Tributes to Shamrao Kamble, the unsung music maestro of Hindi cine music industry, on his birth anniversary today.
Shamrao Kamble was an eminent and excellent music arranger who had worked with almost all the music directors in 60s and 70s. Basically a Harmonium player, he was also a master in organ and vibraphone playing. He was a favourite arranger of music directors Laxmikant -Pyarelal, Roshan, Rajesh Roshan, Jaidev and Sudhir Phadke. He was the melody section conductor in Laxmikant-Pyarelal's music and worked with them throughout their career. His music arrangements in films like 'Mujhe Jeene Do', 'Prem Parbat', 'Gharonda', 'Reshma aur Shera' (with Jaidev), 'Anokhi Raat' (Roshan), '’Kunwara Baap’, ‘Julie' (Rajesh Roshan) and the hit Marathi album 'Ritu Hirwa' was amazing.
He had also composed music with the veteran violinist Prabhakar Jog for the English film 'Birbal My Brother' under the name 'Shyam-Prabhakar'. We have listened to his unbeatable harmonium in the songs like 'baai mi wikat ghetala sham", 'thakale re nandalala"(‘jagachya pathivar’), "jaane kahan gayi" (‘dil apna aur preet paraai’) and organ in "yashomati maiya se bole nandalala" (‘satyam shivam sundaram’. . Very few know that Shamrao himself was a brilliant composer as well. He used to compose Bhajans and once on listening to the Bhajans he composed, music director Pyarelal asked him “Shamraoji if you can compose the tunes so nicely, why don’t you think to be a full-fledged music director for films ?” He just said “I am more interested in the Music Arrangements..” Pyarelal asked him jokingly, “so shall I use your compositions ?” smiling, within a second he said, “Pyareji, my all work is for you… you may use whenever you wish..!” I am very much sure that if Shamraoji had taken music-direction is a career, he would have definitely achieved the position in the list of most talented and successful composers in Indian music field," said Pyarelal Ramprasad Sharma, the ace music director.
"His knowledge and devotion towards music was so deep, that he even used to guide or suggest the top artists like Rais Khan (sitar), Hariprasad Chaurasia (flute), Shivkumar Sharma (santoor) about the playing during the recordings. He also used to express that a particular music piece would be more effective if improvised in a different manner etc. And the greatness of those artists also, who used sportingly accept Shamraoji's suggestions and appreciate the same.. This was only because they were fully aware of Shamraoji’s knowledge and capacity. And also this was the reason that we had given total freedom to him in our work also," said Pyarelal.
In his early career, Shamrao had worked as a notation-writer. He was the one who wrote down the notation for Dinanath Mangeshkar's natya sangeet (Chandrika hi janu, Vilopale madhu meelanat ya, Yuwati mana etc).
He was well-versed in western idiom too. He brought sophistication to the music pieces of Sudhir Phadke, Roshan and Jaidev. His speciality was reading the lyrics and composing music interludes to set the mood for the next stanza. His interludes for 3 stanzas used to be all different (e,g. Jo waada kiya nibhana padega). He completed Roshan's 'Anokhi Raat' in his absence when Roshan died halfway through the movie.
He assisted Rajesh Roshan in his first two movies 'Kunwara Baap' and 'Julie', and young 'Shridhar Phadke' for his 'Rutu Hirwaa' album and continued even later.
A producer once came to Jaidev asking him to score for Gharonda, but asked him to give music like R.D.Burman. Jaidev refused, but Shamrao said "You just say yes, we will see what to do". He is the one who transformed Jaidev's difficult tunes into modern rhythm and orchestration, using strings, transichord and whistle effectively. After the movie was released, Jaidev rang him up "Arre ye tune kya kar diya? My music is so successful, now everyone wants music like that. I have to attach your name to mine, too".
Shamrao was the senior partner in Shyam Kamble & Party (along with Laxmikant and Pyarelal who were kids) performing at the Ganeshotsav programmes.
Shamrao Kamble was one such soul who has contributed endlessly to the music industry. For many he was a guide and father figure in the music industry. And more than all this he was a great great human being. So modest and down to earth for all his amazing achievements..
Shamrao Kamble passed away on away on 17th October 2008 at Dombivli due to a Brain Stroke. He was 83.
Although the void created by him can never be filled, his art and work will remain in everyone’s memory eternally.
May the noble soul of Shamrao Kamble rest in eternal peace.

It is difficult to explain or even attempt to narrate, the kind of ‘day a day makes’ .. the positioning of various alarms about the premise .. the futility of them by the morning, for the night has been awakened several times, in anticipation of whether the device shall work or not and the music strain, that is the mode tuning of the wake up , sings ..
And the irony is that we , not the device, become the alarming wake up call ..
Happens does it not .. ?
The brain is indeed is the most illustrious element of our system .. it begins its accumulation of memory by the age of 5 and peaks by 15 years of age .. ! So a formal authorised study says ..
hmmmm ..
so what are we doing after the gage of 15 .. or rather what is the brain doing after the age of 15 .. ‘loosing it’ say the experts of recognised medical fraternity .. and memory loss is the process till the end of life ..
so the debate is .. if science can, medical science that is, can extract the fluid of the brain from a child of 5 - a small part , not all - and infuse it into an elder of 80, there is the possibility of a regained memory .. !!!
and the justification of its practicality, has apparently been tried out on the , yes you guessed right , the mouse ..
and how on earth did they do that .. I mean how did they find out that Mouse Sr had developed extra memory after the inject of the fluid from Mouse jr ..
aaahhh .. got it .. they tried it out with Tom & Jerry

Inspector Rathod kuch pareshaan lag raha tha aur yahan se wahan chal phir raha tha police station mein kabhi issko to kabhi kissi ko phone karte huwe aur baar baar baahar dekh raha tha…. beshak Reshmi ka intezaar karte huwe. Aur ek baar khud badbdaya,“Oh no! Kahin yeh ladki Khan ke mawjoodgi mein na aa tapak pade! Oh God ussko Khan ke ane se pehle bhej dena please….” Rathod kabhi police station ke andar to kabhi baahar angne mein ate jaate dikhaayi de raha tha raaste par dekhte huwe aur saaf dikhaayi de raha tha ke woh kissi ka intezaar kar raha hai…..
Koyi aadhe ghante ke baad Khan ki gaadi ate huwe dikhaayi diye Rathod ko, aur usska chehra pasina pasina ho gaya usska dil zoron se dhadak raha tha magar thik ussi waqt ek dusra car ruka jiss mein se Reshmi nikli aur apne saamne Inspector Rathod ko dekh kar muskurate huwe boli, “Are Rathod saab aap bhi issi station mein ho tab to Khan sahab ka kaam asaan ho jaega……” Rathod ne mudhkar pehle Khan ko dekha jo apni gaadi ko parking slot par park kar raha tha, phir Reshmi ko ghabraaye huwe dekh kar Rathod ne apne ungli ko honthon se dabate huwe, “shhhh” kaha Reshmi ko aur jaldi se ussko ek taraf lejaate huwe phuss phuss uss se kuch kaha kaafi der talk. Reshmi bahot heyraan nazron se Rathod ko sun rahi thi, aur usske sabhi baton ko sunne ke baad muskuraayi aur kaha, “Achah main samajh gayi, aap fikar mat karo main eisa behave karungi ke aap ko pehli baar mil rahi hoon aap andar jaayiye….”
Inspector Khan apne car park karne ke baad ek dusre darwaze se police station mein daakhil huwa tab tak saamne se Rathod bhi andar gaya. Aur uss ke baad Reshmi ne Khan ke office ka darwaza khatkhatate andar daakhil hone ki ijazat mangi. Turant Khan khada ho gaya apne seat se aur darwaze ke taraf badhte huwe Reshmi ka istekbal kiya.
Reshmi baith gayi to Khan ne Rathod ko bulwaya aur introduce kiya ek dusre se donon ko. Rathod aur Reshmi eise mile jeise ek dusre ko nahin pehchaante ho. Aur Khan ne Rathod se kaha Reshmi ka bayaan record kiya jaye aur kissi ko andar nahin ane diya jaye kissi bhi haal mein.
Reshmi, Sanjana ki gehri dost thi jo ek hi college ki students the. Aur Sanjana Joshi, Vikram Joshi ki behen thi. Iss liye ke Sanjana aur Reshmi bahot kareebi dost the, to zaahir hai ke Reshmi ko uss ke bare mein bahot kuch pata hai; aur apni Behen ko jab kabhi Vikram Reshmi ke yahan lene ko jata tha to woh bhi Reshmi ke parivaaar se ghul mil gaya tha. Aksar college ke baad Sanjana Reshmi ke ghar chali jaati thi aur donon milkar college ke kaam kiya karte the aur kayi baar to Sanjana Reshmi ke ghar hi so jaati thi aur subha subha apne bhai ko phone karke ussko wapas ghar lejane ke liye bulati thi. Vicky ko iss baat se inkaar nahin tha ke ussski behen Reshmi ke yahan rahe kyun ke woh khud ghar bahot late wapas aya karta thaa jinn dinon kaam ziada hote the. Reshmi koyi der ghante tak Inspector Khan aur Rathod ke saamne apna bayaan record karwaayi. Khan Reshmi ko ghurr raha tha uss ke baat cheet ke dawraan aur kuch na kuch apne taraf se conclude karne ki koshish mein laga huwa tha. Reh reh kar beech mein Khan ne kuch sawaal bhi kiye Reshni se jisska jawaab bhi record kiya gaya. Khan ke poochne par ke kia woh Vicky ki girlfriend thi to Reshmi ne hansste huwe jawaab diya ke nahin Vicky ussko bhi behen manta hai.
Reshmi ko jane diya gaya aur Khan ne Rathod se poocha, “Kia tumhare khayaal se ussne sab sach kaha?” To Rathod ne kaha, “Mujhe to sab 100% sach laga raha hai. Kitni seedhi saadhi ladki hai yaar, sab saaf saaf bata gayi jo maloom tha ussko.” Khan ne sar hillate huwe recorded tape ko apne saath liya aur ghar wapas chala gaya. Ghar jaakar woh Reshmi ki awaaz ko baar baar phir se sun raha tha, jeise who kuch jaanne ki koshish kar raha tha ya kuch talaash kar raha tha Reshmi ke bayaanaat mein.
Jiss jagah par Vicky Mathur saaab ka intezaar kar raha tha, wahan se sirf woh car ko ate huwe dekh sakta tha. Mathur saab ko kuch pata nahin tha ke Vicky kidhar hai. Vicky kuch nervous tha aur chehre ko ek rumaal se chupaaye jeise usske dant mein dard ho chal phir raha tha idhar se udhar… ussko intezaar karna hamesha se napassand tha, magar abhi usski majboori thi wait karna. Bahot intezaar ke bad ussko Mathur saab ki Mercedes nazar aayi, aur Vicky ka dil zoron se dhak dhak karne laga aur ek kone mein chhup kar car ke driver wale darwaze par focus karna shuru kiya….. Vicky prathna kar raha tha ke Mathur saab apne chasme ko rumaal se nahin ponche…… tez dil ki dhadkanon ke saath Vicky car ke darwaze par nazrein jamaaye rakha aur usski dil ki dhadkanein aur tez huwi jab car ka darwaza khula aur ek peyr baahar zameen par parte dekha aur dhire dhire Mathur saab bahaar nikle aur charon taraf dekhne lage….. Vicky kuch der aur Mathur saab par nazrein gaadhe rakhe iss intezaar mein ke woh chasma na utaare….. aur koyi 5 minutes ke wait ke baad Vicky dhire dhire car ke taraf chalne laga…… Badh to raha tha Mathur saab ke taraf phir bhi usske dil mein ek darr sa tha ke kahin kuch lafda na ho jaaye….. Magar jeise hi Maathur sahab ne ussko dekha to apne baahon ko pheyla diya Vicky ko bahon mein lene ke liye aur Vicky ne apne kadmon ki raftaar ko tez karte huwe Maathur saab ke bahon mein gaya aur ek dusre ke gale mile donon…eisa lag raha tha ke ek baap apne bête ko seene se laga raha tha…. Maathur saab koyi saath (60) ke umar ka tha aur Vicky usske seene lagte hi ro pada…….
Maathur saab Vicky ka peeth thapthapaate huwe bola, “Ro mat, mat ro ab tumko bahot himmat se kaam lena hai…tumne faraar ho kar jo faisla kiya hai aur jiss maqsad se faraar huwa uss maqsad ko pura kar… main tere saath hoon aur rahunga…main to kia pura staff tere saath hai…….”
Donon car ke andar baithe aur Mathur saab ne Mercedes ko ek parking mein legaya aur donon ne kuch der tak baatein kiye. Jo do mobile phones unregistered sim ke saath Vicky ne magwaya tha, uss mein se ek uss ne apne paas rakha aur ek Mathur saab ko apne saath rakhne ko kaha taake woh uss se communicate kar sake zaroorat padne par. Ussne kaha ke Ofiice ke phones tap hone lageinge iss liye uss mobile par hi batein kar sakte hein…… Mathur saab ne ek bag diya jiss mein 5 lakh rupay the aur poocha ke kahan thehrega raat ko? To Vicky ne kaha, “Ek bada 250 cc ka motorcycle hire karega aur wapas jungle mein jaega kuch dinon ke liye aur wahin plan banaega apne kaam ko pura karne ke liye.”
Maathur sahab Vicky ka manager tha. Vicky ke papa ka bahot bada aur pheyla huwa business tha International level ki. Vicky uss company ka CEO/Owner tha kyun ke usske papa aur mummy ki mawt ek plane crash mein ho gaya tha jab ek business tours se weh wapas arahe the. Tab Vicky sirf 18 saal ka tha. Mathur saab usske papa ka bahot wafadaar manager the, aur Rajeev Joshi ke mawt ke baad Mathur saab ne hi Vicky ko business ke bare mein sab kuch samjhaya aur pura business man banaya usske papa ki tarah.
Pichle 7 saalon mein Vicky itna popular aur successful raha ke sheher ke har ladki usske diwani ban gayi kyun ke woh kunwara tha aur kaarorpati bhi to kayi ladkiyan ussko trap karne ke koshish mein lage huwe the. Jab kabhi bhi parties, discos ya night life ke liye Vicky baahar jata to bahot sare ladkiyan ussko ghere rehte the hamesha. Media wale bhi hamesha usska picha karte rehte jab kabhi bhi Vicky public mein nazar ata tha. Ek hero ki tarah mashoor tha woh apne sheher mein. Magar Vicky ki koyi buri aadat nahin thi cigarette aur drinks ke ilawa. Ladkiyon mein dilchaspi nahin tha ussko, han kabhi kabhaar Casino jaya karta tha raaton ko. Magar sirf kabhi kabhaar. Aur Sanjana Joshi Vicky ki choti behen thi, wohi jo Reshmi ki dost thi…….

My family kids are attached to me very much .they are feel in me a full compliance for them so they are very close to me .or in home my niece daughter of my younger brother is getting completeness to my presence in home .she can't live comfort without my presence or she don't want to me alone .so as a tau I am living with her and I am in action of extra care to this winter weather .I have covered to home we are not open the windows of home in morning or evening time .so she is feeling comfort from her health side .I don't want to take any risk for her health ,this winter is some critical for her so it is must .

Aney se pehley Vijay ne phone karke gharwalon ko bata diya tha kiss waqt kiss flight se wapas araha hai.
Airport par sab log ikatha huwe the Vijay ko receive karne ke liye. Pooja aur Anand bhi gaye the ussko milne. Magar ek surprise yeh tha ke Aisha bhi ayi thi magar keise? Waqt tha raat ke 10 baje aur uss waqt Aisha ka airport par hona bahot heyraani ki baat thi…. Magar thodi der mein sab ko pata chalega ke kia maajra tha…… Vijay to apne gharwalon ko expect kar raha tha Aisha ko bilkool hi nahin, uss ne to socha tha ke Aisha ko ghar pohonchne par hi pata chalega ke woh wapas agaya hai…..
Plane se utarne ke baad woh buss chala araha tha bhir ke awr jahan door hi se ussne apni maa aur Pooja ko identify kar liya….. Vijay ne spectacles pehni huwi thi jo jane se pehle nahin pehenta tha, Pooja ki enkh bhar aayi aur Vijay ki maa rone lagi aur sab ke pichey ek koney mein Aisha phoot phoot kar ro rahi thi Anu ko baahon mein thamey…. Anu bhi rone lagi…… Vijay bahot thaka huwa lagta tha, eisa lagta tha ke yeh 5 saal 7 mahinon tak woh kissi jung larr raha tha, aur lagaataar ladayi karne ke baad aaj wapas thaka haara araha hai. Atey hi apni maa aur Pooja ke seene se ek saath lag gaya, phir usska baap ne ussko gale lagaya aur usska bada bhai Vimal bhi, tab, Anu usski baahon mein aayi aur Vijay hanstey huwe magar enkhon mein ashk liye bola, “Ari Anu tu to bilkool Pooja jeisi badi ho gayai, inn 5 saalon mein itni badi hogayi tu, hmm kitni khubsurat aur pyari lag rahi hai!! Tu to shaadi layak hogayi hai!!” Itna hi kaha tha Anu ko ke usski nazar Aisha par gayi jo zor zor se roti jaa rahi thi….. Vijay heyraan mudhkar apni maa aur Pooja ko dekhta hai sawaali enkhon se aur Pooja ussko ishaarey se Aisha ke paas jane ko kehti hai….. Vijay ka dil zoron se dhadakne laga aur woh Aisha ke taraf badha…..
Aisha rote huwe Vijay ke baahon mein simat jaati hai apni chehre ko usske chaati mein chupaaye. Vijay jeise ussko ek jhatka laga ho khaamosh khada Aisha ko zor se baahon mein jakar kar poochta hai, “Kyun ro rahi ho? Aur tum keise aayi sab ke saath iss waqt? Tumhara papa ne aney diya tumko?” Aisha ziada zor se rone lagi jab Vijay ne yeh sawal kiya to…. Vijay ekdum heyraan pata nahin kia karta to mudhkar phir apni maa aur Poja ke taraf dekhta hai to maa kehti hai, “Chalo sab ghar chalte hein raste mein tum ko sab batayeinguey Vijay beta chalo…..” Vijay Aisha ka sar sehlaatey huwe, aguey chalta hai aur Anu aur Pooja Vijay ke suitcases aur bags lekar aguey bahrtey hein ek Van ke taraf jiss mein weh sab aye the. Phir chalte chalte Aisha Vijay ko chorta hai aur Vijay ki maa Vijay ke karib aakar kehti hai, “Kitna badal gaya hai mera laal! Dekh tere sar se baal bhi kum hogaye hein, ziada patla hogaya hai, khata nahin thik se kia re tu?” Vijay muskurate huwe kehta hai, “Maa kaam ki tanaw kuch itna hai ke khane pine par dhyaan hi nahin rehta, aksar khane ko bhool jata hoon, aur kitne meals miss kar deta hoon shaayad issi liye….”
Van mein Aisha aur Vijay ek saath baithte hein, aur Vijay ka baap, maa aur Anand jo drive kar raha tha aguey the aur Vijay ke saath Pooja aur Anu bhi the ussi seat par aur Vimal akela ek pichey wale seat par tha. To raaste mein Vijay ne poocha, “Achah batawo tum keise ayi sab ke saath mujhe lene?” Magar Aisha ne usski baat ko adhuri chor kar Vijay ke sar par apna haath phertey huwe kehti hai, “Kitna change agaya hai tujhmein, main ne tum ko pehchana hi nahin jab tum plane se uthre to…. Koyi aur lag raha tha…yeh baal keise jhaar gaye? Kissi vitamin ki kami hai….tum ne bahot laaparwahi ki hogi inn 5 saalon mein nah??” Phir Vijay ki maa ne saamne se kaha, “Thik kehti ho Aisha, iss ne bilkool hi laparwahi ki hogi, waqt par na khaya hoga, na acha bhojan mila hoga, sirf woh fast food vaghaira khata hoga har roz, dekh kia haalat bana rakha hai… sab log baahar se atey hein to ziada mota tagra hokar atey hein yeh lakri hokar wapas araha hai!! Kia re Vijay!!?”
Pooja apni maa ko chup karati hai yeh kehtey, “Maa chup bhi karo! Kia baat lekar baith gayi ho aap, bhai ne kaha na kaam ki bahot tanaw raha tha…kyun nahin samajhtey aap log…. Dimaagh ka kaam karta hai, sar par assar to hoga hi… pata nahin keise keise dawron se guzra hai mera bhia aur tum log pata nahin kia kahe jaa rahe ho!!” Vijay apne haath badha kar Pooja ke sar par phertey huwe kehta hai, “Still fighting for your bro lil sis?” hmm?” Phir Pooja apne Vijay bhai ke haath ko apne gaalon se lagakar chumtey huwe kehti hai, “Tum mere liye hamesha se priya ho aur rahoguey bhai, I love so much bhai.” To Pooja Vijay ke seene se lagta hai aur Aisha ko Vijay ke baahon se nikalna parta hai Pooja ko space dene ke liye….. Pooja ko baahon mein liye Vijay poochta hai, “Tu hi bata ab, Aisha keise tum logon ke saath hai? Maamla kia hai? Mujhe kuch ajeeb sa lag raha hai….” Pooja ne bus kaha, “Ssssssh tum apni Aisha se baat karo bhai kia baat lekar baith gaye tum bhi kitne saalon baad mile ho tum donon…” Phir Pooja ko laga ke woh Aisha ka haq cheen rahi hai to Vijay ke baahon se nikal gayi kyun ke woh Vijay ke bayein taraf baithi thi aur Aisha dayein taraf thi, to jab Pooja hatt gayi tab Aisha muskuraati huwi Vijay ke seene se lagtey huwe Pooja ko boli, “Nahin nahin tum bhi to Vijay se nahin mili itne saalon se, to tumhara bhi haq hai apne bhai se baatein karne ka aur uss se pyar karne ka….”
Phir kuch der baad Aisha jo Vijay se lipti huwi thi, usske kameez ki ek button se khel rahi thi, kuch nervous lag rahi thi aur pyar se uss ne Vijay ke chaati ko chuma, phir Vijay ke kaanon ke neechey chumtey huwe kaha, “Mujhe laga ke tum mujhko bhool hi gaye, ek saal mein 3 email, na koyi khat na sandes, kitna yaad kiya karta tha tumko keise batawun…..”Yeh sunkar Vijay ne ziada zor se Aisha ko bahon mein jakra aur wapas kiss kiya usski gaalon par aur uss ke sar par haathon ko phertey huwe usski maathe ko chuma. Phir Aisha boli, “Samajhti hoon ke tum ne kaha tha ke kaam aur course bahot mushkil hai aur tum bure dawr se guzar rahe the tum ne kaha tha issi liye kabhi bhi main ne dabav nahin daalna chaha tum par kyun ke tum par pura bharosa tha aur hai mujhe, magar phir bhi ek darr sa laga rehta tha ke kahin tum mujhko bhool najawo….”
Vijay ne jawaab diya, “Jaanti ho Aisha, kyun main ne tumko email karna aur phone karna bandh kar diya tha? Iss liye nahin ke tumko bhool gaya ya pyar nahin karta, nahin eisi baat nahin hai….baat sirf yeh hai ke main aksar socha karta hamare rishte ke bare mein to koyi raah nahin dikhayi deti…. Koyi manzil nahin dikhta…. Kia hoga hum donon ka yeh sochta rehta main…tum ne apne pita ko vachand de rakha hai ke jab tak woh khud hamare rishte ke liye tayaar nahin honguey to tum mujhse shaadi nahin karogi, main ne wada kar rakha hai tumse ke agar tum se shaadi nahin ki to zindagi bhar kunwara hi rahunga..aur yeh sach kaha hai main ne kyun ke main kissi aur se pyar kar hi nahin sakta…. To main ne socha ke iss rishte ke bare mein sar phodney se behtar hoga ke main apne kaam mein sar phodun aur apne career ki manzil tak badhta jawun…. Main ne apne career ko apna maqsad, apni manzil bana liya kyun ke mujhko laga ke hum donon ka kuch nahin hone wala….
