate. An aster is also a star-shaped flower.
Atropos: The last of the Moirai (Fates), who cuts the thread at the end of life.
Autumn: The darkening part of the year, when everything is dying, and Halloween happens.
Azrael: The name of the Angel of Death, means "whom god helps." (Also Asriel)
Azazel: A Watcher's name, means "scapegoat." Taught humanity the arts of weaponry and cosmetics. Commonly associated with demons and evil.
Baphomet: A goat-headed, winged deity associated with Satanism; obscure etymology.
Bastet: Egyptian goddess of cats.
Belial: A Hebrew name meaning "worthless," a name of the devil or a demon.
Belladonna: Also called "deadly nightshade," an extremely poisonous plant that causes hallucinations and death.
Bellona: Roman goddess of war
Bezaliel: Means "shadow of God" or "damaged," a Watcher's name.

Bram/Brom: Technically short for Abraham ("father of a multitude"), the author of Dracula, Abraham "Bram" Stoker.
Bran: Welsh, "raven." The name of Bran the Blessed, a giant and king of Britain in Welsh mythology.
Branwen: (Female) Welsh, means "white raven" or "fair raven."
Breksta: Lithuanian goddess of night, dreams, and twilight.
Caligo: Latin word for “mist,” “gloom,” and “darkness.” (Calignes is the plural, which could also work) (feminine)
Calypso: Greek, "she who conceals." The nymph who kept Odysseus imprisoned on her island.
Carmilla: A lesbian vampire from the gothic novel of the same name, predating Dracula. The name seems to have been invented by the author.
Cassius: Roman, "empty, hollow."
Ceridwen: Welsh enchantress or goddess who stirs the cauldron of poetic inspiration.
Cernunnos: Celtic forest god depicted as having a stag's antlers.
Chiroptera: Literally means "hand wing," the order of bats in taxonomy.

Cora: From the Greek name Kore, meaning "maiden." A name for Persephone. (Also, Coraline.)
Cornix: A princess transformed into a crow by Athena in Ovid's Metamorphosis.
Corvus/Corax: Corvus corax is the scientific name of the common raven.
Crimson: Dark, rich red, the color of wine or blood. One of the Gothiest colors that isn't black. It's very easy for this to sound banal or cringey, especially if it's a character's given name, so use with caution. Scarlet works, too, if you want something easier to use as a given name.
Damian: From Greek, means "to tame," tends to be associated with demons or vampires, a bit cliche at this point.
Dantalion: A Goetic demon, the name is particularly cool.
Desdemona: A tragic character in Othello, comes from Greek and means "ill-fated." Can be shortened to "Mona."
Desmodus: The genus of common vampire bats. (D. rotundus)
Devana: Slavic version of Artemis/Diana, goddess of the hunt.
Dorian: The corrupt, depraved, nearly immortal and astonishingly beautiful protagonist from The Picture of Dorian Gray. (Turns out Oscar Wilde invented the name; it did not exist before the book was written.)
Dracul: Romanian, "devil" or "dragon." What really needs to be said?
Ebony: A very dark wood.

Drautyx Arranged marriage( whatever the reason) HCs?
You, I like.
I can make an AU out of this. This is gonna be very long.
In this AU, let’s start from the quarrel between Ardyn and Somnus, mostly about how do they rule their respective kingdoms and their faith towards Bahamut’s judgement. It was bad, yes, but Mama Izunia decided to intervene with the help from Aera, without any bloodshed.
So, she decided to split the Solheim territories into three; Lucis territories (Somnus’s kingdom with Bahamut as their patron Astral), Niflheim (Ardyn’s kingdom with Ifrit as theirs) and Solheim itself, backed with the support of the Astrals Leviathan and the Messenger, Garuda. Tenebrae is supported by the Astral Shiva, and both Solheim and Tenebrae work together for aeons as the peacekeepers and lawkeepers of the Treaty of the Three between the two rival kingdoms.
Sometime after that incident, Cavanaugh joined the Niflheim allegiance, while Galahd joined the Lucis, though the two countries are considered as independent kingdoms due to the fact they are blessed by the Astrals Titan and Ramuh respectively.
Cavanaugh joined due to military strategical reasons, while Galahd due to the scandalised marriage of Regis and Aulea Lucis Caelum, sister of Asteria Ulric, the Songstress, Chieftess of Galahd.
In this story, Mors and Aldercapt were overthrown by their own son and illegitimate child, Prompto’s mother and Ardyn’s descendant, due to the attempt of breaking the Treaty of the Three to start a war against each other and to allow both Regis and Aulea to marry (which is actually the main reason, before they found out about the treason).
How do I fit Drautyx into this? Well...
Let’s say Nyx is at the age of his First Hunt (13 years), and Drautos is about like 12 years older than him (23 years), Captain of his own battalion in the Niflheim army, patrolling the borders where they meet for the first time.
I haven’t planned their roles in the AU yet, but I know they are the turning points that changed the course of the war in the military department. During the course of this story, both Nyx and Drautos fall in love while playing their part in their respective kingdoms, secretly meeting each other.
Also, they are the respective Astral’s Chosen Childe, and both of them are betrothed to each other by the fae spirits of Fate, just like Ifrit and Shiva.
And the biggest law that HAD to be obeyed was:NEVER shall one ruler of the kingdoms harm an Astral’s Chosen Childe, be it with or without intention, for the sake of one’s gain of interest.
And guess who did it!
Sometime after the incident, and both future leaders Noctis, Prompto, Gladio, Ignis, Ravus and Lunafreya are born, both Nyx and Titus marry (when Nyx is finally at the proper age to marry) as representatives to finally end the rivalry between Lucis and Niflheim.
And their daughter Enya was born, a surprise gift from the Astrals is among the first generation to serve under the Knightwardens, a military unit that serves to maintain the peace under the Treaty of the Three.

Despite this, his birth mother would berate him for being sickly, constantly informing the boy he was worthless due to the fact he was seen as not being healthy enough for breeding. With a lot of the merch and anime and that mobile game and stuff shipping Sorey and Alisha, i try SO HARD to be understanding, like theyre a different culture they dont know how fucked it is to ship a gay guy with a girl...But damn they make it hard.
I thought about not answering this ask at all because of how touchy this subject is.  But honestly, I’m personally not a huge fan of this particular attitude, especially when the overall picture is actually the opposite, with a few minor exceptions.  Asteria using Sorey as Alisha’s standard 6* awakening unit partner is actually an exception and not the rule to how Bamco has been doing things.**
**While Bamco is hardly a company that needs stanning, when the evidence I’m seeing is the complete opposite, I do feel the need to speak up.
Everything behind a Read More.  Possibly unpopular opinions abound, anon hate in the ask box = sorry shy followers, anon is going off.
Honestly, the only place where I’ve even seen anything official that could be seen as “Ship Tease” for them is Asteria’s awakening partner system.  Bamco knows Sorey and Mikleo’s character merch sells well, whether it’s together or separately, and they have not let up on that particular merch train ever since Zestiria released. (see: Last Tales of Festival popularity poll, where Mikleo came in first, and Sorey came in sixth.)  There is a lot of official merch out there that is all very hint hint nudge nudge about Sorey/Mikleo, the short list being: Comiket blankets/clear files (has Mikleo very clearly “casually” lounging on Sorey’s bed) and their combined merch set, Dream Cushion Covers (Celestial Record lines up on both sides of both pillows), Water Armatus-themed watch (comes with a piece of bonus artwork with Sorey in Water Armatus turning back to look into Mikleo’s eyes), Water Armatus/Mikleo rubber strap charm that is a pack in with one of the versions of the S2 BD box set, the rubber strap charm featuring a chibi version of Sorey and Mikleo standing at the park in Lastonbell (I believe this one is from Wachatto), the literally named Sorey x Mikleo phone case (Sorey’s Shepherd cloak pattern on top, Mikleo’s tunic pattern on the bottom, with the side designed to look like the spine of a book), the soon to be released Water Armatus (specified as Sorey and Mikleo) perfume for TalesFes 2018,  just to name a few.  I personally can’t think of anything merch-wise that features Sorey and Alisha exclusively the same way Sorey and Mikleo merch is.
As far as the mobile games go, there’s Mikleo’s Leviathan Edge Mirrage Arte in Rays, in which the artwork is named “Two Who Dream As One”, with the picture being an official redraw of their wrist bump inside Galahad Ruins, the entirety of the Sweetopia event, the bit in the Summer Relay Medley event (which introduced Alisha) where Mikleo mentions he gave Sorey special training so he could disperse whirlpools with Lion’s Howl.  Plus, while some of the sub event skits go with the canon ships, Alisha’s is a comedic one focused on how she thinks Dymlos (Stahn’s Swordian, an intelligent artifact sword) is a Swordian Seraph thanks to Edna’s trolling.  The entirety of Sorey’s chapter in Story 3 of Asteria (I tried to fumble my way reading it, but as far as I recall, Sorey and Mikleo were together for the entirety of it) plus how prominently Sorey and Mikleo and the Water Armatus is featured within the Story 3 OP animation.  Oh, and there’s the often mentioned point in Story 3 where Zelos asks if Sorey and Mikleo are out on a date and while they’re both flustered, neither of them deny it either.  And while Link has a story that focuses mostly on the original characters, the summer event that featured swimsuit Sorey, Mikleo, and Alisha had a very heavy Sorey/Mikleo slant to the writing as well from what I recall.
And while the anime didn’t have nearly enough direct involvement from Bamco, it did give us the following, just off the top of my head: a montage set to Shared Determination/Determination of the Two (take your pick on translation) of Sorey and Mikleo growing up together, Sorey and Mikleo touching each other damned near every episode, an indirect kiss via sharing pumpkin mousse, and of course, the spinny hug in the conclusion.  I’m sure there’s more, but I’ve chosen to forget the the anime as much as I can.  Sure there may have been some hinting, but the reunion at the end?  Just like the game, the only epilogue reunion we see is Sorey and Epileo.  Enough said.
What I’m trying to say is - Bamco’s merch leans more heavily towards Sorey/Mikleo than any other character pair up, and this extends to the most part to the mobile games as well.  While Alisha appears in the merch as well, it’s nowhere near the extent that Sorey and Mikleo get included, and there is no merchandise that features her and Sorey exclusively.  Meanwhile, there have been no less than three different official Sorey and Mikleo rubber strap charms that feature them both together.
So ask yourself this - with all of this in mind, does it really count as Bamco “shipping a gay guy with a girl”?  And also, as another point, is it actually possible for “someone who identifies as a homosexual male to be friends with someone who identifies as (any sexuality) female”?

The Stormsender's Daughter| Prologue
Prologue| Chapter I
@ravagekamisama @aquathemermaidstripper @digitalkanvas @prettyprompto @insomniasix
The sun set awakened my slumber for the night holds the key. The key to quiet. We never realize the beauty of nature until it’s all that surrounds us, or until its gone. Willownoire. The forest of old. Beckoned the moonlight as it shown over the trees illuminating the veins in its bark, the roots at its base, the soil pulsating under my feet at every step. The flower petals glistened like a blue fire within. The subtle breeze blowing its crystal like pollen past your nose. Your eyes could follow the crystal shards into the sky and you would stop at the coeurl curled up on top of a large branch cleaning its paw. Beautiful creatures. So delicate and poised, yet electrifyingly dangerous. Still peaceful in the right setting. As were the other creatures that roamed freely and peacefully among the forest, among the people who reside within these trees. Hidden from the metallic civilizations that lie beyond the dirt and grass. Everyone….everything had a soul here. Peace. Love. Tranquility. We do not fret to misfortune and we do not fear the storm…for I am it’s sender and this was my kingdom. Welcome the downpour as it blessed my beloved and I with a humble gift, a child of royalty, beauty, and power. Asteria Zephyr; the Pythoness. She grew alongside the behemoths, brash and strong, yet elegant and beautiful. Her silver hair danced through the wind. Summoner of storms, telepathically bound to the elements. Seeing and hearing all. Adapted to all aspects of life. Knowing peace. The Astrals, as I, were not always the Gods among the elements, but the keepers of the peace. The deliverance from evil. A brotherhood of none other. Titan, Shiva, Leviathan, Bahamut, beside me to marvel at her glory in our conquest for peace. Perfection. Beloved by all. As well as those who could end her with a mere flame of a kiss. A man, so unruly yet charming, witnessed the beauty from afar. Unraveled by her angelic form, the rage of the storm surging through her veins, the burning passion brewing in his chest. In his eyes. I could sense it. He would bring destruction of everything I loved. He wooed the innocent fawn with his treacherous gaze to which I ceased without a strap of hesitation. The glare he returned to me chilled my bones to the core, but I firmly stood. Do not fret, they all said, she is a goddess among us. They judged my worry and my fear and advised I ceased for I am the storm. I am not to know fear. But I knew what remained of my heart would soon cease to exist. The man, so cunning with his ways, slowly convinced Asteria of my foolishness. That they were destined to love for eternity. That their souls were to be forever bound and to blossom. With this, the man took my beloved Asteria under the stars, illuminated by the moon. I sought to end this, but my dear Asteria would not see harm come to her beloved. She beseeched I end my worrisome ways and allow her to be free to love and know peace with the man. Alas, I sided against it much to her dismay. My beloved ashamed of my decision to break our daughter’s heart. I knew no good was to come of this man, but the thought of losing Asteria was more than my old bones could bare. I ceased my ambitions on the sole condition that he would never be given my blessing to marry my beloved child. Although her glee cooled my nerves, I felt the devil’s flame brewing beneath my feet. The man was furious, burning in anger. He loved the Pythoness and wanted nothing more in this world than to make her his own. It was his mission. His goal and he was to achieve it by any means he saw fit. The man approached my throne asking once more for Asteria’s hand in marriage, only for me to refuse. He asked once and only once before he swiftly exited and began to lay waist to my forest, to the people residing within it, with ravaging flames. The crystals were replaced with embers and floated through the blackened wind. He asked once more for Asteria’s hand. I refused. Before my eyes, my beloved was slain by a swift slice to her throat. She fell dead into my arms as I knelt cradling her corpse. The man approached and asked once more. I refused yet again. The man lunged toward my body to strike his final blow before as I hurled a bolt of lightning toward him. I was prepared to die as long as my beloved daughter would never have to live under his scourge. Just as he closed in, my dearest Asteria intercepted the blade of her beloved. No longer allowing him to lay waist to her home. Betrayed and heartbroken, the man hurled his sword into Asteria’s heart. Her blood seeped into the dirt below mixed with her salted tears as the pain seared through her fragile body. Placing her hands upon the blade, the raging flames scorched her pure essence. Her hands quivered and turned to black as the man’s vengeful daemonic essence seeped through her veins up her arms. Her legs were limp as her body chilled welcoming her death. Her weak state allowed his essence to engulf her legs. Accepting her fate, she raised her head to the man before her body began to illuminate a radiant blue from the moonlight’s gentle touch. He stared on in anger and impaled her once more. She was dying, but she still breathed, still had power. “I will not stop you…but you shall never claim me as your prize”. At her final words, the man withdrew his sword from his lover’s body, all evidence of life escaped her as her body fell to the dirt in a pile of ash. The man looked upon me, such fury emitting from his eyes. She was dead, but not gone. Asteria’s final wish, her final spell, to grant her spirit back to my being to one day deem worthy a new prodigy. A new Pythoness. The man reverted himself to a calmed tone. Grazed his blade against his palm sweating to me, an oath in blood. “Ramuh, King of Willownoire….I pledge, whenever you deem a putrid soul a worthy vessel…I will be there…somehow…someway..I will be there…and when the power of the Pythoness is in my hands….you will remember this name”. Ifrit. It was a name that was scarred into my mind. Branded in my memory for eternity, but I knew no fear. For I…am the storm.
Centuries passed. Willownoire prospered. Kings, queens. The forests grew. I ascended as well as my brethren. Ifrit was a mere memory. Erased from the prophecy. Peace was at its peak…or so I thought. War erupted between the kingdom of Niflheim and Lucis. The weakened forces of Willownoire were soon taken by the imperial army. Willownoire became an outcasted nation. Hidden within the mist and trees. Marooned. Forbidden. Forgotten. Then finally, light shown upon a bright December morning. The kingdom welcomed the tiny screams of a newborn baby. A girl. A princess. Fingertips and toes pitch black and silver hair. Merely days after her birth, word of the mysterious princess flooded throughout Eos. There was finally hope of Willownoire emerging from the shadows yet again. Alas, that hope was lost as word of the princess welcomes a maroon haired man to the forest gates. His grin appeared as bloodthirsty fangs in search for its next meal. His amber eyes displayed a forbidden flame. A man of no consequence. He peered to the newborn babe who had just awoken from her slumber to see his mischievous grin. “why…I almost did not believe it. The Pythoness…as she lives and breathes….a pleasure to meet you at last, your highness”. He bowed at her presence removing his hat in a seemingly heartfelt gesture. Though the man was gentlemanly, he was sure to reaffirm his grip on the king’s throat by demanding, as gratitude for allowing their once prosperous kingdom to live in peace, they allow him to escort the princess to Niflheim to keep as his betrothed until she was old enough to marry reassuring them they would see her again. Not willing to sacrifice the kingdom for the love of their child, they reluctantly comply. The man whisked the princess away from her family falsely leaving the sense of hope in their hearts. Hope that the storm would pass. Little did they know, the storm took the only true hope they had away and that there would only be death and destruction in its wake.
