Sometimes all the people in this world are so small

Minuscule

There’s so many nobodies

So many extras

On the world’s stage

It’s hard so believe that all those people have a life as intricate as mine

Hard to believe there’s that much room

For all these people

To grow

I hope the people help each other

I hope the inconsequential lives are watered

I hope they soak in sunlight

But I’m nobody

And people get buried

You’ll never know the story to every scratch on a sidewalk

Every impression on someone’s skin

But that’s the beauty of nobodies and nothings
