Kou Minamoto:

He's naturally a shy guy, and I feel like he might be hiding his lack of confidence.

He still can’t believe you’re dating. (He hasn't held your hand once on a date; he was too embarrassed).

But to you, Kou is such a CUTIE!

He truly respects you and doesn’t want you to feel uncomfortable around him.

So, he tries to keep his affectionate instincts bottled up behind his shyness.

Every time you hug him, Kou desperately wants to pull you in tight, but he fears he might push you away. Instead, he awkwardly pats you on the shoulder. Your eyes widen. “What’s that?!”

“What do you mean, Y/N?”

“Don't play clueless!” You mimic his gesture: a light tap on his shoulder. “This is the bro zone!” Crossing your arms, you give him a stern look. “Kou, you’re sweet and all…” Instantly, his heart sinks. Are you breaking up? “But! I want you to be bold with me!”

“What?…” That’s not what he expected to hear.

“Exactly!” You take his hand and place it on your waist. Pulling him closer, you gaze into his eyes. “Right now, Kou…” brushing your fingers against his cheek, you glance away for a moment, then back to him. “Kiss me, sweet Kou…”

“Y/N...” he whispers, closing his eyes, gathering his courage, and… he kisses your cheek?! “I love you! Bye!” He quickly breaks free from your embrace and dashes off.

“W-Wait! Where are you going?!”

“My brother's calling me!”

“Really?” a thought crosses Teru's mind as he watches from around the corner, observing his brother's desperate attempts to muster some courage. Honestly, to the older Minamoto, you’re way braver than his younger brother.

Hanako:

Oh my God. Him? Sweet? Girl, he’s a total perv!

At first, Hanako was totally over the top with you, sometimes even touching where he shouldn’t! But eventually, he stopped. (Thank goodness).

To him, you became this ray of light that needs protecting. He’s always around, chasing away bad spirits and even, by possessing your body, scaring away guys. (He’s jealous, girl).

Right now, you’re baking cookies using a recipe Aoi gave you. Singing a quirky little tune, you're rolling out the dough, moving in sync with the melody.

Hanako was behind you, intently watching your every move. The moment you turn around and see him, you scream in fright, “Aaaah! A ghost! Begone, foul spirit!”

“Hey! It’s me!” he yells, dodging your playful punches. Grabbing your hands, he bends down to your level. “Ha-na-ko. That’s me!” he says, syllable by syllable as if you were a five-year-old.

You sigh, apologize, and continue baking. Now, Hanako isn’t hiding; he’s right in the way. “Get your hands off the frosting!” You swat his hand, then pop the cookies in the oven.

After a while, you pull out a batch of mouthwatering cookies. “Beautiful! Hanako, want to try one?”

“Sure.” He grabs a heart-shaped cookie, taking a bite. Oh my… THIS IS DELICIOUS! He reaches for another, and another. While he devours your treats, you can’t help but laugh at the crumbs all over him. He looks so funny. “What’s so funny?” the ghost asks, confused.

“Oh, nothing…” You grab a napkin and approach him. “You’re just so cute,” you say, wiping his cheek. His ears instantly turn red, and his pupils widen.

“What… WHAT?!” He recoils and floats up to collect himself. “Ah~ I get it!” the ghost says, coming down to you again. “You’re trying to seduce me? Yeah?~” He tilts his head, crossing his arms, and gets a slap.

“Hanako, you fool!” you shout, running out of the classroom.

“I messed up again…” the ghost whispers. “But at least I get to eat cookies!” He perks up immediately and dives back into the leftover goodies.

Teru Minamoto:

Ugh, he’s just stunning. That’s what every girl says (and not just the girls). Honestly, he’s so tired of these pesky fans, but he has to keep it together to maintain his cool facade.

You loved him. You really did, even though he can be harsh—especially towards the spirits.

You both are exorcists, tasked with ridding the world of evil. But it’s tough for you with such a soft and sensitive heart. It hurts when you have to send someone away, and it’s even worse when the person you love is yelling at you. “Y/N! What the hell are you dawdling for? Exorcise it, you fool!” shouts Minamoto, dodging another ghost’s attack.

The mission was a bust. Since then, Teru has stopped talking to you. He doesn’t even look your way. You couldn’t kill the spirit, and now both of you are injured.

“Hey, Y/N, are you free this weekend?” Lemon asked, catching you off guard while you were reading.

“Uh, yeah…”

“Awesome! Let’s hit the movies then?” He winked at you, offering tickets. “I’ll understand if you say no…” he added, turning away slightly to hide his blush.

“I’m in!” you responded too loudly. All eyes turned to you two; gossip would definitely spread through school.

Teru was walking down the nearly empty hallway, exchanging greetings and receiving compliments. But then he overheard two girls talking about you. “Can you believe it? She said yes!”

“No way! But I thought she liked Teru!”

“I don’t know, but that’s one less rival. Plus, she’s cuter with him than with Teru.”

“Who?” Teru suddenly interjected, approaching them.

“Ah! Minamoto-kun!”

“So, who’s looking good with whom?” he smiled nervously, trying to mask his growing anger.

“Well, Lemon invited Y/N to the movies…”

“And she said yes?” Teru clenched his teeth. The girls nodded and dashed away when the bell rang. Alone in the hallway, Teru punched the wall, leaving cracks and some blood from his knuckles. “Wow, little exorcist, look what you’re doing to me…” he muttered, glancing at the wall.

He waited for you at the gate, the rain pouring down like crazy. The exorcist had forgotten his umbrella at home. His younger brother would definitely lecture him later. To be honest, Teru didn’t know what to say. He had scolded you, ignored you, and now… what?

“T-Teru-san? Why are you standing here? You’ll get soaked,” your soft voice broke his thoughts. He hadn’t noticed you approach and looked up sharply, causing you to flinch. You stepped back, hiding your face under the umbrella. You regretted speaking up; he’d just scold you again.

“Don’t go on a date with Lemon.” You didn’t see that coming. He stepped in closer. You could see his shoes under the umbrella. Teru grabbed the umbrella’s wire and pulled it up, getting close enough to see the smoothness of his skin. “I… I’m sorry. Sorry I hurt you, but… Y/N, please don’t go… don’t go anywhere with Lemon or any other guys…”

“Teru… why? Why are you saying this? It’s just a friendly movie outing.” Your naive charm made him smile without realizing it.

“Just friendly, huh? Then I’m coming with you!” His expression brightened.

“What?”

“Well, it’s friendly, right?” You nodded. “Great! Let’s go together then.” Minamoto gently took your hand, his thumb grazing your soft skin.

“Y/N, I get it, but why’d you bring him along?” Lemon asked as Teru squeezed in next to you, sitting between you and the guy. “Hey, don’t shove, Minamoto-san.”

It turned out that Lemon decided to take you to a horror movie, thinking you’d find it thrilling. Not because he wanted you to get scared and cling to him—no. He noticed you’ve been off lately and figured this would lift your spirits. But Lemon definitely wasn’t expecting to see Teru tagging along. Not at all. It's not that he dislikes Minamoto; they just don't really talk, and Lemon feels a bit awkward around people he doesn’t know well.

You’re smiling now, though, as Teru whispers comments about the film. If you’re happy, then Lemon can deal with having Teru around. In fact, Lemon had already seen this flick, so it quickly bored him, and he dozed off.

“Minamoto-kun, be honest… why did you decide to come with me? I thought you weren’t into my company.”

“I don’t really know… and about what happened a couple of days ago…” he replied after a long pause. “I didn’t mean to upset you. You were just being reckless, and you could’ve gotten hurt. I don’t get why you show sympathy to those who can’t be brought back to life—those who kill for kicks.” Teru looked deep into your eyes. “You’re a puzzle to me, and it drives me nuts.” He sighed and tiredly closed his eyes. Right now, he hated himself; he loathed the contradictions swirling in his mind, even as he thought and spoke this way. He likes you, yet your mindset frustrates him.

“That’s... sweet.”

“Did you hear what I said? What’s sweet about it?” Teru was surprised, thinking his words sounded offensive again.

“It’s sweet that you’re trying to open up your feelings without quite figuring things out.” You smiled softly at him, and his heart raced so loud it felt like the other moviegoers must’ve heard it. “It’s nice that you trust me. But let’s talk about this after the movie—I’m sure we have a lot to discuss.” You redirected your gaze to the screen and rested your hands on the armrests. The screen's light illuminated your face, and at that moment, you appeared exceptionally beautiful to Teru. Without thinking, his hand found yours, gently squeezing it. Swallowing the lump in his throat, he turned to the uninteresting film. Feeling his shiver, you rested your head on his shoulder. It genuinely calmed Teru. At that moment, nothing else mattered: not the people, the spirits, or the rain outside. It was just the two of you. (And Lemon, who’d started snoring loudly, inevitably getting all three of you kicked out of the theater.)

Sometimes, Teru acted like a complete idiot, but for you, he was ready to change, to embrace his feelings, and to become a better person.

you've been staring at hanako for quite a while now, there's something about him that just seems so entrancing. his overall playful yet serious demeanor just strikes an arrow towards your heart but today— you've adored him for the past few minutes or so.

while hanako was playing with the mokke alongside the bathroom window, your staring doesn't go unnoticed. i mean, it was getting obvious considering you were really just staring. eyes locked onto him while you were holding yourself up with a broom.

he raises an eyebrow in suspicion. was there something unnatural with him? nothing seemed out of sorts with him so why?

you were still locked on him. only snapping out of your trance when hanako called out your name for maybe, 3 times? "[namee], your staring quite a lot aren't you?" he said with a cheeky grin spread across his face.

your face started to heat up, he was well aware of what you were doing and you had no excuse. "w-well, i just happened to zone out you know..! nothing crazy really.." you stammered out, trying with the best of your efforts not to place more of his attention towards you this time.

"hmm? was it really just zoning out, doll?" hanako stated, placing emphasis on the petname. you both knew that it really wasn't zoning out. your eyes darted everywhere but his. only focusing on his amber eyes once more when you hear him chuckle.

"stare all you want, doll. i'm all yours, you know?" that teasing bastard..

the aromatic smell of pancakes was evident all through out the kitchen. it's sweet and honeying scent complimented the you and kou in the kitchen, alongside each other while cooking.

a domestic moment, only to be shared within the vicinity of you and him. you two brushed hands occasionally, never fully indulging in the warmth of each other.

while working, you two occasionally chat about each other's day, but due to your focus, you happened to let you thoughts slip. "this is smelling good! how about you try a taste, [name]?" he questioned, nudging you to catch your attention. unfortunately, you were fixed onto making said pancakes. "ah- sure. i'll try it after i'm done with this, hun."

you weren't aware of the pet name you used, too engaged in cooking. but kou, on the other hand, fell completely silent. he was still trying to comprehend what you just said. "hun?" kou questioned, while you turned your head to him, "yes?" you answered. he expected you to look at him weirdly, but you simply accepted it.

kou was certainly muddled, that you took notice as to why he just stood there frozen. "is something wrong?" you asked, tilting your head slightly to your side. "you.. you really don't mind me calling you 'hun'?" kou answered.

after realizing that was the reason kou was seen to be stressing, you only stifled a giggle, leaving the bewildered man much more confused than before. "why would i dislike using 'hun'? it's a sweet pet name, for me and for you. as sweet as your pancakes." you said, with a wide grin plastered on your face.

"babee, c'mon, who's cuter between me and this cat?" mitsuba asked, holding up a cat to you. deadpanning, you answer, "is this even a question? it's obviously you." flashing him a soft smile. the pink haired boy stood there, blush tinting his face before immediately facing away.

it was evident that he was flustered. his back was turned to you while he covered a part of his face. you immediately took this chance to wrap your arms around his shoulders while placing your head on the latter.

"i'm simply just stating the truth babe, that you're adorable." you continued with your compliments, yet no words had come from mitsuba's mouth. despite that, it was obvious that he was blushing even further.

you give him a small peck on the cheek, causing him to immediately turn his head to your face, giving you all more of a chance for you to kiss him on the lips. and who are you to pass up on the opportunity?

the kiss was brief, yet enough to make both of your hearts beat.

the light of the sun seeps through the library, in which you and sakura can be found. her eyes focused on the current book she was reading, while your's was focused on her. you sat beside her, giving you a small view of the text imprinted on the book.

you prompted up a question out of boredom. "darling, what genre's are you fond of?" you asked, while pointing to the book. sakura looked up to your eyes, "i prefer mystery, on some occasions, i'll indulge in thriller." she answered blankly.

"how about you, darling?" she said, turning the question to you. thinking for a bit, you answered. "well, i don't have a particular one in mind.. i enjoy most things." sakura smiled for a slight, yet the grin was quickly dispersed. "there's something i've been meaning to try, one found in romance novels." she stated.

she then quickly, held you hand gently, before bringing them up to her lips, briefly placing a kiss on it. you were startled for a bit, not expecting her to do that. nonetheless, your heart swelled at the action.

sakura took notice of the sudden silence, "anything wrong darling? would you like me to do it more often?" she said, with the previous smile reappearing once more.

Kou Minamoto

Is immediately put off by what you’re saying and is immediately concerned, and gets even more concerned once you get together and just stares nervously at you while stuttering, not knowing what to say

“That’s so embarrassing, if that were me I would kill myself no doubt! Being so stupid like that, I wouldn’t be able to live with myself!” You casually said while looking at a post on your phone.

“O-oh… umm…” Kou is at a loss for words sometimes and tries to brush it off by moving onto something happier to distract you from thoughts like those

When you make a joke that’s one day too far he genuinely seems so much more concerned and ask if you’re okay. He gets so worried about you that it’s best not to make jokes like that near him.

If you don’t show up the next day, he gets worried and is immediately trying to leave school early even though he knows Teru will berate him later for it, he needs to see you’re okay and when he arrives to your house and sees you are, he’s very serious about not making jokes like those again and is invites you to his house more often to distract yourself and is willing to help you get help

Teru Minamoto

Gives you a nervous smile when you joke about suicide and even when you you’re dating he still gives you an obvious fake smile to not hurt your feelings. He knows that outright saying that if you need someone talk to talk to can be annoying sometimes so he’ll try to subtly let you know he’s there

Whether it’s from talking about a topic of a documentary of a tragic life of some celebrity and all they needed help to having Kou telk you that you’re part of the family and that you can tell them anything when you’re over at their house

“I can’t stop messing this up! God I really should’ve taken those pills when I had the chance, what the hell!” You said angrily at the fact you couldn’t get the string through the small hole in the needle.

Teru could only smile at you, he never says anything to your ‘jokes’, but then he stops and just goes to frowning hoping that you’re not being serious

When you don’t show up the next day, he’s not super worried and just assumes you’re late but sends you messages. But after a few hours the messages become more frequent and by the end of the school day he’s running to your house scared. When he sees you’re alright, he’s pissed and says enough is enough and he’s not taking anymore jokes and is instead going to help you

Hanako

He might laugh at your jokes, but it’s only so he doesn’t worry you. He’s not an unfamiliar when it comes to stuff like this and he knows you might now want to talk about it right away so he’s fine with trying to take it slow

On the inside though, his ghostly heart is scared that you’re it joking and you’re actually being serious. He can’t bear the thought of you dying—and especially dying this way so he keeps a close eye on you and has Kou and Yashiro even make sure that you’re doing okay

“God, I’m so stupid and useless” you say with a laugh as you look at your test result and shove the paper back in your bag

Hanako stares at you, and lets out a laugh that’s believe enough. He’s conflicted on what he should do, should he ask how you’re doing? What if you lie to him? Would you even want to talk to him?

It seems as if his worries have come true when you didn’t show up to school the next day and asks if Yashiro or Kou have seen you at all and to message you on those weird electronic things. Yashiro only agrees to go to your house when Hanako asked because she too was worried about you. Hanako waits impatiently the next day and sees you and you tell him you were just feeling sick. If he could, then Hanako would definitely cry and basically forces you to promise to tell him if anything is wrong with a scared and worried expression on his face

Akane Aoi

You’re the most precious person in his life so he takes everything very serious when it comes to you. A paper cut? He’s getting ready to call an ambulance for you and is frantically asking you if you’re okay.

So joking about such topics near him immediately alarms him and hea on full protective mode with asking if you’re joking or not. He takes everything you say seriously, he cares about you a lot so to see you laugh about it, hurts him a little

“What if I jump out this window right now? I really do want to do this test!” You whined and looked over at the window that was right next to where you were sitting.

Akane had a prominent frown on his face, he knew you weren’t exactly mentally okay and you’re jokes were becoming more and more frequent

He’s on full panic mode when you don’t show up to school the next day and the worst possible outcomes are immediately coming to mind. He hopes he’s wrong and is blowing up your phone and is willing to mess up his perfect attendance streak for you, he’ll fix it later. But when he sees you overslept and your phone died because wig wasn’t charged, he’s disappointed. He knew it was getting worse if you dying was what came to mind when you didn’t show up so he pledges to help you

Its being quite a lot since the last time i wrote for autistic reader, im always happy to do it <3

Akane Aoi

Akane has no shame nor hesitantion to openly express how much he loves you and how much he adores you, and since those feeling are reciprocated Akane would be even more affectionate and open with his love, showing you off as the most beautiful partner someone could ever ask for (wich he truly feels you are)

Akane doesn't mind at all the fact that you are autistic, actually he does think it makes you even more beautiful, in his eyes every time you stim you look even more adorable than how you already are! Although, this doesn't mean he doesn't take it seriously, he does, he knows this is a disability that can trouble your life but he doesn't mind, he is more than willing to help you out with whatever he can to make your life less troublesome

Even if he knew nothing about autism the moment he caught feelings for you he imediatly started to search information of the topic, becoming almost and expert, and, even so, he always ask you your opinion and ask you if some autistic common aspects affect you too and in what way, even if he feels bad for having to ask you he prefers it rather than just assuming and risking making a mistake

When Akane is in love that person become perfection itself, he is so in love that he is more than willing to get into whatever your special interest is in case you want someone to share it with, as well he is more than willing to heard you rant about your special interest, or any idea you have really, he will always listen carefuly, putting a lot of attention to whatever you are telling him, he can be an expert on the topic you are talking about or you can be telling him the same thing for the fifth time and he will still listen to you with a lot of attention and a smile

Akane is already quite exaggerated when it comes to showing his love and devotion, and, at the end, you being autistic just make him be even more intense since now he is worried that you may end up getting overwhelmed or even that someone either underestimate you or try to take advantage of you, he will become incredibly protective of you willing to take away anything that could overwhelmed you

Even when Akane is incredibly affectionate and loud with his love he is more than willing to adapt to what you need, if you dont want to be touched he will not do it, if you want to be hugged most of the time then his arms are at your service, ready to hold you and never let you go again, even if you feel like his desplay of affection and love is overwhelming, even just a little, he will imediatly apologize and change that! He wouldn't mind, after all, even if he becomes more quiet about it his feelings will not change

Actually, Akane is really good at comforting you, whenever you feel overwhelmed or even just upset Akane stops whatever he is doing to put his attention on you, but unlike other times, when you truly have problems and need help he gets really serious and is focused on helping you, somehow he always knows what to say and when, he even knows if he is allowed to hold you or not without you even having to tell him

Teru Minamoto

For Teru to have a relationship with someone it is because he is completely sure that he loves that person and is willing to work out on that since he barely have time for himself due his job as an exorsist, still once you two are in a relationship he tries his best to be the best boyfriend he can be

Teru doesn't see anything bad on you being autistic but is something that trouble him quite a lot, it something that it obviously affects you and he want to be of help but he probably wouldn't be able to be there most of the time (or is how he see it and that something he reproches himself whenever you are having a hard time)

Teru likes to act innocent and charming while having the situation under control, and even when he would love to have the relasionship under control he probably wont be able to do much due how diferent you see the things and process the situations, not that he sees it as something bad it just make him slighly nervous that he has to adapt to the way you see things (still, he will not complain about it, the more he learns about autism and how it affects you the more fascinated he can feel)

Teru is incredibly protective, it start by his hate for supernaturals and how he wanted to protect you form them but as he spend more time with you and notice more and more how you can be affected by external stimuli the more protective he become, indirectly and politely asking others to take away whatever is making you feel uncomfortable and even instinctively shilding you with his body so you dont have to look at anything that could make you upset or be too much for you

Teru is also incredibly protective in hopes to make it up for all the time he can't be with you, he makes sure you never forget how important you are for him and how much he love you, directly and openly expressing his adoration for you whenever you two are together so you won't doubt it when he isn't with you. Also, if you end up having a really bad time when he couldn't even be with you he will feel really bad and will reproch himself, but he will not let you see that

Teru isn't exactly the best to comfort you but he will try if he needs it, thats why he relay more on preventing you form getting overwhelmed or upsed rather than having to comfort you (still, if he has to do it he will try, saying what he thinks it will make you happy)

At the end, Teru find your stiming and the way you express quite adorable and he is always motivating you to just be yourself whenever you two are together, mainly when is just the two of you just because he doesn't want anyone to interrupt or even dare to look at you in an offensive way or notice the loving gaze he gives you

As well Teru motivate you to rant about whatever is in your mind, he likes hearing your voice and will not dare to interrupt you, besides he is a good listener and even if he may don't remember everything you have told him he pays a lot of attention when you are ranting (or at least try)

Kou Minamoto

Kou can be easily nervous and flustered by romantic stuff and yet that won't stop him from being the best boyfriend he can for you, and you being autistic is not a problem for him, however it is something can affect quite often just because whenever you are upset he feels upset too

Kou is already incredibly caring, since he is the one who is usually doing home chores he just grow used to it, and, honeslty, having a partner who is autistic just kinda trigger that caring side of him, Kou slowly will grow used to you and what you need, making sure there is nothing on him that could be too uncomfortable for you or even overwhelming

Kou probably doesn't know much about autism before meeting you, but now that you two are together he will invest quite a lot of time learning all he can about autism and how it does affect you personally, he will be a little shy about asking you personally but at the end he will do it since it would be the best (who better than you to know how you feel?)

Kou is incredibly respectful of you, normally going at your rythm and doing what do you want, he isn't much into pda or physical affection in general since it can easily flustered him but if you need a hug or even just want to hold his hand he will overcome the flustered state just to let you do it (don't mind his blushing, he insist that is fine as long as you are fine)

At the end, Kou learn to express his love more by acts of service and even gifts to respect your bounduries, he is always willing to cook for you your comfort food just the way you like it, or how he has no problem with carrying your things if you are too sensitive, even by how he just get used to instinctively shield you with his body when you start to feel overwhelmed or there is something you just can't look at

Kou doesn't really make a big deal out of your autism but is clear how important it is for him, he want you to feel happy and comfortable and he will help you in everything he can, and he is quite selfless with that too, he will love to represent safety and comfort for you since he is your boyfriend but if it will take quite a long time before you fell completely comfortable he will wait, it may hurt but he can be patient for you

Also, Kou end up being really good listener, he does have a lot of patient for whenever you have much energy or start talking about your special interest, he respect your liking and understand how important this is for you, but, in all honeslty, is more probably that he will end up get really invested on what you are saying and will end up asking more out of curiosity

also the fact that you can handle supernaturals by yourself does really help him , he knows you'll be just fine and doesn't have much to worry about , though at the end he will always check you for some injuries. When he sends Yashiro to destroy the yorishiros he asks you to cover her back

Sometimes he tries to save you and kill off the supernatural before you do and take you in his arms so it can seem like the prince saving the princess kind of scenario ( we all know you'll be the prince and him the princess )

II . . . LITTLE LOTTIE, FRANCE AWAITS

The bustling city of Paris rolled by the carriage window, citizens, women, men, and children alike, walking down the stone sidewalks and carriages were being pulled on the cobbled streets. The architecture that built one aspect of French culture spiraled above me, small details that would be missed by the unwatchful eye sitting in wait as it composed a scene of beauty and passion; France, Paris!, it was all so intoxicating even from within the carriage, I couldn’t resist taking in a deep breath as the song of hooves clanking away on the street and laughter and chatter from the streets filtering into the carriage, continued on. “Don’t get used to it all yet, Lottie,” Kou would tease upon seeing my deep breath in and out, noticing as my relaxed and almost homey expression; One I frequently wore once I was able to assure myself that I was in France, and this wasn’t another daydream. “Oh hush, Kou! Let me soak it all in.” The grin stretched upon my face, “It’s going to be my new home for the season, after all! Well, that is, if I’m able to pass through auditions well enough that I can be a part of the ensemble.” There was always an itching feeling in the back of my head, a doubt that was too far of a leap; That I should have picked somewhere else in France to start, slowly building myself up until I was truly ready for the Lotus Populaire. But, then, there were also the years of courage I had built up from countless sessions in London, where I ran as lead in the Operas there! So surely, this shouldn’t be so different.

Kou would let out a snicker-like-huff at my words, “I know, but just remember what we’re here for. . .an audition-” “-an audition, which I’m sure you will ace,” The words came out slightly mocking towards Kou, though all was meant in good fun, as he seemed fairly unamused that I spoke alongside him; seeming to know what he was going to say. “-which I’m sure you will ace!” He would finish abruptly, cutting me off and gaining a rather amused look. He would shake his head, “But we cannot forget that while beautiful, Paris can also be equally as dangerous! We’re going in and out, alright?-” Kou’s words would be interrupted once more during our trip as a melodramatic sigh was drawn out from my lips. There was a silence that followed after, at least, for a moment before Kou filled it. “For being brought up in wealth, you surely act like a commoner.” He would quip, watching as I took a playful, dramatic offense to his words. Like it had been a dagger in my heart, for he had insulted not only me yet my family and bloodline, including my dead relatives into the mix! Like it had been the most unproportional insult to the situation ever! Though then he would receive a scoff, “At least I’m not acting as a babysitter!” “At least I don’t need a babysitter-” “Kou Minamoto!”

“What? It’s true! What am I here for? Surely not just for moral support, you said it yourself!-” Kou rushed out, his hands gesturing out towards me before being held up as though a cop had found him guilty of a capital crime. “I’m here to act as a guard, babysitter, and moral support! With you? I have my hands completely filled playing those three roles and I don’t need for you to get injured or hurt or into some sort of trouble while we’re overseas!” While we’re overseas; He had a point, we were quite a bit away from home, and though we would have lavish accommodations during our three day stay, just long enough for the auditions and final casting, we were still not home. We were not with our families, in the safety and comfort of familiarity. Not even the Lotus Populaire was familiar to Kou nor I, as this would be both of our first instances seeing the new theater in all of its standing glory. And, throughout all of this, Kou was here to ensure I was both happy, suited, and safe. Even if he did call himself my babysitter, which was far from absurd because I simply did not need a babysitter at 21, almost 22! . . . He had a point.

And I would sink back against the seat, a defeated sigh leaving through my nose as Kou quirked a smile up at me. Carefully, he would rise from his seat parallel to mine and plop himself down next to me, drawing his arm over my shoulder and bringing me in close; A comforting side hug, his odd specialties, especially in a carriage ride. “Let me hear your wisdom today, grandfather.” I would tease before Kou even got a chance to speak. There was a roll of his eyes as his hand rubbed against my arm, both a playful warning to watch my wording and a comforting sensation that he was here; That while we were away from familiarity and home, he will do his best to fill such voids and gaps. “Maybe, I’ll let you have a little fun.” Kou started, peaking my attention, “A night in Paris, we can try that restaurant that you always wanted after your auditions tomorrow.” He would offer as the carriage began to come to a slow halt, drawing out until the driver stopped it completely on the cobble streets. There was a moment of blissful silence between Kou and I, a small moment shared in the comfort of the privacy of the carriage. Where not much had to be said other than a small, “I would like that,” as the comfortable silence continued, with some sort of hesitation that lingered in the air. I would notice as Kou seemed to be debating something within his head, he always grew this slightly pensive look with frowned eyebrows and a slightly pouty lip; It was adorable.

“Come on, let’s get out of the stuffy carriage!” I would exclaim, breaking the silence after a long, needed moment, as I grabbed Kou’s hand all too suddenly for him. He would jerk at the motion, seemingly being brought out of his thoughts as I opened the carriage door and, carefully, rushed down the steps to Kou’s protest. Though I barely was listening, it was Paris! And all at once it felt like the homesickness washed away, even for a moment, as I stood in front of the familiar apartment that the Minamoto’s used when they would travel down during season. Kou seemed just as relieved to see the old, but luxurious building as I was, as he parted to go pay the carriage driver and to handle one bag we each brought, full of belongings. It had been a while since Kou and I had been able to visit the old Minamoto France apartment, for the family sparingly came to France anymore due to the old Opera House burning; And I’m convinced that his father believes that it’ll surely happen once more, and of course with the news of the mysterious chandelier–that had been remade countless of times from the Opera Populaire and not moved into the Lotus Populaire, hanging above the seating in the auditorium–falling a handful of times for seemingly no reason solidified such fears within him.

So the apartment sat untouched, saved for some maids that did a routine bi-weekly clean on the old girl, simply to keep out the rats or possible insects that would enjoy to claim an untouched lavish apartment; Dressed in silks and fine leather and even finer wood, all importanted from the best salesman around the globe to provide the utmost comfort on a trip away from home.

“Louise!” A smile beamed onto my face upon the door of the apartment opening. It stifled my giggle as I heard Kou, slightly, struggling with the baggage behind me.

Louise paused with a start, glancing over upon hearing the familiar yet aged voice of a girl she had known all too well. When her eyes rested on mine, a grin couldn’t help but form on her more wrinkled face before she left her post at the door, rushing over to press two greetings kissing upon my cheek. I would return in kind. Despite being Minamoto's French-hired maid, Louise was nothing short of a miracle worker! Though by her appearance, I was sure not many would realize as such; For she was definitely on her aging years, where everything was slowly starting to take a toll on her yet she couldn’t bother to let such ‘absurdities’ – in her own words – show! She was a paler woman, who leaned upon the shorter side as well, who worked in the same clothes she had when she started, though you were sure she cleaned them well, with her hair graying caramel tied up in a tight bun. Yet, no matter her age, her eyes were as motherly as they always had been from the day I met her. “Ah, it has been simply too long!” Louise would grin, her more boney hands finding their way around my shoulder, “Come! Come inside! Mrs. Minamoto already let me know of Kou’s and your arrival! Everything has been prepared, no need to stress. I’m sure you had enough of that during your travels.” Her voice came off soothing, eager and chipper, as she led me into the living room of the flat, motioning for me to sit down on the couches. As I would do so, happily chatting to Louise about our journey from the little old Kingdom to France, Kou would stumble into the flat carrying two bags with a huff. The sound of the carriage’s horse trotting off could be heard through the door, yet you paid it no mind, as Kou would try to heavy the bags once more. . . despite his previous struggles. Louise was quick to notice, and quick to have nothing of the sorts happening under this roof, “Ah, ah! Little Viscount, put those bags down.” She would scold, “You’ve had a long journey yourself, the luggage can be carried by another.” “Louise,” Kou let out an airy laugh as she rushed over to him, ushering the bags to be placed by a wave of her hand. Kou, defeated and not wanting to hurt the old maid, placed the baggage down on the floor with a small, yet charming, smile. “We don’t have anyone else to carry the baggage up, it’s completely alright. I can do it, no need for you too–”

“Oh no need for that! Your father has hired a new assistant, due to my ‘old age’ he says. I told him it was simply unneeded yet he insisted,” There was a playful frown that twinged on Louise’s lips as she spoke about the new assistant, or maybe her aging. I was sure it was a combination of both as she waved Kou to sit on the couches and make himself comfortable, all the while claiming she would go find the new butler. “Well,” Kou started as he stifled back a chuckle, walking around the couches and over to me. He would plop down on the couch, rather dramatically in my opinion, as his arms sprung out on the backside of the couch and his legs extended forward. “I’m glad to know Ms. Louise is as living as ever.” Kou would only receive a head shake in return, his foolishness sparingly getting a remark from me; As instead, I decided to take in the new furnishings of the apartment, as it had changed from my last visit. No longer was everything draped in pretty blues that compliment one another, yet instead had shifted to more browns mixed with maroon. It created a homey feeling, for sure, and no longer stuck out as strange to passersby on the street, who just so happen to peek inside. The living room in particular changed more, as the velvet deep navy couches no longer sat parallel to each other with a oak coffee table in between, yet was now replaced with  two maroon red couches shaped like an L, both plush and wrapped in silk, with a small table between them and a matching wool carpet below them. It was a large change from the usual cooling blue tones to now a soothing, yet striking, maroon and spruce; Though it was somehow comforting, almost as though the room and furniture was enclosing to give me a great big, warming, hug after such a long journey–which was enhanced more by the warm orange and pinks hues that filtered in through windows thanks to setting sun. I wouldn’t notice how my muscles would relax against the softer couches, how I had slumped a little, or how my eyelids began to droop ever so slightly.

Yet, Kou noticed and alerted me, gently, to the problem as soon as it came to his attention with a gentle nudge. I had possibly already dozed off, having been awoken to his soft voice, “Maybe you should head to bed,” was his warming suggestion to my cold reply of a head shake. It would be improper to leave before meeting the new assistant that had been hired, furthermore to leave Kou by himself on the first night of Paris when we already have plans made! “Lottie,” Though his sterner voice would seep through, mimicking that of his brothers, as he rose to his feet. His hands grabbed ahold of and intertwined with my own, slowly and carefully dragging me upon my suddenly aching feet. “It was a good few hours from the steamer boat to the carriage ride, and frankly I feel the  fatigue nipping away at myself. We’ll push our plans back until tomorrow, you may simply just head to bed and I’ll stay to meet the new Butler.” There was a protest that dared to fall from my lips, though Kou was quick to hush the concerns, especially since he practically left me with no choice. He was stubborn, much so like his elder brother, and I was sure he would not quit until I was tucked into bed. So there was reluctant agreement on my part to his whole ordeal. “Good, thank you, now to bed.” There was a sly hint of concern that filtered through Kou’s words as he gave my hands one final squeeze, before the teasing followed, “I assure you the layout of the flat has not changed.”

He would only get sarcasm in return, “Very funny Kou.” Though I wouldn’t stay around longer than that, as I parted our hands every so slowly before turning sluggishly and exited the living room, walking down the hallways to Kou shouting something along the lines of ‘good night!’ which I would mimic. My hand would rise to slide along the walls of the apartment, feeling the textured walls made out of the smooth wallpaper that I was too tired to pay attention to, run across my fingers as I walked up the hard wooden stairs. They still creaked, even if just a little in my imagination, as I walked up to them as they had done all the years ago. Then down the hallway upstairs to a room nuzzled in the far end of the hall, on the left, near the window that peaked out onto the Paris streets, I would find my room–or more promptly the guest bedroom that I had claimed my own, due to my constant visitation–and would open the door with a familiar swing. Slugging off my shoes, leaving them by the door, I found myself by the mirror that laid by my bed, though not facing it. Without much care, feeling the drowsing hands of sleep caressing my body, I would work on the layers of my clothing, dropping each one until I was suitable enough for bed; Most likely my under clothes that poor Louise would iron out later with a fuss, as a proper citizen would not sleep in such conditions! Though, that would be a problem she would have to fuss about tomorrow, as I would climb into the plush bed and snuggle my way under the blankets. It all felt heavier, comforter, softer than I remembered them being and the question of if the Minamoto family had changed the bedrooms too crossed my mind. It didn’t get to linger long once my eyes fluttered closed, as the sweet release of sleep washed over my clouded mind. It would simply have to be a question for tomorrow.

Minor description of panic attacks

Hanako-Kun

Hanako is an... interesting scenario for sure. He tends to have mixed responses towards the matter as it takes a much longer time for him to properly catch up on the begin stages of the panic attack, not noticing your distress from beforehand. And he'll instead misinterpret your behaviour with being irritated. And due to his clingy and childish nature, including his natural desire to bother those around him to no end; he'd likely be one to nag you about it to try and get the answer out of you, which would most likely have the immediate result of worsening your already fragile mindset.

By the time he catches on, you'll likely already be in midst of the entire overstimulation. Which is when he'll be caught off guard for sure, but he'd be quick to work on his comeback. His demeanor changing from playful to serious in an instant. He'd have a gentle approach, trying to question your current needs instead of clinging onto you like a leech as he normally would. As he knows your current support is a priority over hugging you with all his might. He'd stay with you for the time being, not daring to leave you by yourself when you're in a state like that. Asking for a lot of consent for once in his life if he could preferably touch you or not. And if you were to calm down a little from the episode, he'd quite frankly demand you to skip your classes and get signed off as sick; just so you could have your stay in the school bathroom. And you bet he's not even thinking of leaving you be until you're all better.

Kou Minamoto

Kou has a really big heart and always desires to be there for his allies. He'd have more difficulty catching up on indirect indications that you might be on the verge on a panic attack, but he'd try to check up on you every now and then. But unlike Hanako, he would be more open about your sudden mannerisms and call you out if you were to distance yourself from him. He'd be able to tell whenever something isn't going too good with you spiritually wise, but he wants to have a calm approach to prevent you from freaking out even further.

He'll be startled at your sudden meltdown for sure, getting quite a bit of stress himself due to his lack of experience among the topic. He'll tense up and most clearly panic over you being in that particular state, but put on a tough facade for your sake. He wouldn't hesitate in the slightest to wrap his arms around you and keep you close to him. Even if you happen to become violent in your panic attack, Kou would always try and hold onto you to prevent you from hurting yourself at all costs. He'd continue to give you soft pats on the back to try and calm you down, trying to keep himself quiet to prevent himself from making things worse. He'd just silently stay close to you, keeping in touch with you and making sure you won't be alone for a second until you recover slightly from the episode.

Nene Yashiro

Oh, the poor sweet girl. Nene tends to be a rather timid, shy and easily stressed student herself. She definitely has less experience with comforting those in need than the others do, but she is, however, quicker to notice if you were to fall silent or haven't been talking for the entire time you've been among the same room. But unlike the males, she'll also be quicker to pick up on the signs that you aren't doing too well in the first place due to her natural sensitivity towards the emotions of others. She'd definitely nudge you or softly try to get your attention without trying to scare you in the duration of it, pulling you to the side and asking if you're doing okay or if you need a break for rest.

But as soon as she notices how shaky your breath is and how you seem to be on the verge of crumbling, she panics slightly. Not too sure what to do at first as you slowly begin to behave more unsteadily. Due to her shyness, she likely wouldn't be as touchy with you as Hanako and Kou would, but she's definitely the one who's more careful with her movements and tries to remain most thoughtful of not doing anything that might set you off further. She'd hold your hands and softly caress them or gently stroke you on the shoulder for comfort, but not without asking if it's okay for her to do so for like twenty times before actually doing it. Nene is hesitant with her actions, but she truly wants to be there for you until you feel better.

Sakura Nanamine

Due to Sakura’s mature and responsible demeanour, she always seems to be prepared for situations such as these and is quick to act upon the minor signs. She also happens to be much more calm among the situation than the others are, which usually results in less panic fromout their friend’s perspective as well. You know what they say, never fright in a dreadful situation unless if you want to the same terror to be shown throughout others. She'd probably already notice something isn't clicking right off the bad. Especially as panic attacks tend to be shown in a bunch of stages or have clear signs when one's about to start. Heavy or quick breathing, increasing heart rate which results in sweating, lack of eye contact and speech. And overall being zoned out from the situation itself, making the person incredibly alert over the tiniest of details.

The female would get you out of that room and away from the other individuals around immediately, excusing the both of you from the area as she calmly requests for you to go with her. You'll likely end up in a more isolated location, making sure that nobody will bother you when you're in a state of shock and fragility, and she'll send those who bust in out right away with a death glare. She'd allow you to rest yourself on her lap or against her chest for the time being, all while her soothing voice tries to calm you down in the process. Making sure you're taken well care of for the time being of your vulnerability.

You stood in front of the mirror in your room, Nene at your side. She was digging through your closet and drawers, looking for the best outfit.

You had asked her for help since her first date with Amane was a success (😏)

"Nene-chan, I'm nervous. What if he doesn't like how I look? Or what if I mess up and make things awkward? What if-?"

"Y/N-chan, calm down. You'll be fine!" She handed you a (f/c) knee-length dress. "Now try this on!"

I stood at the entrance of the park where Kou and I were supposed to meet. With Nene's help, I was able to put together a cute first date fit.

A (f/c) knee-length dress with ruffles at the bottom, a small black cross purse, and (c/c) ankle boots.

I enter the park and look around. Kids running around, adults sitting and conversing, families having picnics, but between all this, I managed to find him. My breathing hitched in my throat, he looked breathtaking (literally).

He was wearing (whatever you imagine cuz I'm too lazy). Once he noticed me, his smile widened, and he waved me over.

"You look beautiful!" I could feel my cheeks heating up, he never fails to fluster me.

"Thank you! You look really handsome too, Kou-kun!" His eyes widened and a light blush coated his cheeks.

"Th-thanks.."

WHY IS HE SO CUTE?! THIS IS ILLEGAL!

We walked around the park, where a spring festival was being held. Mostly gossiping conversing, we only stopped at a few game booths. (I swear, somewhere along the way, I saw the same bright blonde hair and glowing blue eyes following us!)

I looked at his hand, the urge to hold it growing, but what if he didn't like it? What if I was going to fast?

I tried to reach my hand to hold his, only to stop myself last second when he started explaining something to me. I paid attention to him, trying to forget my failed mission.

Another time, I tried to grab his hand, only for him to move a bit. Well, that was embarrassing. At least he didn't notice.

"Oh, hey! Look! Dango!" Kou exclaimed. "Do you want some?"

"Oh, sure!" I smile at him.

I stayed where I was, beside some tree, as the blonde boy went to buy us each a Dango stick.

As he walked back, I couldn't help but stare (I mean, who can? He's too pretty). The way his blonde hair moved in the wind as he walked. The way his bright blue eyes shined like blue sapphire under the sun. I didn't even notice I was staring until he placed the Dango stick in front of my face, "Here you go!" He said, a bright smile on his face.

"O-oh, thanks," I take the dango from him as we start our wandering trip again. Kou was talking about something, and I was half paying attention to what he said when he suddenly, but smoothly, slides his hand onto mine, intertwining our fingers.

I glance down at our hands, than back up at his face. The young male was looking to the other side, while still going on about something that happened at school to Yokoo, Satou, and Mitsuba completely unfazed. And here I was, a blushing mess.

Well, at least, Mission: First Date was a success.

Stationed at the school rooftop, gentle winds breeze through you, the radiant skies harbor a beauty that can be appreciated by millions. Yet to Hanako, none could compare to the sight before him—you. Staring eyes, that have been caught by yours. “Hey! What are you looking at?” you questioned him, in such a tone and expression which makes the common person think he’d made a grave mistake. Even so, hanako knew more, the lingering look harbored in your eyes tells a different story.

The boy dons a sly smile before answering your previous question, “ah, nothing really. I’m just admiring you. Did anyone tell you how charming you are?” Hanako knew all the right words to say. Your face heated up due to his answer, he just seemed to always know how to fluster you. Attempting to counter his compliment, you restated that you most definitely did not like him! 

Hanako’s face portrayed his dejection, before immediately looking somewhere else. “Awh, and i thought you cared for me like i do to you.” Hearing that made you feel a sharp pang of guilt, you just didn’t want to confess your feelings yet, not reject him!

Quickly finding a way to clear up the misunderstanding, you held on a small piece of fabric from his uniform, causing him to place his attention onto you once more. “Um.. it’s not like i hate you or anything but, i do.. I do care about you or something.” Hanako’s face lit up immediately, shining eyes and a big smile now present on his face. “So you do like me! Hahaha!” the boy cheered, yet you stood there, face burning up once more. No objection from you, considering it was true.

Ignorance is bliss as most would say, yet to Akane, he simply couldn’t ignore all your wondrous and cute reactions when he teases you. He wasn’t mean, far from it. There’s just a certain type of delight your face exudes. Today was one of the particular days that akane would be tired from both supernatural and academic work, and he knew what person could remedy him; you.

Akane set out to look for you, and he’d found you at the school library. He could see from the look of your face that you were bored, spacing out on a book. He moved quietly, trying not to get you to notice him. Finally positioned behind you, he slowly slithered his arms around you, gaining a surprised look from you. “How are you doing, my dear?” he questioned, causing your face to heat up slightly; he knew how much those lovely nicknames riled you up.

You looked up to meet at eye level, taking a while to calm your mind before responding. “Oh! Akane, i didn’t notice you.” you retorted, placing a smile on your face. The boy looked at you, clearly studying your expression. “You seemed bored there, honey.” he said, pushing your buttons. Knowing how easily you fluster, you and akane were both well aware how you’d be embarrassed, stammering your words. “I-im not bored! Far from it, actually!” you said. Akane raised one of his brows, further questioning your expression. “Really? That’s nice to know, babe.” akane said, grinning. Soft footsteps echo throughout the corridors as you and kou walk alongside each other, heading home together now that your classes are done. No conversation was exchanged between the two of you, yet the silence was comforting. Not to mention, your hands were mere inches close together. Unfortunately, that comfort would be cut short when teru saw the both of you.

The tall boy walked towards the both of you, smiling and waving. Teru was aware of your feelings for kou, but he didn’t know if his brother reciprocated those feeling. Wanting to try and get his answer, a perfect idea popped into his head; to tease the both of you. 

Teru continued walking towards the both of you, placing on hand on his brother’s shoulder while his other hand was on your shoulder, which then presented a surprised look on the faces of you and kou. “Well what do we have here! I didn’t know that you two liked each other!” Teru said, with such a wide smile on his face. It was aggravating! You immediately knew he was teasing you. Your face still displayed a surprised look, but now paired with a longing look. 

Kou broke the silence between the three of you, “Ah.. brother. I didn’t expect to see you.” he said, now slightly flustered. “I was just accompanying [name], to protect them!” the young exorcist said. Teru took one last glance between the both of you before smiling, “ok then, i’ll let the two of you be.” he claimed. The tall boy finally let go.

Now left once more with silence, except now, the air felt unbearable. “You like me?” kou immediately questioned now that his doting brother was gone. Your face immediately heated up, mouth left agape as it seemed you weren’t able to respond; not sure whether to confess or deny. “I don’t… w-wait no, uh, i—” before finishing what you said, kou suddenly pulled you into a hug. Your face was really heating up, not knowing what to do. “You can say what you want to when you’re ready. I’ll wait.” he said, piercing an arrow through your heart. Oh how you truly did adore him..

Be ready to be bombarded with questions about the language and will try to learn it

Stays up at night studying about it so much that it starts to be concerning to Teru and you, and ends up with the two of you having to prey him away from his desk and get some rest

Never shames if you can’t get the exact words right and will never tease you! Might correct you sometimes or will help you remember but never makes fun of you

At some point, he ends up knowing the language pretty well and whenever you’re over at his place, you two end up talking in that language with Teru wanting and begging to know what you two are talking about and Tiara not caring

Nene Yashiro

Thinks your so cool and awesome for knowing/learning another language and looks at you with starry bright eyes with her mouth open in shock

If you can’t remember a word then she’ll try to help, although she might not get it right all the time and it would just end up being a guessing game between the two of you

“Hmmm… is it mirror?” She asks and hums again when you say no as you both wonder what the word could be with your hands under your chin as you both think

She might try to learn the language but she won’t always get it right so don’t make fun of her, her heart won’t be able to take it

Hanako is always so cheerful and friendly, even when he is pretty open with his feeling it actually take him a while to accept them and to accept to be in a relationship with you. You being a exorsist isn't a problem for him, at first was something that startled him but you had showed him so much kindness that he grows comfortable around you

Hanako tend to do a lot of jokes about you being are exorsist, about how even when being one you end up dating a supernatural, or how he probably had defeat you by stealing your heart, and so on, but even when he makes a lot of jokes he never underestimated you, he knows what you are capable of and he respects and admire your strength

Just as he loves making jokes about you being an exorsist he LOVES bragging about your strength, he will tell everyone who is willing to heard (and those who aren't too), he is always talking about how stronge you are, about your power and the techniques you just show/teach him, about how amazing you look, he is just too excited and in love to shut up

Speaking of, even when he knows you are really stronge (probably even stronger than him) that doesn't stop him from stepping in front of you and shield you whenever you two find an agressive supernatural. He knows you are stronge but he will hate for something to happen to you, he doesn't want to lose you

Is probably that at least once you will protect him from the attack of a supernatural (or Teru another exorsist), even when he is the leader of the mysteries that doesn't mean he can't be hurt, so when you are the one protecting him he feels completely flattered, he feels small and vulnerable in the way that he feels completely safe, like he doesn't have to be the stronge and powerful honorable 7th for once

Hanako doesn't know what he loves more of you, if your strength or your kindness, your power based in the water is one of a kind, even when fighting you can be as gentle and comforting as a pleasant breeze or be powerful and destructive like a tsunami, also, just as the water, you can easily adapt to your surroundings, quickly getting used to the battlefield and fighting with elegancy. Hanako is completely mesmerize by your fighting style and doesn't lose the chance to see you fight, admiring every move you do but still on guard to step in and protect you in case things get out of hand (however he doesn't accept that out loud, never, he only says that he was sure you will do it)

As if it wasn't enough you kindness is the perfect complement, your sweet smile and gentleness while treating him always make him flustered, it took him a while to get used to be treaten with such kindness and even when he felt like he was handling it you just accept him as he is, as the supernatural, as the assassin, and you did it with a smile in your face, he doesn't feel like he deserve it but he doesn't want to lose it either

Hanako is always being playfuly and clingy towards you, always making jokes and teasing you with everything he can, both of you always have a lot of fun, but there are also moments when he just want to be with you in silent, doing nothing but basking in your presence for how comforting it is for him, for how much peace brings him, for how it calms the cruel past that hurts him but isn't ready to talk about

Rainy days remind him of you (but also make him feel a little melancholy, even if you are in the school taking classes), specially the ones where is raining just a little, when is soft and gentle, he tend to stay out let the rain fall on his phantasmagoric body, it isn't like he will get sick anyways actually this is a lie, he gets sick sometimes for doing it, but he doesn't mind at all

Nene Yashiro

Yashiro constantly has crushes on people she finds atractive, normally are crushes that doesn't last long but are stubborn, it was almost imposible for her to don't fall for your kindness and beautiful smiles however the love she felt at first started to grow stronger and more sincere, to the point where it was sure to say that she was in love

Your warm hearted personality always manage to make Yashiro flustered, whenever you are being kind towards her Yashiro quickly gets blushy and flustered, things like offering her your hand and being willing to help her always make her feel special and loved, like if it were out of a romantic novel, although even little things like smiling when you see her or asking her about her day tend to make her heart skip a beat

Even when your kindness is something that Yashiro finds completely endearing and attractive she can easily get jealous over it, she likes whenever you are being kind towards others and other appreciating your kindness too, but it doesn't take much time before she start to feel jealous over it and the more time it past the more it affects her, she could go from feeling threaten for other people to feel insecure and compare herself with others, is pretty obvious that she feels down but she doesn't want to say it directly

Yashiro doesn't pry much details about you, specially at first, is more likely she will know more and more about you as the time pass, that is why is more probably that, if you don't tell her, she will find out about you being an exorsist when you two are dating already

She could get to know that you are an exorsist for seeing you fight or someone telling her, even as an accident, but no matter how she finds out it would be incredibly surprising for her, it would even take some reasurance for her to fully accept because for your personality she never thought that you will even fight anyone

At first Yashiro though that she was the one who brought you to the mess with the supernaturals and even felt bad about it but now that she knows that you are an exorsist (and a powerful one) she feels a lot better, even she start asking your help anytime she gets into troubles or hide behind you when is scare (something that make her feel a little embarrassed)

Yashiro doesn't think much about your power but as she find out that your fighting style is based in water she grows really curious, she has an idea of how it could be but want to see it herself (not that she will put herself in danger just to be able to see it)

Yashiro knows you are powerful but actually getting to see you fight is a whole new thing for her, she can only describe seeing you fight as if you were dancing perfectly, like if it were everything around you what change to follow your lead, doing it with so much elegancy and majesty that make her heart skip a beat, and from that day she looks up at you even more and is really flustered by it

She like to brag about you (even when she got teased and end up being a flustered mess for it) because you are perfect in her eyes, you aren't just incredibly kind but also incredibly powerful, she thinks she can't have a better partner

Kou Minamoto

Getting into a relationship with Kou won't be too difficult, if you two like each other he doesn't see why not, however he is quite flustered by being in a relationship, it would take him a while and even so there will always be something new that manage to make him flustered and blushy around you

Your kindness is something that make him fall for you almost imediatly, being so warm hearted make Kou feels comfortable around you almost imediatly and it doesn't pass much time before he actively search for your company. He isn't strange to kindness but, somehow, everytime you are directly kind towards him he feels special, it makes his heart feels faster because he just feels like if you were an angel

As well, Kou never feels jealous when you are being kind towards others, he actually likes seeing you show kindness and a sweet smile to everyone else, it makes him proud of who you are, and even more because he is dating you

Kou talks about you quite a lot, he can't just stop doing it and is a little embarrassed everytime someone point it out, but more whenever someone tease him for it (his friends and even his brother). He is proud of you as the person who you are but you being an exorsist, and a powerful one, make him even more proud and even make him feel honored of being your boyfriend

Is probably that he didn't know you are an exorsist at first (is more likely Teru is the one who knows) but even in that case it won't take him long to find out since he himself is an exorsist, when he get to know he doesn't underestimated you but treat you as an equal (unless someone tells him how powerful you actually are), so the moment he actually get to know your true strength he feels flustered but a little embarrassed, but that feelings are quickly replace by the excitement (if he gets to know by seeing you fight will be even more impressive for him)

Kou will ask you a lot of things about you being an exorsist out of excitment, he is so curious about your training, how long you have being an exorsist, with how many supernaturals you had fight with and how much you know about the supernaturals. Kou even compare your strengh with Teru's strength only because he says that you two probably are as stronge as each other (he mean it as a compliment, the only time Kou compare you to someone else is to praise you)

After Kou gets used to the idea he will treat you as always and not as some kind of superior when it comes to exorcism or supernatural, and, also, Kou will ask you if you could teach him some things about your own style because he wants to grow stronger

Getting into a relationship with Teru it would take a little bit of time and effort, even when he is always kind and charming all of that is mostly a facade, both has to be close friends first and he has to be able to feel comfortable enough around you before getting into a relationship. You being an exorsist it makes things much easier since is more likely you two had work together at least once and probably know each other for a while now

Teru loves your warm hearted personality, you're always willing to help others and offer a sincere smile, he finds it cute and endearing, even a little hilarious considering that you are a powerful exorsist, he loves watching you interact with others and showing that infinite kindness

Teru can get jealous easy but he doesn't show it much, normally tries to don't do anything about it, he is your boyfriend and that helps him calm down his jealousy, however when is too much he will step in and steal your attention from the others, but it could easily go unoticed since he does it with a smile and kind words, he always find the perfect excuses

Teru is intriged by your fighting style, he had been raised in the Minamoto Clan, following the tradicional fighting style of the family so he had never come across a fighting style based in water and he wants to learn from you, not exactly to use it but how it works. Teru finds it incredibly interesting but what he finds more amusing is seeing you use it

He admires your adaptability and how versatile you can be while fighting, that way you two to can fight together without much troubles, even become a powerful couple, and Teru is grateful for it for different reasons, he can be sure you are safe, he can spend a lot of time together and it makes things easier for him, he doesn't have to be the only one who carries the weight of being the strongest

When you had confessed to Teru you thought you would be rejected too, just like the girls who had poured their hearts out when they wrote their love letters for him.

You expected to have your heart broken as you prepared for the words that would shatter your heart as if it was just a fragile plate.

Getting rejected by the handsome prince isn't the worst that you expect; it was the sheer embarrassment that you'd have to deal with as you walk down the halls of the school.

Just as the two girls were gonna start berrating you again, a cough was heard from behind. The two turned around to see the one and only Akane Aoi. The two froze in fright, wondering what she was going to do.

Her petite figure walked up to the three of you, her indigo hair tied up into two circle sections behind her head as usual. Aoi stared at you with an expression Kyoko and Mayu couldn't read.

Kyoko and Mayu's next move proved that they were idiots. “Akane-san! The princess of the school! Wanna join us over here?” Kyoko suggested, earning a confused look from the indigo-haired girl.

“This little minx sitting on the dirty floor over here is supposedly dating the one and only Teru Minamoto. Could you believe how absurd that rumour is!? Especially since you and Minamoto-kun dated before..” Mayu babbled. Where did she get that information from? As far as you knew, Teru and Aoi never felt any romantic feelings towards each other. Akane would fume at the thought of that.

“What are you talking about?” Aoi looked like she was gonna burst at any moment, well, at least she looked like she was in your perspective. Because of Kyoko and Mayu not being one of Aoi's close friends, the two bullies in front of you wouldn't be able to relate with you being able to read Aoi and her expressions.

“I heard—” “Whatever you're gonna babble next, just shut up. This bathroom is already reeking because of the stank you and Kyoko are emitting. It'd stink more if you open your mouth again.” Aoi shut Mayu up, already fed up with the two girls in front of her.

Hearing Teru's name and seeing Aoi shoving a videotape into their faces — repeating everything they said to you, the two girls quickly dashed out of the area.

It was just you and Aoi now. You stared at her as if she hung up the stars, bowing and thanking her profusely again and again for saving you from them. Aoi only crouched down and helped you to stand up. She then put your arm around her shoulder, guiding you as you two walk together towards the nurse's office.

The nurse's office wasn't far. Lucky day for you. It wasn't like you were dreading the time you were walking with Aoi anyway, while you were walking earlier, she had wiped off your tears and helped bring back a smile on your face. She joked about how the two girls didn't have any room to talk to you even — they literally are in the lowest ranks in the class when it comes to intelligence, while you and Aoi are in the top 10.

The nurse was generous (she always is) to have you excused to any of last the classes you had, and with Aoi's help, the teacher agreed to just sign you as ‘excused’.

When it was time to go home, the bruises on your legs have already healed a lot more than you expected. You thanked the nurse and grabbed your back (that Aoi dropped off earlier) so that you can head back home.

A conversation started with Akane and Aoi as the three of you were walking. Akane invited himself to walk the both of you home (by both he definitely just meant Aoi, you didn't really care though).

Aoi didn't see a way to escape from this, the three of your houses were close and there wasn't an excuse she could make up except for “We're gonna have a girl's night. Only girls are allowed” and Akane would just unknowingly counter her by saying “I'm only walking with you until you arrive at your house, it'll be fine!”

The walk back home ended with Akane trying to have a long conversation with Aoi, only for it to be a short conversation. He'd try over and over again while you are just there; observing the two of them. Sometimes you'd often see Aoi's eyes light up more than they usually do, so you didn't bother to include yourself into their conversations.

Though, you really did want to ask what Aoi was going to be doing tomorrow. Tomorrow's Saturday after all, meaning no school to stress about.

*Audio file sent* ...What the hell?

Teru didn't know what to say or feel at the moment. He was just cooking for his siblings earlier right now and they are eating joyfully like a happy family. (Cue Kou excusing himself to go to the bathroom to barf)

A single audio file ruined his evening — even worse that what happened in the audio file had something to do with his girlfriend.

He messaged you, not to ask if the audio was real, he already had enough evidence. But to ask you if you were okay. You replied once he greeted you, but left him on read as soon as he typed the message: ‘Akane and Akane-san informed me about what happened to you today. Can we talk about it? Please?’ He spammed you with messages. He was worried.

After a while, his messages were left on sent. ‘..I'll be visiting you tomorrow.’ That was his last messaged before Teru had turned off his phone. As he looked up, expecting to see Kou and Tiara, he realized he was sthe only one sitting in the dinner table. Where did they go?

You were nervous. It was the crack of dawn and you checked to see Teru's messages again, only to be left frightened because of the news that he'll be visiting you.

No. It wasn't like your parents had any issues with your boyfriend or anything, they loved him. What you were nervous about was the inevitable conversation that is going to happen today.

You weren't very much of a productive person during the weekdays, so you opted to take a bath later instead of right now in the early morning. Not like Teru would mind anyway.

It wasn't long before 7:47 AM, exactly the time Teru arrived at the doorstep of your home. Your mom, though surprised that your boyfriend unexpectedly visited so early, welcomed him warmly.

Before your mom could lead him to the living room so he could sit down while she goes to your room to call for you, he already saw you taking a sneak peak of him from the stairs. Immediately, as if in a emergency, Teru excused himself and hurriedly walked upstairs to your room almost tripping halfway.

“..Young love~” You mother sighed in happiness for her daughter.

“I don't know, it kind of looks like they're gonna break up.” Your father broke your mom from her dream of you getting married to Teru.

“Don't say that!” She hissed at him, grabbing her slipper—

“Please let me in sweetheart,” Teru begged in a soft tone, not wanting to overwhelm you with everything that was happening.

You cracked the door open slightly. You saw him smile reassuringly. You then opened it enough for Teru to walk in, as Teru is finally inside he waited for you to close your door. He knew you liked it best when conversations between you and him were in private.

“You could've just called.. you didn't have to come here.” You told him, only to be countered by his next words.

“I knew you wouldn't reply anyway when you hear my voice from the phone.” Teru responded, only to get a playful hit from you.

“So..” The room was silent as you locked your door for privacy, fearing that one of you're parents would possibly walk in.

“How long has this bullying been going on for?” Teru asked as he walked closer to you, holding your hand in his and rubbing his thumb across your knuckles.

“..Way before you and I started dating.” You answered truthfully, it was better to speed up this conversation than to slower it down and tell lies.

At that, Teru froze. “Why didn't you tell me?” Almost immediately, Teru used his other hand (the one not holding yours) to wipe away the tears that were starting to brim in your eyes.

Teru knew you like he knew his own mind. He knew that you were getting overwhelmed and we're crying because of it. He could almost predict every move that you were gonna do.

Teru smiled at you softly, then gently held the back of your head. Sobs that came out of your mouth turned muffled as he gently pushed your face into his t-shirt. You wrapped your arms around him, feeling a sense of comfort.

“If you don't want to talk about it now, then that's okay. There's no use dwelling on the past.” Teru muttered as he kissed the top of your head. “I'll deal with those girls at school. You won't have anything to worry about.”

Teru continues to comfort you through your muffled sobs, you hear a series of “shh” and words of encouragement throughout the whole ordeal.

Teru tilted your head up to meat his eyes and wiped away any tears still on your face. Also, he used his shirt to wipe of your snot too — much to your embarrassment.

After that he peppered your face with kisses, resulting into the two of you cuddling in your bed the rest of the morning. But your mom called the two of you down stairs when she noticed you haven't eaten breakfast yet.

The rest of the day ended with Teru hanging out with you and your family. Teru invited you to go on a date tomorrow — his treat ofcourse (nothing changed, he was always the one who pays). Tiara decided to come along that day, not that you minded.

Sunday passed, and the walk to school with Aoi was peaceful if you just ignore Akane in the background. The bruises have healed, thanks to your mom and Teru. Dad was the one stressing over the many things he had to buy from the store and pharmacy.

“You look better now. Guessing the talk between you and Minamoto-senpai went well?” Aoi asked as the two of you were at the school gate. Akane got called by the other student council's to hurry up because of an urgent early meeting.

“It went very well.” I answered, giving her a thankful smile. “Thanks again, for protecting me that day..”

“No need.” The two of you walked towards the classroom. “Oh! Nene-chan is finally here!” Aoi chimed, delighted to see her friend. Her absence in classes made her seem like she went missing.

You followed Aoi as she went to converse with Nene. You also gave out some opinions and thoughts about the topic the three of you were conversing about, but only like once or six times since you really didn't know a lot about supernaturals.
