How about some Baby Mocha Headcanons!!!

This girl HATES any form of fruit/berries. Blackberries, strawberry’s, bananas, mangos, ect. She hates em all!

Loves of mochi, and will only eat red bean paste if it’s in it. Otherwise it’s chocolate.

Jing never had a daughter before, so now he loves to dress her up in cute little outfits he sees online or in stores. It’s just adorable!!!

Hisses at things she doesn’t understand. Has hissed at the stove and microwave many times.

Knaws on everything. Jing had to buy her special teething items just so she wouldn’t leave kitten breath on everything.

Azure Lion has to be the one to trim her nails, otherwise the other person becomes a scratching post.

After the quads were born, Mocha became like every other older sibling before her, and plotted ways to “return” the new babies. Once, she even put them in a box with stamps to give back to the “stork” good luck Charlie style. Nezha took MANY photos.

Summary: Gerard and Y/N meet in a coffee shop, become friends and more after an accidental kiss

You had been coming to your favourite coffee shop for the last decade, and upon learning that it closed, you were on the hunt for a new one. This devastating news left you wandering around town for a while until you saw a cute little cafe you had never been too before. And there was something about it that just felt right.

You took a small two-person table by the window in the corner of the cafe and looked around. It shop was a light blue-grey with paintings of flowers and posters decorating the walls. The air smelt of coffee, toast and biscuits. There was a hum of noise as the cafe was, while small, pretty full, and it felt like a warm hug.

Once you saw the menu, you were sold. This had to be your new coffee place, I mean, they sold churros!! And ham and cheese croissants! In the same place? Insane in the best way. You ordered a mocha and muffin and were snuggled up with a book while waiting when a hand landed on your shoulder.

“Wow, you're early for a change!” The voice that greeted you was warm, but unfamiliar. You turned around to face the stranger, and the poor man's face dropped.

“I'm so sorry, you are not the person I thought you were,” he said slowly, standing awkwardly and putting his hands in his pockets.

“It's OK, happens all the time,” you lied, giving the man a small smile to put him at ease. He had kind eyes and smile, with an air about him that just made you feel comfort able. There was something about him that soothed you, despite the random introduction.

The man sat down at a table in the opposite corner, and as your food and coffee arrived, he waited for a person that never showed.

You were so engrossed in your book, that when you finished the last few pages, your coffee (what was left of it) was cold, and your muffin barely touched. You put the book down and took a minute to return to reality. You looked up to see the man from earlier checking his watch once again, sighing and looking down at the table. You knew that look well.

You walked over before you could stop yourself.

“Hi,” you started, unsure of yourself. “Mind if I join you?”

“Ah, sure! Doesn't seem like she's coming anyway.” The man replied.

“I thought I recognised that look. I'm sorry,” you said, looking away. “Hey, my name's Y/N.”

“Gerard. Nice to meet you.” Gerard held out a hand, which you took softly. There was a warmth to it that mad you smile.

You sat down, thinking of how to start A Conversation. How do people do that again? Luckily Gerard swooped in to end the awkward silence.

“What book are you reading? You seemed super engrossed in it?”

“Yeah? Sometimes I get carried away when I read, it's like I'm not really on Earth and I'm in the book, watching like a fly on the wall,” you laughed, “Sometimes I get so invested, I make faces and gasp out loud without realising I'm doing it.”

Gerard giggled. “You know you've got a good book on your hands when that happens. So what kind of stories are you into?” He asked, and you launched into a long and comfortable conversation, as though you'd both known each other for centuries.

It had been a few months since you first met, but you and Gerard would meet up every week, having your own miniature book club that eventually turned into exchanging CDs and long heart to hearts til the coffee shops closed and the pubs became quiet.

Over time you struggled to keep your feelings or the man at bay. He was kind and cuddly, but strong and brave, and you just admired him so much. It was hard to stay friends when you watched him talk and focused more on his lips than the words he was speaking.

And though you didn't know it, Gerard got more and more comfortable with you, and found himself falling as well. The small gestures became touches, a soft brush of the hand when passing you something, leaning his head on your shoulder in a booth when you're tired, hugs that last just a moment longer than intended, and the occasional kiss on the cheek when it had been a while. You were scared to think that maybe it was only in your mind that his lips lingered for a breath longer than a friend.

It was a cool night and you and Gerard were meeting up at a pub, as you'd been busy with work all day but you both needed some time away from it all, happily finding refuge in each other.

The pub was a warm and vibrant atmosphere, people laughing, mugs clinking, and staff weaving through the crowd, remarkably spilling nothing. You struggled to find Gerard in the crowd, but suddenly there was a hand on the small of your back. You turned around and the scowl on your face shifted to a smile.

“Gee! How are you!” You cried giving him a hug and a kiss on the cheek... or what you intended to be a kiss on the cheek. Gerard had the same idea, and you both went in the same direction. Your lips collided in a short and quick peck that sent electricity through both of you, pulling away with wide eyes.

Gerard laughed. “Well, I'm good now,” he said with a flirting smirk, and you turned your head and blushed.

“Sorry, I didn't mean to-” you started, flustered.

“No no it's fine, I'm sorry, hey, how about we grab a seat?” Gerard stopped you.

You spent a few hours happily munching on hot chips and a burger, and sipping a cider while you chatted about anything and everything you could possibly think of, Gerard talking your ear off equally. By the time your food was gone and your drinks disappeared, the pub was nearly empty and a comfortable quiet came over you both.

Gerard looked at you.

“You know, you had nothing to apologise for, right?” Gerard asked, out of the blue.

“What do you mean?”

“When we kissed. I know it was an accident and all but you didn't need to apologise. I actually, um, I didn't mind it. I wouldn't mind it again.”

You looked away, cheeks heating up fast. When you didn't answer fast enough, Gerard tried to backtrack.

“'M sorry, I didn't mean to make you uncomfortable or anything, you know what, just forget I said it, it didn't happen and doesn't really matter anyway, I me-”

“Gee.” Was all you had to say to silence him.

You looked up at him with the Y/E/C eyes that he adored with all his heart. Even if your lips never touched his again, he decided he'd be content to just have your eyes stay on his for a few more moments. But you took him by surprise, putting you hand on his and then kissing his cheek. When you pulled away, you shyly bit your lip.

Gerard leant forward slowly, and kissed the skin where your cheek meets your lips, desperate to prove his point, lost for words, and terrified to scare you off. His lips stayed on your skin for a moment longer and you felt his breath on your cheek, sending a shiver down your spine. You pressed your forehead against his, eyes closed, noses rubbing for a moment, before you both leaned in and kissed. It was magic. Not the extreme, passionate, thrilling heat. No. But soft. Calm. Warm. Like the safety coming home from a storm. The contentment of a good book. The joy and comfort of your favourite coffee shop.

The kiss ended and you both barely pulled away, soft smiles on your faces, light in your eyes, and quiet laughter drifting from you.

“You have no idea how long I've wanted to do that,” Gerard said, hand still behind your neck.

“You have no idea how much I need you to do it again.”

And with that, your lips met. And would meet, again, again and again.

I am going to Japan next year, and I remember you have been there recently. Do you have any recs of places I should visit? Did you go to any cool one piece/anime store?

When it comes to things like the Kirby and Pokemon cafes you have to book those a month or two in advance! So get on that if you want to see them! I think they're very cute and fun.

There are One Piece stores aaaall over Japan, in Tokyo alone there's a big one in Ikebukuro, a small one in Shibuya, and a medium sized one in Odaiba! They're all fun to go to for the statues alone! The biggest store is in Osaka to my knowledge, and Shonen Jump stores have a lot of One Piece too!

I loooove the Mocha cat cafe chains so much I would go to all of them in Tokyo and spend hours in them at a time lmao. My favourite one is the Ikebukuro East cafe!

Ikebukuro in general is a gorgeous area, it has Sunshine City and things like Animate. Also...if you want...heh....doujinshi....K-BOOKS Doujinkan is an awesome place. Mandarake also has doujinshis, both of these places are in Ikebukuro.

Tokyo Skytree Mall is a banger place, lots of funs little shops in there and a gorgeous outside area to walk around.

Overall I'm a big foodie and history buff, I love to travel for old architecture and food. I was eating parfaits every day in Japan because I can't get them anywhere else lol, and Kyoto is a lovely and amazing city for nature and temples. Overall my holidays in Japan are just spent walking around the cities to see what I can find! Sorry, I don't really have a master list.

Don't forget to be respectful upon travelling as well, ie don't talk on trains during rush hour and, if you go to Kyoto, don't take photos of or bother the Geishas! Those poor girls have had it rough lately with very rude tourists 😭

But have fun on your trip! I hope it goes well! I 100% suggest you get a suica card for travel from the airport when you land, they're super easy to obtain and the best thing to use for train travel!

HI MADS long time no see!! What's up? :D

HI NIKO!!!! 😭 AAAAAA I've missed everyone so much! In general like, I haven't been on Tumblr as much as I've been trying to WRITE MORE for new years resolution (which has been working??? New wip that I've started this month of a semi-angsty Penelope and Laertes interaction. already 6000+ words! :3 ) And as of late, I just got a cold (I went to get a flu and covid shot, and I definitely caught a cold while there as well aaaaaaaa) so I'm definitely feeling that but otherwise has been pretty alright!

Been freezing AF where I'm at so that's been frustrating, my poor Mocha has been getting antsy and upset because she gets cold right away when playing outside so she almost immediately wants to go in. (she has a lil coat, but she refuses to wear boots) We've put plastic over the window frames to help keep the house warm but you know.

Otherwise, nothing much else has been going on really but~ I'm definitely hoping to be back on more (on Tumblr and writing lol) after this stupid cold goes away lol xD

Nine People You'd Like To Get To Know Better

Sweet/Spicy/Savory: Sweet tooth is currently satisfied. Spicy is just kind of a bonus. I think savory is looking good rn.

Three ships: Zukka is the obvious current answer, but I am a habitual multishipper by nature, so here are three ships that I very much enjoy which might not be on your radars!

First is @ablueeyedarcher's fault: How/Piandao. The SS CapyPanda. Are they minor characters who only show up for two or three episodes a piece? Yes. Do I care? No. Let them smooch.

Number two is Jee/Bato. Look. Jee is a tired gay man, He has served his time. Let him get out there and get the good dick. He's not a home wrecker though, he's not gonna get between whatever Bato has going on with Hakoda... unless maybe they invited him to get between them more literally.

Third is Zuko/Kuei. I know the the post canon comics pitted these two sad bitches against each other but listen, here me out. They're both young, inexperienced leaders dropped head first into navigating attempting to deescalate their countries post a century of hostilities with minimal helpful guidance, and they were also both used and betrayed by the father figures they we supposed to trust and rely on. What if when left alone, face to face, they bonded over venting their similar frustrations? What if that bonding turned into an unlikely friendship? What if that friendship tripped and rolled down a rocky hill of something more and they ended up in a secret affair between the heads of two of the world's most powerful states? What if it all came crashing in on them, but they couldn't untangle their very real feelings from their duty as leaders? What then?

First ever ship: Oh snap this is reaching back into Ye Old memory banks here. If I'm being totally honest I think it was the pink and green (later white, much later all the rest of the damn colors) rangers from the original run of the American version of Power Rangers. The internet didn't exist as we know it today so it was just a group of a half-dozen 7-9 year olds G O S S I P I N G on the playground between rounds of pretending to be actual velociraptors.

Last Film: Technically it was me and the rest of the adults post Thanksgiving diner keeping a running background commentary going on the worldbuilding choices in the Paw Patrol Movie that the little kids insisted on watching. Real answer, the last movie I sat down to watch with intention was Across the Spiderverse.

Last thing I Googled: solar chistmas lights. My coworker was complaining that her only outdoor outlet shares a load with an indoor one (which?? rude!) and her partner wouldn't let her put up more Christmas lights. I had to show her. The way her face lit up as she IMMEDIATELY zoomed to Amazon and started filling her cart. Apologies to her poor family and neighbors, but I definitely made her week and possibly her entire New Year.

Currently Reading: Hey did you know that @erisenyo is already releasing stuff for zukki week because she is. you should definitely go read that.

Currently Watching: Rewatching Blue Eye Samurai while spouse watches it for the first time. He's been big into old samurai and wuxia films since I can remember so I'm just sitting here anticipating his reactions to every easter egg and trope call back they've stuffed into this show and also spotting things I missed on the first round.

Currently Consuming: Peppermint mocha and a cheese, egg and sausage tornado. Don't question me.

Currently Craving: My cozy bed. Also a nice big bowl of curry.

Currently Working On: The next chapter of Learn to Carry Love. I'm so so so close to the finish aaargh!

[ emerald ]  bonus round: coffee or tea? morning or night? extroverted or introverted? hot or cold? fruits or vegetables? sweet or salty?

coffee or tea? Coffee easily. Admittedly, I wasn't much of a coffee drinker until a few months ago when I tried out cold brew for the first time and ended up liking it (with creamer of course bc there's no way I'm drinking it black asjdkdkd). Mochas are also a favorite coffee drink of mine!

morning or night? Hm... I'd say I probably lean more into night. It's a time when I can just sit down and breathe after the day is done, and I also just love the coolness and quiet the night brings. I've never been a morning person, and I'm still not, even though I get out of bed at a consistent time when my baby wakes up for the day.

extroverted or introverted? Oh I'm a big introvert lol. I know it seems that I yap a lot but that's really only after I've grown comfortable with someone, and I'm actually a pretty quiet person irl, more of a listener than a talker. My social battery also drains fast when in a closed space with a lot of people (i.e. house parties), so I end up retreating either outside or to another room where it's quiet.

hot or cold? Now, you might think that being someone who was born and lived most of her life in a sub-tropical climate would be used to the heat, right? Wrong. I hate being hot so much, and visiting family in florida this past summer only solidified that (and my baby did not cope with the heat well at all, my poor girl,,,). So yeah, even if I don't like freezing cold either, it's far better than sweltering heat. I can always put on more layers after all, or make myself a hot drink, or cozy up in front of the fireplace. You can't really do those things when it's 90 degrees outside ashgfdk

fruits or vegetables? Fruit! It's so good! I've started to like certain vegetables more depending on how they're prepared, but I prefer fruit much more.

sweet or salty? Is it cheating if I say both? I don't think I can choose one or the other they're both good taste vibes! Even better when you eat something sweet and then follow it with something salty. So good!

Yes!! I have a male tuxedo cat named Tango (megaman friends know). He's a very good boy I love him so much :3

Two nights ago, the winner was Monica

Honey-sweet, with a very faint floral undertone. The black tea flavor is faint too, and there's a touch of vanilla that comes through with the honey flavor. Not quite for me, but perfectly fits the namesake.

So by default, last night's winner is Ross (no poll for poor Ross lol)

Pineapple-y is the best description for this. With vanilla underneath which is weird, that doesn't seem to fit pineapple. There's also a honey-sweetness to this which is interesting, and some other faint, sweet, tart fruit. Interesting, but also not quite for me.

I imagine Nezha went through a similar phase (minus the dresses)! So Jing would absolutely be used to it. He also likes dresses, so he wouldn’t be opposed to wearing a pretty Hanfu and wear a little headdress with it. Whatever makes mocha happy!

But poor azure, he’s this nearly 8 foot buff man in a pretty blue princess tutu and a mock crown and he is NOT pleased. Poor cat can’t even complain or else Jing will give him the Look(tm).

Muzha and Jinzha are apart enough to flee. Nezha is not quite as fast. He must suffer the indignity of wearing a pink medival princess costume with tiara and all.

Mk is a good BF and takes one for the team, except he wears a mock suit and become a “prince” for the dear princess mocha! The princess is also arranging a Marriage between the two as a sight of good faith!

It becomes a whole thing. XD

Christopher looks up from his spell book as his teal eyes study the pale elf, after the tadpole problem he can't seem to recall who he is. His mocha-coloured lips twitched into a soft smile, he had fallen for Astarion's charms, he knew the elf was putting up a facade but who could blame him? He knew he was lying at times too, all of his new companions miss took him as an 'Aasimar' whatever that was, and he knew that eventually he would have to explain his odd behaviour.

"You never told us what class you are?" Gale said as the wizard leaned closer toward the 'Aasimar', "You can cast spells but I've never seen you prepare your spells," the wizard said.

Christoper's gaze moved from Astarion to Gale, "Well I'm a sorcerer, I just keep a journal with me," he lied as he snapped his spell book closed. Christopher felt his pale red wings ruffle as he felt a chill breeze pass.

"Oh Gale, leave the poor Dove alone!" Astarion called, waving his arm in their direction. He was sitting, or rather laying, on one of the benches near his tent, with one leg crossed over the other and propped vertically against one of his tent posts. He held a book above his head, lazily scanning the lines. Ever since leaving the callous embrace of his master, where he was forced to stand straight and obedient even as he was having the flesh of his back ripped apart, he was enjoying the luxury of improper behaviour.

His head lolled in their direction, and he flashed a smile."Who cares what 'class' he is. Honestly, you wizard types always have to put a name to everything. If Lae'zel decided to put down her big sword and shoot at someone from a shadow, could she be a rogue too?" He hummed and dropped his book on the ground. "Though I admit there is a certain flair involved. Not all of us can simply read in a tower for our skills. Some need a natural charm."

"Anyway, you're bothering him. What does it matter, as long as he can throw a ball of fire hot enough to melt someone's face off at 60 feet?"

Twisted Wonderland ask: Assuming there is a Starbucks equivalent, what are the Housewarden's go-to drink order?

Hello friend! Thank you for the ask!!! Oh dear, ehehehe, it seems my lack of coffee-related knowledge may show here...oops, lol. 😂 I will do my best to answer! (thank goodness for online menus that allow you to look at the recipes!)

Riddle - Grande Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew; with an extra splash of sweet cream. We know Riddle loves sweet things like tarts and desserts. I think he would enjoy something cool and sweet, and something a little different than his usual drinks. More than likely, it was Trey, Ace, Deuce, and Cater who brought him to the coffee shop, and in an effort to appreciate his friends and fit in with everyone around, I imagine Riddle would have picked something sweet but simple. Sweet because he knows he'll enjoy it and won't offend anyone by not drinking it, and simple because the sheer amount of customization Cater did for his own drink made Riddle's head spin a little. There were no rules for what Cater did. It was a godless, unholy act. Who the hell puts that much syrup in a DRINK. Riddle is doing his best not to be scarred for life.

Leona - Grande Lemonade. It's simple, but that's how Leona likes his drinks. I don't think he'd want to bother with a bunch of fancy things for his order, and I don't think he'd want anything caffeinated...that would get in the way of his precious nap time. And I imagine, with how warm the Savanaclaw dorm is, the lemonade is likely very refreshing.

Azul - Espresso Machiato; 6 shots instead of 4, nonfat milk, with light milk foam. Let's be real, Azul has got Things To Do. He's a full-time student AND running a lounge, plus forming contracts on the side? You expect me to think this boy sleeps? Nah. That's what caffeine is for. He'll get by. And of course, he still has a complex about his weight as a child, so he will order nonfat milk with light milk foam. (my poor boy. someday he will realize it did not mean that much, and that he is more than just his looks.)

Kalim - Grande Hot Chocolate; with 6 pumps of Mocha sauce instead of 4, and extra Mocha drizzle on top. Let's be real, Kalim is a sweetie. And just like him, his drink is extra sweet. He would get a venti but Jamil says no. Can't have him completely spoiling his appetite before dinner!

Vil - Grande Chai Latte; light milk foam, with nonfat milk. I think this would be something Vil would enjoy. Chai has a warm taste that wraps around you, much like a hug, and reminds me of cozy days in. I think it would be a "taste of home" vibe that he would enjoy for times when he is on the road for his acting or modelling. It also still has a bit of caffeine in it, which can help him feel awake and refreshed if he's having a rough morning.

Idia - Espresso Con Panna; 8 shots of espresso instead of 4 and EXTRA whipped cream. This boy has got classes all day and gaming all night. There's no time for sleep. I fully believe Idia has a shirt that says "sleep is for the weak". Anytime he can add more caffeine or sugar to his order, he will. The only reason he stops at 8 shots is because Ortho threatened the life of his computer monitor. And no, I don't mean Ortho threatened to dump water on it or take it away; Idia would find ways around that. No, no. Ortho pulled out a gun and said "drop the espresso or the computer gets it". #giveorthoagun2023

Malleus - Malleus goes to the shop only because Yuu asked him. And of course he orders the Dragon Drink. Dragonfruit and coconut, it's a pretty nice combo. Plus, it's a dragon drink. It was made for him. (Or so he believes. Yuu will not tell him otherwise. It's too cute.) He falls in love with the shop because Yuu lets it slip that they frequent it often and so suddenly Malleus has a Starbucks addiction (somebody help this simping dragon fae) and meets them there regularly to have drinks together.

Overall: Really enjoyed this, I think it’s a really good introduction to the characters, I’m super excited to learn more about them and the writing is really good!!

Overall: The relationships and dialogue in this episode were super fun, I felt like we got to know a lot of the characters better. Joner leaving made me incredibly sad but I think that just reflects how well built-up and likable his character was in a short amount of time

Overall: Another banger episode, Mal especially was super interesting, I have no idea what her intention was but regardless sabotage is always interesting. Also the Kelaustin(?) is fire and all the characters are just really cool and fun

Overall: Dude I love this chapter so much, Courtney and McLovin’s friendship and the mounting issues with Mal are both so good. Also Scruffy’s spelling skills, mwah, god tier detail and win. I’m sad Patrick’s gone, he was my babygirl, but him finding Kitty of all people to be impressive and then losing because of it was like surprisingly cute and tragic? Autistic alpha male tsundere x full-on cryptid is a god tier dynamic that I’ve never considered before. I want good things for them

¡Introduction post!

Alola! First post here! In case you do not know me, I am Apoālewa, Champion of Alola! If my name is too difficult to pronounce that's ok, You can call me Dugga!

Here are my current pokemon with some info!

Evo the Sylveon, he's my service pokemon that helps me keep in check and ensure I'm under control of myself, he's an absolute sweetheart! He was a gift from my older half sister when I first met her(she had to adopt me after some unfortunate things that happened to me, I do not wish to say what exactly)

Mr.Squirt("lil Mister") the Primarina, my Ace in battle, he's been with me since I started my Island trials, as you can tell I was not the best at names when I was younger. He's quite a calm, gentle pokemon who enjoys his naps. He's also quite the Peirs enjoyer, you should see him make his way into whatever room has that guy's music playing!

Midnight the Lycanroc, you can guess by the name what variant of lycanroc she is lol, she's the playfully rough kind of pokemon, always nibbling on me or my clothes, rubbing her rocky parts on stuff(lost so much furniture to her). She's also what i like to call a "screamer", basically she doesn't bark, woof, ruff none of that, but SCREAMS like a bolthound that found something(usually at the late hours of the night too)

Jell-o the (shiny) Goodra, my only shiny pokemon, I found him as a goomy during a pause of rain near Po town I think, poor thing was dry from the sun:(, i got him near a shaded puddle and began to leave, but he refused to leave my side hehe, he's also caused a lot of furniture problems, he's joyfully lazy and he won't leave my chairs alone(goodra slime is hard to get out of fabric, worse is that stuff bleaches)

E ("Esper") the Espeon, a absolutely amazing if not shy companion, I got her after seeing an ad from a shelter about an eevee(her) that was used for shiny breeding and needed a home. I feel so happy that she felt safe enough around me to evolve into such a friendship related evolution. She surprisingly great in battle, the pokemon center said if mist be therapeutic for her(i make sure shes ok before and after every battle don't worry)

Mocha the (alolan) Raichu, probably my most food motivated pokemon😅, you shake a bag of food and he comes zooming, also no one told me the move Electric Terrain made them surf faster! He had to go to the pokemon center because he zoomed indoor and hit a wall🤦‍♂️(he's ok btw, happened several months ago)

Aohd(pronounced "ay") the Volcanrona, had no clue that Volcanronas are rare in Alola until guzma lost his shit at the sight of her as a Larvesta, she tends to lounge about ouside when not battling, soaking up the sun. Also I recommend to anyone thinking of having a Volcanrona to have a large backyard with easy access to sunlight and plenty vegetation, I've learned it's vital for their diets(just a tip)

Chase the Gardevoir, not my pokemon but my sister's, she(chase) is essentially a caregiver since Kahu(my sister) left for Paldea some time ago for education purposes, she helps me with chores and errands, she also speaks via ASL(Alolan Sign Language), I pretty much look up to her as a mother figure. Not sure where exactly she came from as Kahu found her as a Ralts on Poni island and apparently the Ralts line don't reside in Alola.

Rotom-Dex the Rotom, can't forget one of the most helpful pokemon I have! They were quite chatty too after they learned they can talk with the pokedex they possess, they're quite well trained for their job too! Always giving me needed tidbits about for forgettable pokemon so i won't falter in battle! Even though they don't battle themselves, they're quite vital to my job as champion!

So it seems I have been transported to the past via otherworldly means and now I have to make a new team for myself to ensure saftey, i currently have-

Mr.Squirt("lil Mister), he was one of the only two pokemon that came with me unfortunately, he's still the same ol' Primarina

"Arc-Dex"(RotomDex), Rotom, they started calling themselves that after I woke up in hisui, they resemble Akari's "ArcPhone", some modified phone. They still do not battle.

Ghostface the Cyndaquil, the professor here, Laventon gave her to me to ensure I learn of the "Hisuian" veriants of pokemon here, apparently she'll become a ghost type but i remember them being pure fire type, this may be interesting.

things that are short term that i'm not into:

stomach hurty. it does not like this stupid mocha

less than 30 mins til next class

and i JUST finished that annoying lab report that makes no sense whatsoever (i hate bacteria so much. why. i also hate evolution, which one of my professors pronounces it as eeveelution and i had to stop myself from laughing)

in the library there is a massive bug flying around

i've been stuck here since 7:30

i only slept for 5 hours

okay i've already finished the class at this point and dang my stomach feels worse. what did i drink, knock-off mocha?? poison?? i never felt this bad drinking something in a long, long while (if ever)

never trust cafes in uni again. back to the vending machine rip

much more interesting things about pokemon that i'm going though:

after trying out pokerogue a week or so ago, i'm somehow more than halfway the whole thing. for my first pokemon-adjacent game (well, more fanmade than anything), i'm doing decently well. yeah i cheat by restarting before i die but i'm pretty sure everyone does at this point lol.

it's actually interesting that most of my opponents (as gym leaders/bad guys) are unova/kalos respectively. where is my character and why are they inbetween these two regions??

it's so much more funnier when you know that at least half my team is weak to fire. i don't know how they're surviving. team flare keeps bringing out fire types and i hate that my first gym leader was chili aka his monkey that knows incinerate. + i 'basically' died so many times to xerosic aka one (out of TWO??) of his vilillon know hurricane that somehow smashs my team and one (again out of two) of his malamar knows superpower = all but two of my team is hella weak to that move.

even more funnier that i keep oneshotting wild pokemon that i want to get. talonflame? mimikyu (which always survives the first attack but dies in the next no matter what i do)? that stupid manetric (that i found twice at least??) that oneshots ME if i give it a chance and try to catch it when it has like 5 hp left?

i feel like the game knows what xy does to me because right after surviving another flare grunt i face LYSANDRE?? of all people?? i was so lucky that i healed them all up as much as my saved up money would allow bc hrngg i hate that 7 foot man. so many deaths between him and xerosic. hate this french guys fr (the scientist is still the worst though. all he does is reinforce my fear of vilillon and malamar)

i love how i managed to sweep a whole area with my magnezone. it was a fairy cave with a bunch of fairy + water types. flash cannon + zap cannon go brr

talking about magnezone, i keep forgetting that discharge will mess up anyone else on my team in a double battle (kept killing my poor squawkabilly whose a beast with aerial ace but sucks in defence + weavile who is weak to say too many things to be alive rn and yet still tanks with triple axel and rock smash). kind of the same issue as my previous ace rillaboom, who fell from his pedestal due to wood hammer and its stupid recoil damage (i replaced it dw but he’s still very behind compared to the rest of my team). this game is really teaching me about how moves work and their viability in games as opposed to anime

im pretty sure that fairy cave took me to johto cause all of a sudden i got pryce. why?? and his mr ryme (which is female?? also wow hello gen 8 with my gen 2 gym leader) knows double kick aka i'm DEAD pls

anyways weavile carries my team along with magnezone, squawkabilly is largely backup if i'm stuck with fighting types (plus any pesky grass and bug), my comfort furret that used to be my real comfort sentret hold sucker punch and echoed voice just in case but is really just There lol, persian i used to really rely on when it had fake out + feint but power gem is super useful (and i hold hope that i can use pay day in excess in the future), and rillaboom has knock off (used to be really useful) and is mostly there to smash through water types. i did not choose this team, this team chose me at this point heh

honestly not doing this for competitive stuff so i don't have any qualms about refreshing the page before the game puts me at the start again, but where does everyone get their legendaries?? and how on earth did i oneshot my rival's shiny rayquaza with triple axel HELP

all in all, pretty good progress. rn around 160?? middle of nowhere. giving me major mezase vibes with the fact that i have no idea where i am. my rival is confounded as i am about oneshotting his recent team with weavil, only my bird is female, and somehow all of those fire-type moves and pokemon are just gone. and i never knew how awesome sturdy can be until my magenezone is just,, living after an earthquake. with 1 hp. and oneshots that abomasnow afterwards with flash cannon. anyways everyone should give them so much love especially since i raised it from a wee magnemite with, like, thunderwave or smth. it literally only had status moves at the start.

also how come all of my rare eggs are just starters?? in the game where all starters are already avaliable from the start?? + one shiny sneasel but AFTER i already have my main one. btw does anyone care for 3 torchics lol
