really was trying to think who voice it was because it definitely wasn't Mark's but turns out it was Mick Lauer (if you don't know, he played Gunther in Space, Warden Murder Slaughter in Heist, and The Detective in WKM and WLW). I'm glad he was able to work with Mark again (even only for trailer).

Ok so random thing for Hazbin. When it comes to voice actor changes from the pilot to when the actual show came out, most of them were very similar or fine, a example being Charlie and Vaggies voices where its basically the same. HOWEVER.

Mick Lauer performance as Husk in the Pilot was weirdly PERFECT, the low grouchy tone, he truly sounds like a man who's just done with everything and everyone, a contrast to Pilot Alastors much more playful and energetic personality. DONT GET ME WRONG, Keith David is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING as Husk and a BUNCH of other roles, and Loser Baby is absolutely, MWAH....but something about Pilot Husks old grouchy voice STILL sits with me and makes me wish he had another chance as Husk for some other thing. Overall, both Keith and Mick are AMAZING on Husk, so for now I "headcannon" (I guess) that beta Husk

An expression study featuring Abe the Detective, played by Mick Lauer aka Ricepirate! I rewatched WMW again (where the reference used is from), and I think it’s my favorite work from the mind of Markiplier because both of their performances were so good!!

Mick put so much POWER and EMOTION into this line delivery, as well as many other moments we see him in this role. I love a lot of the characters that Mark plays, don’t get me wrong, but Mick managed to make Abe one of, if not my favorite character, in any of Mark’s work. So congrats on that Mick lol

Anyways, hope y’all like it!
