I had to reread chapter 8 of twrt because the emotions depicted in it is that fucking good and im like so proud of both atsumu and reader. i was considering reading the maki ending but when atsumu admits to have fallen in love for reader over time during the chapter 8, i was just devastated for him if reader and maki were together again after they kissed. I haven't read the maki ending, but looking at the idea of reader and maki becoming a couple again from atsumu's perspective, the girl he's been pining over for months, the girl that he cant stop talking about that almost everyone in his life knows her, is suddenly with her ex again after he invested so much of his feelings and time to her and somewhat knowing that she's into him too. i actually cried out "OH NO" so many times cause it made my heart hurt for atsumu.

its so cool that you have an alternative ending for the fic but am i valid for not reading the maki ending cause im gonna be so sad afterwards?? i know its optional to read it but im a completionist and want to 100% reading twrt and yet im so scared for my favorite miya 😭😭😭
