Okok so I read in another post a hc of all the lookism boys (+ Yenna) living in a house together and i thought what if 👀 there was a den mother of some sort. Like an older little hispanic lady that sees them in her house and just decides that yes these are her kids and she will help them find their way back. Obviously Yenna is her favorite ans she can do no wrong. I haven’t caught up with Lookism completely (just htf and mk) but i feel like the unacknowledged mommy issues have potential. Only if you can of course if this isn’t something you can vibe with i totally get it.

Daniel Park and Jay Hong don't really have any mommy issues, so they stay away from the general chaos. They're the 'quiet' ones (especially Jay). You make sure to keep an eye on them so they don't get left out.

Honestly, absolute sweethearts. If you want anything done, then you know you can count on these two. Low-key your faves as they don't cause any headaches.

For Eli, Warren and Yenna, family comes first. And family is Hostel. They're initially guarded, but ultimately they're still children looking after a child. You have a lot of patience for them and take them under your wing, especially Yenna.

You spend a lot of time with Warren trying to help him with his speech, and you absolutely forbid Eli from cutting anyone's hair. You threaten if he so much as touch a hair on Yenna's head then he's dead.

DG is too cool to make any overt bid for your attention. Makes a lot of sly comments to try and sow dissent, but just gets on with his own thing. He gets more enjoyment out of watching the general chaos.

The subtle rivalry of Vasco and Zack would return. Vasco, thinking Zack is a bit of dick, and Zack would of course think of Vasco as an idiot.

Their rivalry is relatively harmless, but causes a lot of headaches day to day. They would fight over washing the dishes, but somehow break everything. Doing the laundry and everything is pink. Cook to impress you but nothing is edible. You appreciate their intentions but your life would be so much easier if they just left it to you.

What can we say about Johan. We all know what this guy would be like. He is THE mommy issues. Jealous that he doesn't get your undivided attention. Clingy and needy, constantly around you. Sulks and throws tantrums if he doesn't get his way. Luckily you have Zack, Jake and Daniel to tell him to be reasonable, and Gun who threatens to beat his childishness out of him.

Having you around as a constant, comforting presence eases Johan's psyche over time. It doesn't completely undo all the hardships but it's healthy for him to realise he has someone there for him.

Goo would absolutely try and pull rank over Samuel over who gets to spend time with you. Sammy is all smiles and 'Yes, Sir" but as soon as Goo turns his back, Sammy would be immediately sucking up to you.

They never seem to fight, but they constantly snipe at each other. The insults escalate from barely veiled to full blown expletives and cursing. It's surprisingly creative. "Samuel it's a good job you killed you dad and he's looking up at you from hell because you are a disappointment." "Goo, the smell of bullshit coming out of your mouth is putting Y/N off their dinner."

Jake and Samuel would be politely smiling at each other one moment, and then trying to kill each other the next. It's less to do with you, and more to do with their own brand of communication.

Jake, on his own, you find simply lovely and Samuel has his charms. But together. JFC.

You do try and help them work out their differences. All this mess with Gangsters and Gapryong Kim but turns out that they would fight over anything. Even something as mundane as how to cook something the 'correct' way. It's easier for them to just duke it out. They always make up in the end... but inevitably will be fighting again in the next hour.

Gun and Goo are surprisingly helpful to have around to help keep some of the others in line. And it's not like they really have any mommy issues and they can be respectful.

Peace doesn't last though. They have a short fuse, and will use ANY excuse to fight each other. Jake and Samuel throwing punches is one thing. But you worry about Gun and Goo literally blowing up the house to spite each other.

Of course this is when DG decides to speak up and egg them on.

BONUS - Seo Haesu is the stray scruffy kid that seems to always be hanging around outside. You disapprove of his dirty clothes, his overgrown bangs (No, Eli. No scissors!), and feel bad for how he's constantly hungry. You offer him free meals and somewhere to sleep.

He's wary af as first. Uses the excuse that he wants to suss you out to hang around.

Would get on well with Zack, Goo and Jake. 'Well' might be an exaggeration, but these 3 have teasing big brother vibes. Their lively ways would help to draw Haesu out of his shell... or he might strangle them.

Wow!!! Flower of Evil thoughts...

Okay, so Ep 6 of Flower of Evil was much more calmer and easier on the emotions than the wild ride that was yesterday’s episode. I felt like I could breathe this time haha. Just a scattering of my thoughts...

Detective Choi, I love you but STOP being so pushy with HS, okay? Truth WILL come out and it’s already starting to... so just be patient. Also, I’m SO HAPPY YOU LIVED!! I was crushed thinking you might end up dying, but stop being an ass.

Hyunsoo, you poor man... you poor, precious and innocent man. I KNEW you weren’t a killer. I KNEW he wouldn’t kill Park Kyungchun. This makes... 3 different instances he could’ve committed murder now, and yet he hasn’t. Why? He could’ve killed Moojin in the basement and he didn’t. He never even planned on it. Just wanted him to feel the same pain that he felt when Moojin and his buddies tortured him. He could’ve let all those tools fall on JW and he didn’t. He protected her from getting hurt. He could’ve killed Park Kyungchun but he opted to stab him in the leg. He even hesitated with the needle and then stopped the killing from happening. He couldn’t go through with it... BECAUSE HE IS NOT A PSYCHOPATH. HE IS NOT A KILLER. He DOES have a soul and he DOES have a conscience. He’s NOT what people think he is. He’s innocent in terms of murdering. I really fully and strongly believe this. (Also, how hot was Lee Joongi all done up as a doctor??? Yassss.)

Also, WOW!! He outed himself to his wife in his wounded state while in the hospital... she found out so fast, and I understand why she’s so shaken... Also the forensics kit she took to his basement... omg and finding the zip-tie just like his father used. I REALLY hope that Moojin and he both tell her the truth of what happened down there and WHY HS took him captive down there. To get his OWN revenge after what they put him through as a child. Also... there are TWO goldfish charms!? HOW and WHY!? What does his sister have to do with this??? I’m not so sure she’s innocent. I’m on the fence about her. I wonder what all is in HS’s bag, but it also seems JW herself is on the fence about believing the truth of her husband... it seems she wants to investigate him privately, but dear god... please don’t stop loving him. He seems shaken by the way you’re behaving around him. He needs you more than anything. You’re the ONLY person who’s ever shown him love. And he understands now, and he feels guilt and regret that you ever met him, so please...

Also, I LOVE how HS set that bitch of his adoptive mother straight. Do NOT call his little baby girl a little rat! She has a name and it’s Baek Eunha. NOT little rat. That woman has got serious issues and freaks out and can’t keep her cool FAR too much, which also has me wondering... what happened to the real Baek Heeseong...??? I can see HOW Hyunsoo got involved with them considering the real Heeseong is the one who hit Hyunsoo with his car, sooooo... why is he in a coma? Or is he being kept in that coma for a reason? Something just does not sit right with me about that couple. They are unsettling to say the least. Especially considering the adoptive father was trying to get HS to kill Park Kyungchun.

HOW ADORABLE WERE THE HS and EUNHA MOMENTS!? Daddy’s little girl! OMG He LOVES that little baby girl. He DOTES upon that baby. Look at how he raised her and how much he protects her and teaches her and keeps her safe? It was adorable the way he teased her while laying in the hospital bed. I really thought for a moment there that his lost his memory of his daughter and I was about to WAIL when that little girl toddles up to his bed and asks why he doesn’t remember her. That big, honest smile and lifting her up in his arms and I just breathed a huge sigh of relief. Whether he recognizes it or not, that little baby girl makes him happy, and I love how he is with her. He’s such a wonderful father to her. Also, bonus moment. When he says that the cloud reminded him of JW’s face... T_T His wife is beautiful like a cloud and he knows it.

The way JW clung to him when he was awake sobbing and he held her and patted her back so gently... my heart... please don’t ruin my precious couple, TvN and writers and just... yeah. I’m begging you. Please let them stay together. Even though JW knows who her husband is now, I believe she still loves him. I also really liked how he genuinely wanted to know how Park Kyungchun felt when his wife died, as if he was trying to understand the feelings JW felt when he almost died in front her eyes. He’s really trying so hard... I love seeing him continuing to try. I think the more he tries the more he understands. JW has taught him so much.

OH AND WHO IS THE CREEPY MAN’S VOICE ON TAPE!? Is that the same man that was calling the Chinese restaurant owner and threatening him pretending to be Do Hyunsoo??? I NEED ANSWERS!!! Was he the accomplice!? Did Hyunsoo really not know his father was a serial killer til he heard about it on the news?? What did his father do to him that had him SO terrified of him?? Also, in HS's wounded state, WHY does he see his sister with blood all over her... and why is their a flashback of Moojin telling her that she reminds him of her father. WHAT does that damned reporter know!? WHAT murder did he help with "unknowingly" and what does he know about about Haesu??? And JW is right... psychopaths wouldn't even bothering caring for a life weaker than their own,  but yet he had a puppy that he cared for? And then she remembers the way he cared for their daughter when she was just a baby. (Which those scenes were so perfectly precious too! How can anyone fake that? Especially a psychopath.) I think JW is figuring out that HS isn't the monster society and rumors have made him out to be.

Eagerly awaiting what we will be shown next! JG's acting is nothing short of PHENOMENAL! Hands down one of his BEST works to date!

Actor Lee Joongi is showing support for his pal and actor IU (Lee Jieun).

Lee Joongi’s agency Namooactors told NEWSEN on July 18, “Lee Joongi is making a special appearance in tvN’s weekend drama ‘Hotel Del Luna.’”

The rep added, “His special appearance was made possible by his friendship with IU.”

A rep for “Hotel Del Luna” also confirmed to NEWSEN, “Lee Joongi is making a special appearance in episode 3 of ‘Hotel Del Luna.’ His special appearance was made possible by his friendship with IU.” Viewers will find out what role Lee Joongi is playing in the upcoming episode airing this weekend.

Kediaman Ketua Kang, Myeondong.

Malam itu Ketua Kang atau Kang Chul meminta seluruh keluarga untuk turut dalam makan malam. Ia mengajak keempat Istrinya, kesembilan anaknya, keempat menantunya, juga cucu pertamanya untuk hadir di acara makan malam tersebut.

“Kalian bisa bersantai untuk makan malam kali ini, aku akan membagikan makanan-makanan kita yang masih tersisa untuk penduduk setempat apabila malam ini banyak makanan yang tersisa” ujar Ketua Kang. “Benar suamiku, mereka pasti akan senang apabila menerima makanan ini” sahut Nam Eun Kyung, istri pertama ketua Kang, pemilik Butik-butik terkenal. Ketua Kang tersenyum mendengar sahutannya.

“Ah ya, anakk-anakku, apakah perusahaan kalian memiliki banyak kendala?” anak-anak bungsu mereka yang belum memegang perusahaan hanya saling melirik. “Hmm tidak ada ayah” jawab Kang Geon, anak keempat mereka juga anak pertama dari istri kedua. “Mungkin restoranku akan menambah menu baru, namun aku percaya pada Chef Kim” Kang Chul mengangguk mendengar hal itu.

“Ya ayah rumah sakitku pun aman-aman saja, kemarin memang ada yang mencari masalah disana, namun ternyata sudah aman” jawab Kang Seung Woo anak kelima mereka juga anak kedua dari istri pertama. “Ya ayah perusahaanku juga aman-aman saja. Bagaimana dengan perusahaanmu Hyung?” Kang Won anak kedua mereka juga anak pertama dari istri kedua menanyakan hal tersebut pada Kang Byun, anak pertama dari istri pertama sekaligus pewaris tahta.

Mendengar pertanyaan Won, Byun hanya tersenyum. “Ya kemarin ada masalah ayah pada mesinnya, pekerjaku juga meninggal karna hal itu, mesinnya menjadi tidak terkendali dan terlempar ke arah pekerjaku” mendengar hal itu Kang Chul tersentak kaget. “Tapi tak apa ayah, aku sudah memperbaikinya”

“Mengapa hal membahayakan seperti itu bisa terjadi?” Tanya Lee Eui Seul istri ketiga Chul. Lagi-lagi Byun menanggapinya dengan tersenyum. “Aku juga tidak mengerti mengapa hal itu bisa terjadi pada mesin yang memiliki kualitas terbaik. Biasanya mesin hanya akan rusak apabila sudah lama atau memang ada yang sengaja merusaknya” mendengar jawaban itu Kang Chul tersenyum mengerti apa yang dimaksud anak sulungnya. Disaat yang sama pun salah satu dari mereka tidak senang mendengarnya.

“Aku ingin memberi tahu pada kalian, bahwa besok keluarga Park akan menambah anggota keluarganya” semua mata menatap wanita dengan wajah lembut. Wanita tersebut tersenyum lalu mengangguk. “Ayahku meninggal sebulan kemarin, aku khawatir jika kedua adik bungsuku menjadi kesulitan jika mereka tinggal sendiri di Gangnam. Terlihat Euiseul yang ingin mengeluarkan amarahnya, namun Byun Hyun Ae, Istri keempat Kang Chul memegang tangan Euiseul yang sudah mengeras, dan memberi peringatan untuk tetap sabar sembari menggelengkan kepalanya. Mendengar hal itu dari ibunya Won tersenyum puas.

“Ah apabila Ayah tidak mengizinkan, aku dan Junghyun mungkin akan pindah ke daerah yang bisa kami tinggali bersama dengan kedua adik Junghyun. Aku yakin Ayah bisa faham itu, mohon izinkan ayah” Geon membela istrinya. Pagi hari di Myeongdong.

Keesokkan harinya rombongan motor datang dengan kecepatan yang diatas batas normal. Mereka memasukki kawasan daerah Myeongdong. Pada saat itu mereka memasukki daerah pasar. Semua orang menoleh kearah motor yang datang dan terkejut melihat pengendara paling depan. Dengan wajah datar, Katana dipunggungnya, dan topeng yang menutupi wajah sebelah kirinya. “Serigala datang!! Serigala datang!!” semua berteriak ketakutan dan bersembunyi ke tempat terdekat. Para ibu menarik anak-anak mereka.

Itu adalah Kang Se Beom. Anak ketiga Kang Chul yang merupakan anak kedua dari Istri Keduanya, Ahn Gi Neul. Ia sempat memelankan laju motornya dan menoleh melihat ada kalung yang menurutnya cantik di pasar tersebut. Ia turun dari motornya dan menaruh uang kepada penjual yang masih bersembunyi didalam. Ia tahu bahwa kalung ini tidak akan diberi harga yang mahal, namun keindahan kalung ini membuatnya memberikan uang yang besar. Setelah mengantongi kalung tersebut ia kembali melakukan motornya ke arah kediaman keluarganya.

“Jangan membuat malu keluarga Kim. Setelah Festival itu selesai kau harus cepat-cepat kembali ke Dongdaemun. Ingat kau ini sudah bukan keluarga ini lagi” pelayan Jung Sung Chul mengingatkannya dengan wajah yang bengis. Sebeom tersenyum. “Aku ini keluarga Kang. Kau yang seharusnya tahu diri dimana tempatmu. Kau yang harus kembali” mendengar hal itu Sungchul merasa kesal karena malu. “Bukakan gerbang!!” teriak Sungchul, lalu gerbang terbuka dan hanya motor Sebeom yang masuk.

Setelah ia menuruni motornya, ia mencabut kunci motornya dan berlari ke arah danau lalu melemparkan kunci motornya. Semua penjaga rumah terkaget. “Ma..maaf tuan, apakah kau ingin ku siapkan motor yang baru?” Tanya penjaga itu ketakutan. Sebeom hanya tersenyum “aku tidak akan kembali” lalu ia memasukki rumah. Diam-diam ada yang memperhatikan Sebeom juga turut tersenyum melihatnya.

Kediaman Putra ke empat, Kang Geon

Beberapa mobil datang ke daerah Myeondong juga. Ada dua mobil yang mirip dan berjalan didepan. Junghyun melihat kedua mobil tersebut tersenyum. Kedua pengendara itu turun dari mobil tersebut. Itu adalah kedua adik perempuannya yang kembar. Park Jung Mi dan Park Jung Ah. Perempuan dengan mobil berwarna biru muda atau Jungmi itu nampak terlihat sangat senang. Namun ekspresi perempuan yang turun dari mobil berwarna hitam itu terlihat sangat datar bahkan tergolong sinis.

Dengan wajah sumringah dan langkah yang tergesa-gesa, walaupun masih dalam kondisi yang agak lemah Junghyun tetap bersemangat berlari ke arah mereka sembari dituntun oleh suaminya dan pelayannya. Ia menghampiri Jungah dan memeluknya. Gadis itu sama sekali tidak bergeming bahkan tidak tersenyum sedikitpun. Kemudian Jungmi yang melihat itu langsung mengubah suasananya. “Eonniii!!” iya bersemangat menghampiri Junghyun dan memeluknya. “Aku begitu merindukanmu!!” Junghyun tersenyum ceria mendengarnya. “Aku juga Jungmi-ya”

“Rumahmu benar-benar besar, aku yakin aku dan Jungah akan betah tinggal disini, benar kan Jungah” Jungah menatapnya kemudian mengangkat alisnya sembari mengangguk tipis. Junghyun tersenyum padanya dan mengelus tangannya. “Ah Annyeong!” Jungmi membungkuk pada Kang Geon, Jungah juga ikut membungkuk. Junghyun mempersilahkan mereka masuk.

“Maaf nona sebelumnya, kami akan membawa mobil kalian ke tempat parkir, boleh saya meminjam kunci mobilnya” Jungah memberikannya pada supir Pribadi Geon. “Ini milikku, jangan sampai tertukar ya dengan milik Jungah, milikku lebih cantik, ada gantungan kuncinya juga” Jungah hanya menghela nafas malas mendengarnya. Setelah itu mereka benar-benar masuk ke rumah Junghyun.

“Barang-barang kalian akan dibantu oleh pelayan-pelayan disini nanti untuk dibereskan. Kamarku dan Geon ada disebelah sana” ia menunjuk ke bangunan yang berbeda dengan rumah yang akan mereka tinggali. “Ini kamarmu Jungmi, dan ini kamarmu Jungah” mereka juga diberikan bangunan yang terpisah. Sangat sederhana namun terasa begitu mewah karena begitu luas. “disebelah sana ada dapur keluarga kami dan ruang makannya. Aku tidak sabar ingin makan bersama kalian nanti siang” Jungah tampak melihat-lihat kamarnya yang begitu asri.

Didepan bangunan tersebut terdapat kolam ikan yang cukup besar dan jembatan sebagai penghubungan antara bangunan-bangunan mereka. Tampak begitu tenang dengan suara air mengalir dan juga daun-daun yang bergesekan dengan angin.

“Kau suka tinggal disini kan Jungah?” ia tersentak saat Junghyun menanyakan hal itu. “Ya tempat ini tidak buruk” ini adalah suara pertama dari Jungah yang Junghyun dengar. Betapa senangnya ia bisa mendengar adik bungsunya mau menjawab pertanyaannya. “Ah tentu saja Eonni. Aku sudah bilangkan bahwa aku dan Jungah akan senang tinggal disini” Junghyun tersenyum mendengar hiburan dari Jungmi.

“Nona ini kunci kalian” tampak supir pribadi Geon mendekati mereka membawa 3 kunci. “Ini satu lagi saya kurang tahu kunci milik siapa, karena para pekerja itu hanya menitipkannya pada saya” Jungah lantas mengambil kunci tersebut. “Itu milikku” kemudian ia berbalik untuk melihat bagaimana kamarnya.

“Ohiya Jungah, Jungmi” mendengar itu Jungah menoleh pada kakaknya. “Perkenalkan ini Chaeryung, ia adalah pelayan disini, biasanya ia selalu membantuku, namun kalian juga pasti akan selalu dibantu olehnya” gadis yang terlihat lugu itu menunduk sopan. “Chaeryung Imnida” kemudian Jungmi menjulurkan tangannya untuk berjabat tangan. Nampak Chaeryung yang kebingungan. “Ah maaf aku dan Jungah belum terbiasa tinggal di Korea” kemudian ia membungkukkan badannya. “Salam kenal ya, semoga kita bisa akrab” gadis itu mengangguk bersemangat.

“Kalau aku tidak salah umur kalian 18 tahun kan Chaeryung juga. Berarti kalian kawan seumuran” tambah Geon. Dan lagi-lagu hanya Jungmi yang bersemangat. “Nona, aku akan membantu kalian untuk membereskan barang-barang kalian ke kamar kalian masing-masing” Jungmi mengangguk dan mengajak Jungah untuk mengikuti mereka. Saat Jungah berjalan melewati Junghyun, ia menahan tangannya Jungah. Langkah Jungah terhenti.

“Apa kau masih membenciku Jungah-ya?” Jungah tidak bergeming, kemudian ia menghela nafas dan menoleh kearahnya. Geon sempat kaget melihat ekspresi wajah Jungah yang lebih menyeramkan dibanding wajah yang sebelumnya. Ia perlahan melepas tangan Junghyun dari lengannya sendiri. “Bagaimana menurutmu?” suaranya tampak dingin dan ia pergi. Tak sadar Junghyun meneteskan air matanya.

Geon yang hanya mampu menengahi mereka mengusap bahu sang istri. “Perlahan kita pasti bisa mendapatkan hatinya. Menurutku siapapun yang mengalami hal seberat itu pasti akan memberikan respon yang sama istriku. Aku sangat bersyukur ia menjadi gadis yang kuat dan tetap bertahan hidup” Junghyun mengangguk lemah mengusap air matanya kemudian mengikuti suaminya yang menuntunnya menuju kamarnya.
