That wuvvy is basically dressed in a matching outfit to tie except for the colors like an accessory only to be discarded almost for hob. I might be remembering wrong but,,,,,

YOU REMEMBERED CORRECTLY ANON! they wore matching outfits to the ball. rue in all black with white peonies, wuvvy is in all white with matching black peonies. rue abandons wuvvy at the ball for hob but later, wuvvy takes their peonies from that night and arranges them in a vase to put in rue's room. isn't that crazy. transcripts that make me feel INSANE when I reread them
