¿Te atreves a innovar? Corta una lechuga romana a lo largo, rocíala con aceite de oliva y ásala hasta que quede ligeramente marchita. Espolvorea queso rallado y deja que se funda. Aliña con sal, pimienta y zumo de limón si no te gusta el queso. Acompaña con carne a la plancha y pimientos asados.
