Fun question, because idk if this makes my family weird or not!

I grew up with a bowl of black olives (as in a can of whole ones, drained and put in a bowl) on the table on major holidays. I mentioned this to someone recently and they were baffled. I realized this might have been just a my family thing.

IBC Rootbeer bottles used to look like this, so they looked like beer bottles from a distance. My siblings and I adored root beer so we got this stuff whenever we were able, so one day we’re sitting on the curb pounding our root beers after a bike ride in a hot day and we got to watch a guy look shocked at us, speak with his wife clearly thinking that he is seeing children drinking beer in public, then the wife telling him that it’s root beer.

Gotta get the little guy a steamed milk next time we do a Starbucks run with him along.

Another fun thing I do with customers - specifically parents of very small children who don’t know they’re alive yet - is directly imply I think the coffee is for the baby, not the parent. and lemme tell you, like 70% of parents eat that shit up. They immediately go along with the bit and start discussing it with their newborn child, while the baby just stares at us like 😮

Like, June's claim to fame is that he created the eluvians. It's such a great monumental achievement. And Solas just... makes his own mirror that is able to connect to all of the others. And none of the gods have any idea how the fuck he did it.

Why wouldn't you make an effort to have that guy on your team?
