I absolutely loved this beautiful Star Wars Fanart of the LGBT Kylux ship of the characters of Armitage Hux and Ben Solo (Kylo Ren) together and above all because I am a big fan of the ship of both together just as I am also a fan of the Reyux ships of King Skywalker (King Palpatine) and Armitage Hux just like that of Reylo de Rey and Kylo Ren (Ben Solo) and also the polyamorous ship of Reylux of Rey Skywalker (Rey Palpatine), Armitage Hux and Kylo Ren (Ben Solo) but also because I really love that this is the first Tickle Art that I have seen from Kylo Ren and above all because I really love the way they are together and also because I really find it adorable the way they both interact in him especially and especially because I also find it adorable the way in the Hux tickles Kylo while he is blowing raspberries in his stomach to try to cheer him up when he realizes that he looks depressed... honestly

So, It Wasn't Planned After All

While Adam Driver is making the rounds to promote "Ferrari," he drops by the Rich Eisen Show and when asked about Ben Solo during the True or False segment, Adam spills the tea.

He doesn't get asked much about Star Wars so this is the first time I think he's talked about his character arc since TROS was unleashed upon us 4 years ago. And he drops the bomb that the Ben Solo thing wasn't planned from the beginning. That's right, Bendemption happened late in the game. He says that JJ Abrams told him the idea was Vader In Reverse (starts out vulnerable, ends entrenched in the dark side) and he kept that concept in mind throughout the time he filmed the ST, until they changed it with the last film. Adam has alluded to the concept of Vader In Reverse before but this is the first time he's gone into greater detail about it, including the revelation that the decision to turn Kylo from the dark side came during the third film.

This shouldn't be surprising to anyone who read the Duel of the Fates script and it explains why Ben hardly says a word during his scenes on Exegol. Abrams and Co. conceived of Kylo Ren as an evil bastard whose destiny was to get eviller; killing Han Solo was meant to be what sent him down the path of no return. Then two things happened: TLJ and Driver's commitment to humanizing Kylo Ren. People loved Kylo and Rey together (hence Reylo exploding in popularity) and they fell in love with Adam. They empathized with Kylo. So they changed course with TROS, a little. Kylo returns to the light as Ben but he is quickly dispatched once the big battle is over. I believe Ben's death was for two reasons: one, they were less invested and focused in Ben's part of the story than we were and two, there was always the intent to end the Skywalker line so Star Wars could focus on new characters. Remember, Rey essentially turned Skywalker into a title that could be transferred to anyone.

That the story changed over the course of the trilogy isn't that big a deal. There was no Chosen One prophecy until the prequels. Leia wasn't Luke's sister until Lucas wrote ROTJ. Han wasn't guaranteed to get out of carbonite because nobody was sure if Harrison Ford was going to come back. Instead of a tyrannical, ruthless bastard like Lee Pace's emperor in Apple TV's Foundation show, Kylo Ren gave us quivering lips, teary eyes, and mooning over the heroine who is supposed to be his enemy. When Rian Johnson introduced the bond between Rey and Kylo, Abrams and Terrio explained it as a dyad and made it prominent in the film. The kiss got put in because Reylo was so popular. Okay, fine.

The problem was they never should have made the Jedi Killer from early drafts Han and Leia's only child. As an old Star Wars fan who saw every film since 1977 and followed the Skywalker clan for over 40 years, I didn't want to see Anakin Skywalker's grandson end up even more evil than he was. What a huge bummer that would've been, even worse than if Rey was killed off. (For the record, I hated the whole Darth Jacen thing so much in the legends books I stopped reading them.) Abrams and Terrio probably realized it was going to be a problem returning to the idea that Ben was too evil to save; TROS already comes off as a tragic ending rather than a happy, triumphant one. And it goes against the whole message of Star Wars. So it ends up being Vader 2.0 and fans hoping Ben would survive were disappointed. I wasn't fond of the idea of exile or something as Ben's fate prior to TROS, but now I think that probably would've been the best outcome. It would've left a lot of possibilities to explore in future SW stories without having to come up with a convoluted explanation for bringing him back.

As much as they fumbled the ball, I'm glad they at least spared us Evil Kylo 4 Ever and Adam's turn as Ben was great even without anything to say besides "Ow." Adam sounded a little disappointed to me but maybe I'm just reading into it too much. In any case he has also stated in recent interviews he would be open to returning to Star Wars, so I guess we can still be hopeful even if he doesn't appear in the upcoming film. (Just don't wait 30 years, okay?)

"So, what now?" Poe asks, standing awkwardly with hands in his trousers pockets, head hunched. If Rey didn't know any better, she'd thought the best pilot of Resistance was acting like a kicked puppy or scolded child. 

"What do you mean, what now? We extract information!" Rey put her hands on her hips and looked at both men expectantly. Or more likely - at both boys, because the way they were acting sure as hell wasn't resembling anything manlish at all. 

She had more balls that the two of them together. 

"But-" Poe started, uncertain. "Resistance doesn't torture their prisoners. How do you want to extract information from them?"

The trio - in unison - turned their heads to look at two dark clothed figures, currently tied town to two separate tables. One of them, being recently beaten up Kylo Ren and the other, the Ginger that tried to save him from Star Killer base but tripped on the snow and hit his head hard enough to pass out. 

Long story short, they didn't have enough fuel to fly all the way back to Resistance base, but they had had enough to land on the nearest planet and wait for back up. Chewie took care of communications problems but it was on them - the mighty trio – to manage their prisoners. 

"I can use force!" Rey suggested a little bit to enthusiastically for Poe. He remembered quite well how his last encounter with the Force felt like. No thank you, he wouldn't whish that even upon the two man they kidnapped. 

"No," he said firmly. "The Dark Side uses Force for extracting information. We won't do that."

Rey was about to say something, to argue her point, but Finn choose that exact moment to shyly rise his hand and sent to both his friends a hopeful look. When they gave him their attention, he spoke : 

"What about tickling?"

Poe and Rey just stared back, not really comprehending. 

"You know... Tickling? When you touch other people and make them laugh?"

Poe sighed deeply but otherwise only nodded - yes, yes he knew the concept of tickling. For Rey though, it seemed to be something entirely new. She looked at Finn as if he suddenly grew a second head. 

"Here, let me show you," Poe muttered and gently touched Rey behind her ear and on there nape, then breathed on the spot, making her shudder and squeak. 

She jumped a few feet back, pressing a hand to her vulnerable neck. Yet, her eyes shone. 

"That's not the only way to tickle somebody," Poe explained further. "But I think you get what it's about, right?" 

Rey nodded solemnly, and then they both looked back at Finn. 

"So," the ex-stormtrooper smiled from ear to ear. "Tickling is also a form of torture."

"Ren, for the Dark Side's sake, keep it together!" Hux shouted, red on the face, when his dumb co-worker was squirming on the table, biting his lips till it bleed. He - the mighty Knight of Ren - started crying a while ago, and Hux felt the pang of fear at the thought that they might indeed break them here. 

With tickles. 

"I'M TRYING HUX!" Ren yelled back, but it was hard to be angry when you couldn't stop yourself from laughing hysterically. 

On each side of Kylo's table, sat Finn and Poe, but it was Rey that sat on top of her very much half-naked prisoner with feather in her hand and truly evil grin. 

"Come on Benny," she teased, bringing the feather down on Kylo's nipples. "Tell me where is the First Order biggest supply base? Hm?" 

Kylo started to franticly shake his head, tears spilling on his red, wet cheeks. His head hurt, his body spasmed, muscles tensing and relaxing without a minute break. He couldn't catch his breath - he was suffocating, and on top of that, still trying not to laugh. 

He tried to use force, but how the hell could he focus in this situation? 

"You can do it!" Hux cheered from his table, now pale and silently pleading Kylo to be a man for once in his life. "You made it through forty minutes, you can do an hour!"

And that were the words Brendol Hux regretted almost instantly, for it brought the attention of the trio to him, instead of Kylo. Fin - his damned stormtrooper - smiled sweetly at him and then approached. 

"Hey, hey, Rey" he singsonged. "You know who else knows where the First Order bases are?" 

Hux gulped, horror in his eyes. 

It was a matter of minutes, before his chest was striped of clothes and Rey seated comfortably on his hips. Hux was doing his best to keep his face straight, but he knew what was coming and he knew no one ever thought to prepare him for that. 

He was the First Order General, he knew how to whistand any kind of tortures. 

Well, except that. 

"I'll not tell you anything, you Resistance scum!" He said, spitting on standing by Fin. 

"You sure, Ginger?" Poe asked, moving his eyebrows suggestively. "Our girl seems to be in quite a joyful mood." 

Rey only smiled wider, this time choosing to use her own hands to tickle Hux neck and sides. 

And oh, oh how Hux screamed! His high pitched voice and involuntary jumps were something none of the trio would ever forget. 

In a matter of minutes, Hux was crying, trying not to choke and laugh at the same time. He was in a state even worse than Ren, and just after first ten minutes. 

"Don't worry, Fin" Poe whispered to his friend when they decided to go for the refreshments and possibly popcorn. "Rey's gonna break them"

"I know," Fin laughed slightly. "I'm just worried what's gonna happen to us when she finds out tickling is also a form of showing affection." 

Poe considerably paled.

I used to do this thing where I would take a list of characters that I liked (such as Star Wars characters) and then I would take a list of roles from a musical. Then I would get a random generator and use that generator to randomly select the characters I had chosen and cast them as random roles in the musical. As if they were being forced to play those characters and I had no control over who they were cast as.

Things could get pretty hilarious. you could have something like Han gets cast as the spouse of Vader and C3PO gets cast as their child.

So I thought I had never really done it with the sequels characters so I decided why not? I did it With Hamilton because that’s a musical most people know but I could do other ones in the future. It turned out even funnier then I could possibly have imagined.

Now without further ado

And who is his rival that will eventually best him in a duel sending him to his death?

Princess Leia Organa! And honesty? Good for her. (All the extras are storm troopers)

Suddenly Lafayette is no longer cool

Now who are Snoke and Pryde’s Besties? Phasma is now Laurence (so she dies 😔) and Kylo is Mulligan, honestly I can see him as mulligan

So this friend group is just the first order? Good to know

Now who is the responsible, put together, and not reckless at all, general to lead them all?

It’s Han Solo playing George Washington! So in character right? Now he’s Snoke’s mentor and president of the United States… interesting

But there’s always a loyalist so who gets to be my beloved Samuel Seabury?

Armitage Hux! I was actually very happy with this paring I literally a wrote a parody to farmer refuted from Hux’s POV a few weeks ago, it’s just so funny

Now who is the King that Hux is so graciously supporting, the antagonist of the whole story? Well it’s none other then Poe Dameron, everyone’s favorite imperialist

And of course Snoke still needs more enemies, so who is the incompetent general that sucks so bad he gets left behind?

Charles Lee is now Luke Skywalker! “I’m a general WEEEEEE” But I mean hey man not everyone can say they got shot by Phasma in a duel.

and of course we can’t forget Snoke’s big act 2 rival Thomas Jefferson who is being played by none other then C3PO!

and Jefferson is nothing without his best friend James Madison played by Dopheld Mitaka!

Honestly this one is a pretty good casting

Now here’s where it gets interesting… if it hasn’t already…

The Schuyler Sisters

Yeah you saw that right, forget Angelica Eliza and Peggy, Now we have Palpatine Rey and Finn! So that not only makes them sisters but it also means that Snoke and Rey are married and have children which is a terrifying thought

And not only that but it also means that Snoke and Palpatine were in love but Palpatine let him marry his sister instead but they still continue their emotional affair through the letters they send to eachother

Aren’t snoke and Palpatine basically the same person technically???? I guess they have a type

but of course, we can’t forget the Schuyler sisters wonderful father Philip, oops sorry I meant Thanisson

so yes somehow Thanisson is the father of Palpatine Rey and Finn. Makes sense? No? Perfect, moving on

Speaking of Philip, Snoke and Rey’s Aforementioned child of the same name, is now being played by Rose Tico

Which means, as you can see in this photo here, she dies in her duel with George Eacker. But who might you ask is George Eacker?

It’s BB-8 of course!

Because BB-8 decided to shit talk snoke he got in a duel with Rose, and won. BB-8 kills rose.

Now there’s something missing, we all know the story, Snoke can’t stay faithful to his wife. so who is the poor soul that has to play Mariah Reynolds? A woman being used by her husband to extort snoke by having her keep up an affair with him?

first time running a blog that has somewhat large amount of fans. As a result, somehow without doing anything I also developed a group of haters that spread things about me that aren’t true (which ships I like etc which include my notp lol). I’m still processing and trying to figure out what to do because my main thought is: if they are incapable of thinking for themselves, I don’t want them interacting with my content anyways? So I feel like if I don’t make a statement, they will take themselves out. but how exactly am I supposed to be comfortable with people assuming I ship my NOTP if I don’t make a statement? If I make a statement then I have to address that I see it happening and things probably will escalate

I'm reliably informed that a bunch of haters like to spread the idea that I ship Kylux. Offensive! Kylo is a boring waste of space and the reason I didn't keep watching those movies after TFA!

I'd say Adam Driver isn't hot but that bastard Spike Lee covered him in flannel, and Grunge happened when I was at a delicate stage, so... But Kylo definitely sucks.

The thing is, if people are spreading nonsense on purpose, making a statement isn't going to stop them. They're either trying to annoy you, so confirming will make them happy, or they're living in some dream world where people ship what they "should" based on their astrological sign or how much the speaker dislikes them or something.

But... how can you be "comfortable"?

Part of being a happy adult in the world is coming to terms with the fact that there will always be people who dislike you or misunderstand you wandering around. "Clarifying" or trying to "fix" it is pointless: it's the natural state of things.

From one to five stars, how would you rate your writing? (No downplaying yourself!)

I give myself a solid 3 stars. I think I can churn out some good stories and smut, but I know I make grammatical errors and sometimes my stories have an awkward flow, but I'm always working to get better. 

What do you think makes your writing stand out from other works?

I’ve been told a few times that I have a good story telling ability; so I think that’s where I shine/stand out/ Being able to take a prompt, a song, or just a few quotes and turn it into a full story.

Are there any writers that inspire you?

Unfortunately, a lot of the writers who inspired me have left tumblr and are lost to time. Some of the ones that are still here are angryschnauzer, tsuntsunfangirl, and caffiened-queen. Some new favourites are Navy, hansensgirl, harryspet, tumblin-theworldaway, and of course all my friends in the server <3

What’s the fic you’re most proud of?

It’s so hard to pick just one so i’ll give two! I’m incredibly proud of my Spooptober 2023 collection. It was a tribute and inspired by Hozier’s newest album, and it was the first time I completed a monthly collection! Easter Bunny is definitely a favourite as well; not only a Lee fic (I love our Sheriff so much) but it was a chance to write some real escapist fluff. 

Which character(s) do you find easiest to write and which do you find most difficult to write?

Loki, Bucky, and Cap are definitely my easiest characters. They’re my ol’ reliables and I love all three of them.

Who or what do you find yourself writing about most?

The obvious answer is: BUCKY lol. But a lot of my fifcs tgend  to be escapism style stories. Bucky coming in to “rescue” the reader in one form or another, even if it’s a dark “rescue”

Tell us about a WIP you’re excited about!

I have 3 long term multi chapter fics planned that I can’t wait to share with everyone (eventually). Two of them are Kylo Ren fics, with one having Kylo Ren as a Director of an art museum, hiring an intern whom Kylo assumes is a guy, but is actually a v cute girl and the other being a Mafia!Kylo with an arranged marriage. The last is a Loki fic with Loki as the CEO of a company who needs a bride to appear good for business purposes. 

First fandom you ever wrote for?

Technically the MCU. The first ever fic I wrote was a Tom Hiddleston fic.

Any guilty pleasure trope(s)?

I admit I don’t really believe in “guilty” pleasures; pleasures should be enjoyed! But man am I a sucker for my dub/non-con, kidnapping, and yandere stories!

A trope you’ll never, ever write for.

I try to not to say “never” because i’m always open to inspiration, but i don’t see myself ever writing anything with pregnancy/babies

Wildest fic you’ve ever written?

I wrote this INSANE fic called “When Magic Meets Insanity” which is a threesome between Loki, Reader, and Jerome Valeska from Gotham. It’s crack to hell and is still available to read on my AO3. 

Favorite pairing to write for? (platonic or romantic!)

Stucky. Always. They are my OTP and I love how fun it is to explore their relationship. Especially throwing Sam into the mix. 

Do you listen to anything while you write?

It mostly depends on what/who i’m writing, but yes! For example, I’ll listen to oldies stuff when I'm writing for Lee, and I have this GREAT Asgardian library ambience for writing Loki. 

One-shots or multi-chaptered works?

One-shots. 

Have you ever daydreamed about side adventures/spin-offs from your fic? Tell us about them!

Not really, I sometimes imagine what happens after, but once a fic is done, I tend to just put it on a shelf and leave it. It’s why I hardly write sequels

Is there anything you’ve wanted to write, but you’ve been too scared to try?

I long to write some really good multi-chaptered works, but I struggle with writing long term conflict and i’m worried they’ll be awkward and won’t read well. 

What’s the nicest comment you’ve ever received?

The best comment I’ve ever gotten was on my fic Sunlight (Sun God!Steve) from tumblin-theworldaway. She wrote a big huge comment on the fic and it was like the first thing I saw on a monday morning and I needed a good comment. 

Have you ever gone outside of your comfort zone for a fic? How did it turn out?

I won’t say “comfort zone” but I wrote my first ever Monster Fucker fic not too long ago, “By Land or By Sea” about Sea Monster!Loki and it was defintely new and interesting to write! 

Tooth-rotting fluff or merciless angst?

Fluff, always. I’m always a sucker for happy endings (even dark happy endings lol)

Do you have any OCs? Tell us about them!

Sort of. I have a beauty and the beast style novel planned. The beast is a rich lobbyist for oil industries. And the beauty is an indigenous woman who meets the beast at a cabin in the woods. It’s still heavily in development and i’m not sure when it’ll come to fruition. 

If you could enter the universe of any one of your fics, which would it be and why?

“Teddy Bears” for sure. With slightly dark Bucky and Steve kidnapping me (is it kidnapping if i’m willing?? lol) and telling me I don’t have to work and they’ll take care of me? I’d be there in a heartbeat. 

Is there anything you wish your audience knew about your writing or writing process?

I always write stoned lol. I get a ton of creativity and inspiration from weed and it helps make the ideas flow. It just can take a while to interpret all my stoned ramblings sometimes. 

Copy and paste an excerpt you’re particularly fond of.

This is from my most recently published fic, the last fic in my Spooptober Collection, “To Someone from a Warmer Climate. The fic is about a witch!reader who is visited by a humble sheriff, Lee Bodecker. But he is more than meets the eye.

“Mmmmm…damn…That’s the best cup of coffee I’ve ever had. And I just love the taste of the forgetfulness potion you added.”  Your heart dropped into your stomach.                 “What did you say?” He didn’t answer, only leaning back in his chair. He blinked and where crystal blue eyes had seemed to make him handsome and rakish; now were two inky black pits. He blinked again and his eyes were human again, but now his irises were crimson red. You took a deep breath, trying to steady yourself. You’d dealt with a few lower-level demons in your travels, but never someone who you could walk through your house’s defenses so easily. Usually, any malevolent force was neutralized before it even touched your house. But he…he was something darker. “I’d heard about a pretty witch living out here in the woods.” Lee continued. “Thought it was just another one of them dippy mortals wearing peace signs. But then that little old lady came in, bringing some brownies she said you’d made. And when I tasted them, I knew for sure. There was a real little witch somewhere in town. “Though it took me a while to find ya, darling. All them wards and runes…you’ve kept yourself pretty well hidden. But when that same sweet little old lady called in, worried about her friend in the woods, I knew I’d found you and here you are. Hidden away from the world, cooking up spells your nose buried in a mountain of books. All that defensive magic and you opened the front door for me and invited me in. Silly girl.” His eyes raked over your body, studying you.

Ramble about any fic-related thing you want!

Fanfiction writing has been some of the most fun writing I've ever had. I’ve loved writing for my whole life but sometimes it��s a struggle to write and create an entire cast/world. Fanfiction gives a helping hand to an entire gallery of characters with infinite possibilities. Not to mention the fact that based on “What if” logic, there is a multiverse out there where these fics really happen lol. I look forward to even more writing in the future, both fanfic and original.
