I would’ve lost sooooo many more lives if that level didn’t have checkpoints. I’d be stuck on it for days probably. It had two checkpoints and I still lost over a 100 lives. That was definitely the hardest Mario finale level I’ve ever done. If Champion’s Road or Long Journey’s End had even one checkpoint I probably would’ve beaten both of them waaaay faster, and LJE took me about the same amount of time as this one did!
